Dear sir, We must have purchased a variety of jaquar products worth over rs.10 lakhs through your distributor kejriwal brothers located in thana chariali, dibrugarh. We purchased jaquar products assuming your strong brand image, goodwill and we were promised for excellent after-sales service. As a hotel, it affects our business to deal with the below problems and there have been customer complaints about these as well. The problems are listed below- 1. There is leakage of the hand faucet system. 2. Damaged towel stand and hanger, toilet paper hanger. We are facing a lot of inconvenience and trouble. Please treat this matter as urgent and send a technician on priority. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible since it is already in the warranty period. Leakage of flush valve

I installed before Three days but today I found green led is not glowing and heated water is not coming from heater.continiously red led is glowing.It is insta3 model.plaese send for repair as soon as posible
