I placed an order[protected] from Jabongworld in January, 2016. It was a bundled offer of three kurtas. All were represented as cotton but one turned out to be viscose. A certain Martin of jabong world spoke to me and asked me to send a pic of the article and the tag where it said viscose. I did that and he conftrmed that yes, there had been a mistake. He asked me to return the article from the US to India and assured me that the return shipping plus cost of that kurta would be given to me as credit for shopping on Jabong. I agreed and sent the item back (which was acknowledged) and sent a screenshot of the postal receipt for aprrox $35, which I paid to send the item back. I am yet to hear back on the shopping credits. I am SICK and TIRED of emailing these guys. I just get standard replied and it has been four months now. I don't want any shopping credits or even the cost of the kurta. JUST WANT THEM TO REFUND MY RETURN SHIPPING OF $35!!!

    The order which i have placed on 16th may the the online payment of rs 1890/- with the order no - [protected] was supposed to deliver on 18th may'16 and after contacting jabong on 19th and again on 20th may, they are not able to track my order and not ready to give any commitment on delivery and even not ready to cancel the order.

    Please help.

      I had a order (#[protected]
      ) placed on 1st/may, online tracking shows that there was an 'tried attempt' which is incorrect claim as the shipping address is a corporate address with security personal 24x7. Till now there is no sign-of re-attempt or deliver, tried corresponding multiple times however there is no assurance, all they say is they are working on the issue and will get back at the earliest.

      I don't know what percentage tax they apply on products but it's way too much. Whereas other sites don't do that. Also extra charges for cash on delivery, WTF man
      Firstly, I would like to thank ConsumerComplaints portal for such a responsive system.

      within one of this complaint I have received call from courier person and claimed that the courier boy has made a mistake. Few minutes back I have received call from Jabong support and claimed that the order was cancelled and they cannot anything. So here is the crux, I have placed an order and not cancelled, so how is the order cancelled. I am not willing to accept the option 'go order one more, nothing more can be done' as I have spent enough time and opportunity cost (as this was someone's birthday gift), and lethargic response all this while.

      Please go ahead do the needful of arranging the ordered goods.

        The service you provide is ridiculous.
        I have not yet received the bag even after the payment is already made.I have mailed regarding the issue and shared all my details but still I am not receiving proper help from your end.That's very annoying.
        I am fed up with your such kind of poor service. Atleast the money should be refunded if the delivery is not made. No proper initiative is taken. Such kind of service is spoiling the reputation of the company. I just want my issue to be solved.
        Kindly solve the issue. Worst service have ever received.

          I have requested for return pick of mr. Button black blazer of worth rs2646 with return id29052421 on may 8th.. Till today they have not arranged anyone to pick the product.. I am repeatedly calling customer care regarding this and they say they don't have any information about this.. So my question who will have the information if not them.. It's very unprofessional on their part that they are not able to arrange a courier guy to pick the product and i don't think it's a big deal.. My money is stuck and i am not able to use.. I want this problem to resolved asap.

            I placed an order of three items worth 3126 i completed whole procedure in app it was loading and finalizing my order or whatever it does i received message from bank of money deduction and in app error occurred order didn't got placed and money got deducted
            Middle message is of deduction and below it was otp of second time i tried to check if really order was not placed and sadly it was not so i didnt proceeded to payment second time.

                I have ordered a product that is listed in tshirt category ajectely it's undergarments product that time I not see all the details I think it's a tshirt but after receiving when I am going to return or exchange the item then I know this is an undergarments product. Then I contact with customer care they teach me the there terms and conditions. But they clearly display the no free return or no free exchange. By this we understand that is they take extra charges for cod then they also take some changes for returning or exchanging the item but they refuse they says no such type or things happen read our terms and conditions that you accepted it.
                OK no problem I follow th e company rule and ordered the product and u whiskey my item is only rs 321 but when I satisfied that company get lost 321000 until I ordered the product. I have more options.
                And I requested to you if you get this type of problems then don't remove the Apps u buy more and more products and take delivery and lastly rejecte your order.

                    I bought 2 pair of jeans from jabong on 25th april by order num [protected] . First of all i received the packet after 10 days of ordering. I am a gov emp so i was in ofyc wen packet arrived and my landlord received d packet. In evening on reaching home i opened the packet n thr was only one jeans. Dat tym i didnt see the packet thoroughly. I registered the complaint. then nxt day wen i was in ofyc i got mail from jabong and sm ques were asked about packet. I wrote the ans widout observing the condition nof d packet dat it was in great condition. then after reaching home i observed the packet and saw it was cut from one side and it was joined by transparent tape. So i mailed jabong about it with the snapshot. Then investigation was done. Then today i rcvd the call from ur side dat v cnt further investigate bcz in vdo footage it was dispatched from jabong. thn i said wat about courier boy then ur executive said ma'am courier boy cnt do this. this mean i am lying. Is this a customer's responsibility to check where the product has gone. i pre paid for the products. Then she said v cnt do anythng dat means neither jeans nor d money i get without having my fault. So irresponsible o[censored] . It is ur duty to check whether product has been dlvrd to customer safely or not. U have tied up with courier partner not the customer. N i asked her that i want to speak to ur senior then firstly she denied ny saying ma'am they vl also say what i am saying then i again said then she put me on hole for mins n thn said sorry ma'am he is busy on another call . Cant talk to u . Is this ur service. This caused me mental trauma.pls solve it

