I ordered some clothes from Jabong. Unfortunately they were of poor quality and I decided to return them under Jabong's 15 day return policy. They refused to pickup from my address when I entered my pincode 249001. The Return policy clearly states that "the products are eligible for returning if the delivery of the same product is possible in your area." So in my case the products can be delivered to my town but they are refusing to pickup my order for returning them. Now how will i return them...So please help me as soon as possible...I am also giving the order no. ORDER ID [protected], ORDER ID [protected]

      My Jabong ORDER ID [protected] was never delivered to me, but was marked delivered and i immediately raised with Jabong. This was on 24th August and till not they have not refunded my money. They are doing this with customer and making it a business model. They are making crores this way. I have mailed them more then 30 times and called 10 times minimum but they are not responsive. Their chief manager id does not work and just copy paste the message. This company has become a fraud and cheap people inside.

      This is a clear case of harassment and they need to be heavily fined for this

        My registered email id is : [protected]@gmail.com

        When i returned a purchased item for inferior quality they didn't give back my money but kept at themselves as jabong credits.

        Now they say these jabong credits (Rs 1016.50/-) were expired because of some change in their policy. And they wouldn't return my money.

          I have mailed jabong around 10 times and have called almost 20 times in a month still the problem remains unsolved. The following products with respective order nos. are not picked up till date- 1. Order no.- [protected] return request made almst 1 month back I.e.on 15th August 2016 and it was closed because there no response from courier company. Again new return request was made on31st August, 2016. 2. Order no.[protected] 3. Order No. [protected]. The pickup for the above mentioned order no. is not yet done. For order No. [protected]. The pickup for this order was done on 25th August, 2016. Please find attached herewith the pickup receipt. Jabong has blocked my Rs.6000 for about a month now. It is cheating on the part of Jabong, for which I will definitely take stringent legal action against you which you may please note. My seriously annoyed by your services. I am always assured a call back and in the call back also I am jus assured that the pickup will happen by it doesn't take place. Fake assurances by you inefficient staff which is extremely torturing. This act of jabong has really caused me mental harassment. I have really wasted my time in calling up jabong and in result I have always got disappointed. I don't want a call back this time I want either the pick up to take place on next 48 hours or I want refund for all the products if the pickup is not done in next 48 hours. I don't want any stupid and silly assurances, excuses from jabonh this time. THIS IS THE FINAL WARNING TO JABONG TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS PRIOR TO PICK UP COS I AM SUFFERING FOR THE NEGLIGENT ACT OF JABONG. IF I DONT RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS IN NEXT 48 HOURS OR IF THE PICKUP DOESNT TAKE PLACE IN NEXT 48 HOURS THEN YOU WILL BE LIABLE TO FACE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PROCEDDINGS FOR UNNECESSARYLY DELAYING THE PICKUP AND BLOCKING MY MONEY.             Pathetic service from you people I have ordered Killer jeans whose order no ends with 01153 still not delivered and you people say that the area is not serviceable this is the 2nd order which has been not delivered earlier you people use the deliver at my address but the ekart worst courier service don't deliver they deliver 5 mins walking distance from my house but not to my area your executive Pratima called and told me to collect from ekart hub house in kalyan but unable to provide me address I called to eKart customer care it got connected to Flipkart which gives another pathetic customer service they told to contact Jabong I am ready to provide another address but still you people are unable to help me.

            Now its better you cancel my order and refund my money with interest because my previous order you refunded money after 30 days you use customer's money and cancel the order by saying area is not serviceable

              Is this the way u Jabong boys talk with ur customer...u guys say u deliver in this area n u don't know where is new step by step school... Jabong delivery guys really disgusting ...They have so much of attitude.If this gonna happen again seriously am gonna slap that person. I don't understand why they responded in that rude manner . Also not my order has came late, but atlast delivery boy told me that in future when I ll order any products from Jabong he will not deliver to me . I m really disappointed.

                    Regarding complaint number 22525568 for the order number [protected]. I bought daniel klein watch from jabong in march 2015 which has 2 years of warranty. On october 21st 2015 watch got problem and contacted jabong for service. They provided me 3rd party vendor to get it repaired. I contacted this 3rd party they said they will pickup watch and will get repaired and delivered to you but nothing has happened from their side and when i informed same to the jabong they say we will raise complaint and and forward to concerned team. From the past 10 months they are saying the same thing that they are transferring the issue to concerned department. The worst thing is that they have been closing ticket regularly without resolving and without informing me and when i asked them how can they close complaint without resolving then they say accept our apologies, who the hell need their apologies, we just want solution for the problem you created.. Even today they said the same thing which means there is no concerned team or department in jabong and if at all there is a team then they are useless than any other team in the universe. I know jabong cannot resolve my issue and asked to return the total amount that i had paid but even for this they refusing to refund. I even have each and every voice records what they said every time. I want this issue to be closed asap and if this doesn't happen then i am ready to get down jabong and that's for sure.

