Order number [protected], bought a jeans from jabong, and there was size issue, I called jabong the same day I received it, but they denied to take the return and said this item is non returnable. My question is, fitting is always subjected to real time check, then only we know the product is properly fitting or not, and there is difference in sizes of all the companies. So how can online shopping make products non returnable, when it is not used, not washed, n with proper packing. This is just a way of selling items which people are not buying. I am not asking for returns, but they should atleast give credits so that I can buy something else from there website. Plz look into the matter.

    I have ordered the Ruosh Shoes and they have delivered me the San Frissco shoes. The Packaging and the bill is correct but the shoes is from different brand.

    I got a call from the Jabong Team and they are saying that the Shoe Box is different and the Product is the same.
    I have ordered Ruosh Shoes order number [protected] on Fri, Nov 11, 2016 at 9:58 PM. And received the Order on Nov 13th, but when i open the packing, the product was different (San Frissco).
    Finally they connect me to the legal department of Jabong. And Yesterday i got a final call from the legal dept. and they are saying that they have send an Actual product (Ruosh shoes) not the wrong product (San Frissco shoes), According to the Video Footage.

      I bought a Jeans from Jabong app with order no [protected]. There was fitting issue so i requested to return the order as no size was available for exchange. They refuse to accepting return that the product is non-returnable which is mentioned on Description. Then i check the description. it states that No Free Exchange or No Free Return Available which doesn't mean you cannot return or exchange item. i already had a long discussion/argument with their representative and they are not accepting it. Request you to kindly look into the matter. I am attaching image of Product Description.

        Offer on Jabong.com for pack of 3 Clovia capris for 599
        On recieving the order there were only 2 capris instead of 3
        Immediately sent an email to Jabong with pictures
        No response received for a month after raising complaint and repeated follow ups
        Call arranged after a month and only answer given was, we have investigated and vendor has confirmed that 3 products were sent, so it can neither be returned nor exchanged

          I had placed an order for 21 items on jabong vide order number [protected] for delivery at bangalore. 16 of the items were correctly received. The 17th item which i received was addressed to some person from north east. This was from the same brand to which the 5 undelivered items remained. I reported the incident on november 12th, and there is absolutely no update till today, when they had promised a resolution in 5 days. When i called the customer care today, they told me about an airway bill on which signature was affixed and item was delivered. All back to square one. It was the same detail that i gave them stating an item addressed to someone else was delivered to me. The other person in all possibility has received the 5 items and would be happily sitting their as they paid for one and got 5. Jabong has not even made the slightest attempt to make a resolution or contact the other party and check if they received the items for which i ordered and paid. I have now been given a resolution time of 48 hours. When my money is with jabong, all that they are able to say is "we will give you an update". Pathetic customer service. I will never order from jabong again.

            I had ordered one monteil & munero
            Khaki solid casual jacket 2 times with size s but every time i got l size.
            If s was not available. Then they should close their availability. They fool the customers with delivering wrong product. They r providing worst service now a days. Just like fooling the customer. I am going to take some legal action on this case.

              I placed order for watch Order Ref. [protected] 23rd November and i received the same on 25th and on the same day i placed the complaint for replacing the watch due to damage in strap, today i received a message from Jabong the courier (RM-JVXPRS) that the watch will be collected today by 7 pm. but no one turned up to pick the watch up and on my shock i am receiving the message again from that message portal that the order was not piked up due to unavailability of any person at home. in fact just for this pick up i made my family people to stay at home so that the person doesn't have to go back. and the statement was real fake how can this fake statements an be given by such company. i cant keep my family waiting whole day for that person and than that is not even collected from home as this cause a huge amt of time waste and there are many more imp things that ppl have to do rather than just waiting for days for that courier to be picked up
              i am worried as the replacement is valid just for 15 days and what if this courier portal ppl does the same for days.

              Kindly look in the above and provide your prompt response on the same

                I placed order on 19th march 2015 with ORDER ID [protected] and they didn't sent me any soft copy of Invoice.
                Once this product is technically damaged and I got it repaired after one year nearly. Now this product again got some issue as it is not working properly. When I demanded Jabong to refund amount as neither the product is quality one nor the service from Jabong they are now asking Invoice cpy of which i don't have.
                I got pissed off from Jabong.

                  This is in regards to the order number [protected] wherein I had ordered two Sarees “Sahiba Red Embellished Saree” and “Sahiba Multicoloured Embellished Saree” which was pre-paid for amount Rs. 4800 but to my surprise I had received only one product i.e. “Sahiba Red Embellished Saree” of amount Rs. 2506.65 and the package had bill for both the sarees. I had called Jabong customer care department as well as their courier company eKart for the issue. The courier boy had confirmed that there was no other package bearing my name and they didn’t checked the package for items included in it. Also, the customer care executive had confirmed that there was an issue in the packaging and that I will get a product within 5 days.

