My tv has 3 years Flipkart complete protection plan, due to display problem, I have registered a complain, the technician has checked the tv and said it's manufactureing defect, but the company is saying my fault, I am waiting from 2 months, please solve my problem please please please 😭😞

    I have made a complaint about my TV(under extended warranty) not being working on 6th of July. Same day, inspection happened and i was told that the panel needs to be replaced. The TV was picked up for service few days after. But after that, there has been no further update, every-time I give a call I am told its still under "Panel Repair Status", and i need to wait for 7 more days. This continuous cycle of "7 day wait period" is going on for last 20 days. Now that 30 days are over and the product is still not serviced back, as per the Terms and Condition from Jeeves, I am entitled for a "replacement/Refund". When i am asking them to initiate that process, again I am told to wait for 7 more days till they can provide any confirmation. When i asked the agent(Neeraj) to transfer the call to some senior agent, he clearly mentioned there is no such option to escalate and i don't have any other option but to wait for 7 more days. This is really going nowhere, I am sure when i call them again after 7 days, i would be asked to wait for another 7 days. I have elderly parents at my house, who were very much dependent on television, and now they are without one for over 1 month.

    It's been 2.5 month's now, still the TV has not been repaired back to me. And to my utter surprise, the service request had been closed from Jeeves 3 weeks back(without returning back the TV/ providing a refund). Last 3 weeks, every alternate days I am calling their customer care number & sending mails, but they have no update for me what-so-ever, every-time they are just responding with the same sentences: "We would escalate this to concerned team Your issue would be resolved within 2 business days". I don't have any clue about where is my TV, why the ticket was closed & what is the next step, whether I'll get a refund of the product or not. This is complete harassment of the customer and I am feeling so helpless now. Please someone help me to get a refund for my TV or suggest if I should raise a police FIR against Jeeves for theft of my TV.

      I have complained about TV wifi problem in 20th July, and they are not resolving. I have called customer care three times, they say to wait 48 hours every time, but nothing happens.

        I claimed my extended warranty for VU TV on 26th june from JEEVES
        First service engineer came and told motherboard is dead after 23 days when motherboard came then service engineer told that its panel is dead as well. And it can take another 14 days. So they took my tv and told me they will repair panel not replace it and
        Now its been 45 days total and I don't know still when they will return my TV. They are not even providing refund.
        Never buy extended warranty from jeeves. Otherwise you have to wait 2 months like me

            I purchased iFFALCON by TCL Certified Android 138.71cm 55 inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart TV with Jeeves Extended Warranty.

            I am facing a lot of display issues with the TV. There are few blue lines are appearing on the TV. The display is fluctuating all the time.

            I have been trying to reach Jeeves Customer care for the last 6 months.
            Please provide appropriate support as soon as possible. Neither Flipkart nor Jeeves Services are responding properly.

            It has been a very bad experience. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. We have been trying to contact customer care provided on their website and have sent multiple emails regarding this.

              Pathetic service by Jeeves, same thing happened with me.
              The technician said he is very busy and can't come for the installation and abruptly disconnected my call.
              When I tried to call back he never answered.
              The technician name is sonu cheddi vishwakarma.
              What kind of company is this no manners or professionalism.

                Hi,
                You are running a SCAM
                I have raised a claim for damaged screen which was covered under One year protection warranty and it was Rejected because you guys have taken to much time. Also I have sent many photos and mention that these are without tampered glass but you were not able to accept that. Now today 28th July is the last date of my policy and it is not over yet still you are telling that policy is expired.

                I will challenge this behaviour legally. I will file case and look for compensation for the negligence, false promises made online and fake commitments as per policy document.

                  I was buying samsung fridge june 2020 with extended 3 years warranty. And after 1 year fridge gas end and I am complainted 19 july.. customer support says 4-5 days problem will be solve but there is no technician come .. If Jeeves doesn't help then I will have to go to consumer court.

                    SIR,

                    My Samsung phone screen was damaged and I registered the complaint last May under the Jeeves Complete Mobile Protection Plan and then your person came and took the phone away. Then you have paid the service fee of Rs.15000 as requested. After that, when there was no response, you returned the damaged phone in the same manner after continuous follow-up. Then call your customer care number and let them know that the phone is back in damage condition. It also made it harder for children to learn online. He said that he will fix it soon and he has not got the phone that he took back. This has disrupted the online learning of children. If Jeeves' attitude towards customers is like this, the decision is to go through the consumer court against it. In the hope of getting justice.

                        I bought MarQ washing machine in flipkart with an extended warrenty of 2 years. as per the agreement Jeeves should repair my product in case of any issues with in warranty. i had an issue and raised a complaint on june 21st 2021, there is no resolution yet. customer care is least bother about my concern. and now as TAT got over requesting for refund of my amount but they are not ready to give that.

                        what is the point of having extended warranty.

                          I have raised one case in jan2021, it was closed without my knowledge with wrong updates. The next case has been in progress for 4 months now. They are always replying it will be addressed in next 15 days for any mail without changing their slogan.

                            I have purchased Motorola 164cm (65 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with 3 Years of complete TV protection on 02 Oct 2019 from Flipkart with order no. OD[protected], and my TV got damaged on 15 June 2021 and I registered my complaint on 16 June 2021 with Claim ID CLCPB[protected] and the technician visited after 2 days and informed the company that TV motherboard has some issue and is repairable but the company decided to provide me a refund and since then I was told that I will get a refund mail from the company.

                            I had followed up with the customer care many times and also mailed them many times and every time they say that I will get a refund mail within 2 working days and It has been a month & a half and still I haven't received any mail.

                            I'm frustrated with the pathetic service provided and not able to watch TV for last one & half month.
                            Kindly help me resolve my issue.

                              I bought a microwave oven from Flipkart and the installation is scheduled by Jeeves consumer services. Technicians are keep on postponing the installation of the product. And there is no proper response from either from Flipkart or Jeeves service. I am feeling frustrated for such no responsive behaviour from Jeeves.

                                Greetings
                                I had raised a complaint regarding the smartphone on 24 June 2021. The device was picked from my place on 26 June 2021.

                                I have called several times to their customer care centre and also have mailed them several times regarding the issue. All they do is say to wait for 2 business days every time I call or say that the device is in the repair progress. I need to pay them 1500/- as a service charge which I am ready to. But for that, they need to send me the documentation mail to which I should reply with the necessary documents and later make payment using the given link. But they are not sending me the mail from their side and just making me wait for many days. I have contacted them several times regarding this. As they claim the device had to be returned back to me by 10-15 business days but it is already going to be a month since I sent my device. Hope you help me with the issue and help me get my device back repaired as soon as possible.

                                    Jeeves partner with flipkart
                                    I have complaint one month ago and there is no response from them. When I contacted Jeeves again they are saying that you have to complain to Jeeves not the flipkart or brand.
                                    One thing in my mind is that if you have problem with flipkart or the brand then why have you partnered with them and of you have partnered then you all have to keep the details of your clients. That doesn't means that I have to complain Thomson once then to flipkart and at last to Jeeves so you all will look what is going with your client
                                    This is not fair
