Ve ordered oneplus buds(Order ID - OD[protected] recently in flipkart 2 days ago, i noticed a issue in buds that it has pairing issues and suddenly voice gets low while i play songs and gets lag while playing games, so i decided to replace it and done process .later jeeves technician had check the buds and noticed the problem and he said that he approved the replacement request, but i later i ve recieved that my return was cancelled, i dont kno wt do, i was shocked .i m really disspointed. I dont kno what to do.plzz solve my problem .
