My order no.[protected]. Next trousers delivered to me long ago but the delivery status never changed to delivered. I want to initiate return as it is ill fitted. I am trying to reach out to Jabong customer care via phone or email. Even the chiefmanager Jaong but in vain. I need this product to return and my refund. Customer care of Jabong is NOT responding since over a month now. Is anyone there to help??

      Ashish-executive who picked the call.

      I had placed an order on jabong on 19 july 2016. i had ordered a nike air relentless msl 5 running shoes. the order id was [protected], i paid with a debit card, and the estimated delivery was 29 july. on 27 july, i tried to contact jabong on its contact number [protected] after seeing that the product had not even been dispatched. i tried calling 4-5 times, each call lasted 7.5 minutes and cut automatically after that. no one responded. after that i mailed them at [protected]@jabong.com, but they didn't reply to that mail too. on 30 july, i mailed them again after the delivery deadline had passed, but they didn't reply even then.

      Then i tried to call them on the same day. after 5-6 attempts, one of the executives picked up the phone and registered a complaint, and said that it will be resolved within 2 working days. after that the days passed on, and i tried to call jabong again on 10 august. i tried 5-6 calls, but no avail! finally on 11 august, after calling 6 times, one of the executives (ashish) picked up the call and said the same thing about registering a complaint. he then initiated a refund, but by then they had already wasted 23 days, 165 minutes of call-time (and the number wasn't even toll-free.) frustrated from all this, i demanded to be transferred to his office-in-charge, but he tried to hold me for 30 minutes, giving all kinds of excuses, and finally he did the exact same thing which i warned him not to do in the very beginning: he cut my call.

      This is the kind of service jabong offers to a 2.5 year old customer. they take payment for an order, make you wait for 23 days, make you call them and waste nearly 200 minutes of your time, and then they justify all this by refunding your money (they have initiated the refund, who knows how much more time it will take). is all this justified? is the customer's time not worth anything? can't they be held legally responsible for such unprofessional behavior?

      I would suggest everyone to never order from jabong again.

        I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from jabong.com of fila brand i wear 9 no shoes but when i got them they were like 10no. Shoes i called customer care for repeatedly for 3 days no one answered even mailed no response then i exchanged them through app i got the exchange but now one shoe is big and other is fit ! The app doesnt provide further exchanges on a product once exchanged its been 2 weeks no one answers on customer care no[protected] i have been waitaing for 20 minutes but on one answers it call and mails now what will i do with this shoe

          Today in the morning i got a call from jabong that my order will be delivered to me by the end of the day. But now it's already 4:30 pm, still not got a call from their side. I am not getting their customer care number also.
          This order is too urgent for me as we are leaving for bangalore tomorrow morning.

            Hi,

            I ordered one product from Jabong.com on 14th July. Today it is 11th August and the product is still not even dispatched. I have ordered that product in order to gift to a friend of mine. And now I am in a total embarrassing position.

            Can anybody let me know what is wrong here?
            If Jabong is not able to deliver that product, is it not their responsibility to at least contact me and initiate a refund.

            I have called the customer care multiple times but nobody is picking up the call. They are not replying to mails.

            Is this the way how jabong is harassing their customers?
            If you cant service properly please stop your business and refund my money ASAP.

            Hi,

            It has been so many days that I have raised the concern and there is no response.
            On top of that I could see in Jabong that the product is showing as 'Delivered'.
            However, the product has not been delivered at all.

            What is this going on???

            I DONT want any product from you guys.
            Please refund my money IMMEDIATELY.

              I have placed a order dt 07/08/2016 as committed date of delivery passed but product not recvd yet even no-one is assisting from jabong customer care. I called many times to contact customer care but not picked any single call, my last call was of 15 minutes but no one picked the call. I think they don't have any customer care staff. I orders an item but after experience of their bad service i m not gonna accept that time because it seems jabong is a fraudulent website...

I have raised the complaint in customer care, complaint no. 31935815, but of no use. I want to know whether there site is closed as no body answering the customer care number. I heard that myntra has purchase it, so any chance of getting the money back.

                  Dear team,

                  This is regarding order no [protected] (2 kurtis) which has returned on 3rd aug'16 to shadowfax courier services.

                  But till date i have not received the refund amounted to rs 899/-. Though the status is showing request closed but i have not received the refund amount neither in my bank account & nor in jabong credit.

                  I have also called so many times but nobody is picking up the phone, not even replying on mails.

                  I never had such experience with jabong before... What happened to you guys... You are loosing your customer's faith.

                  I initiated my return order but due to jabongs tecnical problem they asked me to cancel my return order and place order again.But now i could not place return order.It says that return order already initiated.But if it is initiated why no one came for pickup.And also I tried to contact customer care many times but as usual no one responded.

                    It was a prepaid order on 30th july and it was supposed to be delivered on 4th august. But now the message received the item could not be dispatched due to the product is unavailable. And there is no option to cancel the order. I tried calling customer care number for more than 100 times. They disconnect the call after 10 mins of hold. Never been able to reach to them. There is no response for the email also. Kindly cancel the order and refund my money. There us no point in keeping my money in your account.

                        I am really disappointed to to see your service, i tried calling your customer support number more than 10 times everyday and i event waited for 10 minute, no one responded, really pathetic. I writing emails daily to you but no one is responding.

