I have ordered for two track pants from jabong online and the same was delivered on 29 dec16. On seeing the product, Reebok track pant size wasn't fitting and other puma track pant quali2ty was poor have requested for return pick up of my order no:[protected], [protected]. Return Request placed on 30 dec 16 but they cancelled it saying customer not reachable and again on 06jan 17 they initiated a fresh case and as usual on 11 jan they cancelled it again. Today again they have initiated a return pick up and has been told to wait. Iam just waiting for return pick up and return of my money.

    I placed an order( ORDER ID [protected]) of Rs. 1256 on 2-jan-2017 at 12:40 p.m. I paid through debit card, shortly I received the message my transaction was not successful and my order has been cancelled from jabong, but the amount got deducted from my bank account. I have contacted jabong so many times but till now they have not resolved my query and have not initiated my refund.
    This is really unprofessional as they cancel the order without intimation and keep the money. They are cheating the customers. Every time they just send a regret email.
    Please do needful ASAP.

      I placed an order for 2 products on Dec 3rd, Order no is [protected]. The issue is i have raised a return request for MIAMINX Black Printed Blouse (for which i have received the refund) and exchange request for a bigger size for SANGRIA 3/4Th Sleeves Block Printed Kurta With Embroidery. But unfortunately that exchange request wasn't through and i was not aware about the same.

      When the field executive (Mr. M. Magesh) from Jabong's courier partner - NOVOEX came to pick up the product (Black Printed Blouse), i asked him that the pick up is for 2 products and not 1. For which he replied that he has got the details to pick 1 product only. So i asked him if he wants to take the exchange product (Sleeves Block Printed Kurta With Embroidery) now or later. He took the product that day itself but did not give me the reverse pick up sheet. The Reverse/pick up slip was handed over for 1 product only and i was OK with that coz coz anyways the courier partner will send the product back to jabong warehouse with the AWB number...

      After 20 days of not receiving the exchanged product i was shocked to know from jabong customer care that the exchange request was not placed. After continuous phone calls with jabong team, the escalation team came to a conclusion after their courier partner NUVOEX stated that the product was not picked up from the customer. Now this is Ridiculous...

      I have already contacted the NOVOEX team and asked for the chennai office number so that i can find out what happened after my product is picked up, but they denied giving the number saying its against the company policy to give the manager's number as they do not have the office number for chennai. Now that is something new to me... a customer calls up to find out about his/her product and instead of helping, you come up with all sort of answers.

      Today (10th jan 2017) an executive from jabong's escalation team called up and after speaking to him for like 20 minutes, i realized i am wasting my time. He also did not provide NOVOEX chennai contact number and said that he doesnt have the same. And adding to it he put this as resolved issue. How can you guys do such a unprofessional thing?

      I am without the product and in a loss of the money... I dont know if the courier guy who picked the product from me has cheated or it is JABONG who received my product and is in complete denial mode. i have read so many issues about Jabong that it is cheating its customers by not giving their products or refunds and play the blame game with the courier partner.

      When as a customer i am telling the jabong team to give me the courier partner number it is denied by jabong... I do not understand the reason behind the same? if you guys are not at fault, provide the courier partner number...

        I have raised the exchange request through jabong against my order no : [protected].But they have delivered wrong size product even after exchange and they are telling to cancel the order when I asked for correct size product.I am not accepting for order cancel because I am not getting same product at same price.So that the issue was not resolving by jabong.

          My order number is 36901860. I had ordered on 25th jan 2016. But order has not been placed but money is debited from my account. When i called up customer care they said it takes 3 working days. But till now i have not received any money intimation. But now i contacted them they are telling we have done payment and i have to check with my bank regarding my issue. How can this be possible. I made payment from the site which jabong has and now they want bank to be responsible for this. Very bad experience.

          I dodnt even get any mail regarding the process of my payment. Now suddenly they are telling they have made payment and should check with bank. If they have made payment i dnt know why will bank with hold it. These guys have gone mad regarding repayment

            Hello my name is sachin madhukar, i had placed an order for Mr. Button black trouser on Jabong, on 1st jan, 2017, order id- [protected]. Now its 6th jan, i tried to check where the order has reached now, and when i open the site, i see what, something else is being sent to me named RG DESIGNERS, i had browsed alot to search for a perfect trouser for me, i selected and finally ordered it and they did what, sending me something else under cover... feels like being cheated. wasted my time, now i guess i will have to order it again and from another site, JABONG CHEATS. i want my money as soon as possible.

            previously i had ordered a shirt from jabong, ORDER ID [protected], that time i had opted for cash on delivery, thats why they had to send the original product, cuz they send cheaper one, then they won't get the payment, but this time i had paid online, so they are free to cheat and send a wrong product... disgusting jabong truely disgusting.. I am on urge to file a case for doing such fraud.

