Some time back I received one SMS informing me that they are interested to setup cellphone tower in empty plots or lands. Having been attracted by this personally went to their office located at Hyderabad. As per their requirement I furnished copies of papers pertaining to three plots. Along with the same I paid an amount of Rs.3, 000/- at the rate of Rs.1, 000/- per plot towards inspection charges. No inspection has yet been carried out so far. After two months of giving papers and payment, they kept their phones switched off. You requested to peruse the Maria and help me in getting justice.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have ordered the lee cooper shoes in Sep-15 and it was not as per the description so I returned back. I called Customer care for refund the amount in my account but they insisted me to keep it in jabong (I could get the money in account at anytime was the commitment from the jabong) as there will be nice deal in future so I trusted on them and kept money with them but, I did not find till more than a year then I called customer care to refund the amount in my account. They now said the policy is changed but they will consult with concern department and reply in 48 hrs. I have been committed time and again for a call but never received a call after so many calls and follow ups I got a complaint number on 17th Feb, 2017 (Comp. number :[protected] again getting mis-commitments from them to have a call in 48 hrs but never got any. finally I have called on 15th march, 2017 and asked them to hold my line till I get a call from concern department and after holding a call for more then 1 hour I have got a call from them saying the same thing the money can not be refunded.

    I must have to use the money before 18 July, 2017 else the money and voucher else It will be their money. The amount is around rs. 2307/- and somuch of mental harassment and phone calls. The voucher/credit is useless for me. I want my money back in my account.

    Please do the needful. They are cheating and intentionally do not want to give my money.

    Dear Concern,

    I have been called from +91 [protected] and asked for My debit card details like Debit card number, Expiry date and surprisingly CVV number to get the money in my account.

    I am unable to understand why is it required to share such confidential details with them to get the money.

    The call was received in just few minutes after updating the above post.

      An extra product was picked up by the delivery person. When asked for a return slip, he refuses to give it and asks for a signature on an electronic device. I called Jabong to inform the situation mentioning that I had not received a return slip. I was told to wait for 7 days to resolve the complaint. After more than 10 days, when I called Jabong, I was again asked for the return slip. I again informed that I had not received the return slip and was again told to wait for 48 hrs. After 48 hrs, again, no resolution, and again asked to wait for 48 hours. Once again, no resolution, called Jabong again and asked to wait for 24 more hours. I am really getting sick of the pathetic customer service being provided by Jabong.

        I just came across the invoice for a product that I purchased two months ago and found that the voucher discount included in the bill was not in the invoice!
        I happen to just pay the amount printed on the invoice without giving any thoughts to crosscheck the bill. Thinking this must be happening every time, I checked previous purchases also and found same thing had happened before also.
        My issue is how to get invoice of my previous orders as I cannot find them now.
        This whole thing is very disappointing and I feel cheated !!!

          The wrong product was picked up by the courier boy .I registered complaint regarding this on 23rd February under complaint id 38865049. They assured me that complaint will be resolved within 7 days. But despite calling numerous times their customer care and sending images of product and rvp slip through email twice which they asked for i didn't get any resolution

            I had ordered 5 tops from jabong.com in january 2017. My order id is [protected].
            I received four tops first and by seeing the quality of those tops, i placed return request for all the five tops including the one which i had not received.

            They accepted my return request vide id[protected], 38030829.

            First day i did not lift the call of the courier boy who came for taking the return and the next day i called him back and asked him to come and take the return pack of four tops.

            Now i got refund of only one top out of those four which i had returned and yet to receive the refund of 3 tops and 1 more top which was not delivered.

            After complaining they said that they will contact with the courier vala but now they closed my complaint saying that they did not receive slip.

            Please solve this immediately as two months have passed already and transfer my amount rs.3062/- immediately.

            Its very unproffesional on their part and i suggest everyone not to shop from jabong.

            Hell with them.

              the product received was in a bad condition. the quality at jabong is horrible, the harassment faced can't be explained. returning the same product was a big mess and now i am not getting the refund. I have been waiting for so long for my own money. they have been saying that ifsc provided is wrong while I've been making transactions using the same code. now again I have to wait for 6 more days to get my refund. the customer service at jabong is beyond explanation . the company should quit selling pathetic products so that people busy in their life don't have to face the harassment of this stupid company.
              i want that my refund is done within a day and some serious steps must be taken considering this complaint and i must be updated with the same.

                I have ordered the sketchers shoes for above mentioned order.

                I have mistkaley sent the wrong paytm product to return to them. Later stage cheif manager team they called ans said we are re-dispatching your item, once you receive it you can give us back those orginal item then refund will be intiated.