                          This is regarding return id[protected] for order [protected].
                          The refund has been initiated on 29 july 2016 but haven't received yet. I have called them almost everyday. None picks up ever, no one taking calls at customer care. Wrote a mail to the support team also.

                              Hi,

                              I had purchased a pair of farenheit sunglasses [order number: [protected]] on 25/07/16 and paid for it via my debit card the same day itself. the order was placed successfully and i expected the delivery within 2-3 days.

                              Till 28/07/16 the tracking status was : 'the order has been confirmed' and on 29/07/16it suddenly changed to ' your order has been cancelled'.

                              Since i did not place the cancellation request, it completely took me by surprise and i immediately wrote a mail asking for explanation over the same. even if i had cancelled the product i never received any cancellation confirmation and only one message on 30/07/16 that the refund request has been initiated towards my bank account.

                              For the same issue i have written numerous mails and have made several calls to get clarification but to no avail.

                              Here is a mail chain which i had sent to jabong people over which they did not bother to replicate. also, i stayed in the waiting for 20 minutes on both the calls to their customer service departments but to no avail.

                              I'd been your customer ever since jabong made it to my city, delhi.
                              I'm not going to the details of how your services have changed but let me name the most recent ones.
                              I had placed an order, numbered: [protected] on 25 july 2016.
                              Since the order was to be despatched from haryana/ gurgaon, i thought i would be receiving it by thursday or friday, max. and i keep tracking it, to which it shows the item had been confirmed and nothing else. nothing.
                              So i just patiently wait and check the status everyday.
                              Last i checked, it was yesterday afternoon and it was showing the same status of being confirmed.
                              So when i checked it this morning, it shows it has been cancelled. and i did not do it.
                              Can you give me an explanation of how it got cancelled and why. and why was i not informed about it the moment the order was cancelled.
                              Also, when i kept calling you over the issue, my call was put on hold for 7.5 minutes for which you charge, obviously and no one reverted back!
                              Your service is poor guys. shame on you.
                              Frustrated customer!



                              Kindly look into the issue and seek explanation for such unprofessional, so - not-customer friendly attitude of theirs.

Unless you move your lazy fingers to type a satisfying response which makes customers happy for real, don't you dare mark it resolved for me. Frame this goddamn complaint in your virtual office with virtual work and keep looking at it and working till the time you stop getting such mails. And you guys are going to have a hard time for that because I do have ONE MORE ISSUE WITH YOU ALL. You will get to know about it once you try reading your mails and you will find mine in the pile. Go ahead, read it. Then try calling me and apologizing for the mistake that you repeated and will be repeated for decades if somehow you manage to keep the organisation running. I sincerely hope not. Try finding a better person this time to apologize though, because the last one said WE WILL NOT REPEAT THIS MISTAKE OR OF ANY KIND.                                 Hi,

                                His is regarding order no:[protected]
                                I returned product faballey curve black printed blouse almost 3 weeks back. They said they have refunded the money. But i have not received the refund. Even bank confirmed me that they have not received any refund from jabong.

                                I have given bank statement also to jabong. But no use. No action has been taken from jabong and i have lost my money. I ahve sent many mails to jabong customer care and called customer care many times but no use.

                                  Placed an order (Order id [protected]) in jabong.Com on 25th july'16. It was a prepaid order and was supposed to be delivered by 30th july'16 itself. However got a mail on 31st july'16 stating that the 'products could not be dispatched and hence have cancelled'. It was also mentioned the refund for the items would be initiated within 24-48 hours via the same mode as chosen by self to make the payment. But no luck. I had dropped multiple mails to jabong care and also escalated the same to their chief manager as well, but got no positive response on the same. Calls are also not responded.

                                  I faced the same refund issue for the order id [protected] as well. The partial refund for the said order is yet to be done from their end.

                                  Looking for your sincere concern on the same.

                                    From jabong.Com i had ordered for 4 items on 27th july with estimated date of delivery on 8th august.. Received only one item till now.. Status for other items are shown as delivered... Tried calling customer service.. Bt no one picking up the call. Even i have sent multiple mails to their email id [protected]@jabong.Com... Bt no reply from them... I don't know wether they are going to place my order or not.. I had already paid for these items... Please help..

                                      Hi,

                                      Wrt the order #[protected], there were two items to be delivered.
                                      Only one item delivered but the status updated as delivered. I have paid 520 towards the partial order which is yet to be delivered.
                                      I wrote multiple mails to customer care, head-customer care as well.
                                      However, no reply from them.
                                      Whenever i try calling the customer care number, no answer as usual.
                                      Very bad customer care at jabong.

                                        This is regarding my return request no: 31613397 with jabong which i made on july 28th. No one has picked to collect the items moreover jabong people have re raised returns two more times. But still no luck. I got a response from their side as i was unavailable at home which can't be possible 3 times, even if this is the case no courier partner tried calling me. So this is there excuse. I sent so many mails at [protected]@jabong.Com, [protected]@jabong.Com & to [protected]@jabong.Com. But no body turned up. I tried calling on their number also but nobody connects over phone. Kindly look into this matter.

                                        Inspite of trying the customer care several times they are not responding and no status is upadated and even I have lot of issues regarding refund please do something about it. Even after sending them multiple e mails they don't respond. Our money is tied up and it is very unethical.