                      Pfa photos. I ordered for 2 dresses (Ojjasvi orange kurta & nayo red printed kurta) from jabong where i paid the money before ahead. The parcel was delivered on 30th apr 2016. Parcel had invoice bill details for 2 products but inside the parcel there was only one product which i dint order. Even the delivery guy was there and when i informed him to take the parcel back he denied and asked me to complain in jabong. So i filed a complaint in jabong and shared the necessary proof for the same. After 2 weeks they inform me that nothing can be done here. They set policy which only favours them or if they keep such policy then they should be 100% sure that they deliver the right product to the customer. Pls do the needful. I got a call today from jabong refund team (Sandeep jain from refund team - [protected] / +[protected]). He asked me to login to a site: www.myrefund.in where i had to fill in the bank customer id and password so i told that guy that its not safe to share these details then he told me that he's cancelling the complaint and dropped the call. How do i go about this. Pls help

                        On 17 of march 2016 i had placed an order on jabong for puma floaters amounting to rs 1404. Order no was [protected]. I didnt liked the product so i requested for return & refund of my amount. As per jabong customer care my refund was initiated on 30 march 2016. Till date i have not recived my refund amount. On 6.4.2016 i raised a complaint with jabong for non receipt of refund amount. The complaint was open for about a month but no frutful result was provided to me.In this span of one month, there was no response from them. On daily basis i was calling to enquire about by refund but there was no response. Finalyy i was provided with a refund refrence no, i. E s36283044, and asked to contact with my bank & customer care executive said that i have to now deal myself with bank that why i didnt received the refund. Such irresponsible attitude. Kindly help me getting my hard earned money back.

                              I have buyed two kurtas of total price Rs 628.96 .. But after sometime i cancelled the order and ofcourse would be getting a refund of Rs 628.96 but got 502.96.. And now here the jabong company just denied from helping me in this situation saying nothing could be done from our side, we have payed full payment...
                              I have screenshot also of freecharge transaction where is clearly written refund amount Rs 502.96
                              Worst service ever...! Fully disappointed.
                              Please take drastic step regarding this.

                                I have ordered one CANVAS BACKPACK on 18th April which supposed to be delivered as a gift to my cousin within or on 29 th April. By the mean time I have noticed that after shipment the product is not moving and notify to the customer care. But they did nothing. And the product didn't reach till today. Now I don't want the product anymore because it's not on time . I have already asked for cancellation and refund. But in a strange way they are trying to avoid it. I consider this is a fraud if a company can not fulfill the customer they should return the money.

                                  I am very unsatisfied by the poor services of jabong, first you guys take 10 days for the reversal of the product to your warehouse and then deny that this is not the product which you have sent, i pay 5000 for shoes and didn't recieve the same shoe, so i returned and after waiting for 12 days a call came and an executive completely deny for the replacement, very pathetic service, mail id [protected]@gmail.com and order number [protected]

                                    Please don't purchase products from jabong where the company is least bothered about the product which we are purchasing. This is the second time which i'm facing same kind of problem from the jabong. Please look at the image which i have uploaded so that you will come to know how negligent they are when packaging the product.

                                    They are really good at following the rules when we return the product but not when they are packaging the product. They have intentionally sent that product to the customer why because it was in discount. When we are spending 21, 500 ₹ on watch it is almost a luxury watch we will expect a better packaging with attractive product box not just a broken one.

                                    I have placed return for the product and even i demand an explanation for this kind of service nothing happened so far and its more than 7 days even the product return has been done.

                                    I have sent more than 10 mails to the jabong but so far i didn't get proper explanation except sorry for the inconvenience. If it is 100 or 200 ₹ product someone can understand the situation but it is not when we are spending money for more than 20k product.

                                      You showed my pin code is deliverable area. I bought a product. It takes 8 days to arrive. I get a call from courier guy saying i need to travel 15 km to collect the product which means 30 km going and coming back. Approx 1 hour 45 min going and returning by car.

                                      I said no i don't want to travel. Product gets returned back to jabong. I call customer care they say next time they will ensure my order gets delivered. No, it did not get delivered, wasted another 8 days with my second order as well. Now, i tell jabong to send my product via fedex (since fedex delivers in my area) which jabong refused as well. Now why does jabong keep my pin code in service area when clearly they cannot get the product delivered nor take any action towards getting the product to me?

                                      Either take the non services areas out or deliver my product.

                                      Need jabong to answer since i have wasted a lot of time anticipating my order. Your customer care also was just mute when i asked them to resolve. All they said when the courier guy again tells you they can't deliver, call us and tell us. I did this twice with same result, how may times do you want me to tell you. If you can take action, once is enough. Stop wasting our time plz or else take concrete action.

                                      Also showing a pin code which you service and then do not deliver there is kind of misleading customers and wasting their precious time in ordering and waiting for delivery and then coping with phone calls from courier guy.

                                      plz resolve this issue. your rep called and tried to resolve the issue and assured me that in my next order this won't happen and suggested me few things. later today i found that you have taken my pin code out of your delivery area now.

                                      wow, what a remedy.

                                      Also, your rep asked me to order today and my product will get delivered. On the contrary took my pin code out of delivery area.

                                      Well, this is unprofessional and shows the care you show for your old and loyal customers who feel neglected and kind of cheated since i ordered twice and did not get my product.

                                      resolve or give up.
                                      Pincode bar is creating alot of trouble I dont know why.. I cant input any pincode

                                        I ordered (Order id [protected]) two nike t-shirt from jabong.com. I received both the products on 24-mar-16 out of which one t-shirt which was of white color was not look like a newer product, it was full of dust. As soon as i saw this same time i called to the customer care number of jabong and tell me the issue. Concerned person told me that as return facility is not available at your location so you have to send by any private courier by your own money which will be remembered into your account with cost of t-shirt. After some day i got a called from jabong and they told me it was rejected in quality inspecting checking so it will not be returned. After that they return my product so the same address but i rejected to take it back as that product was dusty. So please look into the matter.
