    I purchased a superdry watch from jabong.com
    The website says 1 year of warranty but they didn't provide any warranty card.
    Plus the watch is water resistant but i can see some moisture on the dial
    Request you to please provide a solution for my problem.
    I'm afraid i'll never buy anything from this website again.

      I've taken purchased three items from jabong worth rs 1238 but i only got refund of 1 item which is 299 rs still 2 item are remaining. I've mailed them many times but no positive response form their end. Their executive are trying to close the matter by closing the ticket and one of their executive has also mailed from their personal account which is according to their policy.

        I have ordered 1 product on 9th sept and I didn't receive it yet. These people are not responding to my mails properly and are very rude when I call them.

        Now I want refund from them but they are not refunding my amount. Its been more than 20 days but no output from them. Everytime they say they will provide resolution but they fail. I am fed up of calling and mailing. Please help asap

            I placed an exchange on 28th of august.next day ecom express courier boy called on my registered contact no and picked up my product.when i checked the slip that was given to me by courier boy, i found that it was a misprinted slip.on that slip only the product detail and phone number was was mine, except that everything was incorrect.i called ecomexpress and they told me not to worry .they asked me to give the awb bill no that was on the slip to jabong and tell them that they should track my reverse pickup product on that awb no that was[protected].i did the same and registered a complain.the product has been delivered to jabong on 15th sep when i am tracking it on ecomexpress site.but jabong is refusing to return my money.also ecom express officials in siwan are saying that we we ahve already raised a complain with jabong regarding this issue and are blaming jabong, saying that the reverse pickup slip information was sent by jabong.com, we only print it out and pick up the pproduct. but still i have not got my money back. my detailed information regarding the product is as follows order number-[protected], ecomexpress waybill no for reverse pickup that was sent to me by jabong[protected], and the misprinted slip that was handed over to me has following details.Waybill no[protected], order id of product-[protected].

              Very very bad experience from this site. Customer executive didnt pay attention to my request, they were not responding my returned request seriously.even though they blamed me that they called me but nothing happened like this...They also not responding my calls even they cut my phones..still no action has been taken...eagerly waiting for your response.totally frustrated from your site.its my last order in future never do this type of foolish activity..

                Jabong.com left me with no other option but to raise a complaint on this forum.

                On 31st August 2016, I had purchased Provogue Black Formal Shoes from Jabong, order no. [protected]. The shoes did not fit me and so I requested return pickup of the product. Now, when the Jabong executive came to my house to pickup the product, my mom was home and I was not there. The executive instead of taking provogue shoes picked up some other shoes which I had purchased from Flipkart inspite of my mom insisting him to check all the details correctly.

                When I called Jabong about this, their blatant reply was "Sir, we have refunded you the money for provogue shoes but we cannot track the wrong product picked by our executive and so we cannot return you your shoes that you had purchased from flipkart"

                I have already paid money for the shoes that i had purchased from Flipkart. I want to return those shoes to Flipkart but I cannot as I don't have the shoes with me.

                My money for those shoes is gone and I dont even have the shoes with me.

                So either resend me my original shoes or give me the money I had paid for those shoes or give me a replacement of some other formal shoes with same size and quality and please take your provogue shoes back.

                  I bought a pair of gold sandals in July. In spite of sparingly using it, the straps of the sandals started fraying in 2 months time. At this time (14/09/16) I contacted Jabong with pictures showing the poor quality of the sandals and asking for a resolution, I got a reply back immediately saying they are sorry about it and will get back to me in 2 days. After getting no reply for 8 days, I wrote back to them asking them to reply. Again I got the same message saying they will get back immediately. Subsequently I wrote another email. Same reply, no result again. I am deeply disappointed with not only the product and its quality but also by the indifference shown by the Jabong customer care team.
                  Neither the company Carlton London nor the website Jabong is worth it.