              I have place return request on 30th Dec 2016 and till now there is no pickup .

              it provide worst service and response .

              do't buy from jabong.com website go to snapdeal good rerun policy and good response . this happen second time from jabong.com . So please care full if you want to return bad quality product.

              it take 30 to 60 day for refund . Snapdeal is best website . Paytm also best for return and replace ment

                I order a product on Dec 11 th and after receiving it dint fit well so i returned the product to Jabong.
                But Its been a long time that they are saying initiated refund, still now i dint see any refund in mobikwik wallet.

                Still now i din't see refund in my wallet.

                It's all your mistake.

                In future i never buy anything in Jabong and even i will say the same to my friends and family members/
                You guys are cheaters

                Cheating and looting money.

                If i din't received my money back i will take serious action against Jabong definitely.

                  I placed an order on 20 dec 2016. It was expensive to be delivered by 27 dec 16. I received it on 2nd jan 17. Furthermore i received wrong product. Jobong team will literally fo nothing. They will ask you to return the product with specific reason. It's their duty to solve the issue, but they will ask you to have patience. I don't understand why these grievances i should tolerate. It's their mistake and they should solve it asap.

                    I have ordered a jacket order id ([protected]) from www.jabong.com on Sun, 25 Dec 2016 at 23:03:17. I made the payment through credit card.
                    I did not received any updates till 2 jan 2017. When i checked on my order page found this order is cancelled . They don't even bother to intimate the same .
                    Really very unprofessional.

                    They are cheating customer by keeping their money for a week by showing luring offers. Once you make payment they will cancel the order and increase the price.

                    In my case now product price increased to 3500 from 2080. I suggest not to shop from jabong, better go for other sites

                      I have returned two men's wallet of Tommy Hilfiger to Jabong on 16 December 2016 which cost more than 3000rs and I still haven't received the refund back. Inspite of calling the customer care multiple times there is no response back nor have they called back. I have received a message saying amount has been refunded but I haven't received any amount in my account.
                      What kind of service are you'll providing. How can you'll cheat the customers. I would never like to buy any product from jabong.

                        With respect to order no. [protected], I ordered Levi's jeans style no. 511, while Jabong delivered style no. 513, when I complaint they denied saying that they have sent right product. I have shared the proofs of wrong product delivered while they have not even shown courtesy of providing any proof, my complaint was forcefully closed.

                          Reg order no:[protected], it was placed in august, we still haven't got the refund post cancellation of the order. jabong saying they have initiated the refund, but the bank is saying no payment is initiated from the merchant with the ARN number jabong pointed. But what about our 900 rupees. Not expected from jabong. Disappointing experience. Moreover instead of resolving the issue, jabong sending a regret mail regarding they cannot do anything for this issue. Numerous complaints, mailchains resulted into nothing.

                            I bought puma shoes from jabong online shopping site for rs 2999. While shopping i was given an assurance of one year warranty. But within three months o[censored]sage, the forepart of shoes have torn because of its bad quality. The customer care number ([protected]) given by the said site is not valid and i have not received any response for the complaint mail i sent.

                              I was ordering multiple products on 21st December 2016 night and due to some reason, transaction was failed.
                              I received message that Rs. 3063.95 INR is deducted from my account. When I saw in Jabong app, the order status was failed.

                              I have not received any message from either my bank or Jabong that the amount will be returned.

                              Simply I want my money back.

                                I was shopping on jabong.com on 19 dec 2016 for pair of jeans, there was an option for amex card buyers - shopping for rs: 3000 and get discount of rs: 1000.
                                I tried doing it, while applying the voucher it said, its too late for the same.
                                Where as the voucher details with screen shot attached was valid till 31 dec 2016.
                                These people should be clear in communication and should be penalized for such mal practices

                                First mail —
                                Hi, tried doing shopping on jab in website / app yesterday, after a basket worth rs 3500, tried applying amex shopping code, available earlier in u r site, it says it has expired.
                                Where as the same was valid till 31 dec 2016 as per information.
                                Can you please look in to it
                                Discount was for rs 1000 on shopping of rs 3000 plus.

                                Hi, tried doing shopping on jab in website / app yesterday, after a basket worth rs 3500, tried applying amex shopping code, available earlier in u r site, it says it has expired. Where as the same was valid till 31 dec 2016 as per information. Can you please look in to it discount was for rs 1000 on shopping of rs 3000 plus. Screen shot attached for your reference.

