    I had purchased and IFB Convention Microwave from Flipkart on 29th March 2019 and purchased 2 years extended warranty along with the purchase. My Microwave is still under the extended warranty period.
    Due to some reason the Microwave grill was not working, so I called Jeeves Consumer Services on 12th Dec 2020, they said they will send their technician. The technician said that the part is damaged and put up a request for change of grill rod infront of me. In beginning of January the executive from Jeeves visited with a smaller part and said it will be replaced within a week. I worte a multiple times to them that the executive has not come with the replacement, they said it takes approx 22 days for replacement of the part. Then in Feb again their executive visited with again a small part which did not fit in my microwave.
    After writing to them again a 22 days period was asked by them. Now we are in April and two days back I wrote to their customer care and they now tell me, we they not be able to repair the PLATES and COILS of your product.
    My question is that why they harass the customer so much, they take 4 months to repair a simple part. And now all of a sudden they just refuse that they cant do it as per their policy, if they cannot fix the issue by service atleast they should send the repair refunds.

    I am very disappointed with Jeeves consumer services and would request an action against them, so that customer like us can escape their scam.

      I bought a mi TV on December 2020 from Flipkart and it was registered under full cover plan
      Now after 4 months o[censored]sage my tv gets defected because of voltage fluctuations and as per your policy you must payback the complete amount but your useless staff is saying same thing again and again they can't do it.
      If the problem continues I'm planning to file case against you in consumer court and hereby submitting the screenshot of email
      If you can do something regarding this one please do it asap.

        Purchased Midea washing machine from Flipkart in 2018 and purchased 2 years extended warranty along with the purchase. Now still in warranty period till November 2021.

        The washing machine has a complaint and it is not working. I registered a complaint last month (March) and a technician from Jeeves confirmed that the Machine is damaged and have to replace some parts.

        Dear Team,

        This is Sumadeep from Hyderabad, In 2019 I have purchased MI tv from M/s Flipkart and also took extended warranty keeping trust on Flipkart.

        Two days back my TV display gone blank and I have made a complaint to Jeeves on the same day i.e. on 6th April 2021, and I was told by 7th itself the technician will call me for the visit and rectify the issue but I did not receive any call on 7th, then I made a call to Jeeves again on 7th April 2021 and I was told by 7th or 8th I will be resolved and I shall get the details of technician prior visit.

        No responsefrom your end pertaining to this, when I called the team again on 8th April 2021 to my surprise I was told that there was a technical glitch and hence turn around time is 2 days, What the fun is this.

        Even today i.e.on 9th April the case was not attended.

        I am really upset with the response of Jeeves in this case.I want the issue to be taken on high priority basis and resolve the issue.

                I have bought Micromax Phone which has microphone issue, where you won't be able to hear other side person voice, raised the request for replacement, in which it was told first a technical visit will be there and he will physically verify and if product is having issue then he will give confirmation for replacement, but without the technical visit, they just cancelled replacement request stating product is working fine. One technical executive has called and asked for details but not visited neither saw the phone..

                  I have a complete protection plan for 3yrs for my Mi 32-inch TV which I bought on Flipkart. I had a problem with my TV now, When I call Flipkart they are saying me to contact Jeeves. When I call Jeeves tollfree number they are saying we can't take your complaint they are saying me to talk to MI customer care and get the service done from them. When I call MI they were saying that Complete protection is not ours you can talk to the respective people. I have entire call recordings which I have talked to the Jeeves Customer care.

                  From past 1week my calls are getting rotating between these people But I am not getting any solution. I need the solution immediately.

                        Jeeves is not returning my refund money.
                        I purchased TV with extended warranty and product got issue for which they said they will refund the money.
                        They came home and took the product 4months back but till now they have not did refund.

                        almost i called to the customer care and sent emails more than 70 times, everytime their reply is same that concerned team is working on this issue.

