With reference to my order no.[protected] (Regarding classic 8976ym03j-sdd207 rosegold/rosegold analog watch) and complaint registered under complaint id: 29903540 and order no.[protected] (Regarding fastrack ne2298sl04-j422 blue analog watch) and complaint registered under complaint id: 29903534 till today i didnt get any calls from jabong team or from any courier person regarding my return pickup of the package. As per the conversation i had with jabong customer care exicutive on 9th june 2016 she told me that jabong team will call you regarding this issue within 48 hours & will arrange my return pickup within 48 hours and after the conversation i received the below mail & in that it has mention as if pickup is pending be assured that 3 attempts will be made for the same in next 5 working days. Please keep your shared primary contact number handy as our team will try to contact you on the same. But how come its possible?? Till today nobody called me & not picked that return package and also please note that i dont want that product which i have already place for return request.


I really not understand whats going with jabong service since from 5th june 2016 everyday i use to call jabong customer care & i am loosing my currency minimum rs.7 to rs.15 but nobody is not ready to pick the call and not responding simply they put call on hold realy very bad experience i am facing from jabong.

Please take this matter seriously & arrange for return pickup immediately and resolve the issue by today.

Above Returned products.. Kindly resolve the issue & refund my amount immediately..

    Reference : i have written my complaint to both [protected]@jabong.com and [protected]@jabong.com. The complaint request number for the same is 29873221.

    I had placed the order - [protected] on 21-may. Phone num.

    One of the item in it - 109 f multicoloured printed coloured pant is still not delivered.
    In spite of repeated phone calls assurance from your customer care, i haven't received the item yet.


    And i fail to understand, why only this item is not being delivered. The lame excuse of my not available is not acceptable as i have already collected the other item (Biba magenta printed kurta) from the same order on 31-may-2016.

    I have been a very loyal customer to you and you can check my order history.
    Please update me on the progress at the earliest, otherwise i will be forced to switch other online clothing retailers.

    I have called the customer care number couple of times, but nobody answers.

    Since i had already paid for this order, my amount is struck up in jabong. Today neither do i have the item nor the money!

      I have ordered sunglasses and other products one month back with orderid ([protected]), now suddenly they are saying products cannot be delivered due to some delivery issues even after waiting for one month.
      Jabong cheated me by waiting for product which usually takes 3 to 6 days to delivery. I have suffered a lot without sunglasses for high temperature in the peak summer.

        I had ordered for a pair of briefs from jabong on30th may 2016 and received it on 3rd if june however when i opened it i fiund it to be small size as i had chosen medium size. Alsi, there was no size chart mentioned on the site while ordering the briefs. So i mailed them baxj stating that the product i got was samll and need to be replace with a larger size but when i got a reply from them i was shocked its stated "pack of 2 black solid regular fit briefs jockey" falls under non returnable/exchangeable category. Tbis was not at all mentioned while purchasing it so how will i knw abt it. So i replied to their mail saying nowhere in the site you'll have mentioned abt no return or exchange for which i got the same reply saying the same thing no return or exchange. I am in such a fix now because my money is gone and the briefs diesnt fit me. I request you'll to kndly look into this matter and help me get a solution from this. My order number is [protected].

          I had placed an order with jabong on 16th march, after 20 days order got delved that too 4 size short. Then I had t return the order and my money is stuck with me Rs.628/-

          Now jabong is saying contact my bank for money where in the money has been paid to jabong, My money is not with the bank I still have have raised the request.

          But now jabong has taken off from from getting my money back to me, rather they behaving very irresponsibly.
          How are we supposed to trust your services ever now.

          Hope some person with responsibilities get this and my question is resolved.

            I ordered for an adidas jacket for which I paid online.the amount gets deducted from my account and then I receive a mail saying that I haven't competed my order and jabong will help me complete that.i gullibly again use the link in the mail and re-order the product paying through my paytm wallet and this time again I get the same mail saying I haven't completed my order even though I had paid for the product not onc but twice. This isn't the first time that they've messed up my orders but how does one repeat the same inconvenience for so many times in a row thus harassing the customers?

              the same was not match with the one which i have selected...

                I bought a Puma Flare Q2 Filt Black Running shoes, of size 9 from Jabong.Order No:[protected].I paid the full amount of 3412.50Rs on[protected] and Jabong confirmed the order on same date.Initially it was promised me that the product will be delivered by 21-.5-2016. Later it was changed to[protected]. But by Gods grace i got a messge saying that the delivery will be delayed and will delivered by[protected] and it will be the dead line of my delivery. I contacted the customer care 3 times and mailed them also 3 times. Now they told me that they will return the money after they get the product back to their godown. I just want a quick solution for this.

