Hello,
I bought 2 products from Jabong.com on 24 June 2015 (Order ID [protected]). Didn't like them, returned and asked for refund. Received the amount in my Jabong credits, with a "validity of 1 year". I didn't like anything to buy in the next year, and forgot to use them before they expired. Yes I received a couple of mails before the expiry date to use them. But, I couldn't check these mails at that time.
Now the credits are expired, and they say my money is gone. I believe, even if they did issue the credits, which I didn't use them, they still owe me my money. It's still with them. Not calculating the interest which might occur for the 1.5 years of the time they had it for.
If someone can help getting my money back, what is rightfully mine, I'd appreciate a lot.
