This is to bring to your notice, that I am very upset with the service provided by Jabong lately.
I had ordered four items under ORDER ID [protected] and ORDER ID [protected], which was supposed to be delivered by 1st and 2nd Aug 2016. However, in the Tracking page, it shows the delivery/ dispatch has been delayed for three items. These orders cost more than Rs.10000. Please see the screenshot of the status of the items.
In the normal scenario I wouldn’t have reacted as much, as it may not have been urgent. However, currently I am in a very bad situation, I am going out of station after this weekend for my Wedding and the Items that I had ordered was for my wedding.
If these items are not delivered on time, First I won’t be here to accept the delivery. Second, they are of no use to me, as the two watches I have ordered are gifts for my in-laws for the Wedding. I am not sure if Jabong will understand this situation.
I had called up the Jabong Customer Service on 2nd Aug, as I figured that the Items have not even been dispatched, when it was supposed to deliver on 2nd Aug. I had logged a complaint (Complaint No.s: 31756754 and[protected] and I was told someone will get back to me within 2 days for an update. However, I have not received any response yet, nor have I see any change in status. I have tried to call the Jabong Customer Care number 5 to 6 times now, and not been able to reach any Rep. Either, I have been hearing the hold music for almost 15 to 20 mins, and gets disconnected on its own, or as soon as I call it says the Line is busy.
To my utter disappointment, I came to know that a friend of mine, who had ordered an Item from Jabong on 23rd July, has not received the delivery yet, and it still says that the delivery has been delayed. This case horrifies me even more, as now I realize my product delivery make take another two weeks or more.
Please look into this on priority and have someone call me on my registered number with a Status. You may loose some Loyal and very satisfied Jabong customers!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your exasperation is justified. No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue. I have shared this with our care team and they will contact you asap.

This is the same experience which I had with Jabong .
Even 4-5 more people had the worst experience with JABONG.
