On 29th june, i thought of purchasing a pair of shoes from jabong. While making payment, i came to know that, you jabong was giving 10% cashback if the amount was paid by paytm wallet.
So, i tried to pay the amount of rs. 1300/- using paytm wallet, but transaction kept on failing. But, after one such unsuccessful transaction, the amout was deducted from my paytm wallet but, order was not placed.
When, i contacted both of you one after another, both of you simply finished it by saying that, something must be wrong with others part.
Paytm replied that, paytm has paid the amount and i should contact jabong for the concern. But, when i contacted jabong, they are saying that they did not receive any amount for the transaction and so, order was not placed successfully.
No one of you took efforts to contact the other promotional partner and to help out the wandering customer for 30 days!
This is so ridiculous and annoying yaar.!
Neither the customer care nor chief manager has taken any effort to reply to any of the above of mails written by me. I doubt, if the email id denoted by the name of chief manager is actually handled by a chief managerial level person or not. Because, despite banging my head in the above mails, no one feels it even necessary to reply to any of the mail. Very much insulting and disgraceful!
Finally, after realizing that, no one of you bothers to reply and resolve the query by mail communication, i tried to call your customer care number. That stuff was again not at all pleasant. It took 15 mins to actually talk to someone.
With reference to the conversation happened with customer care executive, i forwarded the paytm statement for june and july to jabong two days back. But still i have got not a single mail or call from them.
Where should i go to get my money/ product back?
It is high time now. More than one month has passed and my money is still no where. I want my money back at any cost.