                  After waiting for around 7 days, I had sent an email to [protected]@jabong.com for resolution of my complaint. I got a call back from Jabong team while I was travelling and executive on call was barely audible. I again called back Jabong team after few days to check the status of my complaint. Again to my surprise, they mentioned that the product is properly delivered and I am not eligible for refund. I sent an email and mentioned about my talk with their executive wherein I got a reply that they have different team for complaints and I will get a call back from them. I didn’t received any call from their team till date and now got below email mentioning I am not eligible for any refund.

                  “Kindly be informed that your concern related to order number [protected] has been forwarded to us by the complaints handling department, wherein you have claimed that the product Multicoloured Embellished Saree from brand SAHIBA was missing from the shipment that has been delivered at your location.

                  Please be informed that our vendor have the evidence that suggest the same product was dispatched from the warehouse in a proper and sealed condition. As per the confirmation from our relevant team, this order was delivered at the same address updated by you while placing the order in well packed condition only.

                  Hence, as a final resolution on the concern we shall not be able to initiate refund as per your claim.

                  Kindly be apprise that the decision provided will remain final and we would not be able to assist you any further in same regards.”

                  1) No one at my home had opened the package and given the signature to courier boy.
                  2) Courier company eKart had confirmed that they didn’t opened any package and there was no other package bearing my name.
                  3) As per email above from Jabong team, vendor has the evidence of dispatch from the warehouse in sealed condition. Do they have the evidence of package having both the products? If yes, I would like to see it. The package which I got has space for only one saree.
                  4) Bill was included in the package for both the products however the package had only one product. It was missing “Sahiba Multicoloured Embellished Saree” of amount Rs. 2294.15

                  This is by far the worst service and customer care experience I have ever got from an online portal. JABONG is WORST than any other online portal. I will not buy anything from a fraud company JABONG moving forward. They don’t have any business ethics. They could have investigated the issue for product being not delivered however they are claiming it was not their fault. I lost my Rs. 2294.15 because of their improper shipment and service.

                  Beware of JABONG. They will fool you and take your money without delivering the product.

                    Selling Fake FabIndia Products

                    Sharing this concern to all online retail users that Jabong is selling Fake FabIndia product on their site - I have recently received one such product (on 19 Oct2016). I raised a complaint on this[protected] and[protected] but inspite of many calls and follow ups the team is just not listening.
                    They delivered a product which has a FabIndia price tag but not the brand tag which is generally stitched with the cloth (Photos attached below)....

                    First of all the product delivered was of a different size as shown on the website. Secondly while initiating the return i got to know that they have changed the policy and will deduct rs100 from the amout paid by me in the name of handling charges. It was nowhere mentioned while placing the order and while they make such amendments, they must give a disclaimer or a warning to the consumers. All of a sudden when they will bring about these changes, all the old customers would definitely not check the policies due to a certain level of trust. This is the case of breach of trust. No other site has any such policy. This is just cheating.

                      I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Jabong on 26th October. The amount mentioned was Rs. 2045. When the package was delivered the amount mentioned on the invoice was Rs.2880.

                      I have paid Rs.835 more to the courier guy as per the invoice.

                      Later, when I approached Jabong on 30th October with a complaint, they said that the invoice is fake. Where in I received that very invoice with the package.

                      I kept waiting for a resolution till 09th November. And then after 11 days they marked a mail stating your issue has been solved. The Chief Manager called me and said that they have cross checked that no extra amount has been charged.

                      I am still waiting to receive the extra amount charged from me.

                      They are frauds. There business is running into losses and now they have drawn this very idea to earn money.

                        I had placed an order for a Louise Phillipe slippers to use it on my sisters wedding. I recieved the slippers on 24th October 2016 and was very happy with it. As Diwali approached, I thought o[censored]sing those with my newly purchased kurta and Pyjama. I used it for may be 3-4 hours in the home itself. When I was about to go to bed, I thought to pack the slippers as I had to take it to my home town. While doing this, I saw white spots developing on the slippers. Thought it might be a stain, and tried to remove it with a wet cloth. But nothing happened. I kept it the same way and the next day called in the CSE and they told that they'll need 5 days as they had to escalate it to their team. I asked them to send a simple replacement but they denied. I went to a authorised store of Louise Phillipe and they claimed that this is a quality issue but the online team denied without even checking the product which I had recieved. They wasted 10 days and fooled me round and round in circles and now say that as the 15 day return policy is over, I won't be able to get a refund. I tweeted about it and also emailed the chief executive officer. Unfortunately, I heard nothing about it. I was thinking to file a legal case but thought will give it a try if you guys could help me out with this matter. I wasted around 300 rs in calling those guys and they did not even care to acknowledge the fact that this has spolied my occasion as I had to visit another store and buy a slipper of another brand. To add to this, I want this to be highlighted to the CEO of Louise Phillipe as this is not the quality of products I ever expected out of them. Jabong are selling duplicate products and this should be sorted out asap. I hope this gets sorted and I get the justice and some sort of compensation.

