Our tv was in warranty period and after several calls all they say is that the product hasnt come yet. Its been almost 1month and still no update from their side

    Jeeves is not returning my refund money.
    I purchased TV with extended warranty and product got issue for which they said they will refund the money.
    They came home and took the product 4months back but till now they have not did refund.

    almost i called to the customer care and sent emails more than 70 times, everytime their reply is same that concerned team is working on this issue.

    till now i have not got the refund

    from last 25emails their reply is same: "please allow us 2 to 3 days to resolve this issue, our concerned team is working on this".
    2o to 25 times this "2 to 3 days" time frame is over already and again they are replying the same.
    Really fedup with this.
    Is there no way to resolve this? This much visibly they are doing fraud but no one is able to do anything on them. this is really shame on us and our administration in India.

    Again today also they replied same answer saying:

    We apologize for the inconvenience and delay caused.

    We have escalated the issue to our concerned team and we will get back to you within 2 or 3 business days with the resolution.

    I am fedup with this answer since last 2months in all my 25 emails to customer care.

    What should i do, please someone suggest

    Issue is resolved now. I got the refund money after almost 2months after they took the defective product.
    I contact several times to the customer care and wrote almost nearly 30 to 40 emails. No proper resonse.
    After i made complaint here with consumercomplaints.in, it got resolved.

    I dont know why flipkart is encouraging this kind of worst service from jeeves.
    I will stop using flipkart from today onwards.

      My MARQ TV purchased from flipkart along with extended warranty had an issue and i have raised an support ticket with jeeves for repair.

      It has been already 30 days since the technician has first visited to repair the tv and now after 30 days they say that they will provide a refund in another 15 days.

      I would also like to rate the poor after sales service and spares provide by Marq which is a flipkart product.

      I would like get a replacement of the same product or any similar product / if incase a replacement is not possible, i need the refund asap as it has been already 30 days without a Tv.

        I raised a complaint that my TV got spoiled, technical person came and said that it can't be repaired instead Jeeves will refund you some amount but not full amount. Then, I said OK and they sent someone to pickup my TV, later they acknowledged that TV has been picked up and refund will be given in 8days. Now it is 3 months and always they say 'some issue is there we will resolve it and refund your amount.'
        Initially they kept asking me invoice copy, which I sent many times. Again, some other support guy will ask invoice and I submitted invoice. In this way they delayed 2 months. Later, once the TV was picked up, they started asking me bank details. Again same technique they used to delay things by asking me to submit bank details multiple times.
        Now, they say we need 3 days, we need 5 days and just delay the process.
        All they send is a email template.
        It is a fraud company, I would like to complain on Flipkart as well because they are also not involving in resolving customer issues, plus they are still allowing Jeeves in their application.
        When we call Flipkart they are not ready to take responsibility on Jevves related complaints.

          Dear jeeves,
          I purchase mi tv from Flipkart with 2 years extended warranty in month of May.2019.Tv has horizontal lines appeared in center of Tv from 6 months. I registered complaint on December 2nd.2020.Your technician visited and identify the problem is Display Panel.I am escalating from four months there is no use .I asked replacement of new TV because if product is not serviced within 30 days guaranteed replacement mentioned in your terms and conditions.Jeeves support team cheating and entertaining from 3 months.still no resolve the issue.

            Flipkart and Jeeves are such cheaters .
            I have returned my defective TV to jeeves and now running behind them for a month to get the refund .
            I feel hopeless to choose flipkart .
            I have wasted around 4 months from my TV stopped working .
            They took 2-3 months just to check if they can repair the TV .
            It took so much time to initiate the refund, but they were very fast while picking up the TV .

              I have raised a claim for the Complete TV protection plan I purchased with the TV.
              Jeeves is not fixing my TV instead they contacted the brand. But brand warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage. Jeeves support is now dismissing my case saying “ accidental damage not covered under brand warranty”. But complete tv protection covers accidental damage. They are just delaying in fixing.
              Customer care is just saying “ 2 business days”
              Flipkart and Jeeves are just doing mental torture and harassment!

