    i have calls many times but after waiting half an hour call disconnected and also my mails are not replying.

    the tracking details are not found on the courier website so please help me and refund my hard earned money.

      Hi, had made a prepaid order on jabong.com on 30 July 2016 Order#[protected], these were for 2 t-shirts worth 1061/-, one T-shirt worth 539 was received by me but the second T-shirt which was dispatched separately on 1august with Gojavas courier having airway bill number-UNJDBP1026260, has still not reached me as of 07 August 2016, had CONTACTED jabong customer care via telephone and email in either cases nobody is replying.jabong is cheating customer and also not giving a reason for the delay.please help

        i contacted payumoney and jabong for the same reason. they initiated the refund on 27th july. payment was received by 9 th aug. its very awkward to contact for the money issues. plz jabong try to maintain your standards and do the service as much as improved.

          I placed an ordered on the 28th of July2016 utilising my jabong credits of RS. 700+. Till date the order has not being dispatched although credits have being taken by jabong. I sent 6 emails to jabong asking for an update as I am to leave the country soon. Yet no response from them. Even the customer care no. is waste of money as no one picks up. Pathetic!!!

                I have returned product worth 2200 . Inspite of filing repeated complaint I have not got money back. I have given my bank statement to jabong so that they can cross check.even after taking my bank statement I didn't get money back. Order ID ending 3135 and 0731 . I have dropped atleast 5mail in [protected]@jabong.com. without returning money, my jabong account shows refunded. It's a case of fraud.

                  I have returned item which was not fitting properly. And I opted for refund of money. I have not yet received refund amount and status still says 'PENDING FOR PICKUP' in app.Courier person came on 14-Jul-2016 and picked the item.

                    1) jabong has poor quality fo garments.. Even branded good look duplicate.
                    2) extremely long time in delivering goods... It has been month.. And my goods bought in july are not all delivered till august first week;
                    3) extremely long time in refunding... My orders which were returned in july are not refunded in bank account whereas jabong says that we have already refunded,... Jabong are liars.
                    4) i am waiting for all my refunds after which i will never do a mistake fo shopping with jabong..
                    5) last but not least jabong never picks up its customer contact phone nos... And a bad ring tone is played continuously for minutes... And hours,... With no one picking.
                    6) i live in gurgaon and someone told em that jabong si closing its offices and running away with undelivered order money... And so not refunding.. And someone else told me that jabong si being sold to flipkart and off course flipkart will not deliver undelivered orders for which jabong has been paid money..

                        It is regarding the Return ID 3107829 for two bed sheets for which i have been following up since last 20 days but have
                        not been picked up yet, one of the bed sheet is torn and have sent the given pictures to the [protected]@jabong.com but have got
                        no acknowledgement for the same; terribly disappointed with the service and have hence cancelled one more order of mine

                        then there is unfair trade practice by customer care person who says sir " its mentioned that our courier person
                        attempted the pick up thrice' how come none came nor anybody called stop this nonsense of yours

                        have raised complain twice and have got call back thrice based on the complain and except for the very confident reply from the
                        representative who says sir my team will take care there is nothing moving

                        While calling the customer care you are held up for more then 10-15 mins and then the call gets disconnected and you have to keep trying for
                        umpteen times till you can reach

                          I have not received my order and neither I have received any updates for that.
                          This is very disappointing to see the poor services of jabong.
                          Calling a customer care we will have to keep on a hold for about 15 minutes and then also we do not get the response.
                          I am not at all satisfied with the jabong experience as I have experienced that it has lost all its credibility.
                          The customer experience is poorest these days.
                          It's been more than 15 days for my order and still there are no updates.
                          Let me know in case there are problems with the order or the system.
                          If this process continues then I will make sure that I will not place any order from jabong and neither any of my relatives and friends.
                          And also not only me there is a big list of people complaining about the poor services provided by you.
                          Please do not waste our time money and energy in getting back again and again for the order.
                          I have send 4-5 mails in last 7 days to the Chief managers as well but still no Response.

                                      This order is pending from more than 10 days now...with no status update about this order. Order is showing confirmed but not dispatched. Payment was done using net banking. One more order is pending likewise i.e. order no [protected] and [protected]. Kindly help me refunding my payment.

                                      I want to return my product but jabong did not give any button for the cancellation .the dress against my order was not fit at me..so i want to return this product and want to get back my refund.
                                      I had ordered products of around 15000 from jabong on 16 July 2016...among them have returned few products...but i didn't get my refund yet...trying to reach them by call and mails but they are not available by any way...i got exhausted now...i suggest people not to shop from jabong...they are pathetic.

                                        I have ordered 2 kurtis.. Received only one... They promised to deliver the 2nd one on 27th july but didnt send any updates after that...
                                        Then i raised the cancellation and refund request.. And so far they didnt refund my money...

                                        Their customer care is short of staff and i had to wait atleast 30 mins to talk to their customer support executive...

                                        I want my money back...