                    With reference to the given above subject had initiated return for 3 items, same has been collected a week back. However no refund initiated for 2 and for 1 initiated but still hasn't hit the bank account. Have been trying to reach the customer care since last two weeks and for hours the number is kept on hold. Even have dropped two/three mails with no reply. I am surprised with the kind of after-sale service they have. Its pathetic to the core, they seem to be completely unreachable. Please initiate and get the money refunded to resolve the issue asap.

                      I placed an Order for a pair of shoes on jabong.com last month. when I got the shoes, there was a size issue. So, I contacted customer support and asked for a replacement in a different size. They picked up the original order first and sent me a replacement in a different size. But, the replacement shoes I received was full of scratches. I asked for another replacement as it was damaged. They told me that they can't send me another replacement and I have to return it for a refund. I was fine with that. Then they arranged a pick up for the shoes and their carrier partner picked up the shoes.
                      Once, the shoes was picked up, a few days later I called their customer support to know the status of refund. They told me that both the item has been received by them but, there is some error and that's the reason... the refund hasn't been issued. The rep told me that, to fix the error, he needs to create a return request and the refund would be initiated within 48 hours. I checked my email and see that they wanted me to provide the bank details so that they could issue the refund as Order was placed with ”cash on delivery ". There was a link given, I needed to go through that link and filled my bank details. I did that and filled all the required details. after a few days, when I called their customer support, I got to know that they didn't received by bank details; and that's the reason, the refund hasn't been initiated. I immediately provide all the details which they required over phone.
                      A few days later, when I didn't see the refund, I contacted them again... and now they said that I need to return the item to get the refund. I told them that I already did, then they told me that a return has been requested in their system. I explained them the situation that one of their representative may have raised it by mistake. they told me to wait 48 hours and the issue would be resolved. After that, I called them so many times, they repeated the same pathetic apology and asked me to wait 48 more hours. Then I talked to their supervisor and he told me that I need to return the Item first. I told him that I already did, he said that it's not possible and he asked me to send them the scan copy of pick up slip which I could have sent them earlier if I would have known if this is holding my refund. I immediately sent them the neat and clean images of the pick up slip for original order as wel as replacement one. they assured me that the refund would be issue within 48 hours.
                      now, it's been more than ten days and I call them every day... I get to hear that our concern team is working and the issue will be resolved with 48 hours. my order total is approx rs.2300.00

                      After I submitted d complain, I again called their customer support... they again asked me to wait 48 hours. However, after that I received a call from them that they will initiate the refund within 4 business days. Before I submitted the complain on this forum, I also emailed their chief manager. I don't know if it was chief manager Or this forum... but, now I got my refund. However, I had to spent a lot of amount on phone... before that.

                      Definitely you can't compensate for what you guys were about to do if I couldn't post this complain to Consumer forums Or, didn't call you guys daily for the last 15 days. That is was horrible experience and I though I am gonna lose my money without doing any wrong.

                      However, if you wanna compensate, you can definitely take care of the money I spent on phone with you guys. Your customer Service no. is not free and I have spent more than Rs. 600 on phone with you guys. Every time I call you guys, you guys put me on hole just to tell me that I had to wait 48 more hours. On each call, I spent more than half an hour. Forget about time that you guys killed.

                      Your Supervisor was yelling on me and I had to be calm just for one reason that, I don't wanna give you guys any reason to hang up on me Or keep my money and close the case stating "abusive customer". Worst experience ever!

                        Order No. [protected] dated 18.8.16. Return request lodged online on the website on 28.08.16.

                        I had placed a return request for a Red Party Dress on 28.8.16 which is well within Jabong's 'return period' policy. I was returning it on grounds of poor quality. I got a confirmation that the pick up will be done within 48 hours. But I am still waiting for the pick up and refund after 24 days!! Meanwhile, i have called the customer care number[protected] several times and written reminder mails on [protected]@jabong.com.

                        But Jabong customer care is not getting the return pick up done and nor are they refunding the amount Rs.799.20 paid by me.

