I have been customer of jabong since a long time.
However, since recent days, it has been a pain to get jabong products delivered at my home via courier company JAVAS..
i have been buying things from jabong and it was very nice experience.
However, today, dated 5th april 2016, a courier person came to our address for delivery and repeatedly kept on arguing of ID PROOF.
I understand that its a security measure to ensure safe delivery.
However, I would like bring to your notice that we have got delivery from jabong for about a 100 times now and everytime this type of STUPID INCONVENIENCE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
I am a online shopper and buy things from snapdeal, flipkart, ebay, voonik and myntra and other sites too.
BELIVE ME SIR, NONE OF THESE SITES OR THEIR COURIER COMPANIES HARAASS US EVER ABOUT IDENTITY PROOF EVER.
YESTERDAY I GOT DELIVERY FROM SNAPDEAL FOR THINGS WORTH 15, 000,
THAT GUY came, he checked address, he verified address on our door AND peacefully delivered product worth Rs. 15, 000 without any type harrasment or inconveince from side of your SO CALLED HIGH SECURED COURIER PERSONS.
if other sites can deliver products safely without any identity proofs without any inconvenience, why is JABONG SO INSENSITIVE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS ????
i talked to MR. jayesh, (ahmedabad - javas team leader or so)
he was so rude,
he said if you dont want parcel, cancel it.
i tried to convice him, that I am lady, i have kids at home, i cannot keep on searching for id proofs for jabong couriers everyday.
I understand that yoU SHOULD ASK FOR ID PROOF WHEN U R NOT SURE OF LOCATION, ADDRESS OR ITS A NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS.
HOWEVER, THAT COURIER PERSON IS SAME, HE HAS ALREADY DELIVERD 100 COURIERS FROM JABONG AT MY HOME - why he is acting so stupid and harrasing for id proof.
he is sooooooooo stupid that he was eager to cancel our parcel delivery !!!
THIS IS MY 1ST AND LAST EMAIL ----
IF YOU CARE ABOUT OLD AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS,
PLEASE GIVE SOME EDUCATION AND COMMON SENSE TO YOUR COURIER BOYS, COURIER MANAGERS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HARASS A LADY FOR ID PROOF
WHO IS ALONE AT HOUSE,
WHOM THEY HAVE SEEN TAKING DELIVERIES A HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE !!!
JABONG MANAGERS, PLEASE HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE.
IF WE CAN TRUST UR SITE AFTER BUYING 100 PRODUCTS,
U SHOULD ALSO TRUST UR CUSTOMERS ADDRESS WHEN THAT CUSTOMER IS OLD AND LOYAL.
FINAL STATEMENT :-
I M NOT GOING TO PROVIDE ANY MORE IDENTITY PROOFS TO YOUR STUPID COURIER BOYS OF JAVAS.

No amount of apologies can ever compensate for the amount of discomfort that you must have gone through because of this ongoing issue.