                  I had booked an order for two watches on 19th may. The order was to be delivered by 24th june. It wasn't delivered and order status showed "in transit" so i called customer care. They said they will look into it and call me back. I did not receive any call. After two days, i again called the customer care. They said they will talk to the concerned department and call me back. Again no call. I called back on 30th may. They customer representatives said the order will be delivered within 2 days.

                  Today is 3rd june. The order hasn't arrived yet. I called back. Now they tell me the order can't be delivered and they will refund my money. Fine. But what about my time wasted and what about the money spent on calling. Will the company return me that too?

                  This is ridiculous on part of the company to harass a consumer in this fashion. Completely unprofessional.

                    Horrible customer service. My wife ordered something online when they had a sale, my payment and delivery address was accepted and the very next day when the sale got over they cancelled my order without consulting with me stating the reason that my pin code is not serviceable. Come on, why did you accept the payment and delivery address in the first place.

                    Then they send me a mail saying that your beachwear is shipped, which i never ordered. 2 days later they write back saying there was an error in the system and that the mail was send by some error in their system.

                    I ordered the second time and the order was placed on 8th may and i still haven't received the order. Their customer care has no clue about the status of shipping. They promised to deliver latest by 26th may, then another mail said 31st may, then another mail promised latest in 48 hours, still o clue.

                    Please read the mail i sent to their chief manager, who by the way never bothered to respond back nor did my issue get resolved.

                    Can you believe this? What kind of a company are they running?


                    Dear sir,


                    Let me start by expressing my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment with your company. I am shocked to learn how unethically and immorally you are running your organization. I am disheartened because i had faith and trust in your organization but after my latest interaction and experience with your company i am beginning to believe that you are cheating your customers from the onset and i am almost convinced now that you are running a huge scam online, unless you can prove me wrong and i usually don’t, but i really do hope that you will prove me wrong.


                    I don’t know if you realize this but you really need to empower your frontline staff and your customer complaint handling team members to provide some sort of a concrete solution to their customers instead of reading out scripted responses and you need to do it really quickly before it can have any further adverse effect on the reputation of your organization and your business. Your employees are the face of your company, they are the ones who will make or break your reputation in the market and i honestly believe that they need to be empowered and more importantly they need some serious training in complaint handling and service recovery. I have been working in the hotel industry for the last 17 years and i know what customer complaints are about. I face my customers every day and i handle complaints day in and day out and i know that be it taj or jabong, nobody is perfect no matter how good we are at what we do, we all make mistakes. What matters is how you own up to your mistakes and take the ownership for your shortcomings and provide a solution to your customers. If you become good at listening to your customers and start taking customer complaints seriously, you will create customer loyalty for life and if you don’t, you will perish in no time. Not providing a solution to your customers and ignoring customer complaints will dent your reputation irrevocably and the pride with which you run your business will soon come crashing down if you continue to have this ignorant and arrogant attitude towards your customers.


                    I love my guests who complain because they are giving me a chance to pull up my socks and they tell me where i, or my organization is slacking off and failing to meet their expectations. I am one of those people who are extremely vocal and will go to any length warranted to make my voice heard if i am being wronged, be it social media, legal channels, print media or any other medium that i would need to take (Please don’t take it as a threat, but i am sure you will agree with me that i do have the fundamental right to be heard), but in all fairness i want to give you a chance first to hear me out and to own up to your mistakes and make things right. I hope you will read my case with an open mind and take my complaint seriously because i would hate to see a young and vibrant company like yours perish by continuing to be ignorant and arrogant. I really do hope that you will also appreciate the time and energy i am putting to write such a long mail to you taking time out from my busy schedule, just because i still care.


                    Without wasting any more of your time, let me narrate my case. My wife had ordered a couple of items from your website. Please refer to the screenshots below for the details of the order. At the time of checkout there were no issues with the shipping address or with the payment. My shipping address was accepted along with my payment and i got an instant sms from my bank intimating me that my card has been charged. The next day i receive a mail stating that my order is cancelled because the pin code i provided is not serviceable and hence the order stands cancelled (Please refer to the screenshot below).


                    Here are my issues:

                    1. If you couldn’t service my pin code, you should have asked me for an alternate shipping address at the time of checkout and i would have gladly provided my chandigarh address for delivery. Why did you accept the shipping address in the first place?

                    2. Once you realized that you didn’t do your homework well enough and that you have accepted the shipping address where you can’t deliver, don’t you think that someone should have just picked up the phone and spoke to me explaining the situation and should have simply asked me for a different shipping address? How can you take it upon yourself to cancel my order without even checking with me and just send me an email from [protected]@jabong.com to tell me that you have cancelled my order and that you are refunding my money? If i wanted my money back i wouldn’t have spent it in the first place.

