      I have ordered a product "PUMA A CAT LOGO EMBOIDERY PUMA SWEATPANTS WITH GRAPHIC PIGMENT PRINT AND PUM on 29.11.2015 and it was delivered to me on 01.12.2015. I have Filed Return on 01.12.2015. The product was collected on 04.12.2015. Order No.[protected] Pr ice of the Product: Rs.1689.45 From 04.12.2015 to 11.12.2015 their was no information regarding the return status ie whether jabong has received the product or not. On 12.12.2015 on my jabong account in the order summary it was showing Return Initiated and Amount will be returned within 3-4 working days ir by 14.12.15 or 15.12.15. I have missed the call from jabong, as they are telling they have called me (if any such calls were made in reality i do not know). On 23.12.15 i have called customer care they noted down my complain and i have received one mail regarding my complain. On 24.12.20115 received a call from Jabong asking for my Pick up slip which is to be mailed at "[protected]@jabong.com" and the same was forwarded on 26.12.15 on that email id. And was told that return will be initiated within 24 hrs. I made a call on 27 & 28.12.15 but only my complain was noted and assurance was given by the customer support. No mail received this time for my complain. I want my problem to resolved within 24 hours. You have taken enough time from side. After this i am not going to tolerate any further delay. Again on 04.12.2015 i have called and registered my complain. But these guys are not fit in their job and do not have any sense of responsibilities. It is a very painful experience for me with Jabong. In future i am not going to shop with Jabong.

        I had ordered a Nike basketball shoes on 21 Dec which was to be delivered on 28 Dec and today already has been 7 days more the estimated delivery date and when I call their customer care they have been giving unsatisfactory answer and no one is responding to my complaints and I m planning to move to consumer forum if company does not take immediate action.

          I bought two products from same website jabong. Riya white striped kurti and Nayo aqua blue kurti. 1.Both were ordered for size 38 inch bust but one is smaller and another too big in size now I want to return both. 2. They are not taking the product back rom location on which it was delivered saying that the region does not fall under return policy. 3. they are saying to give a rs. 80 charge as jabong credit where I have to bear 400 rs charge of return and the inconvenience. I want my money back and products to be picked up

            I had ordered one jacket on 9th dec which was supposed to be delivered on 15th DEC but I got a msg that order will be delayed and will be delivered by 18th DEC..on 18th I lodge a complain that product is not yet delivered..after I waited 2more day to get some reply from them . I didn't got any call from them or msg..then I again I called them and the executive said he is forwarding the issue to the concerned department ..and the it continues for more 2-3days ..each time I called them they used to say that it has been escalated but I was not getting any progress on my complaint..still I have not got my product..and today its 27th of dec.                 I was trying to order for tremode shoes which was originally priced at 3000 which had a 15%discount and was now for 2550 and it had an addition 20% discount on using coupon code ACC20 but the problem is that when u use ACC20 there are some extra taxes added and the price goes up to 2663.73. I understand that taxes are added sometimes on sale but this is ridiculous, a discount means the price is supposed to go down and not beyond what i am already offered. I wouldn't even have notices this if i had ordered more than one item. If your policy needs to add taxes then dont offer discounts where u cheat your clients I hope youll take some action against this

                  I ordered 3 tops on 16th November 2015, and of them I had returned 2 of them immediately on 25th November after the delivery on 23rd November, .order no.being [protected] And they credited the refund amount in my Jabong credits and not in my bank account as the amount was paid by using debit card. They say they have transferred my refund amount of Rs.707.34 But it is not being seen in my bank account. I tried to call and asked for my request to be taken care..but customer care executives are just sorry and ask for several documents and don't take any action. It's being a month and still my amount is not in my account. Please refund the amount ASAP.

                    I ordered Nike polo dark grey t shirt from jabong but the size was small . I am working in Mysore so the jabong people said there are no pick up services you need to post us the product. I posted the product from speed post on 3rd December and it was received by jabong on 5th December . I have the proof of delivery but jabong people are not giving my refund and saying that they haven't received the product. I have the tracking details and everything. As I am working in Mysore how can I get the receiving stamp of jabong from raj nagar post office. Kindly help me.

                        I made online purchase of Truhome dhurrie purple on 05/11/2015 from jabong.com. Spec was medium size 4x6 feet dimension and cost was rs1048+ rs49 delivery. On 12/11/2015 I received from them product small in size measuring 2.5 x5 feet. On checking website it was seen that what I received was small size while I had ordered medium size. complaint was given as this small size was priced 599 on the site. Since they sent me the wrong product I requested them to collect the same and send correct product. They refused and asked me to file return on my side saying they cant give replacement. I requested them at least for a reverse pickup to which they agreed and put details in my account that pickup will be done by 21 Nov 2015. I have been misguided and now they say they can give reverse pickup and I should make my own arrangement.Next day again they call me and tell me to keep product and they will give me refund of ₹200. Product I ordered and paid for is medium size of 1049₹ while I have been sent product of small size and cost 599₹. Difference is more than 200₹ but they are refusing for pickup, exchange and also blocking my amount.

                                This is complaint against malpractice by online shopping called JABONG.COM. I order # [protected] and order # Exchange Order Pickup Details Order No: [protected] Exchange ID: 24127071 My Size: S After I order I was waiting eagerly till I get my first delivery from them and I received it on 1st December 2015 and when I checked product I fond it was wrong size they send to me ( XL)? After I contact with their customer care centre clearly mentioned that it wrong size and also I am short of time back to home by flight and after 3 days of nightmare talking with them they deliver another product with same wrong size ( XL) Again and I have go again same procedure keep asking them same but I have strong felling of cheating and forced buy them the size they had overstock at store? I have following point to discuss with all people buying online shopping specially from JABONG.COM 1: Why they tried to sale product which we don't asked for it? 2: Keep telling us their company policy whenever we contact them any related problem? 3: How it is possible any company can make thrice the same mistake even they knew I am leaving at soon from Delhi? 4: They never try to solve the issue instead they mentally harasses due to keep calling you without any service commitment toward customers instead they show they are loyal to Jabong.com and from company they gave permission to cheat and harass the customers? 5: If they want to forced comply their company policy they should shut their shop and I strongly recommend all customer get together fight against this kind cheater? 6: If they made thrice mistaken they have to compensate for the same but they don't want accept any wrong doing from them???? 7: How we trust them if they do same practice dealing with any customers in future? 8: If any company made mistake they have composite without any suffering for customer?                                     Hi, I had requested for reverse pick up of two orders as below from Jabong on 23-Nov-2015 after several attempts to raise the return request online (App & website) which was not allowed on both platforms. There was another Order No [protected] for which reverse pick up was done on 22-Nov-2015 and refund is not initiated as yet. They are neither responding nor acting upon my requests. Seems like my requests are falling on deaf ears.

                                      [protected] this is my order # which they cancelled without my concern. When I called cust serv i spoke to Neelam and Bhushan (Sup) they completely refused to help me.I asked them that my order was cancelled because of jabong gateway issue and the same amount was deducted also from my bank account. They asked to placed a new order but i dont have money on my bank account to place a new order. I have my wedding on 2nd December I ordered that bag for my marraige purpose. Bhushan he was not at all helpful, very very very pathetic services and very disappointing from this kind of big brand. I know you will not entertain this complain but still you should know that you loose one customer

                                        Hi, I have returned my shipment no. [protected] and received refund statement on 16th of Oct'15 however after several followup even the amount not credited in my bank account. this is against return policy which is forcing me to avoid this online site. pls help to get my refund asap.
