I have called their customer care regarding my complaint twice and they put me on hold indefinitely. this is absolutely pathetic. there is no response by their team to my emails nor my call.

The customer support and services are detoriatong by the day and it is absolutely ridiculous that when there is a delay on their end to process my order, i am not giving the option on the orders page to cancel my order.

Please address this at the earliest and refund the entire amount as credits or my bank account immediately.

    I orderd a chinos from jabong.com on 18/07/2016 and pay through credit card.when i orderd a product it show that they deleiver product on 23/07/2016, but i still not received my product. i tried contact with jabong's customer support and send several mails but they did not respond .so i request you to please take necessary action against jabong.com and provide my product or refund my money with compansation.

      I have purchase a shirt on 17th june this year and i cancelled the product the same day, and till now i have not receivd refund,

      I contacted the jabong team almost 18 -20 times but now they began to ignore the concern. I have forwarded the passbook details twice but they dont respond and blame the bank for the concern and after contacting the bank the bank clearly stats that the jabong has not yet credited the refund to my account. And one more thing for booking complaints i have spend almost rs 125 talktime balance because the crap is tolled. They really make people cry

        I have ordered two products from jabong arounfd 1260 on 2nd july 2016.
        I have not received product but i got mail that the product has been deliverd to me.
        I got mail on 14th july regarding product as delivered on 11th july.
        But i got the call from jabong -[protected] regarding product is received or not-i told that i have not received and they confirmed that i will get it on 12th july which i had not received.
        After that i called jabong customer care regarding this frequently but they are keeping on hold. not able to talk to custmer exacutive.
        They are not replying for mail.

            My return i'd[protected] has been picked my the agent on thrusday by balraj.
            Below is the msg i got from the team.

            Dear ashwat menon,
            Your jabong.com reverse pickup order jbg0101979, is out for pickup by balraj y, mob [protected]. This should be picked up today.

            I again got a msg on friday that the pickup will be delayed!!! Which was already done. And your app is also showing pending for pick up.

            This is the worst service i have seen. Flipkart and myntra are so prompt in updating. Kindly take this feedback.

              Jabong worst its product quality. Shipped wrong product for my order. When i returned back, provided no information that item is picked up and my refund will be initiated or not. Mailed several times, but no response received. And last Worst customer care service. This app should shut down. Degrading its product and user experience quality. No email and sms received about order returned and amount refunded. They are cheaters.

                Jabong is not replying to the mails and cals. The service has become pathetic, 4 times i droped a mail to them regarding the issue of product return but still i didn't got any kind of assistance from there side.

                I have raised a return request of one of my order i. E: [protected] which consists of one hubberholme black solid chinos. There is only 1 quantity but the boy who came to pick the order has the detail of 2 quantity which is completely incorrect.

                There is some error from the backend side because i have ordered only 1, which i wanted to return. The pickup boy didn't picked my order due to this quantity issue and asked me to talk to jabong care.

                I am calling to customer care since long time but its unanswered 24*7.

                So many jabong user are facing these kind of problem and they are quite and not ready to slove it, even making it so complicated. If this will remain for long, soon you will loose your customers. I am really disappointed.

                  I placed an order with jabong on july 13th. Order id is [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on july 23rd. Till now it hasn't been delivered and there is absolutely no response of my emails on this. No body is picking the phone at their customer care number. Wonder if it exists or not. I want to now claim a refund for this significant delay in delivery along with the interest of lost time because of their negligence. However, other than consumer court, there seems no other option. Jabong is not responding in any ways. Need your help if you can to let me know if i should file for my refund in the local consumer court here in bangalore.

                    Jabong customer care is the worst service.
                    I called many times my last call was of 15 minutes but no one picked the call.
                    I think they don't have any customer care staff.
                    I orders an item but after experience of their bad service i m not gonna accept that time because it seems jabong is a fraudulent website.
                    I m anxious about thier return policy.
                    As they don't have any customer care executives than no one is there to assist the customer.
                    Flipkart and amazon are much better than jabong.

                      We had placed the order for rebook training shoes and puma bag: order [protected] on 3rd of july '16 and today it is 25th of july '16 and jabong has been giving us torried time since then. And their courier partner ekart, has simply been faking about trying to make an attempt to contact us on the telephone and today they marked the order rejected without any prior intimation.

                      I had adidas gym bag on 3rd of july '16 order no [protected] delivered to the same billing address from ekart on on sat, 9 jul 2016 and that time ekart never faced any issue nor did they make any call on my phone [protected], so we dont know what is all the drama about order [protected] and why they never came to our address to deliver.

                      I am suspecting that the order has been misplaced by ekart and hence the harassment and if this is not the case then either ways you guys have still given us a torried time.

