Hi,
I had order loreal lipstick from jabong, when i recieved them i kept them in my bag, packed. Only when i opened them a week later to apply swatched on my hand to see the intesity of the lipstick and i could see the formulation is not what loreal makes! I have 4 other lipsticks from loreal and none of them have this kind of texture or colour!
I had requested jabong to return my money, but they have just closed my request!
Jabong has now dropped down to selling fake products!
The amount was rs.1125.59

If only someone could help me!

    I have placed an order on 27th march, 2017 received the order on 29th march, 2017, which had 3 items

    1. Round neck printed kurta with short sleeves
    2. Color sensational lip gradation fuchsia 1
    3. Catwalk bronze embellished wedges


    Tried the wedges which i found a size smaller and hence initiated the return request immediately on the same date 29th march, 2017

    No one came for the pickup till 5th april, 2017 and then i was out of town. When suddenly i checked the return status of the product it was stated as request closed.

    When i came back to delhi i checked with my office boy (Delivery & pickup address was office) who stated that the product is still lying and none came for the pickup. I immediately raised this complaint so that someone can come to pickup the product wherein i was informed that the pickup was not done as the pickup boy found the product dirty which is just not possible as it was unused and moreover no one ever came for the pick up.

    Sangria kurti ordered got shrank after 1st wash making it a throw away useless item. Anyways

    On 12th april, 2017, i called up jabong customer care again and they asked me to send pictures of the wedges @ [protected]@jabong.com, which was immediately done and i received a message from them that the reverse pickup would be arranged withing 5 working days. However it's 26th april and nothing done yet.

    Neither is jabong picking up their product nor are they refunding my money

    Extremely poor service

    Every time i call them they say... Your complain is being escalated and reverse pickup will be done in next 7 days.

    It's a month now since i had raised my return request

      Delivered fake Ray-ban glasses on 18th April. Order No. [protected]

      Product doesn't match with the specifications mentioned on site, there is no gun metal frame as claimed. No warranty statement and genuinity hallmark sticker has been provided by Jabong.
      After consulting Ray-ban showroom, showroom candidates have purely claimed that this is not an authentic product. No warranty statement and genunity hallmark sticker has been provided by Jabong with this product.

      Jabong is declining return and refund.

      When I raised complaint in customer care for this product, they told to wait for 5 days timeline which I waited and as we couldn't receive the call from respective department on 6th day, this case has been closed. I want this case to be re-opened and return and refund started as soon as possible.

      Your attendant has called and just have claimed saying its the original product no matter what and totally denying to prove it so.

      This is totally unaccepted resolution you are giving to customer.
      This product doesn't match with any of the displayed details on the Jabong site.
      Its clearly seen the gun metal frame on site pictures and the one I have received is full black rim. Attaching the picture displayed on site and the one I have received.

      Another issue is Frame fitting is not proper which made us clear that its not the original Ray-ban product.
      In case of you are firm on claiming your product is genuine you need to provide the one year manufacturing warranty card which makes such manufacturing defects fixed in Ray-Ban showroom.
      That warranty too has not been provided by Jabong. Without this warranty card no showroom will accept that this product is original product.

      If you claim its original, please prove that it is the original, don't just repetitively say or mention it.
      Please give resolution which will actually help customer, don't just loose the faith of customer by such no sense making behavior.

      In order to resolve this issue, I had been assured by customer care team (when I called them), that I will be receiving call from Jabong team to take this complaint ahead.
      As promised I received call twice, but before I receive it got disconnected from Jabong side. Its just a missed call game that Jabong team is playing.
      Please stop treating customers so pathetically for your own future's sake.

      If you team really have intention to consider this complaint in serious manners, please stop doing such nonprofessional acts.

        In my order no-[protected] (complaint no[protected], i had ordered 2 kurtis and both of them were defective. i found the defect in one of them and raised an exchange request right away (btw, the exchange process of jabong is worst as compared to others).
        I could trace the defect in the other product only on its first usage and was very disappointed. so i raised a compliant to customer care. nobody responded for the first 2 days as promised in their customer care policy so i escalated my mail to chief manager for resolution.
        I was expecting a replacement or a refund to my product but to my surprise they just said "sorry but cannot do anything about it" and closed my complaint.
        I had also asked in my complaint that whether they do any quality check of product before delivering it to customer to that obviously they did not answered.
        Guys, please be careful while buying any product from jabong specially with some discount on it as most of the times (based on my experience) they deliver defective or lower quality product.

