Jeeves partner with flipkart
I have complaint one month ago and there is no response from them. When I contacted Jeeves again they are saying that you have to complain to Jeeves not the flipkart or brand.
One thing in my mind is that if you have problem with flipkart or the brand then why have you partnered with them and of you have partnered then you all have to keep the details of your clients. That doesn't means that I have to complain Thomson once then to flipkart and at last to Jeeves so you all will look what is going with your client
This is not fair

      I had submitted claim on 27th June, since then there has only been fake escalation they are just trying to avoid refund or just waiting for TAT to be be met and delaying the refund process.

      Kindly give a proper update if repair is not possible process the refund without creating any delays

        .I register my complain on 04.06.2021 .
        After that I received cal on 05.0.2021 from customer care side they told your mobile under damage
        It is not cover in our policy for repair you pay some amount of rs.1000/-. I say yes. I will pay.
        After that they told you will be receiving link in your email id please share your government id
        I say yes please share. they told you will receive link on two working day .

        I have no receive any link in my email id yet. I has cal daily basis in your customer care number they told please wait two working day .

        Total -40 days already gone. after 40day days return my mobile without repair. that time call to customer care whait for 2 day telling .
        every time only one answer telling " wait for two days"

          This is regarding iFFalcon 55" TV extended warranty, I have registered my complaint about TV service on 12th June, so far service executive visited home 4 times and replaced 3 products, even replaced products are not working. The last date for service was given as 6th July, but the service executive did not visit yet from the mentioned date.

          I am opting refund for the product as per extended warranty policy guidelines, kindly help to initiate the refund process and please let me know if further clarifications are required from my side, I would be available at the registered mobile number.

          The response from customer care[protected] and [protected]@jeeves.co.in is not satisfied, they are just buying time (as per the policy refund to be initiated if issue not fixed in 30 days), they are not ready to initiate refund or not providing an escalation contact who can conclude the case. I have sent 15 reminder emails so far, tired of the quality of support being provided from Jeeves end :(

          I am about to vacate my house, really worried if the issue will be resolved before that, writing it here as I could not find any other options. Kindly assist.

                After more than 20 days from the complaint date, your team planned to take my TV for your Service Center

                June 22nd your team taken my TV. Still, it's not updated any information to me

                I purchased TV & I Paid for Extra Warranty, Now my Tv is Under Warranty nobody taking responsible for TV, daily I calling no proper update gave to me from your Customer Support

                Every Week I getting the message for assigning Technician(Every Week) till now Nobody called me. Just like you came and taken my 55' TV till now no reply(mail, message or Call) from your side, Did you know the Customer Pain. I attached the Call log, see how many times I called(No use no Solution provided always saying will update in 7days)?

                After this next day
                I Received call yesterday, I asked to arrange a callback from technician team till now not received any calls, Even JEEVES arranging a callback also taking two days' time.

                Why you saying refunding, what happened to my TV Which part not available why it not be repaired, anyone give a reply to me. Just saying refunding is not good thing know.

                Same product available in Online Sale today also. Why not get ready my TV?

                If I receiving call from your Customer support, they saying they updated only refund we don't know exactly what the reason.

                There is no communication between Customer Support, Technical team or backend team.

                Could you give any Valuable Solution to me ?

                  Hi All,

                  I registered the complaint REPAIR complaint with Jeeves on 07/June/2021. Since then I have been following Jeeves Customer care almost twice a week and my TV is still not fixed.

                  It is already 35 days and as of 07/12, Customer care is asking me to wait another 22 days i.e. 04-Aug-2021.

                  This is worst customer experience.

                  Here are the few conversation with customer care so far :

                  1. One of the customer care executives said that the TV part was ordered around 12th June and we received the part around 22th but the part was faulty so we have ordered again and we have not received the part so far.

                  2. Another executive said that we never received the part from the company, however there were few similar parts available in our inventory and we tried that part but that was also not working.

                  3. Another executive said that we have ordered this part multiple times but every time we have received the wrong/faulty part.

                  4. Another executive said that it has been more than a month now and the TV is not yet fixed so he has opened a Refund request for my TV and someone from the company will call you but I did not receive any call from any one.

                  5. Today as of 11 July 2021, the Executive said that no Refund request has been raised and I have to mail to Jeeves customer care.

