I ordered two foot wears from jabong on 10th April 2016 and the delivery date was showing 13th April but till date the packets have not been delivered.

There courier partner Javas boy came on 12th April to deliver one packet and was banging my doors and asked for id proof. I wasn't carrying id proof at that point of time so i told him to come the next day and bring my second packet also. His supervisor also confirmed that he will come the next day and will deliver both the packets.

But no one turned up and i was getting out of delivery messages for the next two days but no delivery attempt was made.
I have been pursuing this issue with them since 12th April but they just send me copy paste reply every time that they have forwarded the issue to the concerned department.
I even escalated the issue to their chief manager but no resolution has been given till date.
They have created a mess out of a small issue that could have been handled and responded in 24 hours.
I need my parcels with an apology letter, and due compensation for this unnecessary harassment.

    I placed 2 orders with jabong both using my credits, which according to their app is a pre paid means of placing an order, later I received a notification in my email that my cash on delivery order has been placed, when I asked them to rectify the same, and questioned their motive behind excluding me from participating in the offer, my issue was ignored then after my second email I was told that jabong credits don't count as prepaid.
    My issue was not resolved and they tried to make a fool out of me
    They were unapologetic about the whole thing and didn't accept their mistake
    I was denied the right to participate in the scheme even after following their rules
    These are clearly their tactics to provide these discounts to the selected people only, I won't be shopping again from this website as soon as I finish using my credits.
    If you want to shop from jabong never expect them to let you participate in any scheme, forget winning

      This is with regard to the order id [protected].
      I have ordered multiple products with this order. I have not receivied 2 products yet.
      It has been more than 1.5 months.
      The issue here is that jabong was not making delivery to me or at my doorstep as they are supposed to do. They were giving the products to random ppl that they find at the apartment (Not even in my house).
      I rasied around 5 complaints with jabong on this issue with delivery and they did not take any action. (Provided in attachment). They continued with thtis careless delivery.
      Now i have not recevied 2 products. When i request for product / refund, jabong says that the product was delivered and proof of delivery is provided.In the proof of delivery it is evident that it is not my signature and they have irresponsibly delivered product to random ppl. (Provided in attached) i cannot be responsible for jabong's irresponsible delivery and jabong is claiming delivery when i have not even recivied the product. They claim that they cannot take any action as i have recivied some products in order. They are niether giving me product nor the refund. The delivery guy (Javas) came to house after raising issue and accepted that it is their mistake that they did not deliver product to me but to random ppl and they mentioned they will be refunding. But they have still not refunded

      I have still got a resolution. I emailed around 30 times. I got a standard message saying, they cannot do anything about this. This is Disgusting!!! I haven't got my money or products and I got the standard reply around 30 times and Jabong does not have the decency or courtesy to even look into the issue

            They have mentioned about 2 years manufacturing warranty and then they claim that they don't provide warranty card.As usual we cannot trust Jabong anymore.All I feel is that they provide duplicate products on the name of brand.One should never trust jabong at all.
            I have requested for the warranty card and they give a reason that they dont have it and they cannot do anything about it.There executive don't know the difference between Mr and Mrs. I think Jabong has poor products and poor service.All I would like to request is I need a warranrty card asap.
            I have also dropped a mail to the chief manager but no resolution.

              I purchased a pair of shoes on March 25th (lorded: [protected]) and that was the beginning of a long Head Ache. Jabong started posting on the delivery statements (more than once) that "Customer Requested to Change the Delivery date” which I never did. I then placed a complaint here and in Jabong (complaint number:[protected] and received a call from some Jr. Jabong executive informing me they would do their "level best to deliver the shoes as soon as possible". This sentence actually means nothing!!!
              I asked when they would deliver the shoes and he said he does not know, I asked what they were doing and he said their level best which is not considered even reasonable for me. I again posted another complaint (Number[protected].

              On the next day I called them to ask about the status of the order they told me unfortunately they could not inform me anything since your my had been “escalated” - Whatever that means…

              Yesterday on April 7th (13 days after the order was placed) I received a call from Jabong.com saying my goods had been returned because the PIN code was wrong. This statement again is not True! I double checked and of course the PIN code is precise and accurate but their service is so poor and incompetent that they cannot even find a city by the PIN code and mixed Vadodara with Palanpur.

              I strongly suggest that EVERYONE that can avoids Jabong as much as possible. If you take 5 minutes and go through the complaints posted here you will see that this did not just happened to me and It seems a constant from their end specially with SHOES. If I had seen the complains before I would have never tried their service (or should I say non-service) Jabong.com, took my money, posted lies, committed to do their level best which now turned out to be = not delivering the Goods.

              SHAMEFUL COMPANY!!

                  I have been customer of jabong since a long time.
                  However, since recent days, it has been a pain to get jabong products delivered at my home via courier company JAVAS..

                  i have been buying things from jabong and it was very nice experience.

