I ordered a branded 'dorothy perkins' dress from jabong. Com. They sent me a different brand' Luxe 'dress and that too dirty. As soon as I received, I raised return request. Now after quality check they are saying its clean product they sent. And I am responsible for the staining. And i will have to keep it with me now.

    Dear Mr. Chef Manager,

    There are numerous complains have been made but you have not taken matter seriously.

    1. Just now I got the sms that refund has been done for my order [protected], but I have not received this amount in my account.
    2. Pick up has been done of my order no [protected] on 10th March and you don’t have any confirmation whether you have received or not.
    3. This is in reference to my order no. [protected] containing 2 items out of these one piece I have already returned and please note that another piece is defected which I came to know after wearing of 5 mins. I SENT the photograph of that.

    Above are three complains pending since long you don’t have courtesy that you acknowledge the maiL.

      Hi,

      This is regarding my complaint number 26762589 for order number [protected] placed with jabong. I had ordered several times amounting to more than rs. 7000. It included two kurta-palazzo sets by jaipuri kurtis. Although one set was received complete the other set missed the palazzo.
      I raised the issue but to no avail. I have sent them pics of the received order and the receipt details (Pic), as requested by them. But the final answer from them has been that according to their verification/investigation procedures the palazzo was packed with the kurta.

      I am completely helpless and dissatisfied by their reply and seek further help and investigation for my missing product which i have paid for.

        Few days back, i ordered one Versace Eau men perfume and order number is [protected].After using 2/3 times, i felt the silage almost 15 to 20 minutes and scent is smell like 100 rupees deo and it left stain on every cloth.
        Then i complained to Jabong.com, that i felt the product is fake because i am using the versace perfume for last 2 years .Then i got a call and they told me that your product is genuine and we can't refund .Then i am asking to share the import details, batch number and agency name .Then the agent told, we can't share because this is not as per our company policy. then i ask what about the stain, then the executive told me, its up-to me to use or not . So guys don, t fall to the trap and discount, they simply sell third grade local market product with heavy prices without any return facility for perfume .This is a trick only to stole customer money.Beware

          I have ordered two products with order ID - [protected] on 18th February 2016. Among those two products one is returned back and for the second product they are unable to resolve it since almost a month. My home address is correct and valid, as we received a product from the same company with order ID - [protected](invoice is enclosed). However, in that order also one product is delivered successfully and they refunded for another product. I have been enclosing order document, complaint document and one invoice document for address proof. Please consider my complaint against Jabong.com and also consider attached the document for you reference.

            Since i returned the product on last year in jabong, i got my refund of Rs.449 on 19th Dec'14. that was in my jabong wallet. once i checked my wallet the money was found to be missing. i didnt get any mail or notification on which purpose my money has been deducted or I dont find the reason why the wallet amount was lost.               I have ordered a dress material from jabong on 29th feb 2016 order no-[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by first flight courier on 8th march In pune. I have been tracking this and on 8th march it was showing as delivered on jabong. Whereas it is still not delivered and i have no idea what fraud is going on. I have already paid for this as this was a gift for my sis In law. I raised a complaint with jabong and they are asking me to wait. Really concerned about my money as this is the first time this kindof incident has happened to me. I have been ordering frm other online shopping sites and this has never been the case.

              After assurances from Jabong still i have not recieved my product after waiting for 10 days and 48 hours has already crossed. No resolution, no calls and No delivery. Now i am not interested In the product, just want my money back.i have spent money on calling customer care. Biggest mistake of my life i ordered from Jabong instead of Myntra, flipkart, Amazon where i usually shop from without any hassle till date.
              Orders not delivered and still show delivered. Amount fully paid for a gift and product still not delivered. Jabong courier guy is lying that it has been delivered. No resolution by jabong and No refund. Pathetic experience.
              Hi,

              I have raised my complain on 3rd of march mentioning that I have not received the product (order number [protected]) then why delivery message come to me.
              I have mentioned that delivery boy called me on 1st of march and asked me to collect the product from their office( around 1.5km from my home) when I denied and asked them to deliver the product they said they will do on the next day.

              When I didn't get the call from him I have called him on 3rd of march then he said he forgot to delver he will do the same on the next day. All of sudden I got a message from Jabong of product delivery But still I have not received the product.
              I made my complain on 3rd march, Since then I have followed my making calls 3 or 4 times. But I didn't get the resolution from your side.

              I doon't know even the matter can be resolved or not ? Will I get my product or money back? this is the worst online service I have faced till date. The issue is with delivery and I don't have any proof to prove that I have not received.

