After multiple follow-ups with Jabong via email, I received the Refund initiated date : 30th July 2016. However, I did not get my refund amount till date. It's been more than two weeks .

After raising a complaint with "Indian Consumer complaint forum", I received a reply email from Jabong customer care . They requested to share the bank statement for the time frame 18th July - 04 August 2016. Post to that I have not received any email from them. I'm really tired of calling Jabong customer number. It looks like the number is no more in use and they are not ready to attend the customer calls. I would appreciate if someone from consumer complaints forum can address on this issue. It will be more beneficial for me. My main concerned is they are not responding to my email and the customer care number is a fake one.

    I have placed an order on 15th July 2016 and till now I have only received few products. For rest products, they are not delivered yet. On calling their customer care, first of all Jabong customer care what to say pathetic, worst as keep on calling them they never answered your call. Well they answered my call and told me the remaining products order has been cancelled. I want the the remaining products in my order to be delivered. Else you refund back the money into my account. Note: I want the money in my back account not in your ""JABONG CREDITS" as i have made the payment from the account not from the "credits".

    This is so far the worst and pathetic experience I have had with the JABONG. You guts just keep on luring the customers by providing some great deals but I guess you don't know how to help them. Seriously guys its just pathetic. Look into this issue ASAP.

      Jabong is a very unethical site and full of highly unprofessional people. I received a caprese bag with order id [protected] which was old, thereby I opted for return.My pick up was done almost a week late and a ref. Id FT[protected] was provided on 1/8/2016 for the payment which mentioned I will get the amount in 2 days.
      But this is the 5 th day and all my calls go nonresponsive and e mails unanswered. I am so struck.

        I Have Not Got Refund For My returned Product.It was supposed to return the amount via NEFT in 2 buisness working days.But despite so many complaints to customer care they are irresponsive.whenever i call customer care i am waited in the queue for 10 minutes and the call is disconnected.its already above 8 days and amount not refunded to my bank.
        i have also sent my bank statement copy to jabong but still no response from them.Order No.[protected].Please i want to take legal action against them.please help me to get my refund back

          It has been 13 days today since I filed for return on Jabong (Order ID [protected]). There has been no acknowledgement of my request after multiple calls and mails on all customer care including [protected]@jabong.com, [protected]@jabong.com, [protected]@jabong.com

          I have been constantly calling on their customer call number. On the website, the order status is -Return Already initiated.
          The team is so un-responsive and has shown an irresponsible beahaviour.
          Where is the customer experience they talk about ?!
          I request you to facilitate me in the return of the order.

            I have never experienced such inefficacy in post sales customer
            services. I have ordered return on Item:[protected]. It has been
            couple of weeks. Neither I have heard back from you nor I could reach
            your call center support. I have dropped a mail to your customer care and Chief manager but to no use. Kindly look into this matter asap and notify me of the progress. It is frustrating to not hear from your end at all. I am
            unsure whether you have even taken cognizance of this or you are just

                I have placed an order on 16th July, tracking shows it will get delivered by 27th July but it was never delivered and showing delivery unsuccessful on tracking the order number [protected]. I have not received the refund.

                  I had placed an order on 12th June.Then I returned an order partially.Instead of returning the full amount they refunded half of it back and the rest of it they kept as cashback and later converted into coupon . Suddenly they stopped the servicibility to the area where I stay{pin 231222}.Now I have send them mails recently but they haven't bothered to reply.I was a regular customer on this website.When I want to order something at another address then then it does not deduct my remaining money and this has left me frustated

                  My order number regarding which I have a problem is[protected] .I had returned the products and only half of the refund was processed and the rest amount was showing in my account.Before I could place an order to use my cashback that amount was converted into a coupon.When I tried to use that coupon at checkout I couldn't use it at all at check out the coupon amount is not getting deducted where as after applying the coupon code at check out the payable amount should be deducted before the final payment.But I am unable to do it.The problem is that I cant use my cashback and I am feeling harassed and frustated and want this issue to be resolved soon.

                    I initiated return on the day i received the product itself..
                    And got message of courier people for reverse pickup "6 times".. But no one coming to pickup..
                    Even after raising complaint again and again i just get message with courier details.. But if i call those guys to come and pickup they replay very carelessly and never come..
                    M fed up trying to contact you via call and mails too. You guys never pick up it just disconnects after 10-11 minutes, that too its not toll free.. You cant let us wait if its not toll free number.. M just wasting my money calling you and courier people.. Never happened with any other online sites.. Worst service i have seen.