                  However, today, dated 5th april 2016, a courier person came to our address for delivery and repeatedly kept on arguing of ID PROOF.

                  I understand that its a security measure to ensure safe delivery.
                  However, I would like bring to your notice that we have got delivery from jabong for about a 100 times now and everytime this type of STUPID INCONVENIENCE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

                  I am a online shopper and buy things from snapdeal, flipkart, ebay, voonik and myntra and other sites too.

                  BELIVE ME SIR, NONE OF THESE SITES OR THEIR COURIER COMPANIES HARAASS US EVER ABOUT IDENTITY PROOF EVER.

                  YESTERDAY I GOT DELIVERY FROM SNAPDEAL FOR THINGS WORTH 15, 000,
                  THAT GUY came, he checked address, he verified address on our door AND peacefully delivered product worth Rs. 15, 000 without any type harrasment or inconveince from side of your SO CALLED HIGH SECURED COURIER PERSONS.

                  if other sites can deliver products safely without any identity proofs without any inconvenience, why is JABONG SO INSENSITIVE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS ????

                  i talked to MR. jayesh, (ahmedabad - javas team leader or so)
                  he was so rude,
                  he said if you dont want parcel, cancel it.

                  i tried to convice him, that I am lady, i have kids at home, i cannot keep on searching for id proofs for jabong couriers everyday.

                  I understand that yoU SHOULD ASK FOR ID PROOF WHEN U R NOT SURE OF LOCATION, ADDRESS OR ITS A NEW DELIVERY ADDRESS.

                  HOWEVER, THAT COURIER PERSON IS SAME, HE HAS ALREADY DELIVERD 100 COURIERS FROM JABONG AT MY HOME - why he is acting so stupid and harrasing for id proof.

                  he is sooooooooo stupid that he was eager to cancel our parcel delivery !!!

                  THIS IS MY 1ST AND LAST EMAIL ----
                  IF YOU CARE ABOUT OLD AND LOYAL CUSTOMERS,

                  PLEASE GIVE SOME EDUCATION AND COMMON SENSE TO YOUR COURIER BOYS, COURIER MANAGERS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HARASS A LADY FOR ID PROOF
                  WHO IS ALONE AT HOUSE,
                  WHOM THEY HAVE SEEN TAKING DELIVERIES A HUNDRED TIMES BEFORE !!!

                  JABONG MANAGERS, PLEASE HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE.
                  IF WE CAN TRUST UR SITE AFTER BUYING 100 PRODUCTS,

                    I had ordered a pair of wedges on January 20. It was supposed to be delivered on 30. However, i got a message dat it will be delivered on 28. It had been 5th april but has not been delivered yet. Also, my money has not been refunded. The loss i had to suffer from it cannot be fulfilled. Organization like dis does not deserve customer dissatisfaction. trusted this site. However, now i am totally dissatisfied by the service.

                      I ordered a shoe no 20th March and already paid the amount but still not received my item. Order id - [protected]. i first received a message said it will be delivered by 26 March, then later on 26th March i got another message said it was delayed and will be delivered by 29 March. Again, on 29th March i got the message said that it is further delayed by 2 days and it will be delivered by 31 March. this is really terrible and not professional at all.

                      After that i received no further response from JABONG about my item, i even sent an email to [protected]@jabong.com on 1st April and got the mail said that they have received my complaint and raised the request id[protected] and someone from JABONG will contact me within 48 hours. Now, it is more than 80 hours and nobody has reached out to me. i again sent an email to [protected]@jabong.com but no response.

                      This is not only absurd but terribly un-professional, un-realistic, un-kind behaviour. They took the money and didn't delivered the item and now when i am trying to reach them nobody is replying. They not just cheated me, but harrased me mentally by showing this kind of behaviour.

                      i want my money back.

                        This complaint is regarding an order(#[protected]) of sports placed on 22nd march at jabong.com, the delivery date was 26-03.2016.

                        On 26th when i check the product was nowhere to be delivered, but i waited another day and on 28th i thought of cancelling/returning the product, but there was no option to do so.

                        I called the customer care executive's and they told that the product cannot be cancelled now since it is in transit now, however we will take a complaint regarding this and will revert back within 48 hours.

                        But alas! I waited till next 72 hours and no update and no response from jabong, when i called the customer care executive department then they said we have raised a complaint with the finance/logistics/ blah blah department and no update till date.

                        Jabong i feel is the biggest fraud's amongst the e-commerce website and should be banned, and the executive's are bunch of bad people who have been trained to just "beat around the bush".

                        Kindly take action over the executives (#pragya and others) and ban this website.