                1) if you jabong doesnt want to take return of these item no were it was communicated to so far till 6-mar 23:59 pm via email
                2) serveral time during call conversation with chief manager of jabong team i have highlited 3 march 5:40 pm call and that time also she agreed on same for taking the return of the biba products.
                3) these human mistake has happen from my family member (Age 60 year) where myself and wife were not there at home since we both are doing job...

                They have rejected my return of these order. This is a serious deficiency in service by jabong.
                Even after escalation, there has been no response from jabong.
                Request you to kindly follow up this issue so i can get the refund on sam

                Moreover in addtion to above whatever i have given the item of Paytm is also not return back to me ..they have taken the orginal product of mine and given complete dirty shoes o[censored]sed to me ...
                I am 200% sure is NuvoEx courier partner has taken the images of product which clearly says i have given Sketchers plain white color shoes to Jabong and Jabong has re-dispatched dirty used one ...!!

                1) They are playing a game with customer over here neither they want to take the refund on same
                2) they have taken the original PAytm white color product not used brand new...

                    I ordered track pants from Jabong in Feb 2017. When I received my order, quality of the product was worst than that of Sunday market. I requested on jabong.com for return and refund of Rs1100.

                    A message came on their website that someone from their team will contact me and money will be refunded within 2-4 working days of return. I received no email / no message for confirmation of same. I thought maybe it works like that on Jabong.

                    After 2 days of same, A person came to my home asking for track pants, I gave him that parcel and after that, I waited for 7 days. When getting no clue about what happened, I checked Jabong account and was shocked when I saw that it is still asking me to raise a return request.

                    When I called their customer service line, their representative kept repeating the same thing that I shall contact JV express because they are the agency who collect return parcel for Jabong. But the very first thing is that - If I already requested for return on their website, then why it is asking me again to raise a return request?

                    Secondly, I contacted JV express as well and they denied that no one came from their office to take the return. Then who came? and how that person know that I was waiting to return track pants. because when he came, he asked for track pants return directly.

                    I shall say It is perfect scam planned by Jabong.com or JV express.

                    Very disappointed by the service. lost the product as well as the money.

                      Jabong are not even sharing any proof or legal evidence with me which is clearly a violence of consumer Right.
                      Request you to please get me justice and help me to get back my hard earned money or provide me the actual product which i hve ordered..ASAP

                        it was an amolun t of Rupees 548/-.

                          I bought shoes from jabong on 10 Feb 2017 and the shoe size was not right. So i request for the return as exchange offer was not their. I exchaned my shoe and my shoe was checked by the delivery guy and it was approved for return. The main problem started after 5 days when they called me and said that your shoe cannot be return as it is ''DIRTY''. So we are sending u the product. I said that first of all the shoe cannot be dirty as the delivery man checked it and said that we wont take the shoe if it would be dirty but according to jabong the delivery man does not have permision to check but still he checked. Then i said i won't take the product as it is not dirty first of all and the size was also not right. They said then no problem we will check it again and call u after 7 days then after 7 days the called me and said again and again the same thing for 10 min that we are sending u the product we will accept it . I said send me the pictures of the dirty product They Said ''NO'' so not its been total of 12 days that my money is still stuck with jabong i request the people at consumer complaints section please Help me because as a consumer i feel very flustered and Helpless

                            So i ordered this nba jersey from jabong.com but as it somtimes happens with clothes, the jersey was oversized. I obviously wanted to return it back but then they tell me that the object has a no return and no exchange clause which is hidden under the policy clause, and not directly visible. This frustrates me a lot, because of 2 reasons. First and the obvious one is that i burned my money for somthing i will never be able to use and secondly of the fact that how cunningly the comany foold its customers by hiding the clause under policies and not displaying it directly. i hope some action is taken against them.

                              This is regarding my first & last order No. [protected] from jabong.com
                              order is placed on 12 feb 2017 and delivered on 14 feb 2017.

                              Brie[censored]p :-
                              I had ordered Nike fs lite Run 3 shoes worth of Rs.4040. But unfortunately I was delivered wrong product of some local brand 4G whose worth must be around is Rs.150-200.
                              When I raised the complaint with the Jabong customer care, they rejected to admit their mistake and even rejected to give me money back. When I told them I want the video footage of the warehouse where the product has been packed & shipped, they didn't even share that also.

                              One more thing, the product which I have received has a outer packing of Jabong & not the NIKE which holds a very strong probability that clear case of cheating has been attempted by Jabong.com

                              Till date I've been issued 3 Ticket/Complaint No. which are as follows :-
                              1.[protected] issued on 21 Feb
                              2.[protected] issued on 18 Feb
                              3.[protected] issued on 14 Feb
                              but still no Action has been taken yet.

