i had booked a liberty show on line on www.jabong.com/ where as shoe was send to me, to my surprise the moment i tried to wear shoe it developed some minute blister and finally developed fine cracks within one hour . can i be helped and make it also public that how deceitful company can be to innocent customers who fall prey to the advertisements.i have contacted jabong they assured me to lift the shoe which has not been done to date A.K.Bhat Was this information helpful? | |||

I had bought 2 polo tshirt from jabong order no [protected].I wanted to return them hence i spoke to their customer care executive wherein she mentioned that yes it was possible to return them.I asked her if she can arrange to pick them up from where the same was delivered, she told me she would check for the same and will call me.Until the next day, i did not receive any call from them, hence i assumed that they would arrange a pick up for the tshirts.She also explained me the procedure for returning any products.When i asked her about refund she mentioned that i would get a bank transfer in the account.I was fine with the same.
Since i did not receive any calls i decided to call the customer care again to check the status they mentioned that they tried reaching me several times but i did not answer any call...dat was very suprising".they asked me to courier the stuffs and provided me with the address.
Just Today when i received the mail is when i realised that the refund mode was via Jabong credits which i never asked for...i felt cheated and called up customer to confirm the same, wherein he said that since i have requested for jabong credits, now it was not possible to process my request.(BUT I HAD NEVER REQUESTED FOR JABONG CREDITS)He gave me an alternative stating that he would send me a link and the money will be transferred there.I shall never ever order from JABONG.Such a bad experience.

I ordered my product dated 22/10/2015 detailed yepmee sports shoes from my jabong credits. The expected delivery date was 29/10/2015. As per the tracking record my product is located in very very nearest location hardly 2 km. Today is 7/11/2015 but I haven't received my product. Whenever I called them just unsatisfactory reply.