                    I donno if you reverse pick up or not. I just want my refund.. Or else m going for customer court..
                    Fed up with this m never gonna shop with you guys again..
                    Though i have purchased lots of items in past, you guys ignore me like this. Then there is no reason to continue shopping with you guys..

                      I placed an order ([protected]) on 24th July and I haven't got ANY updates from Jabong since. It says the delivery will be made on 1 August but it's already the 5th and there's absolutely no news. I tried calling them a ton of times and sent numerous emails. NO response. Is Jabong dead? I'm considering taking this issue to the public if I don't get a response because people need to know what kind of abysmal services you provide!

                                I received an order - [protected]. This was a pink tunic ( ladies top). The product was delivered on 23 July 2016 but its status was never updated on the website. I kept calling Jabong and mailing its customer but they gave back NO reply. Its more than a week and I still havnt got any communication from the Jabong team, if they are looking into it or not .                                   I have been trying to return a product since the size of the product is not as I thought it was but I have problems with returning it.
                                  I have been calling the customer care helpline from 15 mins but it is not responding.
                                  I have recieved the order but on the website it is still showing that order is dispatched.

                                    I have order the reebok shoes on the 17th july 2016(Prepaid mode) with the following order no:-
                                    1) [protected]
                                    2) [protected]
                                    Product is not delivered in more then twenty days so I have cancel the order and try to contact customer care but there is no response. Mailed to chief manger but he is not replying.
                                    Now they are not refunding money into my account.
                                    please refund my money into same account through which i made the payment.

                                      I am pissed off with your services i don't know why you cant even reply on my mail and it so unprofessional and careless and cold blooded behavior from your company.
                                      I have ordered my product with ORDER UPDATE #[protected] and i marked mail also to know the status several times but i didn't received any revert so you are forcing me to lodge the complaint against your organization.
                                      I have confirmation mail with me and after that without any prior notice you are cancelling our orders.What the hell you are doing.
                                      I am also with customer experience background and i know to deal with it and i will show you if i have not received any satisfactory revert or my order within time frame.

                                      No its not resolved .How can you mark my query as solved however no one had contacted me yet.You are totally unprofessional and your unskilled team don't know how to treat their customers.i want resolution on this as i have snapshot of confirmation of my order.As responsible company your job is not just to show empathy and reply with canned responses, its more than that and As responsible customers i have that sense that whats the way to go.You can contact me anytime at [protected]@gmail.com.                                         This is to bring to your notice, that I am very upset with the service provided by Jabong lately.

                                        I had ordered four items under ORDER ID [protected] and ORDER ID [protected], which was supposed to be delivered by 1st and 2nd Aug 2016. However, in the Tracking page, it shows the delivery/ dispatch has been delayed for three items. These orders cost more than Rs.10000. Please see the screenshot of the status of the items.


                                        In the normal scenario I wouldn’t have reacted as much, as it may not have been urgent. However, currently I am in a very bad situation, I am going out of station after this weekend for my Wedding and the Items that I had ordered was for my wedding.

                                        If these items are not delivered on time, First I won’t be here to accept the delivery. Second, they are of no use to me, as the two watches I have ordered are gifts for my in-laws for the Wedding. I am not sure if Jabong will understand this situation.

                                        I had called up the Jabong Customer Service on 2nd Aug, as I figured that the Items have not even been dispatched, when it was supposed to deliver on 2nd Aug. I had logged a complaint (Complaint No.s: 31756754 and[protected] and I was told someone will get back to me within 2 days for an update. However, I have not received any response yet, nor have I see any change in status. I have tried to call the Jabong Customer Care number 5 to 6 times now, and not been able to reach any Rep. Either, I have been hearing the hold music for almost 15 to 20 mins, and gets disconnected on its own, or as soon as I call it says the Line is busy.

                                        To my utter disappointment, I came to know that a friend of mine, who had ordered an Item from Jabong on 23rd July, has not received the delivery yet, and it still says that the delivery has been delayed. This case horrifies me even more, as now I realize my product delivery make take another two weeks or more.

                                        Please look into this on priority and have someone call me on my registered number with a Status. You may loose some Loyal and very satisfied Jabong customers!
