I ordered a shirt on 26 Oct 2016 on Jabong with order id [protected]. COURIER Service was Jv Express. The COURIER is providing me false information that he has attempted to deliver the order and he found an address issue. Carrier is saying he attempted to deliver the shirt at 11/3/2016 12:11:58 AM. Does this courier deliver orders at midnight? I am attaching the snapshot of the shipment history.

Jabong charges extra for handling. Why is the sense of that charge when they can't handle delivery of order.

My order has been delivered today (4/11/2016). It is delayed by 3 days. Jabong should refund me the handling charges as the fulfillment of this much delay and inconvenience caused.

    I had ordered floaters of 1100/- on jabong on 21oct and paid the money online in advance. they promised to deliver me the product before 26thoct, but it was not delivered. i had raised a cpmlaint with them (comp id[protected] but nothing was done. for the last i checked the status on jv exp website days status on jv exp website was "scan in branch" and yesterday, when i checked it again the status was - "out for delivery". and today the status is - "short address and phone not picked". my whole address is there along with my phone no. and i am waiting for my product for the last 13 days for which i have already paid. pls sir handle this case with utmost urgency as jabong and jv exp have given me the mental harrasement

      On 18th july i received my product, and on 19th july 2016 i placed return request because of size issue. I also sent email to jabong on 19th july 2016. No one came for pick up the return within 15days. Fake return policy!

      I call on customer care no. Hundreds of times but jabong's c. C executives did not pick up tha call. Then exactly after 15days on "8th august" when return policy was over i received email from jabong.
      This was very shameless act from your jabong..!!!
      No response during return policy and when return days were over jabong's people suddenly get active.

      On 24th or 25h oct 2016 (Evening) i get a call from your online customer care team. I told them same that, i made return request on 19th july but no one came's for pick up. Then they told me to send the screen shot of return request that i have made from my jabong account.
      Again no response after 24th oct..!

      Product which i purchased, it is still un-used and even tag is also not removed!!

        I had sent the product back to jabong once, but because of wrong address provided by them it could not be delivered, in fact it was misrouted for almost 40 days by the courier company, then I was assured of reverse pickup by jabong, nothing has been done till to day...3 months have passed, now they are asking me to send the product...that too after huge follow up by me...I demand my money first...they can take there product back whenever they want to...this is jabong complaint number: 34631810 if you ho go through...You will come to know how badly I am treated at least 200 rupees I have wasted on phone calls to jabong, I had hot talks with courier company...still they don't do anything...

          I had purchased a GUAVA Brown Formal Shoes which was declared as pure leather but when received was not satisfied with the quality and immediately a refund request wa given to the customer service desk.

          ORDER ID [protected] Return request placed on 9th May 2016 at 12:58pm which was picked on14 May 16 and I was informed that the refund would happen within 7days... Which has not happened till date.

          On calling I was informed that amount was credited but not in bank but into my site account even after calling multiple times there has been no action...

          Request concerned to refund the amount with interest at the earliest ...

            Not got refund for fila shoes
            I have ordered fila shoes from jabong on 7 th Oct 2016 and I returned it due to size issue but after returning the shoe they have initiated the refund but I have not received any refund from jabong even after 15 days after refund initiated.
            I have even shared my bank passbook. Statement, but still I am not getting any proper answer from jabong.

              I am writing this email regarding return order status Return Request No:34976382 .I already had a long conversation regarding this order status where I have mentioned I been miss sold the product it's a not the original product of Nike .Today courier guy came & he refused to take the product as I don't have shoes box & invoice, it's not possible for a person keep the box for 6months, I can download the invoice through my email & with the different box or please provide me another resolution so I can return back to you .

              I already send an email [protected]@jabong.com & [protected]@jabong.com three days before but there is no reply from [protected]@jabong.com, I really can't understand why Jabong making this return process to much difficult . After sold out the duplicate they just disappear & really bother to reply people email.I am trying my best to return this product however I am not getting any help.If I won't get suitable resolution seriously I will published all the social network sites & online complaint forum, consumer court how you guys treating me .I am download the email attachment so people can understand how bad & poor customer services from Jabong.

                    This is to get to your kind notice that I am receiving repetitive messages about some Jabong COD order[protected] for a pink printed saree worth some Rs. 520/- from my Jabong account.
                    I have not made any COD order for a pink printed saree from my Jabong account at all. Adding to this, I am also unable to open my account anymore.
                    I fear that my Jabong account has been hacked and it seems somebody else has logged in my account and ordered in my name and my address.

                    I request you to kindly figure out and please cancel this order. These repetitive messages are highly unwelcomed. I do not expect these messages again as they are highly bothering.

                      I have been shopping online from most websites like flipkart, amazon, jabong, myntra and snapdeal quite occassionaly for a long time now.

                      I have all sort of issues like counterfeit items, defective items, delay but what happened recently was out of limits. In august, jabong courier guy did a reverse pickup and two months later I still have not received any refund for it, upon investigation with jabong I was asked to provide them a courier slip, which courier guy never handed out to me. All of sudden they have started this system of slips, The courier guy not handing out slips is my loss. Order # [protected], compaint # 33499725.

