Complaint number 32429302 for order number [protected]. We are looking into it and will update you soon.

This the above reponce which I've received on 20th Aug'16. I've orered two Jockey berif paid Rs 189. However Jabong has only delivered one Jockey berif.

They are cheaters. I'd recommend everyone NOT to shop with Jabong. They even do not resolve their customers problem even if its there fault.

    I ordered clothes for a child. When my order was delivered, it was mentioned that the package consisted of 1 BODYSUITS and 3 other item(s) from your order number [protected]. However a child dress (Red Liliput dress) was missing. I raised multiple complaints with Jabong over phone and email, but without effect. This is SHEER CHEATING by Jabong.co. Please advice. I have also escalated the issue to the chief manager but nothing has happened in the past 7 days.

      Really really really frustrated with jabong...
      It is about order # [protected]. A prepaid order placed on 5th aug 6:55pm. But there is no status update about the order till date.
      Almost after a month, the product is not even dispatched yet.
      Complaint number 32275056 was raised on 16th aug and no update even after that.
      Called numerous times and every time you schedule a call back saying i'll get a call back with status in 24 hrs, which i never get.
      Emails written to "[protected]@jabong.com" and "[protected]@jabong.com", still no useful response.
      Posted my concern on your facebook page as well, and got the same response "i apologize and i have forwarded your query to concerned team."
      I don't understand, what your concerned team is doing since last month..???

        My order ending with 77297 has been returned and picked up by them on 19 aug 16... On 20 aug it was updated on the website stating that i have agreed to keep the product and not handed over to their rep, therefore the return request has been closed... I even provided them the proof of return slip but despite repeated requests and asssurances at their helpline no response towards refund... Pathetic from jabong...

          Jabong is eating up customers money... Looking at the various post above i can see how many customers they have being fooling in the name of new policy and they r forcing customers to buy from them and not return their money and they say they are giving vouchers, they r showing us our money converting into vouchers, what a waste company is this!! Jabong my order number -[protected], [protected], [protected], kindly return back my money... I don't need any vouchers... And even the voucher amount you are showing up is not correct, money i paid you guys is more than what u r returning... Kindly get this done asap... Cheating your customers can only get you bad name and no sales. Hope your team gets this soon.
          Return request dates raised on -3rd aug, 25th feb, 15th feb.
          I have been following up with them from 19th aug and yet there is no resolution.

              Dear sir

              The order id [protected] product jack and jones jeans was returned from my end but it failed quality check at your end. So the wrong product according to you was also kept at your end. So i lost in both ways. Jabong gets to keep my money and the returned product as well. This is not what we expect from such reputed companies. So may times i send mail but no one is ready to listen only. Even mr cheif manager has not replied for a single mail.
              Please re dispatch my jeans as soon as possible.

                Jabong is only sending emails that refund has been initiated, but no refund is done actually.
                Even after raising the complaint, no action was taken. My complaint was closed with out taking any action.
                I have received email from jabong, that they hav issed the voucher, but no details and no actual action taken.

                Are jabong winding up the business without refunding customers??

                  On 15th August, 2016 I ordered a dress from jabong.com and made payment through debit card (Order id: [protected]). Expected delivery date was 25th August, 2016. But on 19th August, 2016 I got sms and email about delay delivery and informed me they would reply me within 2days. After 2 days I didn't get any response from them. So on 23 August, 2016 I mailed them to know the status of the order. Then they made a refund request in jabong credits against my order.

                  They didn't deliver the product hence I demanded refund money in my given bank a/c number. Till now the money hasn't been credited in my bank a/c and they are not responding. I am very much disappointed. All details are attached here.

                    The Order [protected] was placed on 24th July. It contained 3 T-shirts: 2 Say It Loud black printed regular fit round neck t-shirt and 1 Say It Loud Dark grey solid regular fit round neck t-shirt. The delayed delivery was received on 8th August and it only contained 1 Black T-shirt (which is defective – the colour is dull red as opposed to the bright red as shown on the site. It can be verified for the image attached). The delivery is missing two T-shirts. The package no. is EP[protected].