                    Again this watch is not working properly even after getting it repaired from service centre. From past 2 days its running slowly about 1-2 hrs a day. I mailed to them again but there as usual there is no proper response. This time I dont want getting it repaired. i want a new watch or just take this damn watch and refund my amount. I think I got defective product from Jabong or Jabong itself is selling fake products. If Jabong is not selling fake products then i should have got defective one of which I demand total amount to be refunded.

                      I made my shopping at Jabong[[protected]] on July and since they didn't have deliver at my locality(Kerala), I somehow found a colleague in Tamil Nadu where the company promised to deliver within a week.

                      "Delivery service" - For weeks, I was enjoying tracking the tour my delivery pack was being updated in their app ( Maharashtra --Maharashtra-- Tamilnadu -- TamilNadu-- Tamilnadu--). After 3 weeks, I called up their customer service and appraised them that the packet is still not delivered and that the local parcel service guy was not answering. After a lot of apologies from the customer service, they promised that they would take strict actions in order to deliver the product and give me timely updates.

                      Another week passed by and there were no updates what so ever. I emailed them saying that if they are not able to give me an update, please proceed with a refund. And the shameless guys instantly started processing the refund even without acklowledging the issue with their delivery service.

                      "Refund Service"- For my shopping, I had used a Jabong coupon worth Rs. 3000. Probably they realised that their "promotional" coupon is a piece of crap and maybe due to that they just refunded the additional currency amount I had used for my shopping. I called the customer service again and the call took the same pattern- A lot of apologies and a clear escalation plan on my case. Its another 2 weeks and still no updates.

                      Is there some legal action that can be taken here? If not for the coupons, i would have never shopped with Jabong as this consumer complaints portal is already buzzing with experiences on their poor service.

                          I ordered a Mango dress from jabong in a large size and paid for it by COD. It was a little lose so I decided to exchange the size but then I realised they don't have a medium, they only have a small size so I cancelled the exchange request.

                          After cancelling the request a jabong representative came and insisted on taking the dress back. I returned the dress and I got a mail from jabong asking for my bank details to refund my money back.

                          It's been over a month and half since i gave my bank details and my money hasn't been refunded. I even mailed them saying if you can't or don't want to refund my money just send the dress back in a medium or large size and if the dress is not available, just give me jabong credits so I can shop.

                          But nothing has happened. They have my money and the dress. I am very annoyed and angered. I want my money back ASAP.

                              But received just "1". I did call the customer service, they are just saying sorry for the past week and just asking to wait until tomorrow . Also the "1" product I received is tampered with. The box is broken. I want either a full refund or send the other two which were advertised on the product.

                                I did online payment of the order MBE green printed anarkali on 15 august and my product is misplaced instead of delivering to me and they are least bothered about where my product gone. ORDER ID [protected] Placed on Mon, 15th Aug'16 at 1:49pm TOTAL AMOUNT:576.00. they gave 48 hrs time that is gone its 4 days now. They are just playing fool with me. They even blocked my mob. No. So that I can't even contact. Courier service was xpressbee. I contacted them too but useless. Please help me out. I need the signed copy of the receipt so that I can check the proof of delivery. This is the first site I ever faced this problem. I placed 2 orders, the one prepaid was misplaced and the one with COD was returned back. Yes because I had paid the money so they enjoyed misplacing it and the one with COD WITH very care they took it to their warehouse.

                                  This is regarding my order: [protected] on 21 July. Delivery deadline was 2nd Aug. Till 9th Aug product was not dispatched. I called customer care and asked for cancellation because product was not dispatched after 15days. They cancelled order and told me that refund will be initiated within 24 hours. Till today 01/09/2016 no refund have been initiated. I called many times but there response was use less. They are not willing to refund. All they say your refund will be initiated within 24 or 48 hours. On further investigation one representative said product was delivered so refund not initiated. How non-dispatched item can be delivered? I am totally frustrated. It is unbelievable FlipKart owned company can do this type of fraud.

                                    I purchased a tshirt from jabong.com . But due to imperfect color, i have returned the tshirt through courier as address prescribed by jabong.com.

                                    But, after calling and mailling the jabong customer care several time, my complain was not taken in to action and as of now, i didn't received my money which i paid.

                                    It is very worst experience going through these ecommerce sites.

                                    Please help me get my money back.

                                      I've purchased a t-shirt from jabong.com on 31 march 2016 and received it on 3rd of april. Now its being only 5 months and the product get defected. Colour got dull.
                                      I've talked to jabong executive too but they refused to do anything regaring this matter. So if i'm dealing with ucb and product is not durable at least for six months then why should i invest for that much of money. So kindly look into tjis matter.