          I ordered a Nike shoe from Jabong
          I received a duplicate product and now when i returned and waited for long 7 days i received a call stating that we had sent an original nike shoe you did not received it we dont know thats not our problem
          And also they added that we are shipping this product back if you deny the delivery it will reach us back and we wont give any refund or replacement for this.
          And i had paid 8700 bucks this guyz are frauds

            I made a purchase in january 2017 before going for my holiday, order number - [protected]. I got a maybelline lipstick and loreal foundation for price of rs 1482. I have bought this lipstick earlier from lifestyle and i know how the texture is but this one was not at all like that. The application wasn't smooth and the color formed into small pieces or balls and the feeling was horrible. I took the lipstick few days back to lifestyle to check why the product was like that and they informed me it was a fake. The barcode didn't match, the color didn't, neither did the texture. As it is a cosmetic item, it is non-refundable and you aren't allowed to review the item in the product page. Jabong is playing smart with the customers not giving them the opportunity to share their experience with the product. I doubt the foundation is fake as well. For me rs 1482 was a waste buying from jabong. I have lost trust in this company and never wish to make a purchase here. I am writing this review to let other people know not to buy cosmetics from jabong.

            Just got a call from Jabong and the representative wanted to know the exact location from where I verified the genuinity of the Maybelline lipstick, they wanted the address of the store. How does that matter where I inquired, they should be more worried about they product they send and the images I have sent them of the receive product rather than attacking the store where I went to check. I had told them clearly in my previous conversations that I wasn't looking for a refund but just wanted them to inquire why this was happening. No customer should go through this where he/she loses trust in a company because of receiving fake product. The kept on repeating the sam thing that jabong only sells genuine products. Well, I haven't received a genuine one for sure! They have marked my complai resolved without resolving it. Don't trust Jabong in any kind of purchase, they are just sweet talk and nothing!

              Jabong is a cheater
              I bought a top from jabong.com per their size chart. Size chart said chest 34-36 but the one delivered was 44. When i tried returning the product because of incorrect size, jabong customer care says they cant take the product back because its non returnable. I called them multiple times, no response from them. They called once which i could not take and then i received a response that my complain is closed. They asked product picture which measuring tape on it to validate if what i. Am saying is correct, they sent an email saying my complain is closed. They are cheaters, unprofessional.                 I placed this order on 29 april 2017
                It contained three items but as i was not satisfied with one of them, i decided to return it. I was sure of the good customer services jabong had always promised of, but all my hopes were belied. I feel cheated as only few days are left for the return period to end.
                I tried to return one of the items but as i clicked confirm, the return initiation got rejected
                Tried many times but in vain!
                This is really not expected from a reputed shopping site like yours
                If this problem won't be solved, you will lose one of your loyal customers
                To your careless attitude.

                        I have placed an order on march 12th and got 3 items . Out of which i want to return 2 items and placed a return request on 17th march. I got a call on 18th march from a delivery boy whose mobile number is [protected] for pick up . On the same phone call, DELIVERY BOY TOLD HE WILL NOT GIVE ACKNOWLEDGMENT SLIP to me and I refused to give my items to him if he doesnot give me ack slip. HE THREATENED ME HE WILL CANCEL MY PICKUP on the same phone call, after I told very firmly I CANNOT GIVE ITEMS IF HE DOESNT GIVE ME ACK SLIP. After couple of minutes I got an sms that my return request is cancelled because of BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS.

                          I ordered JBNP[protected] Nike Zoom Clear Out Black Basketball Shoes in the month of January which was been received on 11th of january 2017.

                          And its been hardly 3 months and the shoes has been started ripping. As am the regular user of branded product shoes never seen the short life of the nike shoes that i have been received from Jabong. And also the price of the product is high so i need to be bother. I think that will be the first and the last product from Jabong

                            As i don’t get any help from jabong customer care/team and being feel cheated without proper logical justification from then, hence i am forced to register my complain over hear.
                            I have ordered three kurta on[protected] sunday 10:12 pm (Order no.: [protected]) by debit card payment and jabong confirm my order that day, but unfortunately next day jabong told me by mail & sms that orange & yellow kurta has cancelled by unavoidable condition & refund will be initiated, so i checked the status on jabong app they and found both kurta has cancelled but the yellow one is still selling/available in the app, so immediately i called to jbong customer care and asks regarding this issue firstly they directly say due to unavailability we cancelled it so i asked then how it was confirm yesterday they told yesterday was available but now sold out so i asked that yellow one still available on your app and website then they said just wait for some time and after few minutes they told due to quality issue we cancel it so i asked again without testing it how do you selling this product & why it’s still available now they told sorry sir due to unavoidable condition we cancelled, but they unable to give proper justification why ordered has cancelled every time they are giving generic explanation, so i request them to take a complain regarding this issue the they directly denying to take it but after telling that i will go for online consumer forum they take complain and promises me to resolved it within 5 days, but in complain email they did not mention the whole description they just send the complain no (I. E.[protected], next day they refund the money without resolving the issue and after one day they called me and told me that your complain has resolved i asked how? They directly told as order has cancelled and refund already done so we can’t do anything, so i asked why refund has initiated without resolving the issue they told as order has cancelled hence refund has initiated so i asked why ordered has cancelled they again told same generic explanation that i heard from customer care, then after arguing so many time they told we have to close this complain and if you want to raised again complain then we will create again but we have to close it now, and after disconnecting the call i received email that complain has resolved and give the feedback but during feedback the jabong page every time crashing, and i don’t get event new complain no, so my question is that.
                            1. Is this type of poor service providing by an indian company named jabong.
                            2. If an order has cancelled then how same item still selling on the site and app.
                            3. Without checking the availability of a product how jabong can cut the price from debit card.
                            4. Is jabong never testing the quality before selling a product?
                            5. Is jabong doing this black business that cutting and blocking customer money for few days and after doing some business with it they return back by cancelling the product.
                            As an indian citizen i need some strong punishment to jabong then next time jabong should think 100 times before doing this to other customer.

