I am writing the complaint regarding my order no: order no : [protected]. I have ordered six products on 3oth october. I have received 5 products and one is missing. When I tracked the order its shows dispatched but not yet received. I called many times customer care and send several mails. I am getting only the automated mail. There are not even ready to call back and even if they call also saying the same sentence that they are working on it. Finally I asked to cancel the product and refund the money. No reply from their end...reallyyyy baddd service

    I have ordered one flip flop. it got delivered, then i found it duplicate and returned it back to jabong .com. After that, they sent my money in jabong credits and i told them to transfer it to my account. now, they are saying that refund has been done from their side side but i have not received the refund yet. i have been given an ARN number and told to check with the bank. please help me.

      It has been very disappointing as I have placed order on 8th Nov in the morning & on the same day my product ( Order Id [protected]/Docket No[protected] was dispatched from jabong to javas but I havent got only confirmation from Go javas, no messages/no calls yet it has been 18 Nov.Disappointed with the service of both the companies jabong as well as Gojaavas.Maximum delivery date was 13th Nov but till than there was no update I called jabong they said the issue is from Gojaavas & Gojaavas are blaming Jabong that they wont be able to help.New wstimated delivery date was given i.e on 14th Nov & now its 18th of november jabong complaint department was about to give me a call yesterday yet I havent received any calls...Still mails & calls are going only from my side .I am not getting any response from both the companies.I wish I don't loose my money..Pissed of with both the services...Please do some thing.I would never buy anything Online I promise.Feeling cheated.

      Yet I haven't received my product jabong customer support has replaced the order on 19th of November.Yet waiting!!I just hope I am not fooled this time & I won't be satisfied till I get the product in my hand.

      claiming less no of products has been picked up

      I retured all products and they gave me slip for only 1 product. later it was identified by supervisors of courier service that pick up guy is at fault. still no action has been taken against him. n i have to bear the loss

        I had placed an order for an analog watch (order no [protected]) on 02.11.2015 and as on today 16.11.2015 the product has not yet been delivered. Wen contacted the customer care they do not have any clue about the status of the product at all. I had raised a cancellation request on 09.11.2015 (ID[protected] to which i was told that the product cannot be cancelled because it has already been dispatched and i need to deny it when the delivery boy comes. later on 13.11.2015 i was told that the product's delivery might be stopped internally by co-ordinating with their delivery partner gojavas. neither jabong nor gojavas has any clue about the status of the product and they are not ready to initate the refund as well.

          Hi,
          this is bibhu.i have a placed a product on 03rd of Nov 2015 with order ID:-[protected].The product should deliver on or before 13th of Nov 2015.Today is 16th Nov 2015.but i didn't receive the product yet.From last 1 week i am getting 2 message daily(1 in the morning showing "Product is out for delivery")and the 2nd one is "Delivery was unsuccessful and will reattempt in next 24hrs".But not even a single time i got a call from the delivery boy regarding the same.I used to call customer care and informed the same.They used to give the same reply as they have informed to the courier people and product will deliver soon.The same repetitive wordings am listening from last 3-4 days.Even i asked for courier guy number, they are not giving.Finally today i got a call from the courier guy and he was telling like "he is in some other place and cannot deliver the product today(16thNov2015). Again i called to customer care regarding the same and the executive was just replying the same thing like other customer care people and i asked him to forward the call to supervisor but he cut my phone without giving.

          Is this the way company should behave with the customer just like neglecting.

          please review the same and guys, don't even look in to jabong site at all.Delivery is worst ...

          Still no update.Today also the same message like before.its really really worst...

          yesterday no body has called even after so much of discussion with customer care people.Today also half day is gone.

          I should get 10 times of price for this.Is this the way you should treat the customer..only for namesake yesterday

          discussion with only lots of "Sorry" has copied and pasted.i don't understand why people are using the word "sorry" ?

          Is this the word we learn form the foreigners to control the situation, then you don't have any ethics.

            I have placed an order on 27th Oct 2015 and delivery due date was Nov 2, 2015. I did not receive product yet. I raised a complaint on 2nd Nov but still no response from them. I have raised complaint 4 times through calls and emails. They said, we are working on your problem. I request you to take serious action to Jabong.com and make sure them to deliver product and penalty. Thank you.

