I purchased a phone on flipkart with Flipkart mobile protection (Jeeves) plan which covers accidental damage in oct 2020. In march 2021 mobile got damaged accidentally. I applied insurance or refund in Jeeves. They picked my phone and checked. And told that its not repairable so 70% amount will be refunded. From April 2021 to till they never refund a single rupee even after frequently follow up. Pls help.

    I have raised an claim for My product Mi 4a pro but I did not get any response till now. I even did not received any call either from Service center or any technician.

    I have raised an complaint also which has marked as resolved without any solution.

    Can I get an update and solution on my problem.

      I have been following up with Jeeves for Case ID : 1F7-37479VPSCSA-5946701 | Plan ID : CPFK[protected] | Claim Id: " 1F7-37479VPSCSA-5946701 "

      I am surprised to see that even after 2.5 months you guys are still in the mode of "checking the things with the concerned team."

      You don't have transparency amongst your teams itself.
      Jeeves CSR doesn't have access to customer emails and after contacting them they just have the initial outdated entry in their system which they just read out and it's basically useless for issue rectification.
      You don't have an escalation matrix in place.

      A consumer cannot get the contact number of your 'concerned' teams nor you wake up from your sleep to give a call back until after sending 8-10 emails!

      For around a month now you were just unable to check with the technician for the processing fees paid in cash! And, if he is not supposed to take that processing fee, then why did he ask for it in the first place!?

      Now you are unable to conclude this issue with your 'concerned team', which I presume is the finance team, and have turned my issue into a ping-pong ball !

      The consumer doesn't deserve such behavior and after-sales service is a key thing which makes a company different from others.
      But, for sure, it is missing from your end and I will ensure that anyone around me will not fall into this trap where s/he buys your service and end-up running around you.

      There are serious flaws in your system and process, the same is reflected from my ongoing experience and is also evident from the huge list of complaints which are present on the web against you.
      In this process, a person's emotional, mental and psychological state gets hampered but still you guys want to 'check' this or that!!

      Do remember, what goes around comes around!

          Hi Team,

          I have purchased Thomson TV from Filpkart on Fri, 8th Mar 2019 along with 2 years extended warranty Jeeves. Recently I got dot on the screen and raised complaint on July'22 and technician visited my home and collected TV from me on July'29-2021.
          As per their communication SLA for repair 14-15days but still not getting proper update.
          And I followed-up since last 2 days but i got 3 kinds of responses.
          1)Panel has damaged and Panel replacement approval status
          2)Panel not available it is in refund estimate state
          3) Senior technician assigned to Issue
          4)Technician will visit your home to pick the product but it already taken from me on jul-29.
          5) sometimes they are updating its not cover under warranty.

          And I sent all details to their support email but still their is standard reply from team. They are not given any update.

            I bought a product from flipkart on 16 th august. They dont come yet and install the product. Everyday i am geting scheduling and rescheduling msg only... they never contacted me... i am tried lot of time they are not anwering. Once answered and they told they can't come to here since it is long. Actually i am already paid the installation fees also i want it by tomorrow its urgent... very insensitive and irresponsible service.. i am waiting here for nearly 10 days...

                  Representative took the TV from home in June 28 issue is running last 2 months but no update on this.
                  What worst support you people providing when ever I send a mail simply saying 2 business will update almost 30 business days completed but no response still sending the same template.
                  I never seen a such a worst support like this.
                  I want the resolution immediately.

                  My complaint was not resolved. You bledy fucker still how many you people need. It's been already 3 months the representative took the TV from us Still you are saying escalated the issue requires 2 business days. Since 2 months you people sending the same email. Do you people have any idea to resolve the issue. Share the contact numbet of the person who is working on this. You idiots stupid don't you know how server customers then why are you handling these warranties.

                    I had registered a complaint regarding extended warranty claim of my Mi LED TV on 2021July 21st. But till date the same has not been rectified. At first they informed to repair the TV.But now they are saying that they will make partial repayment. But that too is not happening.

                    I took Jeeves extended warranty in the hope of getting timely service. I am contacting Jeeves toll free service on a daily basis without any positive outcome. Hoping for a better approach from Jeeves.

                        I purchased motorola ac from flipkart and also taking company installation in it. and company gives installation to jeevs. and Jeevs Technician installed ac with improper way and totally spoil my ac installation.

                        and now he will not listen and not doing proper installtion.

                          It’s been more than 70 days after I registered my first complaint for repairing Marq 40 inch LED tv. It’s currently under extended warranty by Jeeves. In between there wer 2 unsuccessful attempts to repair and the second time it almost became a health hazard as the logic board burned and smoke came out of tv.
                          I want a refund at any cost. I don’t want to wait anymore. This is the worst customer service in my entire life.
                          Please help me here.

                            Claim id: CLJWC[protected] The complaint got registered on 9 aug 2021 and till today none of the technician have contacted me.Whenever we call the customer care for help no resolution is provided from their side and always they ask for 3 more days.The customer care have also misbehaved with me when i have asked for the technician visit.I am facing issue as its been 11 days now but the jeeves service is not provided.The services are pathetic.Kindly provide the resolution asap.

                              I have purchased MI Tv of 55 inches and the expected date is 16 Aug, 2021 but they cancelled the demo and installation so i complaint of flipkart and after that they give me 20 aug, 2021 and still no update so i called again fliplart and they extended the date 21 Aug, 2021 and now they extended it to 26 Aug, 2021..so how much i wait they not starting installation just extend my date of installation

                                      I purchased Blaupunkt 50 Inch LED TV from Flipkart and also purchased a extended warranty. I raised a repair request and followed up so many time but People sitting at Jeeves Customer Mail support and Phone call are Really Uneducated that they dont understand the actual query. They Just Copy and Paste the same thing again n again in reply to every question.

                                      I was finally informed on call that If your TV is not repaired by 17th Aug 2021 your Ticket will be cancelled automatically and another ticket for refund will be generated on 18th Aug 2021.

                                      When I followed up on 18th August 2021, got frustrated with all of them. They are now changing their verdict that It will be repaired by 26th Aug 2021. and not listening at all that why it was committed to refund by 18th Aug-21.

                                      PATHETIC People and PATHETIC service ever seen in my life with a Big Name.

                                      They are just driving their own P&L by making customer fool.

                                        I have ordered a bed and I got it on 14 August 2021.
                                        Jeeves told me they install my bed by 16 aug.
                                        And today is 17th aug they don't give any update.
                                        I am very disappointed
                                        Because i m only guy in my family and today I m going to delhi.
                                        Without me my family becomes helpless.
