Dear jabong team,
Unfortunately i have purchased nike pegasus 33 from jabong.com (Order number :[protected]). Paid by cc. Placed order on 22nd july and order was supposed to be delivered on 28th july. Without any notification, dispatch was delayed.
No responsibility from jabong team-order was delayed 3 times like a joke. Plz see the attachment.
I called logistic for the order they said your area is not serviceble so we have returned it to jabong.
Awesome service it was.
I was calling and calling and calling jabong care but my call was not connected thereafter somehow call was connected after waiting that guy told me within 48 hours i'll get a call.
No one called me.
Then again i am calling calling calling jabong care.
The best part is it is ringing continuously.
I again log a complaint for the same.
Jabong care:sir sorry for the inconvenience i apologise. (It is jabong logo punchline)
Then after 2 days i got a call from jabong, she said they will refund the amount, i asked her:i never wanted refund nor i returned my order. I wanted to wear it on 15th august (My birthday).
She said sir order it again but i told her who about their delayed service... If i book now then again 1 month waiting. Excuse me.
Now the prices are changed, she said no sir, when you pay, you will only have to pay 6597 like i was a fool.
Jabong was again tried to make me fool.
I told her you check and plz book it from my side, when she checked she had no words.
She said it is an error on payment gateway she will get back in 24 hours.
I told her several times i desperately wanted these shoes and i don't want refund.
I am seriously surprised and highly disappointed when it is ended up like this.
I got a text sir your refund is initiated for 6597.
What a fraud website you guys are running.
You have kept my money for 22 days, and made me fool.
Hats off to jabong care team. You have done yours job now i will do mine and make you suffer the same what i had.
And most interesting part is that same shoes are still available on your website and it shows me delivery date of 16 august. I booked it again, and again i am fooled.
I got a mail saying sir it might get delay till 17 august. Now cancel this order as
Your cheating is still on the par.
Let the offices open i will sue you all in court and will take legal action.
I will not let you cheat more people, soon i will give an interview in media channel about my experience in jabong.
And will suggest all to never shop online.
It is not trusted.
It is not about discounts it's about false commitments.
Shoud have purchased from nike for 11k, rather wasting time.
Atleast there will be people to react will help.
Now i don't want your apologies. Neither shoes neither refund.
You have loose one more.