                    As you can see in the attached images, the small package contains a black Say It Loud carry bag with contains 1 T-shirt. There is no way this small package could contain three T-shirts (especially if you are adding carry bags like the one I received).The first complain was done on 8th August immediately after the partial delivery, multiple complaints have been raised and I have been following up without any solution ever since. Also the mail to [protected]@jabong.com was with order no and image proof were sent on 8th August itself. I have been calling Jabong customer care every other day without any resolution and am really tired of following up. The only answer I am getting is that the T-shirts were properly packaged and sent and I am supposed to take their word for it. They claim to have video recording of the same but are not willing to share the proof. Neither are they ready to confirm whether the package seen in the video is the same as the one that I received. Not only is this unacceptable but also completely unprofessional and frustrating. The final complaint number is 31956298.

                    Please take back the defective T-shirt and return me my money. I cannot waste any more time on their customer care number where you make us hold for so much time or emailing to your chief manager ([protected]@jabong.com) who never reads his email and never bothers to reply. These people think they can fool the middle class people and get away with it.

                      Its been 2 month i am still following us for my refund, Jabong customer care don't care to respond, they are just sending mails that they are working with out timeline. there are a long list of trail mails which i have done with them for follow up but all they do is call me once in two weeks ask for the same details again and again but don't do anything post that.

                        I was supposed to receiver a shipment with 5 items. But instead it had only one item. The invoice was missing too. Its been a week since I am calling the customer care but they dont have a solution as yet. I have already paid the money for this and now I am at a huge loss. The customer care is very pathetic. They do not answer properly and if asked to escalate the complaint, nothing happens. I should be getting the details of what is happening with the complaint.

                              I had ordered a Shirt from Jabong on 20.08.201 6and it was a prepaid order of Rs. 499/-, after which I received an email of the following:

                              "Order Confirmed
                              Order No.: [protected]
                              Dear Sohini,

                              Your order with order number [protected] containing 1 item has been confirmed and is now being processed. The item will be shipped once ready."

                              On 25.08.2016, today, I receive another email mentioning the following:

                              "We regret to inform you that the following item(s) in your Order No. [protected] could not be dispatched and hence have been cancelled."

                              Then when I call them up for giving an appropriate reason for such inconvenience at the last moment, they are unable to provide any reason and in return I asked them to at least give me a discount coupon or Jabong Credit since it is a last minute harassment, the call care executive simply hung the phone!

                                  Total, I have paid:-

                                  2 Products had received and I have returned those product and they refund the below amount:-
                                  1. Product One:- 420 return amount:- 378.00

                                  And still Product 3 (Amount 2690) status showing confirmed.

                                  if they are not able deliver the product on time why they have deposited the consumer amount .

                                    I ordered a pair of shoes on 23 of July, I got my product on 3 of Aug .I had some size issues with the product so I put a exchanged req . On 5 of Aug I returned the product and the next expected date of delivery was on 17 Aug. On 18th of Aug I call the customer care to know the statue of my product manure times but they did not picked my call. After calling them more than 50times they picked my call and they said that there is some misunderstanding took place in delivery, so they assured me that my product will be delivered to me with 48 hours. I waited for the next 48 hours but still did not got my product. Again I called them they said that the problem is not solved yet so they put the complained against the delivery company. They told me wishing 24 hours they will call me to solve my problem, they never called me and it has happened to me for more than 4 times. After all this they told me that they cannot deliver my product and they force me to take refund. I do not want refund, I just want the shoes .when I ordered the shoes it was costing me around 4561 only and now it is costing me 7654. After waiting for such a long time they are telling me to take refund. I want the shoes only .

                                      I have order a trolley bag on[protected], bag supposed to be delivered by[protected]. From[protected] we had calls and complain with jabong, executives were saying that this will be handled and bag will be delivered asap. Now today on[protected] on jabong website it says 'we couldn't dispatch this product.'.
                                      I claim the same bag or my refund with compensation.

                                        I ordered two saree of same company sahiba. I received parcel today but got only pink saree not yellow saree. I paid for both products. Order no [protected]. I paid 1737 for two products. How can i get my amount. I called jabong cce they said problem will resolve in 48 hrs. What i have to do next. When i got confirmation regarding this from jabong.
