Hi,

This complaint is regarding the pair of shoes i ordered on jabong on 12th july 2016.
Order id: [protected]

It has been showing that the refund has been initiated since 5th august 2016, also that the amount will be refunded back within 7 days.

But i haven't received my money back yet.

I have mailed to the chief manager several times explaining this issue but i don't think so that he has got the balls to answer.

Kindly request you to shutdown this site as these guys have been fooling many a guys like me from a while.

They never pick the call and never ever reply over mail as well.

Its been over a month now when I ordered this product and you guys are having such a pathetic service that you are not been able to refund the amount in more than a month.

Consider it as last warning as if I will not receive my money back within a day or two, I will be going to Consumer Court and take legal actions against you guys so that your site gets shut down.

    I ordered zebba golden sandals on 26.07.2016 (Order no.[protected]) for which the expected delivery date was 07.08.2016. But when i tried tracking my order (Tracking id jbnp[protected]) with ekart logistics it said that the tracking id is invalid. So i contacted jabong executive to resolve the matter on 08.08.2016. But all my effort went in vain as the only thing they say is that we've escalated your problem and we'll call you back within 24 hours but no one ever tried contacting except on 11.07.2016 and 13.08.2016 at 11.07 am and 1.34 pm respectively (And too immediately after when i contacted them again to tell that nobody has contacted me within 24 hours). They told me that we've received an email that from ekart that product is out for delivery from ekart side and that they'ud update me via email but i haven't received any email or any call back. Its me always who contact the jabong team after the allotted time period. On 15.08.2016 and 16.08.2016 i again contacted them (As again they didn't contacted me within the promised time period of 24 hours) and one of their floor supervisor (Who was not even interested in listening to the matter) told me that the things are happening on an offline mode but when i asked her if things are happening on offline mode then kindly update me with the status of my product, then she told me that isn't aware about the same! All they've to say is an apology for the inconvenience caused. I've been mailing their chief manager, the highest authority (As said by them, but don't think so) to tackle all the customer complaints hasn't even responded back till now! Jabong.com (Con😏) has been duping my money. Now i'm planning to slam them in case of forgery! Or else jabong team kindly pay heed to this matter and resolve it asap!! @jabongindia

      On 2nd july 2016 - i shopped for wrist watch on cash on delivery (Order number [protected]).
      On 7th july 2016 - product got delivered
      On 9 jul 2016 - since i did not like the product hence i raised return request (Return request no:[protected] and refund mode was chosen as bank transfer. On 11 jul - pick up done.
      On 15 july - received just a ring from unknown number at 5 p. M. And 3 seconds later received mail stating that you were not reachable/ not available when last communication attempts, we need to convey to you that your bank details are required for processing refund, we will be initiating your refund in form of voucher. Instantly i replied on mail that i need bank transfer and not voucher for refund. Called up customer care executive and requested to refund in bank account (Request id:[protected]. He sent the link for updating bank details which was done immediately by me. Received mail from team jabong to acknowledge that we have received bank details on 16 july. (Ticket id:[protected].
      On 17 july - received another mail stating since your bank details not received at the time of refund initiation, the refund against your order number [protected] is processed via jabong store credits. Again i raised request for refund in bank and not in form of credit / voucher (Request id:[protected]. Again submitted bank details and received acknowledgement receipt (Ticket id:[protected].
      On 18 july - again received mail from jabong stating refund initiated in jabong voucher. Again mailed to [protected]@jabong.com for raising this issue and called up but no reply.
      On 19 july - again mailed the issue to [protected]@jabong.com but no replies.
      On 20 july - mailed the issue to [protected]@jabong.com, jabong and [protected]@jabong.com but still no replies and issue was not resolved.
      On 23 july - received mail from [protected]@jabong.com - we are not able to transfer to your bank account we are refunding in form of coupons. I again mailed and raised concerned but got the same answer.
      On 29 july - received mail from [protected]@jabong.com - your issue is resolved and request is closed. But i did not receive refund amount in my bank account.

      I am totally disappointed with this process as i wish to get my refund in my bank and not in form of vouchers.

      All r refunding money with in one day and jobong take 7days what is different between you and other online and you product is not good . If you maintaining sane type of behaviour with us then no one is going buy from jobong .that why day to day jobong marketers down 😡😡😡

        Hi my order no.: [protected] i have placed this order sat, 6th aug'16 at 3:53pm today i got my order but wrong size. Even after the conformation about size from one of your person you sent me the wrong size. Your customer service is useless piece of crap nobody pic phone there ever. Really bad service please return my order and give me my money back

          I had placed and order in which there were three items. I got two out of them. However, i did not like it and hence wanted to return. However, the jabong guys did not update the status to "delivered" till a month almost. I repeatedly called the customer care, emailed them, emailed their chief manager, but no one replied. Now the status is updated and it shows i can't return the products.