                        Please look into this matter and get my money refunded to me at the earliest. Thanks

                        This seems to be a standard statement issued by Jabong. Yes I did get a call from Jabong Escalation Desk yesterday and at 4:17 PM a sms from JVKPRS 'Hi. We will pick up your Red Party Dress...from JADE today. Please keep the item ready...

                        But ironically no pick up was done. This seems to be a game being played by Jabong and its courier service. Am thoroughly fed up!!

                        The response from Jabong is really pathetic. After several complaints on the customer care number the dress was finally picked up on 23.09.2016 by their courier JV Express Pickup Receipt no JBG340672. but 7 days are passed and I still haven't received the refund of Rs.799.20. this online shopping portal seems to be cheats. this is the way to harass good customers who are placing prepaid orders on good faith. please ensure that my refund is made immediately.

                          Over the past month, I have faced huge issues with Jabong, which has gone unaddressed. First, I had placed an order (ORDER ID [protected]) on Sep 3, for which I paid Rs 9754. I was told at least a week later that three shirts from that order were cancelled. Then, I again let Jabong know that One of the T-shirts from my order placed on Sep 7 (ORDER ID [protected]) Rigo Black Solid Round Neck T-shirt was not delivered to me despite showing a 'delivered' status on my order list. And today, a week after i placed the order (ORDER ID [protected]) I checked the status only to discover that Mr Button Solid White Casual Shirt has been cancelled and Jabong is yet to send me a mail. I am yet to receive some of the refund money, all this while the biggest festival in Bengal is just a few days away. I have already approached the Consumer Court, by calling up the Naional Consumer Helpline (Complaint No. 29581) and have been advised to send a letter to Jabong and give them a week to address the issues, following which they will take up the matter.

                            It has been a big headache for me with Jabong this time .
                            I have ordered for a product with the trust that Jabong will deliver it promptly within the estimated time.. But in this case the product has been dispatched and non traceable, I have paid for the product hence you expect me to keep begging you people, is this how you treat a customer ??

                            You people arent able to respond to my simple question

                            Where is my product ? When it will be delivered ?I have the rights to ask this because its my money

                            Everytime i get the same answer product dispatched, delivery delayed please wait for 24-48 hours .

                            Since September 7th the product become untrackable (12 days )... ie 12 *24 hours i have been waiting .. Is this fair ??

                            What if the product has been lost by the logistic people ?? I have to bear for the loss i, since i have paid for the product already is it ???

                            I am having worst experience with Jabong now and i hate Jabong .

                            You people need to have a deadline to resolve things if something goes wrong ... Keeping the customer wait for this long (12 days ) shame on you people

                            If you cant fulfill your commitments to customer on time, why you are giving false promises and false adverts ??

                            I am wasting my time money and energy to call customer care ( it isnt toll free either) still i dont get the proper resolution... Irresponsible standard set of answers please wait for 24-48 hours... Are you people playing game with customers who have prepaid for the order, just because we have no option other than to wait ???

                              Dear jabong team,

                              Unfortunately i have Placed order(Order id-[protected]) on 4th Sep'16 that contain two pair of footwear and one of the article was supposed to be delivered on 8th Sept’16. Without any notification, dispatch was delayed.

                              No responsibility from jabong team-order was delayed 3 times till now like a joke.

                              I called customer service for the order, after they logged complaint against it. And I have been told that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs.
                              After this I have called them on 10 th Sept’16.the complaint still in a resolution stage.
                              I was calling and calling and calling every day to this people
                              & same sentence they speak -
                              Jabong care: “apko honewali asuvidha ke liye hum mafi chate Hai, hum koshish krengey k apki puri shayta kr ske”.

                              Fedup with this guys. Every time some new fellow pickups the call & speaks the same sentence that they have been taught, every time new complain gets logged but no solution provided till yet.

                              Then the resolution I got on 12th sept’16 i.e. “Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT”.

                              Awesome service it was.

                              On what basses you people have rejected my order & even I have not been informed about it.

