Hi,
I had done shopping from Jabong.com with offer of 15% cashback for ICICI card customers for transactions above 2K. Order no[protected]. I had been sending emails to jabong to check for my cashback and I was assured that I 'll get it within 90 days of placing the order. Now it's way more than 100 days and still I haven't received any cashback, I also sent email to Jabong and I didn't get any reply once 90 days passed. I would like to pull charges against the company for non compliance.

Hi,

Tanks for understanding my concern, I had a chat with someone who said to be a representative from the company. She told me that this cashback may take a few more days for which I was okay but at the same time she failed to furnish the details of ETA for closure of this issue. Can you please share the details till what time am I supposed to wait for my cashback?

    I had taken some product from jabong against order no [protected] on 23rd march 2016.
    I had returned the product. When i purchased the product it was clearly mentioned no questions asked return policy.
    I have already returned the product and they have accepted the return but they are not refunding the amount and refusing to refund the amount.

        Hi, i am parvez shaikh from andheri, mumbai. I have placed a order of vimal pack of 3 track pants for which i have made a payment through my credit card on 18th sept 2016. And till 24th sept i did not receive any product and got the message that i will be receiving the product till 30 th sept. But on 28th sept i got the message that your product is delivered and i was shocked because i live in a slum area and nobody deliver the product as they could not trace the location. Hence for every delivery they have to call me and i have to go to the landmark place and then collect the product. I even checked in my house if someone has collected the delivery on my behalf. I called up jabong customer care number and they are saying they have delivered the product and showing me the receipt which is not signed by me nor it has my mobile number. They also say that my friend might has collected the product, my question is how do they got my friends number, how do they find my friend and not me, how do they know he is my friend? After repeated followup i am fedup now and want to file a complaint against jabong. Kindly assist me on this issue.

          Dear all,

          Just to make you aware how jabong cheats people by delivering duplicate items. This is the old story. I purchased tommy hilfiger shirt around 2400 rupees.

          It lost 60%of its color on first wash and got torn from both hand elbow sides (Photo attached) after third wash and there was no replacement from jabong

          Think before purchasing from jabong

            Anarkali not received
            order number [protected]. complaint under reference number 34182766. I placed my order on 23/09/16 for 9 items. I received 8 of them into 3 different parcels. My online account including invoice with the parcels says all 9 item has been delivered but one item was missing. So I have been trying to cantact Jabong via emails and phone calls numerous time only to get answers they will resolve the issue in 48 hours. Nothing has been done. It's been 10 days now. For the company like you how long does it track the order ? I am sure all you have to do is contact the supplier. And I have a question, how many 48 hrs I am looking forward roughly. Its disapppointing and frustrating cause the shopping I did for occasion it's already passed and I don't even know what is happening. I had to sent it overseas. I won't be able to now. As a brand I would not expect such low level of customer service. Please help.

            Hi everyone so it's just a eye opening experience I want to share with you all. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SITE THEY ARE CHEATERS. I bought 9 things they delivered me only 8. After so much of chase up both via email and calls. They are saying me we will refund you. That to I owe then Rs 849 they are giving me Rs 721. For what??? And let me mention you as we speak it's still not in my account. They made mistake and on top of that they are giving me partial refund. Such a cheat and dishonest company. Their standards are really low that people of India should not shop through them rather than give money to small vendors who are at least making living and much more honest.

              I had ordered 3 piece dress material (kurta, salwar and dupatta) from the website but did not received the dupatta with it. after calling the customer care, i asked them to send the dupatta as i liked the piece and did not want to return it. the issue is still not resolved as they are saying that they had delivered everything and will not send the dupatta neither take the package back. every time i call them they register a new complaint and close the previous one without resolving the issue.

              They are trying to cheat people as they do not allow to check the package when delivered before paying for it.

                My order which was carrying two things — one sandal and one taurus
                Poncho multicoloured color printed tunic. i ordered the same on 26th september 2016 and estimated delivery date was 1st oct, 2016. between these two items sandal was delivered on 28th but the taurus
                Poncho multicoloured color printed tunic, despite of prompting them again and again that i need the product delivery before 7th october, 2016 as i'll not be available after that nothing has been done from their end a the status was showing shipment has been created to ekart courier nothing more than that. highly appreciable and unexpected thing so out of frustration cancelled the product today morning.

                  Definitely you can't compensate for what you guys were about to do if I couldn't post this complain to Consumer forums Or, didn't call you guys daily for the last 15 days. That is was horrible experience and I though I am gonna lose my money without doing any wrong.

                  However, if you wanna compensate, you can definitely take care of the money I spent on phone with you guys. Your customer Service no. is not free and I have spent more than Rs. 600 on phone with you guys. Every time I call you guys, you guys put me on hole just to tell me that I had to wait 48 more hours. On each call, I spent more than half an hour. Forget about time that you guys killed.

                  Your Supervisor was yelling on me and I had to be calm just for one reason that, I don't wanna give you guys any reason to hang up on me Or keep my money and close the case stating "abusive customer". Worst experience ever!