                              They are not even sharing any proof or legal evidence with me which clearly is a violence of consumer Right.

                              It's been more than 7 days, &
                              I am fed up now.
                              They are clearly punishable under the act of 415, 420 IPC.

                              I request you to please get me justice and help me to get back my hard earned money.

                              Hi, My name is jagadish and i was cheated by Jabong company as my refund of clothes purchase have not done and they are saying that they do not have bank details as i paid through credit card online purchase. and till now they have not refund my money for the product returned. this is the most worst careless online shopping company ever faced such incidents. Never use JABONG ONLINE SHOPPING .

                                I was having some money in my jabong account as store credits and requested for refund in my bank account in the month of July 2016 via an email but have still not received the refund back. In my first email to jabong I had clearly mentioned that i don't have access the email ID and contact # that is registered with jabong. I have spent a good amount of money and my valuable time in calling jabong customer care but not getting any resolution. Whenever I call jabong, I am promised a callback from some risk team but that call has never landed on my phone don;t know where are they giving a call.

                                Please assist me in my refund back.

                                  The hinges are loose and so if tilt the glasses upside down, the temples automatically falls down to vertical position. The model no is supposed to be RB3025 181/71 62-14 and that's what the Rayban box also says but the product i got has serial no RB3026. The serial no is at the end of the temple contrary to being in the center of the temple in legit Ray-Ban glasses.
                                  Also the color of the lens i have got was green. It is supposed to be grey. This is the official link from Ray-ban for this model

                                    I ordered two dresses on 12th feb 2017 one from Femella i.e. yellow printed skater dress and another one from Tokyo talkies. My order number is #[protected]. I received both the products on 20th Feb 2017. When I opened my packages I received a different product. It is polyester tunic from Femella of lower price as I ordered yellow rayon printed skater dress. It's really disappointing that even after giving the full amount I received wrong product. I am attaching all documents related to it.

                                    I want quick resolution. This is a deliberate action as on bill it is clearly mentioned 1337 amount and the product given to me us of 1150 rupees only.

                                      I had recently ordered a Morgan Blue Jeans pant from Jabong. Order #[protected]. I treid it on immediately after receiving the same. The fitting is horrible. It looks like a kids pant which is long enough for an adult. I was not able to get my legs into the pant itself, let alone the waist and other stuff! Then I tried raising a return request, but got got a message that I cannot return this product and I should contact the customer care. Then I wrote to [protected]@Jabong, but for no good. They said that they cannot help as it a non-returnable product.

                                      I don't understand why a jeans pant becomes non-returnable??? Then I called the customer care people to tell the exact difficulty in keeping the pant. I just cannot wear it because the fitting is too bad. The lady out there had no clue as to what she was talking about and she put me on hold for more than thrice and finally gave me the same answer.

                                      When the customer is calling Jabong and complaining and trying to make them understand her problem, the incompetent executives are just reading the mail that I have received and making the matter worse! Extremely unfriendly customer care executives!!!

                                      My money is blocked here and the way you people are dealing with the customer is just not acceptable!!! You put incorrect description on the web page and then refuse to take the responsibility of your own product!! I want you take this matter up asap. I am extremely dis-satisfied with your products and services!

                                        Jabong was one of my favorite portal to buy cloths. Now, things have changed. For more than 6 months, i am facing an sissue with my jabong account. When i want to initiate a return, i am not able to do so on most of the times. I am getting an error message even if i am trying from desktop or app. I had multiple calls and mails with jabong care, and every time i am getting the same response "send the screen shot of error". And after that no more messages or reply from jabong. I am tired of doing this.

                                        For last 4 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number [protected] and always getting the error message while trying to initiate the return. I called the customer care today and the guy again told me to send the snapshot of the error message. The executive had a "who cares" attitude. And then they send me mail to teach me how to initiate a return!!! Wow!!! I am doing this for last 3-4 years ffs... You don't have to teach me how to initiate a return.

                                        And for your information, i am very good at computer and i tried almost everything. Tried different browsers, deleted the cookies, tried from app... The return pickup facility is not available in my area. So, when i choose self ship option, still i am getting the option of "pick up from this address", and when i click it, i am getting an error message saying that 'please select drop-off or selfship address"... And from app, everything goes smooth until i press"confirm", i am getting an error message saying"error in initiating return".

                                        I am really fed up with this. Tomorrow is the last day of the return window of this item. Do something and prove me that you care about your customers.