                    I have bought realme 7i mobile 5months ago and it is damaged due to internal failure .pehle yeh log 400, 500 rupees lete hai insurance ke naam pr fir. Kuch bhi ho jaye inka number band aata hai .phone kharab hone pr 1 br bs sudhar ke dete wo bhi 90din mein
                    Aur 1000rs lete hain mobile lene ke pfir koi bhi water damage ho ya physical yeh log claim nhi krte haai

                      I had bought a Samsung Microwave from Flipkart with extended warranty of Jeeves. In April 2021 my Microwave stopped working and since it was under warranty from Jeeves, I registered the complaint for its repair with Jeeves on 15 th April. Since then they are one by one changing parts at 15-20 days wait period but could not make it functional. It is about 3 months from my complaint, but still they have neither repaired it or given me any replacement. The product is still under warranty.

                        We have extended warranty in jeeves. My tv not working form 10/05/2021. I raised a complaint in Jeeves on 11/05/2021. Service engineer came and informed back light issue. after that i followed more than 40 days and last month service engineer came and took my tv for service. But till date this issue not resolved. Morethan 60 mails sent to extended warranty and morethan 25 times contacted customer care service. but issue not resolved. Very very worst and pathetic service form jeeves. I never expected this much worst service.

                          I launched complaint on May 16 2021 regarding my MI Tv 4C pro display issue but jeeves customer care executive told me that my tv price not updated in jeeves system and he told me that send an email to jeeves mailid for updating price and also told me that jeeves will take complaint automatically after updating price.So I send an email for updating price and mension my TV complaint and request technical support, I got a reply that price updated and due to some internal application issues on there server they need 2 business days to register claim
                          But no reply from jeeves part I again contact jeeves customer care executive 15/06/2021 and there executive told me that jeeves are not register my complaint till that day So again I register a complaint in 15 june and one technician visit my home in 16 june and he told me that my tv display was complaint after receiving new display they replace it, I trusted his words and wait 10 days but no reply from there part so again I called jeeves customer care 28 june and 30 th june then they told me that parts not available so they arranged a pickup for repair after two days 2 July one of jeevesr technician visit my home and he pick my tv.
                          But till this days no information about my tv .Today I again contact jeeves customer care they are asking me 8 more days.
                          I purchased jeevesr 24 month replacement policy at the time I buying jeevesr policy jeeves are offering service with in ten calendar days otherwise refund.jeeves violating all the thing they are offered.Due to there bad customer service I lost two months.
                          I am not ready for waiting 8 more days I want my tv value as refund.jeeves are cheating customers and giving fake offers.I think this is fraud company kindly take necessary action

                            Jeeves- Delay in TV installation

                            The installation of the TV was supposed to be completed by 9th of July. The technician is also got assigned, but he never turned up. When I called him he asked me to talk to his superior who also gave false promises that the technician would be arranged in 1 hr. When I call after 1 hr they dont pick the phone and then switch it off.

                            I dont think this is the way to deal, If there is a delay at least they should inform.

                              I ordered my tv on 7th July and it got delivered by Flipkart on 8 th July and the installation was supposed to don by 9 th july. But now it is showing installation on 14 th july. Please Jeeves help me reschedule it to as early as possible. I tried to contact customer support they were not picking and told to contact Flipkart regarding this and Flipkart tells "the tv will be installed as early as possible". Please provide me some information on technician at least. please install my tv by today 9/7/21 or tomorrow 10/7/21

                                I have launched my complaint on 07th June 2021 with complaint Number CLJPG[protected] and since then they are making me fool .After many follow up they don't have answer what's the issue and how will they fix however it's been more than a months they are still working on it .This company is really bad even they have not a single point of contact except the bad customer care where they do false promises .I m really fade up with them they are really bad and bad.

                                  I had complaint to Jeeves on 20th may 2021 that my TV is not working.
                                  Since then till date mechanic visit not done.
                                  On 20th may 2021 the customer support told me to wait for lockdown over 31st may 2021 will send mechanic on 1st to 10th june 2021.
                                  After that I called on 15th june 2021 complaint raised but no resolution no mechanic.
                                  After that I called 5-6 times till date bit no one giving me the solution.

                                  The main surprise is yesterday I came to know from your team member ZEEVA that complaint of 15th june 2021 raised & closed by same day How is it possible ?
                                  If complaint closed then no one inform me i had called after that also on 18th 22nd 24th & 29th June 2021 but no one told me that.

                                  I can't understand what should I do now.
                                  I request you to refund my money & close my case so I can buy a new TV.
                                  As per rule 30 days is max period & now it's 50 days plus.
                                  Please understand my concern & do the needful.

                                    I ordered my tv on 7th July and it got delivered by Flipkart on 8 th July and the installation was supposed to don by 9 th july. But now it is showing installation on 14 th july. Please Jeeves help me reschedule it to as early as possible. I tried to contact customer support they were not picking and told to contact Flipkart regarding this and Flipkart tells "the tv will be installed as early as possible". Please provide me some information on technician at least