                        from last 25emails their reply is same: "please allow us 2 to 3 days to resolve this issue, our concerned team is working on this".
                        2o to 25 times this "2 to 3 days" time frame is over already and again they are replying the same.
                        Really fedup with this.
                        Is there no way to resolve this? This much visibly they are doing fraud but no one is able to do anything on them. this is really shame on us and our administration in India.

                        We apologize for the inconvenience and delay caused.

                        We have escalated the issue to our concerned team and we will get back to you within 2 or 3 business days with the resolution.

                        I am fedup with this answer since last 2months in all my 25 emails to customer care.

                        Issue is resolved now. I got the refund money after almost 2months after they took the defective product.
                        I contact several times to the customer care and wrote almost nearly 30 to 40 emails. No proper resonse.
                        After i made complaint here with consumercomplaints.in, it got resolved.

                        I dont know why flipkart is encouraging this kind of worst service from jeeves.
                        I will stop using flipkart from today onwards.

                          My MARQ TV purchased from flipkart along with extended warranty had an issue and i have raised an support ticket with jeeves for repair.

                          It has been already 30 days since the technician has first visited to repair the tv and now after 30 days they say that they will provide a refund in another 15 days.

                          I would also like to rate the poor after sales service and spares provide by Marq which is a flipkart product.

                          I would like get a replacement of the same product or any similar product / if incase a replacement is not possible, i need the refund asap as it has been already 30 days without a Tv.

                            I raised a complaint that my TV got spoiled, technical person came and said that it can't be repaired instead Jeeves will refund you some amount but not full amount. Then, I said OK and they sent someone to pickup my TV, later they acknowledged that TV has been picked up and refund will be given in 8days. Now it is 3 months and always they say 'some issue is there we will resolve it and refund your amount.'
                            Initially they kept asking me invoice copy, which I sent many times. Again, some other support guy will ask invoice and I submitted invoice. In this way they delayed 2 months. Later, once the TV was picked up, they started asking me bank details. Again same technique they used to delay things by asking me to submit bank details multiple times.
                            Now, they say we need 3 days, we need 5 days and just delay the process.
                            All they send is a email template.
                            It is a fraud company, I would like to complain on Flipkart as well because they are also not involving in resolving customer issues, plus they are still allowing Jeeves in their application.
                            When we call Flipkart they are not ready to take responsibility on Jevves related complaints.

                              I purchase mi tv from Flipkart with 2 years extended warranty in month of May.2019.Tv has horizontal lines appeared in center of Tv from 6 months. I registered complaint on December 2nd.2020.Your technician visited and identify the problem is Display Panel.I am escalating from four months there is no use .I asked replacement of new TV because if product is not serviced within 30 days guaranteed replacement mentioned in your terms and conditions.Jeeves support team cheating and entertaining from 3 months.still no resolve the issue.

                                Flipkart and Jeeves are such cheaters .
                                I have returned my defective TV to jeeves and now running behind them for a month to get the refund .
                                I feel hopeless to choose flipkart .
                                I have wasted around 4 months from my TV stopped working .
                                They took 2-3 months just to check if they can repair the TV .
                                It took so much time to initiate the refund, but they were very fast while picking up the TV .
                                Such fraud services should not be allowed to work in India .

                                  I have raised a claim for the Complete TV protection plan I purchased with the TV.
                                  Jeeves is not fixing my TV instead they contacted the brand. But brand warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage. Jeeves support is now dismissing my case saying “ accidental damage not covered under brand warranty”. But complete tv protection covers accidental damage. They are just delaying in fixing.
                                  Customer care is just saying “ 2 business days”
                                  Flipkart and Jeeves are just doing mental torture and harassment!

                                    Why the ### are you not giving my money I am frustrated and I am done from last four months you are not giving the money back whenever I call you you say two more days to months are you trying to fraud me aur cheat me I you don't give my money then I have to go to police station and complaint about it. After 4 month I have a face problem of gas leakage so please solves that problem as early as possible free of cost.
