The delivery guy ordering me to handover the returned product to the location where is he . He had no intention of picking up the product from my home.He used abusive language . He threatened me of dire consequences .He literally threatened me .. Is this what i have to go through for spending so much on jabong ? i have raised a complaint . I am seriously hoping of severe action against this person . i want him to personally come apologize to me right in front of my home on the road where he created a ruckus . I will have no seconds thoughts to lodge a police complaint if the same is not addressed . Please listen to phone call recording and verify if he asked me to come where he was instead of picking it up from my place. cell no of the courier guy [protected]

    Issue: sizing and no option to have the product collected for return, no drop off option, my order has not been marked as 'delivered.'
    I had placed my order on (Placed on Thu, 4th Feb'16 at 5:16pm) for DOROTHY PERKINS BLACK ANKLE LENGTH BOOTS Size37| Qty1. The order was supposed to be delivered on 15/02/2016 but was delivered on 12/02/2016. I had two other items ordered on the 5th of Feb, 16 which were delivered on the same day but only those two items have been marked 'delivered' therefore, i can either make a return or an exchange.
    I called customer care number to give a note on the wrong size that was sent to me and the customer care repeatedly stressed on the fact that the company cannot make any return pick ups in my area ( photos and details are attached alongwith). I was told that I would receive an e.mail within 24 hours after having called the jabong number[protected]. I wish jabong did not make such mistakes because that's not what they advertise on social medias and television sets.

    I didn't place an order for the wrong size that was sent to me. We pay for good service, quality and accuracy. I don't know why I should be the one ( I'm most sure that I'm not the only one having this issue with jabong) going to places to find DTDC or other courier services for somebody else's mistake. Legit?

      have been a loyal customer of jabong India and have been ordering goods since then but now I think that jabong has shattered my trust and faith in them and their quality.

      On 26 January 2016 I ordered a pair of spark shoes but they didn't fit well so I packed them as it is and returned them the next day without even wearing them.

      Now the jabong's customer care calls me up and says that this order cannot be returned as it has dirt on it. The shoe was not of my fit then how can I wear them and get them dirty.

      This attitude towards your loyal customer can be harmful to your company.
      I hope your escalate this matter and get my refund as soon as possible.

      they called me up and heard my complaint and the issue which I was facing. the jabong team took a swift action when the complaint was lodged. within a week the complain was resolved.

        I dont understand how irresponsible your people could be.initially they delivered me wrong color.

        when i called your customer service is pathetic you people should learn from Amazon.

        after a complaint they were going to call me within 48 hrs that they didn't.

        again after checking the availability at that time also it was available so ordered an exchange

        when i received a call he demanded email of pictures i sent him right away and then he is telling for that we have different department which will contact for checking which they never did obviously.

        i got a notification that the pick up and exchange is going to be delayed.

        the jabong person came and picked up the wrong shoes.

        now again i am getting notification we are unable to ship the product what kind of pathetic service is jabong providing that they dont even acknowledge or apologize for the ****ty inconvenience that they have given me they simply sent me automated email. your people have wasted my 15 days and yet to provide a resolution.

        is this the pathetic level of service you people are maintaining and expecting people buy from you.

        and i see that the same shoes are available without any discount how ridiculous things are happening or jabong is just trying to fool people by keeping their money and not giving them which they have already paid for more than 15 days and making lame excuses.

        i want same shoes from you people within 3 days as well a store credit of 1000 for wasting my time.

        its time to giddy up and do what needs to be done. at least you could resolve it without giving me more inconvenience.already you people have given me mental harassment and wasted my money because i had to buy normal shoes for the time being.

          I m ur valuable customer of jabong. I m shopping with u for last 2 years. This is the first time i faced problem and a sort of mental harrassment from ur team. I have booked an order consisting of 2 products viz. 1 tom tailor tunic and 1 next berry winter jacket on 2.01.2016. I received tom tailor tunic timely. But more than 1 month has passed i dont received next bery winter jacket worth Rs.2800 apprx. I have booked the complaint on 18th jan but no resolution. Again i complained many a time but no solution. Even ur concern deptt closed my complaint mistakenly. Then i agn reopened that. Ur concern deptt is not able to take the matter with first flight. I called thrice a day for last week. I m wasting my time in calling ur deptt. This time i had very vry bad experience with jabong. I decided not to shop with u further. U ve lost ur valuable customer. Ever no updation provided by ur concern deppt. Evry time i hv to tell the whole story to each jabong staff. Even in my jabong app status is showing delivered but no product is delivered to me. This is totally a mental harassment. Kindly take the staff side action against ur concern team.
          i just request u to look into the matter on priority basis. Either make the product delivered to me vry soon or initiate my refun

            I had purchase a saree through jabong online, when receive the material is not as per my choosing expectation. When i want to return the same, the process guided by the online jabong shows the mumbai address, which the jabong pick up the return delivery. As per his online direction the material returned to the mumbai address. But when i ask for my refund money, they replied that, the consignment returned by you is on wrong address and told that you may instruct the dtdc courrier to that consignment can return to origin and send us on delhi address. Dtdc says already the consignment delivered. Through panvel branch, no one can pick the call at panvel dtdc office.

            The jabong team printed the mumbai address on the invoice but there is no phone number and the customer care is not ready to give the contact number of the particular .

            Hence i hope this way you may help

              Dear Sir,

              I bought a t-shirt on 30th Jan 2016 from Jabong.com at INR 647 which was originally priced at INR 799 .