                I purchased two item from jabong "Oxemberg Brown solid casual Jacket" & "Park Avenue socks" on 24/02/16 having Order Id [protected].
                But till date Jabong CC along with their chief manager lying with me by providing fake promise and commitment Of shipping "Oxemberg Jacket" at the earliest. Jabong CC and their Chief manager commitment is contrasting each other ultimately harassing me continuously with their lie. They did not aware me with the status until I contact them. I spent my money almost Rs. 100/- in contacting them for the Jacket status but still they neglecting/ignoring my plea. Even they did not inform me about their non-ability of dispatching the item after 11 days and on contacting them one saying to ignore and other saying they can do nothing but to cancel the order. In this way they torturing me mentally also. Also they are not initiating my amount though I asked that Jacket is my first preference.
                I cannot bear anymore this mental torture, cheating, deceitful harassment by Cozen-er, betrayal jabong . PLEASE PROVIDE ME JUSTICE AGAINST JABONG AND STOP THEIR MISCREANT, MALICIOUS, DECEIVING ACTIVITY AND SAVE CUSTOMER LIKE US TO GET RID OF TRAP BY JABONG

                How can jobong do like this. Collected amount from the user and not dispatching the product and even not refunding the paid amount. jabong service is horrible these days

                  I have got all the details of orders and payments for further need.
                  I had received order confirmation details but all my orders got cancelled. This is unacceptable. I have all the details.

                  jabong service really bad!!! I had placed 3 orders and all order got confirmed, But today when I checked my orders, ALL Cancelled!!! I am so disheartened with jabong service.

                  I don't know why my order has been canceled. I checked yesterday, all the orders were showing 'Confirmed' and today all canceled. I am one of old user of Jabong site and this experience made me very dissatisfied.
                  I hope Jabong team will take action on this.
                  Jabong people contacted me and again giving same reason that due to technical glitch it all happened..but I am not convinced with this answer.
                  Oh, same happened with me, got the confirmation and the delivery dates but then on tracking the order it displayed all my ordered items as cancelled

                      ISSUE: i ordered a model forma shoe (SKU : AL005SH31ZTGINDFAS) .
                      But i had received another model which is of less quality and completely different design.

                      I had disappointed for their service..
                      this is the first time i am writing complaint in this forum..I hope i will get justice.

                      Please help me..your justice will help us that these type of mistakes will not happen again by the firms to the other consumers.

                        They are providing poor quality products. I bought 12 kurtis and they are of very bad quality. Most of them have been loosing colour, shrunken to a great extent that they don't fit me anymore. Also the fabric is so cheap that it's tearing off on its own. I complained but no resolution was given to me. Worst experience ever. They should take the responsibility of goods that they're selling. But they are not. I have complained, reopened my complaint so many times but all in vain. Pls help me.

                        Still no reply. As expected. There services are really going down day by day. I won't shop unless n until this issue has been resolved.
                        Jabong selling cheap products. They loose colour, shrink and tear off easily. Complained so many times but no resolution was given to me. They are not accountable for they're products. They are big cheaters. Making money from our hard earned money.
                        No reply no solution given. As expected. Nothing new. There services are really going down day by day. M not going to shop unless n until they resolve my issue on a serious note now.

                              I have ordered vans sneaker from jabong.As per there shipping partner go javas the order was cancelled by jabong.When i contacted jabong they told me that they have sented the parcel to go javas but go javas have returned the parcel to them due to some reasons.Inspite of happening all such things the shipping partner of jabong have messaged that to your amount ready the parcel might come to you.Please do something jabong just making fool to the customers.

                                    As product has delivered on 15th feb to Bangalore but till now i didn't get my order and i had so, many conversation with Jabong Team from 18th Feb but no one taking the responsibilities every one is escaping.
                                    Yesterday i didn't get any call and don't have any conversation with any one and what they mentioned on track order DELIVERY ATTEMPTED.

                                      In my case, I have got two issues. I ordered van heusen formal shirt on 15th order no.[protected].I had asked for Size 39 and they gave me 42 and the quality of the package was worst.
                                      My second issue is the product had been delivered in the morning on 20th Feb but it is still showing undelivered and because of that I m not able to file 'return' for my product.
                                      Kindly return this product and Initiate refund as soon as possible

                                        I have ordered one shirt online to Jabong vide Order ref No-[protected] on 10.2.2016. Expected delivery date was 17.02.2016 but till date i have not recieved my order. I have mailed two-three times for status and even called over telephone, their cheif manager (Jabong) assured to be delivered by 19.02.2016 but they all are making fake promises.