                Why the ### are you not giving my money I am frustrated and I am done from last four months you are not giving the money back whenever I call you you say two more days to months are you trying to fraud me aur cheat me I you don't give my money then I have to go to police station and complaint about it.                       Hi,
                      I want to cancel my jeeves extended warranty for Motorola ZX Pro 109cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Wireless Gamepad (43SAUHDMQ), order id :OD[protected]. This was a mistake as I was coeerced by the seller and given false pretenses. I would like to cancel my order and expect a refund as soon as possible.
                      I was forced by the delivery guy to buy the warranty, he had given me false pretenses and told me warranty claims which do not exist. After reading several reviews for jeeves online I am not at all comfortable buying jeeves extended warranty . I decided against the warranty within 2 hours of the purchase. I seriously would like some help here and would want jeeves to refund my payment as soon as possible.

                          I have been calling flipkart again and again for availing the protection plan I purchased. The TV display is spoilt on left corner. There have been nothing but delays and no clear answer from Protection plan team!! they are just mentally torturing with “next 2 business days” replies!!

                            I raised my complaint to Flipkart complete protection plan customer care (Jeeves) on March 1, 2021 that my TV display is not working properly (Case ID IN[protected] and they told me that technician visit will be done in two working days, but they did not do the same and close my ticket with a note that technician repaired my TV without contacting me. I again raised the complaint for the same that none of technician visited at my place and they raised a new ticket on March 8, 2021 with the same issue ( Case ID IN[protected] and told me that techniy visit will take two working days. I called customer care daily till now for the technician visit and they again told me it will take two working days and putting my complaint on high priority, but did not arrange a technician visit till now. Today, they again told me the same. It is almost 15 days I raised my complaint. I have all call recording with me. Please resolve my issue.

                              I have raised a complaint to Jeeves on 23rd February 2021(Claim Id- CLJP[protected]). At that point of time, I have mentioned to the executive that my phone was in my pocket and when I tried to use it it only vibrates using the power key but no screen display is coming. So they have raised my complaint and I sent my phone for repair to Jeeves.

                              Within 2-3 days, I got a call from Jeeves claiming that Your phone is having screen damage and as per policy you will have to pay 500 Rupees for the screen repair and you will receive a mail. I said send me the mail for this and I will pay the amount.

                              From that day onwards I haven't received any mail for this and also I am continuously following up from Jeeves customer care for the status of the phone.

                              Today I received my phone back without any repair, the screen tempered glass is being removed and also the condition of the phone is the same as before. I tried opening my phone but it is not working, it is only vibrating using the power key.
                              I called jeeves for this matter, they said that the phone is having a software issue which is being fixed by the repairer.

                              This is a really unexpected situation as I have waited for around 25 days and now the executive is saying that you will have to raise the complaint again which means I have to wait for around 25 days again.

                              From starting onwards I have complained about screen damage and now the claim is closed based on a software issue. Why did I get a call from the executive for paying the amount for screen damage and how did he update the software and verify it without even checking the screen and How is the software issue marked while I have raised a complaint for screen damage and Also I am continuous followup from executives also said that screen will be provided by the manufacturer that's why it will take time for repair?

                              I can't wait further, either provide me a replacement of this phone or my phone money back because this is strictly unprofessional. Please do the resolution and give me a detailed description about this matter. I have all the recordings and mails about jeeves and having a strong proof of my phone.

                                Subject- Fraud without repairing at the right time despite insurance, camouflaging refund for months, Flip Cart, Jeeves Gharana fraud