                              I have ordered a spkyar jeans through jabong and unfortunately it was worst service and quality .
                              These people are delivery in things of cheap quality .

                              I know i have read policy of the handling and cod but I would like to inform you guys that I feel like those are very high and these people are earning with these things claiming handling / vat .

                              i deeply regret that i have purchased something from Jabong .

                              I have purchased 2 color plus T shirts from Jabong, sold by - Ravenna Fashion Private Limited.
                              Shirts where Size S. when it delivered Both S sizes are different, one is big than other, Both were classic fit. and stitching were not good quality. I thing it is duplicate not original from color plus . Since I was not at home now return period also over.

                                I tried to return a product which i bought from jabong .com when i opened the product the material quality and everything was very poor, So i decided to return the product but now i cant return the product because they say that there is no pick up from their now i can do anything even i tried the self ship option but it is also not working what should i do to the following dispute against me and jabong.com

                                  I returned 2 shirts(Return id[protected], 90) in Feb 2017, Jabong sent an email that refund has been processed, its been close to 1 month but I have'nt got the refund, contacted customer care several times, many email communications sent, even escalated to Chief Manager, all in vain, all I received till now are false a commitment, Since takeover of Jabong by flipkart, Jabong has degraded to very low level, please support in getting my refund.

                                    I had sent Nike Running Shoes for an exchange as they were one size larger, the very next day of receiving them.

                                    I used them for walking barely 50metres within my house to check fitment. On returning the product, a lady calls me an sternly informs me that the shoes have failed quality test and they are 'Used'. No amount of arguments were listened to, they made me feel like a criminal and it felt as if they are recording my voice and trying to make say that yes I have used the shoes for a long time!

                                    I have been mailiing them since then and they try to call me again and again only to harass me. One fine day a terse e-mail comes informing the shoes of the same size have been redispatched, with the following note in italics:

                                    *If you deny acceptance of the item(s) at delivery, we will not be liable to refund the paid price or make further delivery attempts.

                                    These shoes are of no use to me, neither do i want to deal with these cheats anymore. I shall make sure I never make a purchase ever again from them, and I will forewarn my friends & family to boycott these cheats.

                                    I am posting this here to make myself heard publically, this is harassment at best and not the way a customer issue should be handled.

                                    I have initiated a return of a product on 18th March. The product has been collected by them. I received a message that my the money will be refunded post 7 days of pickup and I still haven't got my money back. I had received a message 3 days back telling the refund has been initiated and yet no sign of money being refunded.

                                      I am being cheated by Jabong as there were Rs. 3000 approx in my jabong account which was to be used by me before 31st march, 2017 and i checked the same on Sunday[protected]. Now while placing the order i could not find the coupon in my account and on calling their Customer Care they told me the validity of Coupon was[protected]. how is it possible if the same was checked by me on 26 it was available and suddenly it got expired.

                                      Jabong cheated me and i would take this matter to consumer court and give a complaint against the fraud that took place.

                                      Pls help in getting me credit back. All these e commerce companies are fraud.

                                      I would request you to kindly look in to the matter and these guys have cheated me by taking my Jabong Credit.

                                        I ordered a kurta of size 34 from jabong but since its size is small i wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. When i tried to request for exchange i got a message that pick up service is not available from my address. I asked customer care executive too but of no use.
                                        My concern is that firstly if a person can come everyday to my hostel to deliver jabong products then why can't he take the return/exchange products.
                                        Secondly, if jabong cannot provide return/exchange service at specific places then it should be mentioned on their site while we are placing order. This is a simple case of misguiding the customers because they always say that return policies are user friendly.
                                        Being in hostel it really becomes very difficult for us to find a place from where we can return the parcel.
                                        This makes me very upset with jabong's service that it claims of providing to its customers.

                                        I'm a frequent shopper in online shopping platforms. It is really disappointing to say that Jabong does not offer proper after sales service to its customers. Its contemporaries like Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart etc offers amazing customer service facility. The misfortune is that why a site so popular like Jabong is not able to serve its customers to the fullest ?? Its high time Jabong render return and exchange facility to its customers as promised by them over years now. Make the shopping experience easy. Else, better sites may leave you in a downtrodden plight. It is a must that IT hubs and metro cities like Kochi, Trivandrum, Kozhikode and other leading districts of Kerala and other Indian states are made available with this facility. It should not be considered as a favor to the customer clan..as your counterparts are already excelling in providing such quality and timely services since a very long time. Shame on you Jabong team! Terrible experience.