                      8 of july was the expected delivery date for rebook training shoes and puma bag: order [protected]. There is some limit for delaying any product. We were considerate with jabong guys with the initial delay that happened owing to rains or some challenge that they may have faced. But today it is 24th, and they have crossed all limits with testing customer patience.

                      The executives at jabong simply seem to have by hearted the statement 'we would escalate this and would need 24-48 hours for resolution' which they have been saying since 8th july '16 and they are very hard to reach over the call and executive level people and even supervisors all are useless.

                      I would really expect some desired and acceptable resolution as things have gone really overboard and jabong really do not have any customer service etiquette or mannerism to handle such situations in professional manner

                      Nonesense support. You ppl do not value customer service and have no process for customer delight for any escalated issues.

                      I am writing this again. U guys were more occupied with Myntra acquiring u...and least bothered about any exisitng customers. Losing few customers for u is as good as losing few chillars...doesn't make any difference to you guys! Despitite o[censored]nsubsribing jabongs newsletter ur system dhamelessly still sends me offer updates. Have some dignity and stop spamming me for god's sake l!
                      To add fuel to fire Jabong has been acquired by Myntra, and the frustration continues, no response from jabong

                        Place the above order for puma shoes on july 16, 2016. It's july 25 and the product has not even been dispatched.

                        Apart from that, tried reaching out through the customer care number four times, put the call on hold for 4 - 5 minutes everytime, still no response from them.

                        Tried to reach out through email at "[protected]@jabong.com", still the same result, no response at all.

                        Such a poor response and unprofessional behaviour from jabong.com. The tag line should be changed to "be fooled" instead of "be you". Never gonna shop again from them.

                        P. S. Ordered a shirt two days after this particular order. It's following the same path till now.

                                Order no.: [protected] was placed on 14th june 2016. Sorry? Seriously? I’m the one who should be sorry here. Sorry for making the mistake of purchasing from your company. You have given me nothing but inconvenience and headaches of more than a month. Countless hours of phone calling, emailing, filing complaints, and yet, what do i get? Another one of your typical “we will contact you in a while”. Kindly enlighten me, how do you define a “while”? One week? Month? Year? How ironical of you to call your team as ‘care’ team when all it does is keep making me wait until i get sick of waiting and give up. Let me warn all fellow customers here, do not fall into these people’s tricks. I do not know what happened, but this company itself returned my t-shirt and never made an effort to refund the money to me. Not only am i left without a purchase, but also lose my money. So, in the end, my purchase was basically giving jabong my hard earned money to buy a huge load of tension and exasperation. I don’t even expect any response to this comment of mine. Perhaps one of the cliche “we are sorry for your inconvenience…” by one of the automated bots. I don’t expect to get my money. But i do expect all the readers of this post to be warned against the predicament they are getting themselves into while purchasing from jabong.

                                  This complaint is in regard to my order number [protected]. I had already complained earlier and am trying to contact customer care but not yet able to . You people have closed my request of refund and said that the amount has been refunded but i have not yet received the refund amount in my bank account. I have shared my bank details correctly and there is no way a possibility that if you have refunded the amount, it doesn't reach my bank account. This shows a fault on your part and really it is becoming so annoying for me now, being a loyal customer that i am calling you people just to stay on hold and waste my balance but no customer care representative responding, even after holding the line for an hour. This is the kind of service that you are providing, You just keep the customer on hold, appreciate their patience and keep telling that the call will be answered shortly, which is actually never answered and I have done such a call almost 5 times after you people intimated me that the refund has been done. I need my money, its not a joke, the amount is Rs. 1999. Is this the ethic that Jabong is following to make money. I hope to responded now at least cuz you people are neither available on calls, nor responding to the mails. And for your kind information refund has been done way back. And herein, I am even attaching the proof of both refund and the closure of request.

                                  You said the amount will be received by me in the bank account and you sent mail also regarding this but no money has been transferred to my bank account yet. Here is a proof attached of this.

They said that this id is fake, it simply gives an image of cheating and fraud being carried by the Jabong site and moreover, its already been so long since i posted the complaint but yet i haven't received any call from your end.

                                    I had placed an order on jabong site on 8th of july. Due to size issues i had returned one product and exchanged other. But the quality of the exchanged product was not good (One shoe is different and seems to be used one). I wanted to return this product as well but i can't do it online as the site is saying.

                                    I am trying to call jabong from last one week, but nobody has answered the calls till now. Moreover, i emailed them on the emails provided at the contact us form - [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com and i didn't get any reply from them. This is just not acceptable. Please do something about this.

                                      I am deeksha choudhary and i have ordered so many things from jabong.com and now they are doing fraud for my prepaid orders as they are not accepting returns for my products which are under their policy. There is some technical glitch in their app. They have manipulated my order history. I am very frustated as i ordered products worth rs 50, 000.                                         My order has been cancelled by the seller so they said they are going to initiate refund process.