                                I am forwarding to tell you a little bit about the Flipkart scam, an online company that sells TVs and appliances ... For me, Kodak TV was bought three years ago on Flipkart. However, at the same time, a two-year extra warranty was also taken. However, my TV suddenly stopped on December 31, 2020. I immediately reported to Jeeves Company, the service provider, along with the flip cart. There was no proper response from them. I was told that the insurance would expire on January 21, 2021. I asked him to repair the TV. But none of them arrived until January 25th. I also reported to them that Flipkart offered me Jeeves TV insurance.
                                After January 25 the Jeeves technician came and did not even say what the problem was on TV. What happened is also not explained. Liquid Damage, Panel Damage. In fact, they did not react for 26 days after the first compliant on December 31, 2020. At the same time Flipkart was very tormented by the name of the corporation. Talked over over a hundred calls. Jeeves technician did not respond properly and the heat did not come for 26 days. The technician visited only after the heat was insured. For the next month or so he talked to a flip cart seller and told him he would pay 75 percent of the TV price. Well, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first. After receiving more than ten e-mails in the meantime, back details were also taken. But in fact there was no response. All of the Sedan called the Flipkart executive yesterday and Jeeves said he would not refund you. He said the case was being closed. But I'm not sure what you're doing for a month. In fact, if there is a TV panel problem, other problems will come automatically a month later. These miscreants have deceived Flipkart and Jeeves. I have all the details of the anarchy mail they made in this regard. I have spoken to Jeeves Customer Care and Flipkart several times. I am not the only one like this .. Many of these companies are cheating. They should be questioned through the Consumer Forum.
                                Not just for ten thousand rupees sir ... I had to devote over 30 hours here to talk to them at my most crucial time. Sir, I am giving you this information to find out if there is a case against them in the consumer forum for acting arbitrarily without proper response. In addition, I am sending you some of the details of the purchase of the TV ... Flipkart company mails ... I am bringing this matter to your notice that this should not happen to anyone else. ..

                                టీవీలు, అప్లయన్స్ అమ్ముతున్న ఆన్ లైన్ సంస్థ ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ మోసం గురించి మీకు చిన్న సమాచారం చెప్తామని విషయాన్ని ఫార్వార్డ్ చేస్తున్నాను... నాకు సంబంధించి మూడేళ్ల క్రితం కొడాక్ టీవీని ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ లో కొనడం జరిగింది. అయితే అదే సమయంలో రెండేళ్లు ఎక్స్‎ట్రా వారెంటీ కూడా తీసుకోవడం జరిగింది. అయితే నా టీవీ 2020 డిసెంబర్ 31న అకస్మాత్తుగా ఆగిపోయింది. వెంటనే ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ తో పాటు సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్ అయిన జీవ్స్ కంపెనీకి రిపోర్ట్ చేశాను. వారి నుంచి సరైన రెస్పాన్స్ రాలేదు. నాకు ఇన్సూరెన్స్ జనవరి 21, 2021 నాటికి పూర్తవుతుందని.. ఆలోగా నాకు టీవీ రిపేర్ చేయించాలని కోరాను. కానీ జనవరి 25 వరకు వారెవరూ కూడా రాలేదు. ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ నాకు జీవ్స్ టీవీ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ అందించిందున వారికి కూడా నివేదించాను.
                                జనవరి 25 తర్వాత జీవ్స్ టెక్నీషియన్ వచ్చి టీవీలో ప్రొబ్లమ్ ఏముందో కూడా చెప్పలేదు. ఏ జరిగిందో కూడా వివరించలేదు. లిక్విడ్ డామేజ్, ప్యానెల్ డామేజ్ అంటూ కథలు చెప్పారు. దానికి వాస్తవానికి డిసెంబర్ 31, 2020న తొలిగా కంప్లైంట్ చేశాక 26 రోజుల పాటు వారు రియాక్ట్ కాలేదు. అదే సమయంలో ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ కోపరేషన్ పేరుతో చాలా సతాయించింది. దాదాపు వందకు పైగా కాల్స్ మాట్లాడాను. జీవ్స్ టెక్నీషియన్ సరిగా స్పందించకపోవడం, పైపెచ్చు 26 రోజుల పాటు రాలేదు.పైపెచ్చు ఇన్సూరెన్స్ అయ్యాక మాత్రమే టెక్నీషియన్ విజిట్ చేశారు. తర్వాత నెల రోజులుగా ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట సెల్లర్ తో మాట్లాడి టీవీ ధరలో 75 శాతం ఇస్తామంటూ కథలు చెప్పారు. సరే కొంతైనా న్యాయం జరుగుతుందని భావించా. ఈ మధ్యలో అందుకు సంబంధించి పదికి పైగా మెయిల్స్ వచ్చాక, బ్యాక్ డీటేల్స్ కూడా తీసుకున్నారు. కానీ వాస్తవానికి ఎలాంటి రెస్పాన్స్ రాలేదు. ఆల్ ఆఫ్ ద సెడన్ నిన్న ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటీవ్ కాల్ చేసి జీవ్స్ మీకు రిఫండ్ ఇవ్వనంటున్నారు. కేసు క్లోజ్ చేస్తున్నామంటూ మాట్లాడారు. అయితే నెల రోజులుగా మీరేం చేస్తున్నారని నేను నిలదీశాను. వాస్తవానికి టీవీ ప్యానల్ ప్రాబ్లమ్ వస్తే నెల రోజుల తర్వాత ఆటోమేటిగ్గా ఇతర ప్రాబ్లమ్స్ కూడా వస్తాయట. ఈ దౌర్బాగ్యులు అటు ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్, ఇటు జీవ్స్ సంస్థ నిండా మోసం చేశాయ్. దీనికి సంబంధించి వారు చేసిన అరాచకాలు మెయిల్ అన్నీ వివరాలు నా వద్ద ఉన్నాయ్. జీవ్స్ కష్టమర్ కేర్ సంస్థతోనూ, ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ తోనూ పలు దఫాలుగా మాట్లాడాను. ఇలా నాకు ఒక్కరికే కాదు.. ఎందరినో ఈ సంస్థలు మోసగిస్తున్నాయ్. వీరిపై కన్జ్యూమర్ ఫోరమ్ ద్వారా ప్రశ్నించాలి.
                                కేవలం పది వేల రూపాయల కోసం కాదు సర్... ఇక్కడ 30 గంటలకు పైగా నా అతి కీలకమైన సమయాన్ని వారితో మాట్లాడటానికి కేటాయించాల్సి వచ్చింది. సరైన రెస్పాన్స్ లేకుండా ఇష్టానుసారం వ్యవహరించినందుకు వారిపై వినియోగదారుల ఫోరమ్ లో కేసు వేయోచ్చా అని తెలుసుకోడానికి మీకు ఈ సమాచారం అందిస్తున్నా సర్.. దీంతోపాటు నేను టీవీ కొనుగోలు చేసిన వివరాలు... ఫ్లిప్ కార్ట్ సంస్థ మెయిల్స్ కూడా కొన్ని మీకు పంపిస్తున్నాను... ఇలా మరొకరికి జరగకూడాదనే నేను ఈ విషయాన్ని మీ దృష్టికి తీసుకొస్తున్నా...