              Product delivered in untidy condition for Order No.: [protected] (Payment Mode: Debit Card). Main issue, advertised size guide of product in website did not fit.
              Jabong advertised product as "15 days free Returnable/Exchangeable". Now after a lot of communication as they initiated return (return reference number[protected] and offered no immediate exchange, they came back saying 'no reverse pickup' from delivery location in Kolkata.

              Jabong customer care and manager conveyed about a lot of their internal processes, with which customer should not be bothered.
              If they can NOT simply exchange, they must not misguide buyers with "exchangeable" against product.

              I was not told during purchase that the Exchange button would not appear for it, only Return and also 'no reverse pick-up'

              Why all these detail and so much inconvenience is being caused for just a request of a tidy piece of same product of another size? Why can't they simply change it and if not why they do not tell it before purchase? Hard-earned money is stuck, please help out here.

                Have purchased kurti from jabong.com on 27 OCT 2015 with order number [protected] There was issue of size so requested jabong to replace the kurti. Called there help center on 27 Oct itself and asked them to replace the kurti. They asked me to raise reverse pick up request from there website. On checking via there website it said that no reverse pickup can be done from my address I called there helpdesk again and they asked me to do the courier on my own. I raised a complaint to do the reverse pickup and next day got a call from Jabong with assurance that reverse pick up would be done from there end On 6 nov someone came to do the reverse pickup where it was mentioned that i need to return three products for reverse pick up(which I never ordered) Again i called there helpdesk and sent email to [protected]@jabong.com and informed about the same Again they gave me fake assurance that someone will come for the reverse pickup which unfortunately did not happen Yesterday 9 nov i repeated the same task of calling and sending email to jabong that send someone for reverse pickup and again they assured me that in next 48 hours reverse pick up would be done. Instead of doing the reverse pick up they sent me sms""we tried to call you on [protected] regarding complaint with reference num 23451716 but failed in connecting with you. Nevertheless, we will contact you again." yesterday as well as today On 10 nov same repeat activity was done to call and send email to jabong and this time they were not ready to share their supervisor names. I would request people NOT TO ORDER any product from this website where in name of festival they are offering all fake services with fake assurance

                  My name is Nidhi Mann and I am a regular buyer from Jabong. This is the first time that I am mentioning such an incidence. My last order was placed on 1st Nov. and Order Id for the same is - [protected]. There were four apparels in the order and I have received only 2 till date but all of them shows delivered against the status. Actual Status for each item is mentioned below.
                  1. Mayra Blue Solid Chinos (NOT Delivered)
                  2. Faballey Black Solid Chinos (Delivered)
                  3. X'pose Grey Solid Chinos (NOT Delivered)
                  4. Tshirt Company- Green Sweatshirt (Delivered)

                  I will appreciate a quick action on this and would like to know the reasons for such a blunder.

                    On the 23rd octoberi ordered a t shirt worth rs 900 from jabong.com, the maximum expected delivery date they mentioned was 2nd november, keeping this date in mind i ordered the product as i have to leave for australia on the 8th of november. Today it is the 6th and i still havnt received the product and the tracking info is showing last update on the 28th october which shows that it is in transit to my city bhopal. I ve been calling their cusromer care number and I'll hey are of no help as they are only saying that they are worked ng on it. The date of my leaving the country is coming closer and i think i will have to face a financial loss as after i leave the t shirt even if received will be of no use.

                      He charges money for giving job and later he will say no job .

                      Very fraud person who will take your hard earned money and makes fool of you.

                      Such cheap and defaulter should be kick out of such good company who are spoling name of company.

                        Empty package of FCUK wrist watch worth Rs. 9995 was delivered. On contacting the customer care center, they refused to accept that the package was empty and that they had investigated using video cameras.                           This Jabong service is totally pathetic and third class. I had ordered Jeans worth 1000 bucks one month ago. But even after repeated follow ups with the customer care the result has been totally negative. These people dont take interest at all in listeing to customer grievience. Everytime I call them they say they are delivring the next day but till today they have not been able to deliver the item.Therefore I decided to go for the consumer court.