          Further the third item did not get delivered to me and after a month i got a message that the product has been returned and refund has been initiated (But the refund that i received was rs 400 less than what i had paid).

            Dear pehredar team,

            This is regarding request id: 31363699 against order id: [protected] with jabong for ordering formal shoes online.

            I purchased branded formal shoes from jabong online, but within 2 months, shoes thread came out and requested to return the product to jabong. Jabong requested me to ship the shoes on my own since they don't have pick up facility at my address (They dropped shoes at home but can't pick up).

            I spent rs 360 for shipping the shoes back to jabong address at delhi and rs 50 for auto from home to courier shop.

            Later jabong credited only rs 100 as shipping charges giving the reason of their policy of max rs 160 only will be refunded which they did not inform me earlier. I am losing rs 200 + 50 for helping them to courier the product which was their's responsibility.

            They are reluctant to hear me giving their policy excuse which is out of the world. They expect shipping charges to courier 1 kg package should be max rs 160 from pune to delhi. I couriered their product from preferred courier company suggested by them and they don't believe on charges incurred by me.

            I am looping them purposely since they are very unprofessional and let them know anger against them.

            Kindly assist me to get rs 200 from them.

              Ordered Pack of 3 Briefs but received only one,
              I contacted Jabong customer care but they are denying to refund or resend missing items.
              They are saying that it is technical glitch and actual product is only one.
              As the mistake is entirely from Jabong Side, I requested them for refund as the product is not worth the price I paid but they are denying to refund the amount.
              So i requested them through you either refund the amount or else dispatch the remaining items as promised while I placed order.

                  Product still not deliver, no response on mails and calls
                  Hi,

                  I have tried reaching customer care many times but no one picked up my calls from last 10 days, even i had cancelled this order many times but it is still showing confirmed??? Now they have removed cancellation option from site. They are not responding to mails as well. Even i have mailed to their chief manager but no response.

                        I have ordered park avenue shirt on 17th jul 2016 for rs. 1417 (Order id [protected]) and the same was returned back to jabong on 27th july 2016 due to sizing issue. I have made the payment thru bob card and have spoken customer care and have sent several emails to [protected]@jabong.com, [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com for refund of my amount but till date i have not got any reply from jabong and have not yet got my refund back.

                        Spoke to customer care people but they are useless. The quality of people they have is very unprofessional.

                          Unfortunately i have purchased nike pegasus 33 from jabong.com (Order number :[protected]). Paid by cc. Placed order on 22nd july and order was supposed to be delivered on 28th july. Without any notification, dispatch was delayed.

                          No responsibility from jabong team-order was delayed 3 times like a joke. Plz see the attachment.

                          I called logistic for the order they said your area is not serviceble so we have returned it to jabong.

                          Awesome service it was.

                          I was calling and calling and calling jabong care but my call was not connected thereafter somehow call was connected after waiting that guy told me within 48 hours i'll get a call.

                          No one called me.

                          Then again i am calling calling calling jabong care.

                          The best part is it is ringing continuously.

                          I again log a complaint for the same.

                          Jabong care:sir sorry for the inconvenience i apologise. (It is jabong logo punchline)

                          Then after 2 days i got a call from jabong, she said they will refund the amount, i asked her:i never wanted refund nor i returned my order. I wanted to wear it on 15th august (My birthday).

                          She said sir order it again but i told her who about their delayed service... If i book now then again 1 month waiting. Excuse me.

                          Now the prices are changed, she said no sir, when you pay, you will only have to pay 6597 like i was a fool.

                          Jabong was again tried to make me fool.

                          I told her you check and plz book it from my side, when she checked she had no words.

                          She said it is an error on payment gateway she will get back in 24 hours.

                          I told her several times i desperately wanted these shoes and i don't want refund.

                          I am seriously surprised and highly disappointed when it is ended up like this.

                          I got a text sir your refund is initiated for 6597.

                          What a fraud website you guys are running.

                          You have kept my money for 22 days, and made me fool.

                          Hats off to jabong care team. You have done yours job now i will do mine and make you suffer the same what i had.

                          And most interesting part is that same shoes are still available on your website and it shows me delivery date of 16 august. I booked it again, and again i am fooled.

                          I got a mail saying sir it might get delay till 17 august. Now cancel this order as

                          Your cheating is still on the par.

                          Let the offices open i will sue you all in court and will take legal action.

