I'm receiving automated replies but no corrective action taken so far.

      I have ordered shoes on jabong.com. I placed this order in july 20th, till date no delivery and i got massage recently which showed that your order is closed. I was wondering how it can be done. Product not delivered and not even returning money. They are fraud and i am going to take legal action against them.

        Dear sir
        My order no order no-[protected]. I have return product before7 days but no pick up and no reply.
        Customer service does not working, no pick up call. Email is not working. I have write many of time sent to mail in having but no response. I have contacted with jabong. But no response.
        There are no return product. There are no updated account. Once executive officer deliver to delivery but order placed only 295/- but he is take 328/-. Plz resolved the problem.

          On 29th june, i thought of purchasing a pair of shoes from jabong. While making payment, i came to know that, you jabong was giving 10% cashback if the amount was paid by paytm wallet.
          So, i tried to pay the amount of rs. 1300/- using paytm wallet, but transaction kept on failing. But, after one such unsuccessful transaction, the amout was deducted from my paytm wallet but, order was not placed.

          When, i contacted both of you one after another, both of you simply finished it by saying that, something must be wrong with others part.
          Paytm replied that, paytm has paid the amount and i should contact jabong for the concern. But, when i contacted jabong, they are saying that they did not receive any amount for the transaction and so, order was not placed successfully.

          No one of you took efforts to contact the other promotional partner and to help out the wandering customer for 30 days!
          This is so ridiculous and annoying yaar.!

          Neither the customer care nor chief manager has taken any effort to reply to any of the above of mails written by me. I doubt, if the email id denoted by the name of chief manager is actually handled by a chief managerial level person or not. Because, despite banging my head in the above mails, no one feels it even necessary to reply to any of the mail. Very much insulting and disgraceful!

          Finally, after realizing that, no one of you bothers to reply and resolve the query by mail communication, i tried to call your customer care number. That stuff was again not at all pleasant. It took 15 mins to actually talk to someone.

          With reference to the conversation happened with customer care executive, i forwarded the paytm statement for june and july to jabong two days back. But still i have got not a single mail or call from them.

          Where should i go to get my money/ product back?
          It is high time now. More than one month has passed and my money is still no where. I want my money back at any cost.

          Order An Item on Jabong on on 21 july (order No-[protected]) and was supposed to be delivered on 2nd Aug. The update Status says(Dispach of product Delayed for the past 10 days and there is absolutely no response from the Response team and Manager on sending mails, they just ignore it and tried calling every day, they never pick up...

            As told by many people, i downloaded the jabong app so that i could shop easily.. But my experience with jabong has changed my view of this particular site.
            I ordered deep navy blue puma sports shoes, with the order no. Being - - [protected]. Due to issues in the size, and with no exchange option on jabong (So surprising that you don't have such a option) i had to return the product. They were very prompt to take away the product, but haven't still returned my amount.. Rs 1843. I have sent about 3 emails and called up a dozen times.. But still haven't got the refund.. The customer service is pathetic. Seriously!! Sorry but that is the word you deserve.. I have called innumerable times.. But i just hear "thanks for being patient, you call shall be taken in a while". And no one has answered the call yet. Another issue they have is that they cannot refund the money into any of my family members account. What does my account or my father's account has to do with you. Just be professional in returning my money, whosoever's account it is. You are running a unethical business. And don't be surprised if you have to shut it down soon. Because like me, there are thousands who are not satisfied with your service.
            I still further, request you ll to refund my money in the account details given to you. I do not want any credit note or any other jabong credit etc. Hope i have made myself clear.

              I placed the order for puma 917 lo2 dp navy blue sneakers (order # [protected]) on 19th july and the expected delivery date was 23rd july which was later extended to 27th july however i have still not received my product nor did i get any call or update regarding the same.

              I emailed jabong customer care 6-7 times but haven't received any response. also tried calling the jabong customer services several times however i end up waiting endlessly without any response.

              My product is not being delivered and refund for the same has also not been initiated.

                On returning the product on 30th july got msg from jabong as refund initiated... But
                I ve not got the refund money in my bank account yet on 8th aug16.

                Dear customer, refund of rs 3306.56 is initiated against your order [protected] on jul-30, ref id is 579ca6d624840. Same will be in your bank account.
                Refund of rs 3307 has been initiated via payment gateway against your order [protected] on date[protected]:03:14.

                Then i got the attached email as... Technical issue in processing of the refund..

                When i m going to get this in my account??

                Jabong customer care no is not picked up now a days...
                I m reading lots of complaints about jabong refund.

                refund not deposited in accnt till 10 th August, then called customer care ...picked up after 5-6 mins...said to submit bank statement frm order date to till date...after sending it refund refund reprocessed on 11th August... credited the refund Money in bank account on 16 th August.

