      I have ordered 3 products from JABONG and returned/cancelled due to product issues/late delivery of product respectively.

      The details are as below:

      1 Slim Fit Jeans from the order number [protected]
      (Refund initiated mail received on Tue, Aug 2, 2016 at 9:18 PM)

      1 Polo T-Shirts from the order number [protected]
      (Refund initiated mail received on Sun, Jul 31, 2016 at 1:51 PM)

      Order Number [protected] - 2 TShirts (Refund initiated mail received on Thu, Jul 28, 2016 at 3:22 PM)

      I have not yet received any refund in my bank account. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

      Also, please update the proceedings via email, as your executives at call centre are not answering any calls.

                I have note received the refund for order [protected]. It is more than 20 days since I returned the product.

                  This is regarding my Jabong Order No. [protected] which was to be delivered by 6th August, 2016. I haven't received any update on the status of the product yet. When I tried to track the item on the Jabong Website, it displayed ' Dispatch of the product is delayed. The status of the product is currently unavailable'. Also the order can not be cancelled.

                  And when I called the Customer Care Number provided on the website I had to wait for long durations but no one picked up. It appears as if this is another way of earning money by Jabong. Such a ridiculous Service was not at all expected from Jabong Customer Care.I received a reply when I sent a mail to the Chief Manager in which it was mentioned that I will be contacted by their team in 48 hours but all in vain. It has been more than 2 days and I haven't been contacted by Jabong.

                  I would like to know the status of this product and if it can't be delivered then I would like to have my money back. I hope you will look into the matter and help me out.

                        An order with the order number [protected] was placed with Jabong on the 20th of July. the ETA informed to us was 02nd of August. This was a birthday gift for my mom.Now its 12th of august and we have not yet received any communication on the order, other than a apologise email. That too after sending several emails. I have tried to call Jabong's customer care multiple times but have not managed to speak to any agents in spite of holding for 10-15 mins. If there was a delay i would have expected jabong to inform me about the same. This does not really show good customer service on their part. I have send an SMS from the registered mobile number, again no response yet.
                        At this point of time I would like to cancel this order and request them to arrange for a full refund asap. I won't recommend my colleagues or friends to buy products from Jabong, due to lack of ownership, pathetic customer experience. I would like to know the reason for not delivering my product and need my money back at the earliest. I do not have time to spend chasing them multiple times, as i have been doing for the past few days. Also need to take this escalation to the next level.

                          My order [protected] was supposed to reach by 8th aug but it did not happen.. I got a message saying that there will be a delay but when i logged into my jabong account i was surprised to see that my order was returned. I did not initiate return. I was not even informed about this. Jabong doesnt seem to care about the customer because no body answers calls. I have lost faith in its customer care service which is very poor. What about my jabong credit? I need refund now. I just got a 10percent off coupon but i have already paid the amount and there was no refund. I dont have the product or money... I can not waste my mobile balance just to listen to a computered voice which keeps appreciating my patience but the call gets disconnected. Jabong should contact me and resolve my issue. I sent 2 mails to jabong care but as expected i didnt get reply from jabong. It is very clear that i will not accept the product which i ordered on 30/7/2016. I want refund and i am very sure i will never shop at jabong and never recommend it to anyone.

                                This is my Order Number [protected]. Jabong has not initiated the refund for this order number. They emailed my 3 days back that the refund is initiated, but I haven't received my refund yet. Today being the fourth day. Maximum 4 business days are required is what they had said. But I haven't got the refund. The delay in returning the money is unethical and disappointing. Jabong should take serious note of it. I sent them a email, but no reply. Called them yet again but no reply. Why are you so lazy with work?? Does it take 4 days to make a transaction?? So long? With use of technology also?? Real shame on you!!

                                  I had ordered 2 products at a time, which were expected to be delivered in 10 days. Courier concern sends me an SMS stating it cannot be delivered, and when I call them and check the reason is that the imvoice and price does no match hence returning it. Called Jabong, they say the reason to take the product back was the consumer did not have enough cash. Conflicting reasons!!! here the consumer was following up instead jabong updating us. after this happened, 3 days later i again called up jjabong to understand the status, they say this cant be taken forward, you will have to reorder. what the hell!!! who the hell was going to update me about this. if i would not have called i suppose i would have been waiting for my order for more 10 days. Jabong did not even bothere to update about the cancellation even after 3 days after the idiocracy happened. Ofcourse consumers can be calm, but how will one believe in the next order with them, are we supposed to follow up ourselves in every discrepancy???. Jabong needs to work on the follow ups/updates to the consumer!!! we cant just keep guessing/waiting for the status on orders placed.

                                    I was informed that refund has been initiated on 31st jul'16 against my order # 42945. I was never informed about amount not being credited until i called up customer care. It takes time to get connected to associate. Also they deny for escalations. I had to force them for transferring my call. Supervisor - mr tarun and krutika didn't provide me resolution well. Pls listen to my last call wherein you'll find both associate and supervisor speaking in harsh way.

                                      I Placed two order on date[protected]. One order of Rs. 10, 695.30 for 10 Kurtis and Rs.2, 702.28 for 3 kurtis. I got one order of 10 kurtis worth rs. 10, 695.30 but yet not get 3 kurtis worth rs. 2, 702.28. I paid that money through debit card and it have debited to my account on 06.06.2016. You neigher refuned rs. 2, 702.28 nore delivered kurties. please refund my money back as you did not delivered my order.

                                      I have ordered 6 kurties on5th august. But they are not delivered but showing delivered on 10 august. My order no is [protected] worth rs. 5499. I have not got any message or any call to delivery man and yet not get it. Please convey my complaint soon

                                      you debited Rs. 2, 702.28 from my account on date 06.06.2016 but you did not delivered my order not refuned my money. If you are not goiing to deliver my order then please refund my money as soon as possible. As I paid through my debit card I have that estimate on my passbook and that No. is ECOM 949190 WWW JABONG COM. Please refund my amount 2, 702.28 very soon.

                                        I ordered mufti jacket on 24 th july, my order no is [protected], last date of delivery is 1st august 2016, so i waited till 1st there was no response, so i sent dozens of emails and called customer service and they told to wait 48 hrs, and i waited but no response, so i sent dozen more emails and now customer service has stopped picking my calls, so i called from friends mobile, they gave me request id 31943470 and wait for 48hrs more and told to call in my mobile only, so from past 2 days i have no return emails and customer service calls have cost me more than 100rs, so now i have lost 2300rs and plenty of time and currency and no means of getting it back, please help
