Hey guys just beware of online shopping at #jabong. Please share it with all your contacts so that people don't get duped.
In the last 1 month i have had problems with the delivery 4 times.
1st was a pair of capris. The material was really trashy & it had to be returned. The return & refund took about a month.
2nd was a t-shirt. It was a damaged piece & had to be returned. I had to follow up every day & only then was it picked up after 12 days. Haven't yet got the refund.
3rd was a dress. Bad material & so was returned. This also had to be followed up every day. It was picked up before the t-shirt. No refund as yet.
In all three cases, there was some invoice error. The price printed on the parcel was more than the price mentioned in the vendor's bill. But as the amount was not too much, the vendors gave them to me when i showed them the price mentioned in my phone jabong app.
The last straw was a leather jacket. I had ordered it at a discount. Same story about the invoice error. This time the vendor, after having sent the sms of delivery, refused to deliver it. I followed up with jabong for a week but nothing happened. The jacket was sent back to delhi & the order cancelled.
Today their "senior manager" rang up to say that if i want that jacket, i will have to place a fresh order. No discount!
Why would i do this??
With this sort of service, who on earth would deal with them on a regular basis when you have far more professional people like # amazon around.
No wonder they're selling themselves! Smart move!!

    Shipment picked up 2 weeks back and not exchanged yet.
    Complaint raised but customer service has not contacted me regarding the status .
    Tracking system not updated.

    I need my exchange shipment or my refund along with COD charges.


    Received another message regarding another shipment that it will also be delayed. I used debit payment. Now I am doubly worried.

      I have ordered multiple items in this order. On 2nd august, i have got one delivery which says two items inside the delivered packet, that are:
      1. Harpa black solid blouse
      2. Harpa pink solid blouse

      However, inside the packet there was only one item that was harpa black solid blouse. Courier guy (Pratik dhongade) collected money 1080.

      I have been trying to contact jabong.com throgh emails, facebook chats, calls but they are not responding in any way.

        I had placed an order on 13th august 2016 for a finer sun tan moccasins shoe referring order no. [protected]. At the time of ordering the expected delivery date shown was 16th august 2016.
        When i did not receive the material on 16th aug, i checked on the jabong site and found the schedule delivery date changed as 18th august. I decided to wait till 18th august.
        But to my surprise the material was not delivered as per the schedule nor anybody bothered to proactively inform me about the delay. I called the customer service on 19th august & registered a complaint. The complaint request id is 32379445. They said it will take 48 hours to revert with the status.
        Meanwhile i called their courier service company eicom courier service. They said there was some issue and the same shall be delivered on 20th august 2016. Again i called jabong customer service on 20th august and spoke their floor manager. He said they will be able to update us the status only after 24 hours.
        Till now neither the material got delivered nor anybody from jabong bothered to call me. Inspite of paying the amount in advance, this is my fate. There are competitors like snapdeal, amazon, flipkart, etc they go out of the way and inform us if there is even a slight delay in the delivery. But here is jabong neither bother to inform us nor do we have any clue about the delivery.
        Even after escalating and speaking with nitish who is their floor manager, they still have not bothered to come forward nor inform us about the exact delivery date. Is there any tat or customer grievance cell where the grievances are addressed? Do they have any policy on the quality of service? Is there any standard in servicing to the customers?
        Very sad to say the quality of service is pathetic. I request all please don’t buy anything from jabong. This is my sincere request to all.

          Jabong.com has been duping the money of people. They should be slammed with a legal notice in case of forgery and duping of money! The company should be named as CON company!!! They are such fraudsters!!

            I've already written to jabong about this multiple times.

            I recently returned two items.

            Jabong told me that the money had been refunded. But i didn't receive any message from bank.

            I called bank and gave them the transaction id that jabong gave me.

            The amount hasn't been refunded.

            (I received another item that is defected. But i'm feeling reluctant to return it because of all this. Afraid that i might loose both the item and the money.)

              Order number : [protected]. Bought 6 curtains on 4th august and so far i've received only one, which is also the wrong item. The items were supposed to be delivered on 17th august. Since this is a pre-paid order, it has been frustrating as even returning the wrong curtains has been impossible. Customer service doesnt pick up calls, app doesnt work, customer care emails are unanaswered! Escalation emails to manager asking for the return reauest to be processed and the status on the ofher curtains are also unanswered!! Absolutely fraudulent! Now that they've been bought by flipkart! They seem to not care, and are ok with embezzling customers monies. Please dont fall for their 70 percent off sales etc. Its a scam, you wont get your products or your money back.