                      I have been shopping with jabong for more than 5 years now, on regular basis. I have never ever had any problem, but they are taking the responsibility and accepting this issue.

                        The order was delivered on 3rd of october by jabong's courier partner Ecom and a return request was raised on the same day because of size issue. Since then 4 complaints have already been made via call to jabong customer care and in each call they repeat the same statement

                        "we have escalated your complain to the concerned department and they are working on it and pickup will be done within 48 hours"

                        In every call i have requested to send the pickup executive with in the working hours and i got call for pick up only once in 20 days that too after 8 pm at office address.
                        Now even the return/refund time has elapsed.I dont see any clear path how to get my money back.I have wasted too much time and effort.

                          I ordered a dress material for my mom as her birthday gift. Jabong delivered the wrong product, a terrible out of size pre-stitched suit (pictures attached).
                          I understand that sometimes orders can go wrong. When I contacted Jabong to notify them of the mistake, instead of trying to correct the issue, they told me that my mother needs to send the product back and then they will initiate a refund.
                          When asked if the product was unavailable - they informed me that it was still available. SO WHY CANT THE CORRECT PRODUCT BE DELIVERED ? You have not only ruined the birthday surprise for my Mother, but now putting her through the hassle of a product return and refund. All of you have to do is send the correct product and pick up the incorrect product.

                          I was also promised that within 48 hours, a customer service rep would try to get in touch with me to fix the issue. Instead, I received automated email saying refund would be initiated. Do you call this customer service. Also, the had to place the same order 3 times, because of your website glitches.

                          This has been my first experience ordering online on Jabong.com and its been a HORRIBLE experience!
                          Not only is the customer service bad, but they are not even willing to resolve the problem in the right manner when requested.
                          I have used Flipkart and Amazon India before, and I have never had such a bad experience with any of them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

                            I ordered two items [1 shirt and 1 tee shirt] from jabong.com and the order is confirmed on October 17, i received the package through ekart courier [Tracking No : JBNC[protected] ] on october 22 morning, package had only 1 item [tee shirt] but it had an invoice for two items, so i payed 1026rs full amount which is for 2 items, but for the 1 item i received.after i contacted the customer care they took long time to make an decision and put my call on hold for 3 times and repeated same questions again and again and finally they told me to send some snapshot for proof, that they'll cross check the issue, so i sent them the email with snap shots immediately, they sent me reply asking the same questions they asked to me during call conversation and again i answered those questions through email, and i waited some time for their reply but they didn't reply after that, they remained silent and my 500rs that i payed for the product i haven't received is wasted for no purpose !!! i need either my money back or the shirt i ordered.

                              I had placed this order on Placed on Fri, 7th Oct'16 at 11:12am, and expected the delivery by Delivery by Sat, Oct 15, 2016 .

                              When i tried contacting the chief manager as jabong, that person has just to sit in an AC office and write emails filled up with false promises again and again.

                              and till today i haven't received my order . i am terribly frustrated and posting this case in all consumer forums and online shopping websites .

                              Jabong services are terrible. instead people go for myntra.

                                I have placed Order [protected] with multiple products as gift to my friend for festive season. Despite of sending several email messages. The team was not able to ship the products. As original promised date was approaching, I received message that order is delayed. After sending another reminder, ai received mail that order is cancelled as they can't dispatch . I would like to convey that it leads to wastage of efforts and precious time. Also, I could not keep the promise to gift closed one required gift within time. The product catalog is good but it is not backed by required logistic to deliver requied product and keep commitment. It was really shabby service by Jabong.com. I will only use Jabong services in future if they are able to cover up my loss by some alternate arrangements. If not I will never use and continue spreading feedback about this experience.

                                  I returned this product self-shipment through Aramex courier.
                                  and the product already reached to them but didn't get my refund of INR 2069.10 in my account.

                                  Please help me.

                                    Placed an order for a black bag on the 4th of october, still not received after several calls have been told product on the way for many days now. Compliant no. Is 34515667 and order no. Ending 32385.
                                    I have made 5 calls and been told the product is already in kolkata.Also someone called saying the product is coming in half an hour on saturday but still nothing... I have made payment for the product online as well and its been more then 10 days . I got calls as well twice and i failed to answer since i was busy. I get a msg saying that we will call u back but no call yet and neither can i call them.
                                    Its quite frustrating and delivery from jabong is very bad i must say. Takes very long and this also happened with another product but since i did not pay online it did not affect me. The product never came!!! but this product has been paid for and i request action to be taking about this soonest.

                                      I have booked one t-shirt vide order id no-[protected] and the product delivered to me on 19/09/16 by jabong's courier partner Ecom . But the product's quality was not up to the mark. So i have requested to return the product and refund the paid amount as per the 15 days return policy of the company. but till date no return has been initiated and no payment has been done to me.

                                        I have ordered sketchers shoe of worth rs.4401 and i had received with only 1 shoe i had placed return but jabong is refusing to pick and it doesnt giving back my money also it is almost 2 months after buying this product but no response, a free contacting many times they are replying that this is the last call from us the product is delivered successfully, you can. Complain any where that they have some evidence and i requested them the evidence but they are refused to send it, please clear my issue and send my money back