                              Again the same process. I called for my 2nd product. Again they logged complaint

                              That guy told me within 48 hours I’ll get a call from complaint team.

                              No one called me till now.
                              The height is they returned my product to warehouse without any notification.
                              And the status got updated on 16th Sep is” Returned as per Client Instructions” ….
                              Excuse me.

                              Which client????,

                              I am calling from last 20 days for my product delivery, logging complaints like a fool.

                              Jabong was again tried to make me fool.

                              I am seriously surprised and highly disappointed when it is ended up like this.

                              Horrible shopping experience.

                              What a fraud website you guys are running.

                              You have kept my order for 16 days, and made me fool.

                              Shame on you.

                              Hats off to jabong care team. You have done yours job now i will do mine and make you suffer the same what i had.

                              Your cheating is still on the par.

                              will suggest all to never shop online specially from “Jabong.com”.
                              It is not trusted at all.

                              It is not about delayed in delivery it's about false commitments.

                              Shoud have purchased this footwear from Myntra, rather than wasting time on jabong.

                              Atleast there will be people to react and at least they give some response.

                              Now i don't want your apologies.

                              You have loose one more.

                              Best of luck for legal actions i am gonna take i swear.

                              And stop making fool of your customers.

                                i am using Jabong for around 2 years and i never had a single problem with the team. sometimes they have gone out of the way and have helped me out. since last month i noticed there is a drastic fall in their quality of service.
                                Firstly, all the delivery of products are getting delayed.
                                then one of the products didnt pass through their quality check and they cancelled the booking and assured refund for the same. but while writing to them for it, they are awaiting update from the concerned department, of which i don't see any logic.
                                i have requested a return, the product is lying in my house, no update on the same except the pick up will be delayed.

                                i understand due to the festive season is approaching, service may get delayed, but in that case a proper communication has to be present rather than the typical "we will update you at the earliest" kind of response. i mean if you (Jabong) are waiting for an update then who is the concerned authority to share the exact update?

                                    I purchased 9 july 2016 2 boots order no.[protected] and [protected] from jabong.com. Its 20 july deliver to me, but its not to fit for me, i have returned this shoe 21 july through his pickup boy.
                                    My pickup receipt id is 570943. Both boot pickup at same time, same date and same receipt.
                                    Order no. [protected] boot refunded my money through bank transfer, but another one is not refunded.
                                    After calling and mailling the jabong customer care several time, my complain was taken 12 aug 2016 complaint id is 32139852,
                                    But i didn't received my money which i paid.

                                    It is very worst experience going through these ecommerce sites.

                                    Please help me get my money back.

                                      I have raised a complaint against an order from jabong but didn't receive any resolution from them yet. They have asked for 48 hours and I have given then the same. Still They are not at all replying to my mails. I was a surprise present for someone but they ruined the entire plan. I want them to send the product to me as soon as possible as I needed it urgently. Please help me to sort out the issue asap.

                                      I have ordered 1 product on 9th sept and I didn't receive it yet. These people are not responding to my mails properly and are very rude when I call them.

                                      Now I want refund from them but they are not refunding my amount. Its been more than 20 days but no output from them. Everytime they say they will provide resolution but they fail. I am fed up of calling and mailing. Please help asap

                                        This is the very first time i used jabong.com I ordered one Daniel Klein watch. And it was completely scratched from the chain strapped and buckle. And the box was like damaged and torn from the inside. It was really not a new brand watch. I requested for exchanged and pick up boy came at the very next time and i said i need to talk to Jabong customer care before i handover the product as it was showing i need to pay the new price for the watch. and i called jabong at the same day. and they assured me that someone will come to pick up again and will handover the new product. but there was nothing happened. and i sent couple of e-mails also and they keep saying like this kindly wait for 24 hours and 48 hours and then again 24 hours and after that there is no update and said will revert you as soon as we get an update. I am not getting any solution or not getting any call even though i shared screen shot as well,

                                        Though i was getting cheaper price on Myntra. But i ordered from jabong thought its better site...