                    I have returned my parcel almost it has been 20 days over...I have also provided my bank details to jabong care...But there is no response yet...i had complained to consumer forum 5 days ago...but action is not taken yet...they had apologized for late in refund.But there is no refund yet..they are only sending hopes for refund..please refund my money.. this is my second complaint to this site..my order id is [protected]

                      I have refunded the product and they have not given the money back in my bank account, i have tried to call these stupid people for about 20 times they are not receiving the call, and when ever they receive the call they are not providing the correct resolution for this, even there head customer support is not replying to me.
                      I have submitted the bank account statement for the same, shared the return slip, shared the order details too, but even after all this these lame people are not replying me.
                      I have no idea who to deal with this, stupid service they are providing.

                        Hi

                        I placed the order on 19th june. Got it on 25th june. Raised a return request on 26th june. The parcel got collected on 1st july. But i am still awaiting any action on my refund.

                        I have called them almost everyday. None picks up ever, even when they do, they just say we are checking, we will arrange a callback in 24/48 hours. But nobody calls back. Dropped them many mails as well.

                        They asked me share the return slip of the product collected. I have shared that 3 times, 1 month back. Still no action has been taken.

                        Moreover, they have closed my return request, without even consulting with me.

                        Chasing this return has already costed me around 150 bucks. Worst service ever.

                          I have purchased 2 kurtas from jabong (Order number [protected]) one of which is been delivered but status of the other one is still "in transit" its been more than 20 days since i am following up with the jabong team, but they are not all responding to my emails and there phone number providede on the website is also of no use as there is no one to answer the querry.

                            I had ordered a pair of shoes from jabong on july 19th, 2016 with oreder id: [protected] worth rs 3500.00. The order was supposed to reach me on july 29th, but the delivery date was extended to july 31, 2016. That was not acceptable, as the purpose of the shoes was not vaild until then. So, i wrote an email to the team so that they can cancel my order, as i didn't require it. No one responded to my emails. I called multiple times to their helpline number. No body responded to them as well. I had to hang up the calls after waiting for hours in queue for the executives to attend to my issue.

                            I want my money back. I do not want the shoes or any details. Kindly help me get the company to address my issue at the earliest, so i can get my money back.

                                Hi.
                                I have been trying to reach jabong team through the sources phone and mail.But i am note receiving any kind of response.
                                I have ordered an item LONG BACK and it is expected to be delivered much earlier.But i see, it hasn't been delivered yet and also no response for my cals or emails.
                                It is highly disappointment from the jabong team in terms of delivering the product on time and responding to the customers.i haven't faced this kind of issue any time with jabong. Sorry to say it is the worst experience and also persuading me to not buy any kind of products with this experience.As this product to be delivered on time is so important for me and the JABONG team has ruined it.
                                As the jabong team is not even responding to any communication, at least from this message which is a complaint, cancel my order and please refund my money back and try to retain the faith that we have still in you and keep the respect at least by cancelling the order and processing the refund amount.

                                    I had placed an order on Jabong on July 16. The expected delivery date was 26 July. I got an email of July 22 that the product was dispatched. On July 25 I checked the status and found that the product was returned to warehouse. There was no email or telephonic communication about why it was returned. Thats when my ordeal started with Jabong. I have been calling their customer care almost everyday. They just keep me waiting with their recorded voice and the call gets disconnected. I emailed their customer care and when even after following up, they did not respond, I sent email to their escalation focal. I even tried messaging their facebook admin. So far the I have not even received an acknowledgement for my emails and calls. Please someone look into this.

                                      My complaint is regarding the return request for my order no. [protected] which i had raised on 29th july 2015
                                      the product is too large in size so i raised a return request, the person who had to pick up my order did not arrive my place, then i got a msg on my mobile that my pick up will be delayed by 48hrs.i waited.
                                      after 48hrs my return request was closed and the reason mentioned was "the customer wanted to keep the product"which is not true at all, and complete lie.
                                      Truth was no one arrived my place and did not call me even.
                                      After this i tried raising another return request but was of no use because it was disable in the jabong app system.
                                      I tried calling customer care at[protected] but on one is picking up my calls even.
                                      Also i emailed them a lot at [protected]@jabong.com but this is also of no use as no one even replied my mails, which is not acceptable.
                                      I have payed u money to buy a product, and when i raised return request i am receiving this sort o[censored]nethical behavior from your end.
                                      now i am feeling forced to drop a complaint regarding this.
                                      the services jabong offered are not up to the expectations they set in front of their customer.
                                      i want replies from jabong on this.
                                      and what action are they going to take regarding the return request of my product.
                                      shall i expect from jabong that the return will happen and by what time by money will be credited in my account.
                                      I need an answer to this.

                                        No refund received for cancelled order. On 4th august Placed order but selected quantity as 2 in error. Immideatly cancelled 1 quantity of the order, but the refund option was only credit as jabong points not the original mode of payment which was made through my debit card. Wrote to them immideatly to refund the amount back to my bank account not jabong credits in jabong account. Till date have not even received acknowledgement mail. Have sent them several mails and made calls. Nobody is responding to several emails sent and on calls we are made to wait in que for hours, still no customer service agent is available to talk, only IVR recording continues. I got a mail on 5th that the other 1 quantity had also been cancelled as the product could pass through qualty check at vendors end. I feel some sort of fraud is going on prepaid online orders. Orders are cancelled by them and no refund is being made on prepaid orders.
