I had purchase a saree through jabong online, when receive the material is not as per my choosing expectation. When i want to return the same, the process guided by the online jabong shows the mumbai address, which the jabong pick up the return delivery. As per his online direction the material returned to the mumbai address. But when i ask for my refund money, they replied that, the consignment returned by you is on wrong address and told that you may instruct the dtdc courrier to that consignment can return to origin and send us on delhi address. Dtdc says already the consignment delivered. Through panvel branch, no one can pick the call at panvel dtdc office.
The jabong team printed the mumbai address on the invoice but there is no phone number and the customer care is not ready to give the contact number of the particular .
