    I'm having issues with refund. Jabong needs to refund a total of 1800rs to me.
    It's been more than the desired days and till now I haven't received refund in my bank account. Their complaint team is not calling back.
    There's a long wait time when I call customer care.
    I placed an order on 19th July. It's been more than 10 days and I haven't received my order.
    Nobody replies me to my emails as well.
    I'm in complete loss and very upset about the whole situation. Nobody tries to even understand.

      I am writing in reference with the Complaint ID[protected] and reference number 31239284 with Jabong.Com.
      I have not received a refund of Rs7000 into mybank account Jabong is cheating on me from the last two months.

      The below email is what I received but still never got any refund:

        I had ordered 16 july 2016 one SPYKAR BLUE SLIM FIT JEANS i revived this jeans 3 august 2016. Delivery is too late.

        After opening it, it was not up to my exception, it looks old and the material is not of good quality it not look like as given image. I would like to refund against this product. This product delivered very late it made me frustrated.


        I bought too many times from Jabong please understand my concern this time I am not happy with the delivery and delivered product if you want I will come to Jabong in the future please pick up this product asap.

            Sir,

            I had placed an order with Jabong.com on 20.07.2016 (Order ID [protected]).

            This order was cancelled on 25.07.2016.

            However, this order was delivered to me on 28.07.2016 via GOJVAS Courier(UNJDBC1018536).

            Now, I have been trying to return the order to Jabong.com but my numerous mails and phones have gone unanswered. I have trying to reach the company for the past 5 days but to no avail.

            Kindly take appropriate action.

                This is regarding order no. [protected]. I have cancelled the order on 17th july before dispatch, but then also the order was shipped.
                Now the product has crossed its maximum deivery timeline i.e., 27th July.
                Its been 17 days since I have cancelled the order. Still the order is in transit phase and there is no word about where is the order. I want my money back as I have already cancelled the order from my side.

                  Myself Gayathri Sathish, My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have placed an order on 18th july'16 CATWALK GREY SANDALS, due to the quality and size issue I gone for refund. I have only one option for refund that is NEFT so that I gave my bank details clearly and waited for refund. on 26th july'16 courier person came and collected the product and gave me a receipt. everyday I check both my bank account as well as jabong account. I got mail from jabong that my refund was initiated so that I check my bank account, amount wasn't credited I waited for two more days then also the amount wasn't credited so I called multiple times to customer care nobody attended the call. so that i send 15 mails to both customer representative and chief manager there also no response. Today I call to my bank manager regarding this transaction he said there is no transaction initiated from jabong. nobody is responding me properly. everyday I getting scold from my husband. please please i'm requesting you to resolve my problem and help me. please atleast add this money to my jabong credits I will purchase something from jabong itself. Please I'm begging you to help me

                  After I raised complaint here, I got reply from Jabong customer care representative. They ask me to send my bank details from the order placement date to till date for further investigation.I send them my bank statements but they're not send any reply message or mail. I tried customer care toll number there also no respond. I'm facing this issue for more than 4weeks now. please help me to resolve this problem

                        When tried to reach you so many times on the customer care number that you have provided everywhere[protected], no one is picking call on this number. Is it valid contact number or just for documentation purpose??

                            I've made an order for adidas shoes through jabong.Com on 15th july 2016 with a promise to deliver goods till 25th july 2016. However, till date i have not received my order and i continuing try to connect with there customer care through emails and phone, but it is very sad that they have not replied to my emails and there telephone helpline is one of the most pathetic as nobody is there to attend your calls.

                                I tried calling jabong customer care like 100 times a day and no one is picking up. Send an email alot many times but didn't got any reply there also.

                                    First of all i am very unhappy with the service provided by jabong.
                                    You took more than a week to deliever an order and that too with no idea of the user, where the product is.

                                    A part of my order automatically cancelled after few days of placing it, what is more surprising to me is that today i got a message that a refund of 900 rs. Has been initiated although i have ordered the same product at 1000rs.

                                      M yORDER NO[protected] which was done on 10th july.order includes 7 products out of which 4 were deliverd and 3 were not.there is no responds from jabong even aftr constant calling n mails.when ever am calling to the number provided by custemer care no one picks it is like just to listen to their adds repeatedly by payg my money(extra loss).no one reply to the mails which was sent to the mail id provided.even after mailing to the chef manager of the jabong no action has been taken till now.i posted a complain on jabong app i got a mail on d same day from the mail id they provided n from the chef manager sayg that customer care will contact me within 48 hrs n they gave me COMPLAIN NO31550870.after that i didnt get a call or mesqage or mail from jabong till now which is almost 1 month.

                                      my humble request is help me out in refunding my money as soon as possible.and try to punish these people who r cheating people on the name of online sites.i saw many ppl facing thesimilar problems from jabong which was written on jabong official page on facebook n jabong app.please take action on then n help people
