Sir/Madam, While I am purchasing the TV I also purchased Flipkart Complete TV Protection Plan for 3 years. Now in my TV lines are appearing on TV display. So I was raised a complaint on this issue on (29-March-2021) complaint number : TVIN[protected] on Jeeves after 3 days i.e., 02 April 2021 the MI SERVICE CENTER INSPECTION AGENT (Not an Jeeves Inspection Agent) CAME AND INSPECTED MY TV, after total Inspection of TV he saw one small line (mark) on TV display and requested me to raise an service request from Jeeves Complete Protection Plan as it was an out of warranty from Brand of 1 year, But when I cleaned the screen with cloth the small line was wiped off (gone) on TV display there is not even a single scratch or line on my TV
So I raised a compliant again to Jeeves on(06-April-2021) complaint number : M892752, the same I was told to the Jeeves customer care agent that the Mi Inspection Agent came and inspected my TV and he said that it was a out-of-warranty product, so he said to raise a request on Flipkart complete protection plan(Jeeves) in order to get the extended warranty services, after I said the customer care agent he requested for 2 days time to TV get inspected from their side agent(Jeeves Side agent). After 2 days the agent not visited my house and I didn`t even get a single call or message from there side, So again I called to the customer care no.[protected] and they said we are escalating the issue to our concerned team you will get an update within 2 days, so as requested again I waited for 2 days after that they again and again saying same thing i.e, . we are escalating the issue to our concerned team will call you or you will get an update within 2 days till now I didn`t get any resolution.
I am was waiting from 29-March-2021 for service for my TV
Its almost 50 Days over and till now there is no resolution and when I mailed or called to them they saying same thing that, we are escalating the issue to our concerned team you will get an update within 2 days from last 50 days, it was a total mental harassment from them.
Now I want refund of money as per their terms and conditions time limit of 30 days was already breached and also I want the compensation amount for wasting my valuable time of 50 days.