                            I have made order on 15th Oct. (Order No. [protected]). Jabong courier was supposed to be delivered by DTDC by 19th Oct. & DTDC courier has handed over the courier the newspaper vendor & I have denied to accept the order. Now he has not sent back the courier to DTDC neither to Jabong. I have raised a complaint (compaint No.[protected] towards this issue on 21st Oct. & even after 6 days Jabong has not able to confirm where the product is. I have received call from jabong compaints handling team 4 times & all the 4 times I have to tell the incident from starting to end. But no one has resolved this issue till now. My 3000 rupees (approx.) is pending since 12 days with jabong. They are not initiating the refund now. I have called DTDC also & they did not receive the product back. Now Jabong is saying that refund will be initiated only after getting product back from DTDC. It is not my fault. Jabong can charge it from DTDC. Jabong customer care service is pathetic. I want my refund back asap. Please help me to get my refund.

                              Jabong Team,

                              I am having a dreadful experience with Jabong (order # [protected], dated 14/10/2015), the order comprised of two products; Aripon 3 Dp Blue Floaters and Luca Dp Black Flip Flops. Initially, the delivery of floaters got delayed due to some quality issues and I had to get it reordered from your CC team. I received the same on 24th Oct 2015 (11 days after placing the order). Now, I haven't got my flip flops even after making several calls to CC team. It has been 13 days and still you are not able to locate shipment. Every time you put the blame on your courier partner, which is not my concern. I am not interested in discovering who is at fault; I am only bothered about my product.

                              As per my limited understanding, the sole purpose of online shopping is to provide comfort, better experience and time saving; no online seller can survive only by offering discounts and same has been defeated here.

                              I hope you would find some time to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  Place an order on jabong.com on 26 Sept 2015 for Salomon Speedcross 3 Grey Running Shoes with orderid[protected] .The paid value of order is rs 4018.73 for the same but when i receive the order on 8 oct 2015, i open the Salomon box, there was no shoes in it.. The box is empty having only paper. I registered a complaint with complaint number 22834388 for the order number [protected] to jabong regarding receiving empty box. I also forward the empty box, invoice, and pakaging to jabong. After taking this many days, now jabong.com reply me that they do nothing in this and denied me for initiating any refund or shoes

                                  till before this order there was no issue with jabong, for order id [protected] I have received only empty box with waste papers. and jabong care person says they have confirmed that item was shipped then where it has gone simply they want to say that I am making false refund / replacement if so then jabong has to see the customer profile and past performance also. please inform them to share all there investigation detail with us .

                                    Namashkar! Among your thousands of e-customers, I am one of them. But unfortunately, this very customer is going to be deleted from your book very soon. Last month I ordered a "Wrangler washed shirt-M size". Due to incorrect size, I had to decide to exchange it with an "L". Very sadly, I have been terribly tired and annoyed trying to communicate to your so called horrendous courier service "Go Javas" through Jabong. You assure that getting it delivered is your duty but please accept the fact that you couldn't fulfill that.
                                    You say that:
                                    "We regret to inform you that your package against Exchange order [protected] with Tracking No. 25601647 couldn’t be delivered due to one of the following reasons:
                                    Multiple delivery attempts at the address available with us were unsuccessful
                                    The order was cancelled on your request.
                                    Hence we would initiate refund in Jabong Credits once the Exchange order is received back at Jabong."


                                    I feel horrible because no one ever cared to contact me that "Yes Sir, I am going to deliver your product". And you assume that multiple delivery attempts have been made. wow! Lol!

                                    I never write such things because I have better things to do but your annoyings made me so much pissed off that I had to do so. Flipkart, snapdeal, myntra, amazon have much better delivery policies and you should accept the bitter truth. The same shall be taken up with consumer forum. Simply Disgusting!

                                      First thing I want to bring in notice that jabong.com have pathetic refund process. 1) If you return any product they will return you only jabong credit even if you have not used it previously 2) You can not use it for there partner product. It means you can not use you own money to shop from there site and you have to use net-banking for their partner product 3) If you want to refund the money in your bank account you have call in customer care and mail also. 4) For one of my order they have refunded my money in mobiwik account and they are not ready to transfer the money in bank account and also mobiwik is not having option to do transaction in bank account(from computer). You have to install mobile application. Most frustrating in after installing it also I am not able to transfer it in my bank account as there is some application problem or what I don't know and also they are deducting 4% VAT from my money.

                                        Hi, I bought two bags from jabong of Wiki from Wildcraft but both the bags are duplicate and of worst quality, i have not seen such a terrible quality bag from wildcraft, jabong are attracting customers on the name of discount and delivering duplicate product . I am loyal customer of jabong but this incident broke my trust and from onwards i am not going to buy a single product from their site.