                          I will not let you cheat more people, soon i will give an interview in media channel about my experience in jabong.

                          And will suggest all to never shop online.

                          It is not trusted.

                          It is not about discounts it's about false commitments.

                          Shoud have purchased from nike for 11k, rather wasting time.

                          Atleast there will be people to react will help.

                          Now i don't want your apologies. Neither shoes neither refund.

                          You have loose one more.

                          Best of luck for legal actions i am gonna take i swear.

                          And stop making fool of your customers.

                            On 31 July I placed an order of Jack and Jones blue round neck tee, on August 2 I got the parcel, but ob site site It was showing delivery is delayed it will take some time, the t shirt I ordered was smaller in size so I wanted to make a return, but thorough site I wasn't able to place the return request because as per site product Is still in transaction, so malied them atleast for 5 days continously and called tyem 10 times but no response On August 7 with the help of this site got in touch with costumer care executive and placed a return request, filled in my bank details for return, returned the prod and on 11th August that is Thursday at 1.30 pm I got a message stating that return would be initiated withinin 48 hrs, I was happy and satisfied with the response of jabong return services but to my amazement today is 15 august, 9.30 pm, i checked my atm account today, no refund yet, ...I am very disappointed its been more than 48 hrs no refund yet very disappointed!! Worst services

                              In the month of july-2016 i ordered a top (Order no: [protected] from jabong). On receiving the same i was not satisfied by the product size. It was too loose. I contacted them to return the top. On 11.07.2016 a salesman collected the item and gave us return order receipt no: 434631 dt. 11.07.2016 and assured to refund the amount in due course. Despite the reminders by mail on "[protected]@jabong.com" and giving the complete details (Bank a/c no. Which they asked to refund) the company had not taken care to refund the amount.

                                With respect to the return request filed for order id: [protected], the return and the refund has not started. I was getting messages like, the return has been cancelled when i never cancelled any return.
                                I have been trying to reach jabong.com for the past month. I have been calling them and they put me on hold and cheat me making money off the telephonic conversations. Neither are they replying to the mails sent. I have sent countless emails to jabong.com but they just don't seem to reply.
                                I am losing money because of this fraudulent act of jabong.com. Please revert.

                                  Can you guys update on this, Delivering wrong product to the customer ..


                                  This is in being regards to the Jabong tracking id # JBNC[protected] where by I had ordered a plain white short stripped kurta for men on 3rd Aug, howsoever there a wrong product delivered to me (yellow stripped Kurta)..

                                  What the hell you guys think ? A Customer is a fool, I have been writing continuously from 11th Aug but it seems you guys are not interested. Delivering a wrong product to a customer and then keeping mum .


                                  please initiate the exchange policy where by I can have the correct product delivered to me

                                    My complaint id is1349994. Already i have submitted a complaint on this behalf. I have still not received one product from jabong. After my first complaint they had sent out of four two products on 12th august. I dint receive the other. It's been more than 20 days. I feel like cheated. This site is worst.. So many customers are having the same problem with this site. Kindly please help me.

                                    I am having issues with 2 products. 1 was picked for return. But there has been no information ever since. For the other product, i was asked to pay twice while i had done the payment already. Noone answers on the customer care no. Noone replies to the mails sent to customer care dept. Dont know what to do.

                                      Order was placed on 17th july 2016. I paid by my debit card for the order. The order never came to me. I wrote several e-mails to the costomer care but they didint updated me about my order and didn't delivered my order even after waiting for so long. My order was cancelled by jabong on 12th august. But now also i am mailing them for refund and they have not responded to any of my mails. I haven't got my refund. Jabong took my money. They neither delivered my order nor refunded my money. They have kept my money for about a month now.

                                        Unfortunately i have purchased a puma sneakers from jabong.com (order number : [protected]).. placed order on 31st july and order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd august. without any notification, dispatch was delayed. i called jabong customer care more than 10 times but my call was not connected thereafter somehow call was connected after waiting for 15 mins on call before my line was connected to customer care. thay guy told me within 48 hours i'll get notification but nothing happened.

                                        Again i called on 6 august, again same thing happend, received false hope of 48 hours.. i again called on 10th august, support guy raised a critical case and said i'll be getting my product in 48 hours but today i get to know my order is cancelled.

                                        I am seriously surprised and highly disappointed. i spent more than 350 rupees calling you guys and it ended up like this.

                                        And most interesting part is that same puma sneakers are still available on your website and it shows me delivery date of 17 aug.

                                        Please stop making fool of your customers.

                                        You guys cancelled my order saying that product is not available. I ordered the same product from your app again and got delivery date of 20 aug. Very disappointed .