                    3. The most important thing to note is that when the order was placed, you had a sale going on and the order was placed on the discounted price. As soon as the sale was over, my order was cancelled and when i contacted the customer care i was bluntly told that there is nothing that can be done now, the best we can suggest is that you order the stuff afresh but you will have to pay the non discounted price which is twice the amount i had initially paid for the order. Wouldn’t you feel cheated if you had the same experience? Wouldn’t you feel that there is some kind of a scam going on where you lure your customers by offering discounts and making them buy something at a discounted price and then cancelling the order only to tell them later that you can now buy the same product at twice the price? Don’t get me wrong, i can very well afford to buy the stuff even at ten times the price that is being quoted without discount if it is worth it. It is not about the money, it is about ethics and morals. What is not right, is simply not right, how much ever you try to justify it.

                    4. The experience with the customer care has been the worst and the most disappointing so far, and i have dealt with countless customer care executives of companies worldwide. I urge you to listen to the conversations pertaining to this case if you have recorded lines. I am just amazed at how helpless your customer care guys are that they are not empowered to provide any kind of solution to the customer issues. An issue as simple as this could have been dealt with a lot more effectively and efficiently. All we were told is simply that there is nothing that can be done about it, your order is cancelled and your money will be refunded. The best suggestion that came was that the stuff is still available online and that i can pay twice the amount i had initially paid to buy it and get it shipped to the new shipping address. A call back was arranged from the senior members of the complaint handling team and not to my surprise anymore, the answer was still the same, almost a scripted response that is probably used as an sop by your staff. Finally i spoke to anurag, the floor supervisor, and he was kind enough to provide me your email address ([protected]@jabong.com).


                    I still do not have any solution to my issue, my order stands cancelled and a refund has been initiated. I hope that at your level i would get some sensible response and would not be made to run around in circles from hereon.

                      Jabong team is unprofessional. My delivery was expected on 2nd June and it did not arrive. When i checked today 3rd June to track the product it said that attempt to delivery was cancelled as customer asked for date change. How did that happen when there was no such request made. Infact i called them to ask that i hadn't received my product till 4pm on 2nd June.

                      I was so pissed off bloody liars, unethical people just because they couldn't fulfill their commitment they put the blame on me.

                      This was the 2nd time i had an issue with their service. I guess its high time for them to shut this business as they are too lame.

                          Dear Forum,

                          Recently I had returned the order as the item specified was not according to the description and accordingly the item was returned but the amount was refunded as jabong credit which are useless to me. I called and requested the jabong customer care to refund the amount but they refused saying that their policies has been changed and they can't do it.

                          Its very un-professional on their part to do so.

                            I have ordered 2 prepaid order with jabong after expiry of estimated delivery date they told my addres is not servicable. This thing happen twice with me and same time some orders were also delivered by same logistic. Customer service to head customer service all are very bad. Jabong also not have any professionalism they were used my money for allmost 1 month and when i asking compensation they straight forward denied and told they dont have it.

                            Very bad service
                            It seems they are using customer money with zero interest.

                            I will never shop with jabong.

                              My order is now five days late. Every order I've made in the past couple of months has been delayed. Myntra orders are delivered on time, sometimes even the next day. Jabong you need to address your logistics problems which I assume have been caused by a rise in a loyal customer base. Please address this serious issue or I and i'm sure many more customers will be shopping elsewhere!

                                I had ordered a hiking shoes through jabong order id [protected], which was suppose to deliver on 23/05/2016 and their courier update is saying

                                "tue, 24 may 2016 at 00:00:00
                                Delivery of this product will be delayed.
                                Sorry! We are running late in delivering your product. We are in constant touch with relevant departments to get this delivered as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!"

                                Till date i called them various times, they are all fraudsters. They didn't have a cash on delivery option hence i paid it using net banking and they have taken 10000.00 inr from my account and neither delivering the product nor are sure about when they are going to deliver.

                                Such an outrageous service & fraudsters, no commitment towards what they get paid for. I have been using other online portals and this is my first time experience with jabong. I shall not repeat that mistake again.

                                  Is Jabong losing its charm? The last 3 orders I placed with Jabong are facing serious issues and their courier and customer care associates are behaving bad.

                                  First order, I placed an exchange almost 12 days back and their pick up guys are making me run around with the package without picking it up, transferring the pick up work between my work & home location pickup guys.
                                  Second one, the order was on hold for days finally to get an update that the product couldn't be procured.
                                  Third one - I placed an exchange, the exchange product was picked up 4 days back, but no sign of dispatching the new one and no update was given either.