                                  With due respect i would like to inform you that my jabong credits were converted into jabong vouchers without my consent due to change in the policy. I had rs 5510 as jabong credits, out of which i was issued two vouchers of rs 3311 and rs 2199. I spoke to jabong executives before making my first purchase using the voucher and i was informed that any amount left would be converted into a new voucher. This has been stated in the faq section as well. I placed the order of rs 2099 and cancelled an item of rs 550. So the final amount of purchase is rs 1499 which i made using the first voucher which is of rs 3311 and i was technically supposed to receive another voucher of rs 1812. But i have only received the voucher for the item that i had cancelled which was of rs 550 which got added to my other voucher (2199+550=2749). Now its been more than 3 months since i placed the order and have not been issued with the voucher for the remaining amount of rs 1262. Now when i asked jabong to refund my own money (Which belongs to me and not jabong as they were not some kind of promotional vouchers instead they were my hard earned money with jabong.com in the form of jabong credits which got converted into jabong vouchers without my concent), they are stating that they were ord vouchers and can be used only once. Neither have i received any mail regarding the difference of vouchers and terms and conditions, nor it is mentioned on the website (Not even in the faq section). Being an outsider and not a part of the company, how am i supposed to know the difference between jabong and ord vouchers? The fault is clearly on the company side who have deprived me from my right to information and mislead me causing me problems since september 2016. Its been more three months since i have been running after jabong for my money yet i haven't got any positive resolution for my concern.

                                  Well, I would like to inform one and all present here that Jabong has been misleading it's customers and is not operating fair in the market. I will not hold my tongue back to scream out loud to the world stating that Jabong has become a money snatching company. ALL JABONG KNOWS IS TO CHEAT ITS CUSTOMERS. I was under the impression of receiving a fair resolution for my concern on the account of the refund of my money stuck with Jabong. Instead Jabong turned up saying 'Sorry sir we can't refund your money but we will take it as a feedback on your behalf'. Its been more than 3 months since My money is stuck with Jabong, everytime I call Jabong, they 'end up saying we will reopen the complain and look into the matter and get back in touch with you in 48 hours or 2 business days'. How long does Jabong require to refund my money and moreover how could Jabong even close the complaint without providing a proper resolution for the same. Its high time now Jabong should stop fooling around with their customer's money. Now I am bound to become a demoter for Jabong and will ensure that none of my friends or family members shop at Jabong. Jabong has not ceased to amaze me with their pathetic service as this act of Jabong has left a very bad taste. I even take great pride in stating that by such acts Jabong is spoiling its own customer base and I'l further ensure that their NPS score goes down. I expect Jabong to refund my hard earned money at the earliest instead o[censored]nnecessarily dispensing sweet sugar coated and honey dipped words and stretching the matter.

                                    I ordered a branded shoe from this company a few days back. The company claimed it will return or exchange the product if not satisfied with it.
                                    Me completely believing in their promises ordered it, unfortunately the size was not my fit.
                                    Now i'm not able return as they cant perform pick-up from my address. I contacted customer care addressing the issue. They said i have to self send it and will cover only rs. 80/- for the extra charges i will have to pay (For courier, traportation). Il have to pay extra rs 250/- on my behalf for sending it.
                                    If this was the case the company should have informed this while in putting the pincode before ordering.
                                    When i asked the customer service about this, they were not able to give any proper answer (They were simply beating around the bush).

                                    Did not expect this from an established company like this. Feeling completely disappointed and cheated by them.

                                      I’ve ordered a shirt but due to color issue i want to return the product. When i initiate return of that product its showing the item cannot be picked from the address mentioned. It’s the same address where that product was delivered. Then how’s its possible?? I saw an icon in that page itself that we can add new address for pickup so i gave some other address (My office address itself) with different pin code where i saw jabong products were delivering. There also some network issue was shown for last 2 days. When i called customer care they said we want to courier product jabong hub. Then only they can refund for the particular product. I said then why add new address icon is there in return page. Executive was telling like that is jabong's policy.. Jabong’ is not fair with customers. For saving time only we shop through online. For return we want to go to courier office in our busy schedules. Then what’s the use of online shopping. Another problem is customer care executive is irritating. They are not hearing what’s the actual problem.

                                        Worst customer care they won't even tell you the reason and exact issue, they just keep on sending you the same pre-written text again and again. Finally you have to give up on asking them :).
                                        That's very good policy for treating your customers.
                                        I order DK watch from jabong order id: [protected] and they committed date: 12th dec but i didn't got it.
                                        I raised the query they were pretending to helping me but what they were doing is sending me the same pre-written template mail which was more frustrating and they told me to wait till 13th Dec End of day, which i waited but order didn't turned up and on 14th December again they are saying my order will be delivered by 16th Dec.

                                        5 business days, who takes 5 business days and that to once it's showing order in your city is already there in delivery status. If you show your order is in another city you can accept the 5 business day timeline but you show your customer order has reached your city but it'll take 5 more business day to reach you, it's very unprofessional to them.

                                        And i have already paid so i'm now afraid of canceling the order also they'll again say "Oh since the order was in your city, it will take additional 10 business days to return your money".

                                        I cancelled my order because of lack of support from Jabong customer care, will wait for refund to be credited into my account back. Jabong customer care was not able to find out where their item is even after 2-3 business days they were not in position to answer me. So everytime they were just giving me same reply that they are tracking but no result from them. I hope that they learn from their mistakes.