                Recently i returned a product (Crocs clogs) order number : [protected], their service guy came got the product and i asked for receipt he said they dont give receipt for for returns and took the return product with him and he said i will get a message within 2days. I havent recieved a word from jabong or they didnt return my money. Rs.1700 they scammed. Now they arent responding. I called the guy who took it back now he's isnt responding. They have just cheated me. Never gonna buy any jabong product

                    I've received a message from ecomm saying that they attempted to pickup my return order but thy never did.
                    Their customer care number kept me on waiting continuously and never connected me to an executive, same with jabong service!
                    What on earth is wrong with your service? I've always been unhappy with the services you provide, on top of that you don't even let us connect to your executives as your calls are always busy! I want my order returned and refund initiated immediately!
                    You don't even answer e-mail.

                      I had placed order on jabong, via jabong app on 18th july'16 make full payment by credit card, but when delivery come to deliver the pack he again took money from my wife as on packet it was mention cod, as my wife was not aware of payment she also paid it to to take the packet.

                      When i came to know about the incident, i raise complain on 23rd july'16, jabong registered the complain on 29th july'16, given me the complain number 31628636.

                      After that i had tried to call customer care but no one pick call, written mail & got reply still they working on it. Don't know how much time they require its almost one month now.

                      I m feeling cheated & mentally harassed by their attitude.

                        Tracking id provided by jabong for ORDER ID [protected] is not working and and according their Courier partner is Ecom express they have no record of Tracking ID:[protected].
                        Jabong customer care is not picking call and not responding to mail.
                        After 5 days they put order status as transit, after that neither order will be delivered nor you can cancel it.
                        Please solve my problem.
                        Same happened with my last order and after lots of complaint after 20 days my order was delivered.

                          My order (order ID: [protected]) was cancelled on 15th aug, still I havent received any information about the refund neither it has been initiated . Customer care doesn't even bother to respond to emails. Called multiple times to customer care service, escalated to service manager but no gain, I have Started losing faith in Jabong services.
                          Need this issue to be resolved asap.

                            I had place order for Lavie Handbag on 9th Aug 2016 with pre payment to which the bag was delivered to me on 16th Aug 2016 on it's arrival when I unpacked it I found the logo of the bag upside down.                                   Ideally once customer raises any complaint they are treated better but i had different experience, thanks to jabong! First they cancelled my request and didn't inform me via call or sms. I had placed that order as birthday gift which has been ruined now. Also haven't received any refund for that and they have also delay other product.

                                  Order has been cancelled forcefully and to top it over they haven't given me refund also. Called up CC and they gave me TAT of 11 business day.

                                  I made big mistake by choosing Jabong over Myntra and Amazon!

                                    My order number #[protected]. A part of this order hasnt been delivered yet. I have emailed you multiple times n even tried to contact you through facebook but you dont reply. My 'pankh red and black leggins' worth rs. 750 hasnt been deliverd which was ordered in july itself. Please refund as soon as possible. I hereby cancel my order and want nothing to do with this website in future

                                      I had ordered an item with sku ma020sh16sdfindfas (order # [protected]) a formal leather shoes on 29th july which was expected to be delivered on 5 aug.. which was later changed to 9th aug after that no information has been received till date.. i have written many times to customer care but haven't received any reply till now... spoke many times and every time its the same response that we will get back to you in 24 hours.. this was my first purchase with jabong and its a frustrating experience.. look into the matter asap...

                                        I have ordered a product with product id un573bg61ogwindfas-7075844 which was a laser cut small square mint wallet by united colors of benetton on 28 july which was expected to be delivered on 5 aug.. I only got a single mail on 3 aug that my product has been delayed and further information will be given shortly.. After that no information has been received till date.. I have written many times to customer care but haven't received any reply till now. Also my calls to customer care are going unanswered.. This was my first purchase with jabong and i am feeling harassed.. Look into the matter asap or i will have to take the complaint further.. It's been a month since order was placed.