                          I have recieved wrong product 2 times with two separate orders in women clothing category. I have already paid for my orders. I am doing shopping in Jabong since long and only in recent days having problem with my orders. By the time I return the product and attempt to purchase the desired product, the product either sold out or not getting the size I want.

                          This is very unexpected act by Jabong and harrasment for me.

                          Please take immediate action for these kind of issues so that customer will not get into trouble in future.

                            I had ordered WOODLAND Black Loafers on 21st Jun 2016 at 1:52pm Amount : 2422.35

                            As I didn't like the shoe so i returned the product to JOBANG back, But instead of return of money to my bank account i was given a gift coupon
                            for Rs 2422.35 which had a only 3 months expiry, Since a return should be initiated, but they gave me a gift coupon that too 3 months validity
                            Since I wasn't able to purchase within 3 months the coupon got expired on September, Now when i talk to the jobang customer executive they say
                            that we can help and your money is gone as the coupon has expired
                            How can they deny for the money which i had paid, Also why was the refund not initiated instead gave me gift coupon that too with a validity of 3 months

                              Dear team,

                              This is regarding the jabong order no. [protected]. the value of this order is ~4k inr. the package was delivered on 4th oct, 2016 and i realised that were size issues and have placed a return request the same day.

                              I was travelling to australia on 4th oct night and left the package at home to hand over. and i reached only last week and see that till now nobody is collected the parcel and looks like the pick up delivery person might have tried calling me and since my phone number was not reachable he is not bothered to collect it. usually the delivery person in that area doesn't even call, and goes direct to pick up the parcel since he is aware of the address.

                              Also, i have got no emails or sms saying that the delivery person attempted to deliver but failed to find the address. there were people at home all the days and this pick up person is blatantly ignored to walk up till home.

                              I understand jabong has a policy saying within 15 days the products must be returned. but the point here is when i wasn't notified that the pick up could not be done, how will i be able to re initiate the return request when i was not in the country. the people at home kept waiting each day for the delivery/ pick up person and nobody is turned up.

                              When i gave this genuine reason to jabong, a person by name"aquif ali" from the escalation team refused to even consider this request saying that they have published everywhere about the 15 days return policy and even if i raise a complaint to customer consumer forum nobody can question them because they are strong in their points.

                              They are plainly using this policy as a reason/ bait to just ignore this refund request.

                              This is mere cheating since nobody collected the parcel and using policy as reason to swallow the 4k of customer's money is very unfair.
                              From a big ecommerce website didn't expect such a horrible customer service.

                              I will be attaching my ticket copy as a proof that i wasn't in the country.
                              Please help to get my money back.

                                This is regarding order id #[protected]. i had purchase shoes from jabong but i had returned it because i got the better in some other online shopping website. the total cost of the product which i had paid is rs1584 (including false 99 and cod charges 29). but i had requested for return request they are returning only the base price i.e only 1456. if i have not purchased any product then why should i pay for the handling and cod charges. other online website are giving free delivery above 500 and when we return they never charge for handling and delivery. Jabong is cheating the customer by this..

                                  I had ordered one product on 8/sep/2016 and returned it and refund was initiated but today i wanted to buy new product no amount is showing in it
                                  So please. Do fast all formalities and refund and return my money back because its very precious thing you had stolen from me and my money refunded should be given back to me as its final that i had not used that yet and within few days also you cannot expire that money

                                    I placed an order on 24th Oct 2016. The product was scheduled to arrive on 3rd nov but it did not. I complained to Jabong numerous times but they were least bothered to resolve my issue. Now, on 5th nov, i was notified that the product was out for delivery. But at the end of the day when i checked the status, it showed that there was no response from customer which is completely false. I did not receive a single call from the courier company (Ekart). I fear that these guys might run away with my money.

                                      This is in regarding to my ORDER ID [protected] which I placed on Jabong.com, but I received some pieces of newspaper instead of shoes. I also called on your customer support and they took my complaint. I called again numerous time to know status of same but unfortunately every time call was got disconnected after being on call for 7-9 minutes of waiting time. Finally I received a call from complaint deptt. on 15-July'16 after calling twice on your customer support and they provided me the response without any concrete reason or proof which is never acceptable for me because there is Rs. 4501 involved in it. Many time i eacalated thoda to Chief Office nur there is nö Update.
