    I had ordered for a pair of assorted boxers but what I received was completely different from the ones displayed on the site. Now Jabong claims that the description mentioned assorted so they can deliver anything regardless of the customer choice. They say the product is non returnable so they will not refund. The order is id [protected].
    As a customer, I am entitled to getting a product of my choice. Jabong says that the product mentions assorted so it is upto them that what they deliver. In such a case, what about customer's choice? Why are they the ones to decide what to deliver? Why didn't they offer a choice to me? Why should I abide by their rules? Now I have a product I don't want and I have already paid for it. This is cheating and taking the customer for granted.

    I, as a customer, is not at all satisfied with the response and resolution. This is the reason why the complaint has been logged in this forum. In a scenario where you don't understand the customer's view, I will send the products back to you at my own expense and will ask the risk and legal team to wear them.

      This is regarding order no. :[protected] which qas supposed to be delivered on 17th Jan and i had cancelled the order and even received a message to not accept it.Again on 25th Jan i got a call from courier boy to take the order but i refused to take the same.On checking my jabong account it showed delivered on 17th Jan.I called up jabong to complaint and now they have sent me some document with faje signature saying it was delivered on 17th.when asked why i got cal on 25th of it was delivered on 17th then got no answer.Since 2 weeks m chading jabong but no response.This is customer harassment.Shame on Jabong.
      They have wrongly charged me for product which i have not received and also which i had cancelled and now they say i am lying and have received the product.

        I have order a product from Jabong, which haven't been delivered to me. And nobody has contacted for complaint ID 38215572.
        Order not delivered. Shipment No.[protected]
        Nobody has contacted me.
        My order number is ending with 43289. I got a call from courier guy on Friday evening (27tth Jan) that it has arrived. I asked him to deliver me on Monday. Today I called him thrice and he continuously hung up the phone. Let me know if I will get my order or not

          I had ordered a kurta from jabong and i got an empty torn package. they refused my refund request simply. order id is [protected].
          They told me that they have sent the package with the product through courier. i asked them, will there be a chance that the courier team would have snatched the product. they dont have a reply for this. why should i pay for something which i have not received.

          see my order history. till this order, i had not faced any issue except one return, for which i got the refund after 1 month. this is not acceptable at any cost. i can't believe a site like jabong is not at all faithfull and making money by sending empty packages. was it my mistake for placing a prepaid order. expedite on this. i need a refund otherwise you will face consequences

            I requested Jabong to refund me almost Rs. 17000 which is lying with them because I returned several products. Now they say that there has been a revision in the Company structure and as per applicable government guidelines they are not able to transfer Jabong credits to my bank account/wallet. This is ridiculous! I used to love their website and have shopped so many things without any problem, and now this. I don't even live in India now, so what am I going to do with a voucher? They are stealing people's hard earned money. BEWARE! Don't buy from them or else you won't get a refund later and will be stuck with a voucher of that amount which is valid only for one year!

            I have emailed them thrice but they keep repeating the same utter garbage like a recorded tape. Can't trust this website anymore. If you love your money, spend it somewhere else.

            In the end they refused to give me a refund and are FORCING me to buy from their website. They even refused to extend validity of coupon. The only reason I am writing this review is so that other unwary & innocent users avoid hassle for themselves, because I was already tortured by this company.

              Hello sir/mam.
              I bought a jacket from jabong.com. 1 day after the jacket is delivered im told that the jacket is non-refundable, where else while ordering the product it was no where mentioned that i cannot return it. Order no ending 66541. I have tried to reach them so many times. And nobody is willing to help and same ans everytime " product is non returnable". Only after 1 day of buying a product how can it be non returnable. The company is doing fraud. Its customer rights to return product in 15 days from ordering without using it still they fool people.

              But its not fair that a customer buys something online without seeing the quality of it and they cannot return the same day the product was delivered.
              And also it was not mentioned anywhere that the product cant be returned. I have also send the screenshots of jabong app for the same.

              Still the team doesnt seemed to be helping.

                        The wrong product was picked up by the courier person. I logged the complaint for the same 37680974 on the same day itself i.e. 19th jan 2017 and was given the surety that the complaint will be resolved in maximum 7 days.
                        I have already called the customer care multiple times for the status update on the complaint and as per them they have already escalated the complaint to senior management twice and will be receiving the call from them within 48 hours.
                        I have not received any call as of now with any resolution.

                        The main concern is The product that was picked up has to be returned to other company by the end of this month otherwise i will be charged for Rs 2532.

                          Hello,

                          I bought 2 products from Jabong.com on 24 June 2015 (Order ID [protected]). Didn't like them, returned and asked for refund. Received the amount in my Jabong credits, with a "validity of 1 year". I didn't like anything to buy in the next year, and forgot to use them before they expired. Yes I received a couple of mails before the expiry date to use them. But, I couldn't check these mails at that time.

