I had given my laptop for repair (21st Dec 2020) and it took around than 40 days to get it back (5th Feb 2021). In the meantime Jeeves didn't give any update and there customer care said that there is no update from backend. So I had to visit service center multiple time to get updates and finally pick up the laptop.

According to the T&C for Extended Warranty (EW) I'm eligible for Token Of Apology (TOA) since SLA was breached by more than 30 days.

I have been sending mails to them to get an update and it has been 4 months and no resolution has been provided.

Is there any update on this? Or are you guys just gonna ignore this?
This is a cheat company. You don't get the service you pay for and they don't even live upto their own terms and conditions.

    Sir/Madam, While I am purchasing the TV I also purchased Flipkart Complete TV Protection Plan for 3 years. Now in my TV lines are appearing on TV display. So I was raised a complaint on this issue on (29-March-2021) complaint number : TVIN[protected] on Jeeves after 3 days i.e., 02 April 2021 the MI SERVICE CENTER INSPECTION AGENT (Not an Jeeves Inspection Agent) CAME AND INSPECTED MY TV, after total Inspection of TV he saw one small line (mark) on TV display and requested me to raise an service request from Jeeves Complete Protection Plan as it was an out of warranty from Brand of 1 year, But when I cleaned the screen with cloth the small line was wiped off (gone) on TV display there is not even a single scratch or line on my TV
    So I raised a compliant again to Jeeves on(06-April-2021) complaint number : M892752, the same I was told to the Jeeves customer care agent that the Mi Inspection Agent came and inspected my TV and he said that it was a out-of-warranty product, so he said to raise a request on Flipkart complete protection plan(Jeeves) in order to get the extended warranty services, after I said the customer care agent he requested for 2 days time to TV get inspected from their side agent(Jeeves Side agent). After 2 days the agent not visited my house and I didn`t even get a single call or message from there side, So again I called to the customer care no.[protected] and they said we are escalating the issue to our concerned team you will get an update within 2 days, so as requested again I waited for 2 days after that they again and again saying same thing i.e, . we are escalating the issue to our concerned team will call you or you will get an update within 2 days till now I didn`t get any resolution.
    I am was waiting from 29-March-2021 for service for my TV
    Its almost 50 Days over and till now there is no resolution and when I mailed or called to them they saying same thing that, we are escalating the issue to our concerned team you will get an update within 2 days from last 50 days, it was a total mental harassment from them.
    Now I want refund of money as per their terms and conditions time limit of 30 days was already breached and also I want the compensation amount for wasting my valuable time of 50 days.

      I placed a TV order in flipkart on 4-May-21 and delivered me on 5-May-21 and installation supposed to be happened on 14-May-21.

      I rescheduled in installation from 14-May to 12-May because slot was free. now 12-May gone and today is 14-May 3PM, not getting a single respond from either side. I am not understand if jeeves not able to support then why flipkart is associated with this worst service provider. I feel this is an Govt. organization. They are doing what they want.

      If you call to give Jeeves no., they will ask for registered number then redirect to you touch with flipkart and same also happen from flipkart. This is really very bad and not acceptable .

          I bought AC on flipkart on 2nd may, delivered on 3rd may installation was on 5th .but no one showed up, i called customer care of flipkart, they issue would be resolved by 8th, on 8th i called again, they again extended the resolution date till 11th may, i paid the installation amount also, but these people dont have a proper answer(OD[protected]

            Hi, I have raised a complaint on 2nd May 2021 about my Samsung AC. The technician visited on 3rd May and asked for Rs 6000 as repairing cost and also taken Rs 250 as visiting charges. As the AC was in warranty I denied paying the cost for repairing. The person closed the complaint and updated that the issue is resolved. I have contacted the CC number on 3rd May and registered the complaint against the technician, but the complaint was closed without intimation.
            I had raised the complaint again on 5th May but still, no resolution is given. The Complain is registered in Policy number JPPOFFK824463.

            Please look into this matter and provide the solution as soon as possible.

            After the complaint, they had collected the faulty part for replacement but after almost more than a month also they have not provided with the replaced part. They are neither responding on call or email.

            Please support to resolve on priority.

              My VU tv installation pending for 4 days after delivery on 04th May'21.Why should not I buy products offline instead of Flipkart.
              What kind of control do you have on your vendors like Jeeva
              Are they working in government company.

                I brought VU TV from Flipkart.
                Item delivered on 04th May'21 instead of 03rd May'21 as agreed.
                Now TV installation services is done by Jeeva.The people they have recruited is of 3rd class.
                I called jeeva person 50 times & at last he switched off his phone.
                I want to make them pay for delay.

                  With my phone i purchased jeeves extended warranty, from flipkart, when i raised the claim for screen display doesn't work some places and send the phone for repair to them, no one followed to check what was the issue, i had to chase them every now abd them
                  Post 10 days the juat repkied it has some physical damage so returning without repair.

