[Resolved] Jaquar — Delay in repair/replacement of overhead shower | |||||
On 15th March 2017 i had complained of a defect over head shower. I gave a complaint on customer care [190199] and their representative named uday kumar came. He told that the shower as a manufacturing defect and needs to be repaired/replaced. He told that i would take 20-25 days for repair /replacement. Till this day i had made numerous calls and complaints but there is no proper response. On 11th April I made another compliant regarding the same bearing complaint no: 260386 but there was no proper response. The customer care people say that I have to talk to the concerned person in chennai service area, but the guy in chennai service center says that he hasn't received the product yet from the company. This is my life's worst ever customer service from the most reputed "JAQUAR". Was this information helpful? | |||||