                          I had returned a product few months back and i received a voucher from jabong in return and when i applied the voucher which was of Rs.500 it told me to shop for an item which is worth of Rs, 1499 or greater...please help...i wish to get my complaint resolved as soon as possible...or it would be much better if jabong could help me with an appropriate voucher of Rs.500...so i can shop again

                            I place the order number [protected] in Jabong and to my surprise when I tracked the order I found the below statement saying “Customer Requested to Change the Delivery date”. This is NOT true. I did not request any dates to be changed and want to know why are lies being posted on the tracking information? This sound just like a company/trasporter excuse for not delivering the goods.

                            I also called customer service and placed the complaint (complaint number:[protected] unfortunately they were unable to:
                            a) Explain why a lie is being posted on the tracking information
                            b) Inform when the goods will be delivered
                            c) Provide me an immediate solution for such outragious situation.

                            After posting the complaint, talking to your customer care and receiving the above response I was hoping the matter would be solved but for my surprise once I checked the tracking status it was posted AGAIN (now for the SECOND time), that the "Customer Requested to Change the Delivery Date". Please see statement posted in the image attached below. It also says that after 3 attempts the order will be canceled! No attempts were made at all, no contact was done and I NEVER, not the first time nor the second time requested the delivery to be changed. This is ridiculous! If you do not want to deliver the material or do not have the material please contact me and say so instead of acting in such an unprofessional manner

                            This is not the way a serious company should act. I must advice all other customers that like me thought about using Jabong to rethink it because the service provided is this that I here describe. VER VERY DISAPOINTED!

                            Do not wish this head ache to anybody!!!

                            Very True...!!! I have seen that they even remove the list of product returned when you ask about refund status !!!

                              I have ordered a shoe on 8th of Dec. 2015 from Jabong. Which cost 2742.56Rs and it had offered a 6 months warranty. But, the shoe is torn before 3 months and I contacted the CC and they asked me to send the snaps of the product. Hence, I have done accordingly and spent 280 Rs for the courier too. after 10 days I received the same packet, the same damaged shoe with out even repairing. I called again CC and they spoke to me like, I can not get any warranty as I have used the shoe. I do not know how they have made their policies to cheat a customer. we purchase the item to use it, not to keep in showcase to enjoy its beauty for months.

                              Through many of the mails I had convinced them, that the product got damaged now. not at the time of delivery.

                              I have 3 user ids for Jabong and I used to purchase from Jabong, but this is the first time I am facing such a problem.

                              Needful action should be taken to save customers right.

                                  I had requested refund from jabong on my order no.[protected]. According to them they had initiated refund on[protected] which I hadn't received yet. They had sent me refund reference number of transaction done by their side between them and payment gateway but I still hadn't received refund. Today[protected] they send me a link to file application on union bank site for this online refund case. The link is not available and I want my refund back which is sum of Rs. 942. I am eagerly waiting for the resolution of my refund problem.

                                    I hd ordered a blue top of size 12 yr of worth rs.360 fr my daughter from jabong online . It was not fitting my daughter so i asked return fr d top. When d pick up boy came my niece gv a new expensive unused dress which i hd purchased from flipkart fr my daughter by mistake in return fr d top. I called d pick up boy d same evening n told him not to forward d dress . But still it happened. After 2 days i received a message saying 'refund initiated in yr bank' . I was shocked, how could they refund without checking d product. I called d customer care no. He took my complaint n said in 48 hrs i will receive a call. But i hv yet not received any call n when i called again on customer care no. They say they can't find my dress n r not making any commitment to return d product. In other words they want to get away with it. I need d dress as there is a function in d house on 26.3.16. Pls help !

                                      As you see, I placed the order on 1st March 2016 however still the products are not delivered. I called multiple times in their call center but they give the same information which is available on jabongMy order i.e. it is in transit.

                                      I am very much frustrated with all the service provided by jabong. I was kind of old customer of Jabong, but I swear I will never ever shop on jabong again once the products are delivered. I will also update the same to all my friends and family to not shop from Jabong site again.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I purchased a product from jabong.com (Nike India cricket fan Jersey size L on 21.March 2016.) Being order no#[protected]. And received it on 14 of march 2016. Due to different size issue i raised a exchange request on next day i.e. on 15 of march and the return was collected on 16 March 2016 at 11am. The agent picking up the return assured that the requested size M will be delivered in 24 hours and i was convinced. Then on 20th of march i.e. after 4 days I was discovered by jabong that my exchange product is not yet despatched and cannot be delivered soon. I raised a return request and asked for a money back as per their policy on 21 March 2016 at 10.28 am. I was assisted by their customer care representative and was asked to send them my bank ac details and to wait for 24 hours maximum to get this resolved. I submitted my bank ac details. I have waited more than 36 hours and tried to know the status of my order and cancellation. The customer care support team kept on telling me. That they have no update from jabong.com and the matter has been escalated to the concerned team. I called over 8 to 9 times for the same issue.. but they are not bothered to refund me and resolve my issue. Please help me. And let me know i[censored] need any further information. Please help me.