                                  One of their return pick guys was so impatient to wait for 10 mins (I need to come out of office and walk 500mts), once am out, I called him to know that he left the premises without informing me and Jabong cancelled the return stating that I asked for it. Very funny! Is this a trick? Like you pretend to pickup and then cancel it like customer asked for it so you can dump the unwanted item on the customer?

                                  Another pickup guy without calling or showing up, made an entry that customer was unavailable. One more guy, just showed up at my house while I was away and When I requested him to come after 2hrs, he denied, I asked next day delivery, again denied, I asked him to give a heads up before coming, so I can be at home, he denied, frustrated I asked him to return the product back to Jabong, I will deal with customer care, again denied. Now, I am in a soup.

                                  Heights of all, when I escalated(or I thought so) to customer care and the customer care representative told "We send you a message which says that We don't promise you that we will call you, we will call only if we don't find your location, if you are not at your location, it's not our fault".

                                  I see, then how Jabong is planning to run their business? I don't think so, whoever place order, is going to lock themselves for the next 3 days to 15 days whenever their order arrives, so as Jabong says "we won't call you but come & stand at your house and walk away if you aren't there". Jabong can be serious about their messages but I am doubtful they are serious about doing business with that kind of attitude, and the behavior their courier and customer care representatives are showing. Now, am going to think thrice before placing an order with Jabong.

                                    Dear jabong team,

                                    On 15th may, i ordered 4 products from your site with order no:[protected] for an exclusive trip on 28th may and the expected delivery date for all the products was on or before friday, 27th may.

                                    I was certainly calm about the delivery!

                                    But days after when i received my first product which was a grey solid jogger, i was astounded when i saw a completely different package of the one, i had ordered.
                                    It was a black with red color jogger packed under the jabong cover.

                                    I mean how could anybody package a product without identifying two different colors. (Black and red with a simple gray)

                                    This experience was an alarm for the other three orders as the total cost was rs.4737.25.

                                    So, without any due i contacted your team (Which is not a toll-free number) and explained my condition.

                                    After submitting a return request, i then told that one of the product in that 3 orders is a tsx brown solid leather jacket and the expected delivery date for that is 27th may and because of this faulty delivery, i'm worried about this order. So please expedite it so that even if there is any quality issue, i'll be able to return the product before 28th may. (Because i'll not be in town after that)

                                    The answer was - "sir, we're submitting the request to our concerned team about delivering the product to you by latest 24th may. Also, we'll try attempting the delivery of all the 3 products on that date. But, we can't commit!"

                                    I was like, "what do you mean by you can't commit? Just transfer the call to your senior executive."

                                    Before transferring, he said that - "even my senior will also have the same answer."

                                    I then spoke to mr. Ajay, a senior who shockingly held the same view.

                                    Then i explained him my situation that, "i'm leaving chennai on saturday, 28th may and if the product is not delivered to me before that i'll not be able to accept or even return the product."

                                    Ajay said, "sir, i can only ask my team to deliver you the product on the requested date. But i can't commit about the sharp delivery."

                                    I just said, "this is not a satisfied answer."

                                    Ajay replied, "i know, but this is what i can do. Is there anything other than this i can help you with?"

                                    I said no and hung up. By this time, my account balance was debited with rs.77.

                                    The present situation after two more calls is that the 2 products have been delivered and are of expected quality.

                                    But the tsx brown solid leather jacket is still pending.

                                    After continuous tracking, the details show that the product has been out scanned from chennai airport (My city) on 24th may, but never moved from there.

                                    Today is 26th may and day after tomorrow, i'm leaving for my trip.

                                    With such high hopes, i'm writing to you explaining this whole situation that please make an urgent request to gojavas telling that this delivery is very important and must be made on 27th may.

                                    Is this possible from your end? Can i count on your team for the last time!?

                                      I ([protected]@gmail.com) referred my friend ([protected]@gmail.com) for jabong app in refer & earn.
                                      He installed the app using my referral code.
                                      Its 2 monthes over. But till now he didn't get the 250 rs gift voucher by jabong app..
                                      We mailed to jabong customer care many times.
                                      But they didn't resolve the problem.

                                      I bought(dated 23.05.2016) a product from Jabong app of 440 rs.
                                      I returned(dated 24.05.2016) that product for size issue.
                                      They refund me only 190 rs.
                                      What about the remaining balance?

I keep on calling them to ask when they will the deliver my product, every time they say unfortunately they don't have idea when they can deliver.. This is very irresponsible answer even after 3 weeks they keep on postponing without any proper reason. I suggest please do not purchase if they any 50% 60%..