                                  I have raised a ticket in October 2020 And now it's Mar 2021. There is no response from the team. I have made arround 15 phone calls to Jeeves customer care always I get same info we have escalated it you will get a call in next 48 hrs. I don't know what's stopping them to fix issue.

                                    Thomson 65 Inch TV Complete protection plan Claim
                                    I registered claim for Thomson 65 Inch TV on 23/12/2020. I purchased tv from Flipkart on 31/10/2020. Technician visited 3 times and took videos, photos of TV, Till 18/02/2021 they informed me that I will be getting my TV replaced as replacement ticket is approved. Suddenly on 18/02/2021 I received new Claim ID and they closed my previous claim id informing that they cannot replace the product and new ticket is generated for refund. Till date I didn’t receive get replacement or refund. When ever I call JEEVES customer care [protected] they have only one answer we will escalate your issue on high priority. I don’t know if or when my issue will be resolved. Paying for Complete Protection Plan with Jeeves on Flipkart is not worth. You will never receive calls from Jeeves or receive replies to your mails with any solution.

                                        I had purchased VU 43" Premium android TV from Flipkart on. 19.01.21 . M/s. Jeeves installation Technician insists me to subscribe for extended warranty.

                                        During installation I forgot to check Chromecast functioning, neither Technician demonstrated the same. now after few days when I tried to mirror/ cast my smart phone to TV it's not done due to malfunctioning.

                                        I reported above issue to M/s. Jeeves on. 4/02/21, after subscription verification Jeeves registered the complaint on 19/02/21 and confirmed to depute Technician within 2 building days.

                                        However till date their Technician has been visited and issue is still pending.

                                        I request you herewith to take my complaint seriously.