                    I had bought product worth rs 9092 from jabong.com on 9th august. Since they sent me mis-sized and defective products, i wanted to return some products, so i raised a return request through their website.
                    After placing the return order, for some personal reasons i had to change my phone-number and address. I informed jabong of the same and raise internal jabong-tickets (3314082, 33424218,[protected]. Everytime they told me that they have informed their pick-up team and they will pick-up within 5 days and then i need to provide bank details and they will refund my money.
                    . But i recieved no calls from anyone. I kept raising tkts with the customer support. Every time they told me they have updated my phone number and i dont need to worry. But nobody came for pickup.
                    Tired of this, i mailed their team ([protected]@jabong.com) about this, but no reply came. After that. I looked into their website, their website said i can contact their chiefmanger ([protected]@jabong.com) and he will reply within 2 days. So i mailed their chief manager. But no reply came.
                    Next when i call their customer center, they refused my refund, without any reason. My refund amount is rs 7633. Please help me getting my refund.

                            So jabong sends me a courier on 20th august . A courier i havent asked for . I open it n i knew its not mine.. Xxl size etc ! I called them very next morning.. Since then till now (4th oct) they havent picked it up also from my home ! Complaint Id 33012979 against order no [protected]. Pathetic you people ! Sending people clothes which they havent asked for and doing COD (my staff paid for it )
                            Its been 1.5 months n you dont have the etiquette to get it picked up! Pathetic jabong.
                            Seriously how can you send random courier to anyone ! Just to get money via COD.

                              Dear sir,
                              I ordered two t shirts online from jabong.com order number [protected]. Out of the two t shirts only one t shirt was delivered to me. I lodged a complaint with jabong on 15 september 16 the day the package was delivered to me. The package was not tampered with and was intact however had invoice for both the shirts. Jabong have investigated and have stated that both the shirts were packed from the vendor's end and hence the case is closed and i'm not entitled for any refund. I contacted their risk division only to be turned down with my request for refund. Kindly advise. Regards.

As per the confirmation from our relevant team, this order was delivered at the same address updated by you while placing the order in well packed condition only.

                                I have placed Prepaid order no. [protected] on 22 of September 2016. Till date I have not received the same and when asking for refund Jabong Team is telling me refund only can be made after you receive the product and reject the same. What is this is it my headech that I have not received my order and waited endlessly and now when I want my money back Jabong is telling me this kind of thing. Moreover they dont have any information about the product/order where it has been gone and which courier is going to delivery the same no details at all. ARe you people doing business or playing game with the customer.

                                I want immediate action on this matter. I want my money back immediately.

                                  The product is not at all up to the mark .The quality is worst, there should be two portions shown in jabong but only one has delivered . According to the picture you are making fools to the customer .They are not refunding the delivery charge and the invoice is wrong .we have paid 430 rupees but they will refund only 360.what is our mistake y we should give 70 rupees extra.

                                  Please do contact them so that next time they should think before making fools to customer by giving a non worthy product.

                                    I have placed order on 22nd September 2016 with above order number on prepaid.

                                    Till date I have not received the same as till date sent so may emails and conversation with Jabong is unable to solve the problem and when I am asking for my money/refund back they are telling me to wait for the shipment only after I can get my refund this is totally wrong why should I wait for the shipment moreover they don't have the details of the shipment which they failed to give till date and keep on telling me wait for some time why should I wait for the same.

                                    Please help me to get my refund back as soon as possible I am not going to wait for the shipment.

                                      Dear Sir...

                                      I had placed an order with Jabong on Sep 16 with delivery scheduled for 21 Sep...

                                      I kept receiving SMSs saying there was a delay and something would be done in 48 hrs... After finally getting alarmed at the delay, I called the customer care on 28 Sep and was asked WHY I DID NOT CALL EARLIER????

                                      Is it that a customer is supposed to call and find out where the order is after receiving false SMSs ...?
                                      I then received this mail in response to my complaint...
                                      Dear SANDHYA PANIKER, We have received your complaint against Order No. [protected] . We apologize for the inconvenience caused in this regard and assure you that we shall be taking necessary action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
                                      We are processing your request.Kindly, note down your Request ID 34033729 for your reference. We shall connect with you within 48 hours on this.

                                      At the same time, I saw the tracking and found that the item was in Bhiwandi, Mumbai and hence thought I would receive it soon. On 01 Oct after getting no promised response after 72 hours, I again called and was sweetly informed that the order has been cancelled due to operational reasons!!!

                                      The item has been in Mumbai from 22-24 Sep and again from 27 - 29 Sep 16. I live in Uran near Navi Mumbai which is hardly 60km from Bhiwandi... though the automatic area locator post PIN code on your system indicates RAIGARH...

                                      Not once have i been spoken to by the couriers or Jabong.
                                      The sweaters are for my Children as we are due to travel to a cold area on 05 Oct...

                                      I have never experienced such poor customer service
