The toilet flush is faulty. Once flushed cannot be stopped so all water flows out. Plumber also cannot fix it. Can you please check. I tried calling the Toll Free number but calls do not go through. This is in Alto-Porvorim, Goa.

Just managed to get through and register a complaint on the toll free - no. 00462953
Cisternr flush system are not working.i had checked but that is not flushing.
