Jabong was one of my favorite portal to buy cloths. Now, things have changed. For more than 6 months, i am facing an sissue with my jabong account. When i want to initiate a return, i am not able to do so on most of the times. I am getting an error message even if i am trying from desktop or app. I had multiple calls and mails with jabong care, and every time i am getting the same response "send the screen shot of error". And after that no more messages or reply from jabong. I am tired of doing this.
For last 4 days, i am trying to return one item from my order number [protected] and always getting the error message while trying to initiate the return. I called the customer care today and the guy again told me to send the snapshot of the error message. The executive had a "who cares" attitude. And then they send me mail to teach me how to initiate a return!!! Wow!!! I am doing this for last 3-4 years ffs... You don't have to teach me how to initiate a return.
And for your information, i am very good at computer and i tried almost everything. Tried different browsers, deleted the cookies, tried from app... The return pickup facility is not available in my area. So, when i choose self ship option, still i am getting the option of "pick up from this address", and when i click it, i am getting an error message saying that 'please select drop-off or selfship address"... And from app, everything goes smooth until i press"confirm", i am getting an error message saying"error in initiating return".
I am really fed up with this. Tomorrow is the last day of the return window of this item. Do something and prove me that you care about your customers.
