I have raised a TV repair under warranty on 8th July 2021. Jeeves technician took TV from house and said it will be repaired in 7 days.
It is more than 1 month and TV is not repaired and there is no time limit when it will be repaired.
Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I had bought Nokia Smart TV in November 2020 from Flipkart. Due to some technical reason TV was sent back in January 2021 and we got our TV refund back. We had bought extended warranty from Jeeves to support our Smart TV after brand's 2 year warranty. Since, we had sent our Smart TV back in January 2021 we claimed for a refund from Jeeves as we don't own the TV now. It's been more than 2 months I am following up on email on their email support. I am literally tired and planning to file Police complaint against them.

      My name is Vivek S N I ordered a study table of Hometown company from flipkart on the 8th of july and it was suppose to be delivered on 16th july but it was delivered on 20th July and flipkart assures the installation will be done next day since then I am calling flipkart and flipkart tells me to call jeevs and when I call jeevs the call will disconnected when i choose installation and it’s been 1 month I bought the table for 5000 rs and still no one came for installation and flipkart is extending the installation date day by day it’s actually installation to be done by jeevs and thus I need to raise complaint for denial of service against flipkart and Jeevs. I request to take strict action against flipkart and jeevs and I need to get done my table installation

        6th Aug 2021 Jeeves service technician done TV installation but it's improperly installed and collected Rs 1850 for wall mount stand but as per flipkard it should be Rs1199.
        Service technician(Sujay M J [protected]) was rude and it's manager (Prajwal Gouda [protected]) also rude and not answering call. Not provided GST bill for collected money

              I had bought an extended warranty of 2 years for my VU Pixelight TV in March 2020, for Rs.1930. Last month (July 2021) my TV developed a white flickering strip at the bottom while playing HDR content. I raised a complaint, and they said I will get someone to come to check the product soon.

              This is what happened after that-

              -On 2nd August, the service person came to check on the panel. He said he will take it for repair.
              - On 5th August, 2 of the service people came to pick up the TV. They took the TV and said it will take a week to repair and return.
              - On 7th August, the TV was returned to us, and the service person claimed it has been repaired. It was not, the TV was left with the same problem that I had raised the warranty for.

              I have been constantly mailing them, asking them to fix the problem. And all they keep writing is "We would like to inform you that your TV under panel repair".
              What panel ? The one which is right now at my house ? Which they returned ?

              This company is of deplorable ethics and literal conmanship. Looking through all their complaints online, they just use the platform to upsell their extended warranty packages to users, but never provide any service - look at various review sites, Facebook, even consumer complaints.

              I humbly and sincerely request this company be brought to action and charged with cheating customers and all the people they have subjected to harassment be suitably redressed.

                My lcd is not working from last 2 months and i put complaints many time but jeeves service center not providing any solution yet. It was my big mistake that i choosen Flipkart for shopping and i brought extended warranty from Jeeves service center. If you are taking full amount for extending warranty you should solve the problem with in days and you are taking months. I am very fedup with this service center.

                      I have made a complaint about my TV(under extended warranty) not being working on 6th of July. Same day, inspection happened and i was told that the panel needs to be replaced. The TV was picked up for service few days after. But after that, there has been no further update, every-time I give a call I am told its still under "Panel Repair Status", and i need to wait for 7 more days. This continuous cycle of "7 day wait period" is going on for last 20 days. Now that 30 days are over and the product is still not serviced back, as per the Terms and Condition from Jeeves, I am entitled for a "replacement/Refund". When i am asking them to initiate that process, again I am told to wait for 7 more days till they can provide any confirmation. When i asked the agent(Neeraj) to transfer the call to some senior agent, he clearly mentioned there is no such option to escalate and i don't have any other option but to wait for 7 more days. This is really going nowhere, I am sure when i call them again after 7 days, i would be asked to wait for another 7 days. I have elderly parents at my house, who were very much dependent on television, and now they are without one for over 1 month.

                      It's been 2.5 month's now, still the TV has not been repaired back to me. And to my utter surprise, the service request had been closed from Jeeves 3 weeks back(without returning back the TV/ providing a refund). Last 3 weeks, every alternate days I am calling their customer care number & sending mails, but they have no update for me what-so-ever, every-time they are just responding with the same sentences: "We would escalate this to concerned team Your issue would be resolved within 2 business days". I don't have any clue about where is my TV, why the ticket was closed & what is the next step, whether I'll get a refund of the product or not. This is complete harassment of the customer and I am feeling so helpless now. Please someone help me to get a refund for my TV or suggest if I should raise a police FIR against Jeeves for theft of my TV.

                            I claimed my extended warranty for VU TV on 26th june from JEEVES
                            First service engineer came and told motherboard is dead after 23 days when motherboard came then service engineer told that its panel is dead as well. And it can take another 14 days. So they took my tv and told me they will repair panel not replace it and
                            Now its been 45 days total and I don't know still when they will return my TV. They are not even providing refund.
                            Never buy extended warranty from jeeves. Otherwise you have to wait 2 months like me

                                I am facing a lot of display issues with the TV. There are few blue lines are appearing on the TV. The display is fluctuating all the time.

                                I have been trying to reach Jeeves Customer care for the last 6 months.
                                Please provide appropriate support as soon as possible. Neither Flipkart nor Jeeves Services are responding properly.

                                It has been a very bad experience. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. We have been trying to contact customer care provided on their website and have sent multiple emails regarding this.

                                  Pathetic service by Jeeves, same thing happened with me.
                                  The technician said he is very busy and can't come for the installation and abruptly disconnected my call.
                                  When I tried to call back he never answered.

                                  What kind of company is this no manners or professionalism.

                                    You are running a SCAM
                                    I have raised a claim for damaged screen which was covered under One year protection warranty and it was Rejected because you guys have taken to much time. Also I have sent many photos and mention that these are without tampered glass but you were not able to accept that. Now today 28th July is the last date of my policy and it is not over yet still you are telling that policy is expired.

                                    I will challenge this behaviour legally. I will file case and look for compensation for the negligence, false promises made online and fake commitments as per policy document.

                                      I was buying samsung fridge june 2020 with extended 3 years warranty. And after 1 year fridge gas end and I am complainted 19 july.. customer support says 4-5 days problem will be solve but there is no technician come .. If Jeeves doesn't help then I will have to go to consumer court.

                                        My Samsung phone screen was damaged and I registered the complaint last May under the Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection Plan and then your person came and took the phone away. Then you have paid the service fee of Rs.15000 as requested. After that, when there was no response, you returned the damaged phone in the same manner after continuous follow-up. Then call your customer care number and let them know that the phone is back in damage condition. It also made it harder for children to learn online. He said that he will fix it soon and he has not got the phone that he took back. This has disrupted the online learning of children. If Jeeves' attitude towards customers is like this, the decision is to go through the consumer court against it. In the hope of getting justice.