                  I felt cheated that they did it intentionally, when i asked them proof to show they simply deny statinf no such process they have
                  I asked manager on call and agent juat keep repeating no procedure of ours and your phone was damaged.
                  This was disgusting and shame...
                  Shame.. shame...

                    I have raised complain to claim extended warranty on jeeves for iffalcon 55 inch tv because in screen it shows some black lines. Technician came and confirmed product defect and he approved that panel is defective. Then I got a call from Jeeves that they are unable to repair hence they will provide refund 26, 004/-. I also have written confirmation from Jeeves now they are denying to pay 26004/-.

                    It took 1 year but finally I received the refund. I received a 21524 refund and then a final balance of 4480. So the total refund received is 26004. Thank you so much consumer complains.

                        Amount of 6000 has been collected from us from the technician sent from Jeeves tumkur. Technician name: Shashank B V
                        And when we are asking for our warranty they are not responding instead they are scolding us with bad words need serious action against the Jeeves dealer of Tumkur.
                        They are asking to file a case against them if needed and asked to file a case against Jeeves head office as well. This is not the way how customers should be treated needs severe action against the same.

                          Dear Jeeves team Good day

                          I book a service call in mid of January for 32inch Thomson TV (Extended warranty.
                          EW validity From 23-Mar-2020 to 22-Mar-2022) after so many follow up I got approval for refund, Then Jeeves had cancelled the ticket 1A26-41810KBKSCS-5024614 and I request to change the email ID after Jeeves raised new ticket and I am following still no improvement on this so far 100+ days over,

                            My TV suddenly turned off and did not turn on! I raised a complaint with 'Jeeves Toll Free' since my TV is covered under 'Jeeves Extended Warranty period'.

                            It has been 50 Days since I raised my service request with Jeeves, but still the issue is not resolved till today(26-Apr-2021).

                            This is a clear case of fraud from Jeeves as they are trying to escape their policy which states that 70-80% of product invoice amount will be returned to the customer if they are unable to resolve/respond to the problem within 7-10 working days.

                              I bought a mobile from Flipkart with Jeeves complete mobile protection policy.

                              Unfortunately my mobile screen cum touch screen got damaged when I was travelling and I provided Jeeves all required photo copies of mobile for few days when my mobile is with me.

                              Later I given my mobile for repair outisde.

                              Still they were asking for photo copies of mobile which is at repair store.

                              Finally they were saying my mobile doesn't get any refund even though my mobile insurance is valid.

                              They were simply attracting and making customers to buy policy.

                              Which is worst service.

                                I had purchased an iFFALCON TV from Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected] on 19th Apr 2019 with extended warranty of two years from Jeeves Plan ID : JWEBOI2AC8751 Date:[protected].

                                On 24th of Mar 2020 i had raised a complaint to Jeeves for some blinking issue in my TV Screen and on 29th of Mar 2020 their executive visited at my location and told me that this will not be repairable locally you have to send it to the service center. On 01 Apr 2020 TV was picked up by the service center and told me that it will take 10 days they will repair it and return to me, but it's still more than 01 month they are not properly responding to my call and not able to tell me when they will repair my TV.

                                  My Llyod one ton ac was installed by jeevas representative and I gave 5 star rating also But I’m so much disappointed that after 5 days cooling decreased and today it was zero.When technician from Llyod checked they said the gas was leaking from the coupling.I’m feeling so bad anoit your service now as you are charging for installation.Further I need a proper rectification for this as soon as possible.I’m having a newborn baby and in this climate he is unable to withstand.So kindly do the rectification as soon as possible

                                    Hello,

                                    Pathetic service and Fake promises from Jeeves.
                                    No action even after 1 month of complaint.
                                    I launched complaint on 28th March after that Jeeves took my tv unit for repair after some days they respond that they are not able to repair and told me they will refund but till now no action has taken.
                                    More than 35 emails. More than 20 calls still no action.
                                    Flipkart and Jeeves are doing fraud with everyone.

                                    I got email on 18th April that you will get information related to refund. Now they are saying due to logistic constrain unable to provide service. I am unbale to understand what is logistic constrain for transfer money to my account. Just making silly excuse and avoiding action. Going to launch complain against them in consumer forum.                                       I am facing problems with this device after few months of purchasing from Flipkart. In June 2020 it stopped working due to failure in main power supply. The part was replaced by your technician ( it was not a new part ). Again last week not a year completed the same part stopped working again with same fault in past and I called the technician to check. He opened the TV from back panel, took out the main supply board and started doing diagnostics and as he was working on TV the board resulted in short circuit. He told us he will order the part and replace when he gets it.

                                      He came today checked the TV and told me he needs to claim again to get part replaced which he did and after some time he called me and said the claim was rejected due to short circuit which happened while he was diagnosing the TV.

                                      If he is repairing and the above thing happened so it is not customers fault. He is not qualified for the JOB which resulted in short circuit. Also he needed to do update the company what happened when he was ordering and reporting the part at first time not after visiting again. He already knew what has happened when he visited last.

                                      Please look into the matter and I need resolution asap.