              After receiving the product, I found that the original price was 599 . A fake price sticker was placed on top of the price tag to hide its original price .

              I am submitting all the required documents along with the order id .

              Please take necessary step against these fraud companies which are looting customers and violating the laws.

                    I have requested for 13 curtains on 17th Jan.

                    4 curtains were to be of same size and shape
                    Swayam Premium Digital Printed Blackout Curtain With Eyelets.. (Maroon Color)

                    But from the ones delivered on 25th Jan, two were of different shade of maroon and the top border color for them was also different, so two of those curtains were requested for exchange. Now today, got the exchanged curtains but with the same issue again. one of those curtains is having different top border color from the other. Moreover the material of one of the curtains is different from rest three.

                    So in all i have ordered for 4 same maroon color curtains with same size and patterns, but what I actually received is two are of same pattern. One has a different shade from other and the last curtain has the same shade but the material and length of the top border is different.

                    I have been chasing the delivery of curtains for more than 15 days now and its really taking a lot of time and efforts from my end. I really dont like chasing customer service executives but this is really disappointing from Jabong part this time. You claim that all your products go through quality checks. I am not sure where is the gap.

                    Moreover when i called the customer care for exchanging the delivered products, they say that those exchanged curtains could not be exchanged again. I would like to tell them i am not happy in exchanging products from jabong and i have more important things to do as well. However this exchange is because they are delivering wrong products everytime.

                    I would request you to pick all the four curtains from my home today and deliver 4 curtains of same size and shade. You can either deliver curtains with border base black or brown. But alteast i want all four curatins to be same.

                      I have placed an order number [protected] on Jan 14, 2016 which i paid it online. the delivery date was 20 Jan but after much repeated calls and mails, still haven't received the product till today.

                      Jabong customer care refuses to refund, send another. Cust care absolutely unhelpful. They also refuse to cancel the order. Even JabongIndia can't get in touch with their logistics company SHREE MARUTI they say.

                      I am not responsible for the product that Jabong can't trace it or lost in transit.
                      Please refund my money! I didn't paid for all this nonsense and headaches.

                        I have not seen such disgusting responses from jabong customer service center. Very poor quality of service. Making fool to customers. And all their responses are totally bogus like
                        1. Product can't be returned after washing. I should have checked colour defect before washing. - How should I know colour quality with out washing???
                        2. Colour fade is because of mishandling. - what about other 11 shirts washed with the shirt? Colour faded out on the first wash. I'm using shirts of less cost also. Why not to them?? (cost of shirt-1295) It's as simple that product has a quality issue.
                        3. Returning is not possible from our end after use.We have policy of non returning after use and wash even though the tag is removed.- They have a single response. that means they can send bad quality products. Policies are made for the welfare of majors. Not in an autocratic way for self benefits.

                        Please take action against these sites which is making fool to their customer. i had not purchased for one day use.

                        these site is threatening and torturing for complaining and giving bad rating. they have called me more than 6 time from past two days even though i don't want any resolution from the site. They are saying that you won't get benefit of complaining, our responses will be same. And also saying why have you given bad rating??

As per discussion with jabong customer care, i have mentioned my bank account details on the return policy but still i didn't get my 2415/- amount refunded in my bank account. if its credited in jabong credit, request to transfer it in my bank account.

                              I had placed on order on 3rd January, 2016 (Order No. [protected]). I had also paid the amount at the time of placing the order. However, till date the order has not been delivered to me. I registered a complaint with the Jabong customer care on 16 January, 2016. The complaint ID is 25449002. I was told that the complaint will be resolved within 48 hours, however there has been no response from Jabong till now. Completely frustrated with the way things have been handled.                                 I had purchased a Monte Carlo jacket in Rs. 3600 from Jabong.com. When the courier partner gojavas had delivered the item, it was not only opened but the quality was also not good as per cost. So I had asked for exchange. Jabong.com continuously giving me excuses for not picking up the item and also exchanging the product. Jabong.com is using business tactics to bother me and mentally torturing me that they will not have to refund my money and also threatening and forcing me to take my online consumer complaint back. When I had lodged the complaint with online consumer court (core.nic.in) then their employee are keep calling me every hour and their Chief Manager also called me several times. In some calls their Chief Manager “Riya” had also threatened me when she became to know that I had already filed the complaint with online consumer court and also she not agreed and ready to refund my money. Their CEO “Sanjeev Mohanty” is aware about the full case history and supporting their employee and Chief Manager to keep doing the same calls and behavior.

                                  I had purchased a Monte Carlo jacket in Rs. 3600 from Jabong.com. When the courier partner gojavas had delivered the item, it was not only opened but the quality was also not good as per cost. So I had asked for exchange. Jabong.com continuously giving me excuses for not picking up the item and also exchanging the product.                                     I have ordered two shirts paid via debit card and cancelled them on the same day. Refund was initiated on 23rd December 2015 but as of now it has not been reflected in my bank account. I have checked with the bank. Even in the app the order is showing refund initiated but not saying refunded. Even the payU tracking isn't showing up.                                       After filing this case with you, jabong.com executives and their chief manager are keep calling me every hour and bothering me, mentally torturing me rather than resolving my problem.

                                      Even their chief manager are threatening me via their different ways rather than resolving this problem.

                                      It's my humble request please take the appropriate action against them or let me know if you want me to file an F.I.R. against Jabong.com and Mrs. Riya their chief manager who was threatening me over call.

                                      What kind of worst company it is. This company should be closed.
