I made a claim for accidental damage for mobile on 24th November 2020. Requested documents were submitted on the following and were approved on the same day. The defective product was picked up on Nov 25 th and they have told that the amount will be refunded within 7 days but it's been 2 weeks I haven't received the refund. Whenever I call they asks me to wait 48 hours or wait for another 2-3 days. Then I will wait for 48 hours and again I call them and again they are asking me to wait 48 hours. Its really frustrating. I have called them nearly 20 times and also emailed them 10-15 times still...