                          Now the credits are expired, and they say my money is gone. I believe, even if they did issue the credits, which I didn't use them, they still owe me my money. It's still with them. Not calculating the interest which might occur for the 1.5 years of the time they had it for.

                          If someone can help getting my money back, what is rightfully mine, I'd appreciate a lot.

                            Dear Team, I have bought FILA FABRIZIO NAVY BLUE SNEAKERS with order id [protected] for my personal use on 28 june 2016.
                            But the shoes was not of that quality as it was damaged in just 7 months from date of purchasing.
                            Fila is a very good company and their product have some quality so it is not supposed in this much of short time period. I want my refund of my money or new shoes

                              I received my order (No. [protected]) on 10th Jan and placed a request to return products on the very same day.

                              Since then I get a message everyday in the morning that "the Shadowfax will pick up my order by EOD" and in the evening they message me saying that they tried to reach me but my number was not reachable OR they message me that "we noted your request to reschedule the pickup of your order".

                              But the truth is neither I get any call from these crap Shadowfax people nor I placed any request to reschedule the pickup.
                              Infact I tried many times to call on Shadowfax support no : [protected] (all lines are always busy on this number) and on the concerned person Mr. Sahil Shokeen's no: [protected] (which is always switched off).

                              Its damn irritating for me now.

                              I have complained about the same on jabong's customer care as well but nothing has been done yet .

                              Kindly complete the process and return my money ASAP.

You placed an order, reached at you city hub on 11th and till 19th it has not been delivered, nd you raised complaints through email and suddenly you received message that it has been delivered, exactly which is not delivered to the one who ordered it and aftr that if you lodge complaint then there executives like AYUSHI AGGARWAL raise questions on you..if i ask for physical check and if aftr it has been raised as scam then it is blamed on you that u might be with your neighbours ! Then why the hell m i complaining to you
                                What a pathetic customer satisfaction service it is.. HATS Off for your Low grade team!!

                                  I placed an Order No.: [protected] of Rs.1305.60 Rs on 15-jan-2017, I paid through debit card, the amount got deducted from my bank account but my order got cancelled. Now i have contacted jabong since 3 days and they are still not refunding my money back. still not initiated refund. I have also provided them my bank account statement.

                                  This is really unprofessional and They are cheating the customers. Every time they just send a regret email. I want my money back asap

                                    I have placed a order in jabong.com on 3 jan 2017. The Order ID: [protected]. Order was cancel due to non payment but the amount of 1470 was cut from my bank account. They are saying we have provide a refund for your order but i have not received the amount in my bank account.

                                      I have ordered INCULT NAVY BLUE LIFESTYLE SHOES on 19 Nov 2016 and its delivered on 27 Nov 2016. When they were delivered they were great. I tried them on and walked around a bit without a glitch in them. But when I tried them on again after 3-4 days the sole started coming off and and the straps started ripping out.
                                      I have mailed and called many times to Jabong customer care but didn't got any satisfactory answer. when i go to my return order page, its show 'product can not br returned'.
                                      After that i mailed to [protected]@jabong.com again and he replied me that "My team has already started working rigorously in this direction. You would be contacted soon by one of my team members. Please be assured that your concern would be resolved to your satisfaction."
                                      So I request you to please look into the matter and return my order and getting my refund back as soon as possible.
                                      I am sending snapshot of the defective product...

                                      On 22jan Jabong reprsentative come to my home to pick the defective shoe.
                                      During the time of pick the delivery boy, checked the product and informed me that sole contains some dust and shoes is used by you so he won't be able to pick the product.
                                      Since there is only one way known to mankind to judge the Quality of a shoe and that is by wearing it.
                                      I explain him that the shoe is 3-4 days used by me then sole started coming off and and the straps started ripping out and same thing i have already explained to Jabong along with images.
                                      But he refused to take the product and asked me to contact customer care.
                                      I am also works in state consumer forum commission bhopal as a Programmer.Please guide me, what i should do.
                                      please help me to solve this problem...

                                        Purchased Vans Sneaker Shoes from Jabong(details of product&communication attached)which prescribed 3 months' warranty (mentioned in product details at Jabong website) but after approx 2 month of purchase, the color of product faded. The problem was reported immediately before expiry of 3 month period of purchase (attached email sent to jabong) on which their calls were received responding that they are in discussions with the manufacturing company - 'Vans' and will revert accordingly and made several promises to provide a resolution. I made several calls at their service center from which I came to know twice that my warranty claim has been closed and is being generated again on this request. After 14 days of such communication it is implied that they are intentionally delaying the matter and do not really want to bear the defect cost. This is their act of making false promises, providing defective goods. This is deficiency in their services and it is creating mental frustration.
