I have taken extended warranty from Jeeves for my VU Tv. Tv got repair and Jeeves agreed to refund. It's been more than 2months I am waiting for refund.. even after mail Chase ans talking to customer no use... Refund amount 25899/-

    I have vu tv which got extended warranty and it was spoiled on January and they took tv for initiating refund on 20th jan 2021 and they said I'll get refund within 8 business days and its been almost 3 weeks and they are not refunding 23085/- amount and they are keep on saying we are escalating and till now they didn't provided refund back.

        My product was picked on 24th december 2020, it was said the money would be refunded within 8 working days and now more than a month is over and still there is no update from their side.
        They have been claiming false claims by saying that the money has been refunded and they closed the case twice and i have sent my passbook copy and still there is no response from their side

          I have raise an ticket regarding my TV on Jeeves. They sent a technician (Vivek Mishra: [protected]) who can see the issue but did not resolve it. I have mentioned the same and raise the ticket again and asked for different technician who can communicate in Telugu/English. I was assigned same technician again and he was rude mentioning that i need to talk to bangalore office people. I mentioned the rude behavior of Vivek to customer support but they did not any action and again they assigned the same person to me today also. If i font get issue resolved i will file a consumer complaint againt this sort of behavior on jeeves.

            I had purchased extended warranty for my micorwave oven from jeevas. I initially has some problem with my micorwave not starting and showing SE error on screen that's when I raised service claim request to jeevas for repair CLJP[protected] this was on 29th September 2020.
            There was no response From company for a month and no person from company visited to check on the complainant everytime an excuse was given that my phone is not reachable when their customers service agents were able to reach me all the time .
            This continued for serval months and everytime I was promised that someone would visit and call but no one ever came. This continued for 5 months until February when they accepted their mistake and said that they are not able to provide service and hence offered me to give 80% refund and the product would be picked up. They claim they resolve issues within a month but this took 5 months to reach this point.

            Was raised in order to process refund. Product was picked on 12 Jan 2021 and the refund was supposed to happen within 8 days . Here I'm on Feb 7 constantly following up with them and they are deliberately delaying the refund without any good reason. First my product is taken by them and now they are nor processing refund. I sense some fraudulent activities is going on in the company in the name of service. I kindly request you to please forward this complaint to seniors management in the organisation.

              Hi Team,

              This is regarding Complete Mobile Protection with CMFK[protected] and claim I'd is CLCM[protected].
              I have registered the claim on 17th of Dec and the device was picked up on 22nd of Dec. From that day i dont see any emails and sms from your end updating the status of my device.
              I almost called the your customer executive team every alternative day. January first week the customer team has updated me that the device is repaired and it will be delivered in 5 Business days, from 20 days the team is telling me the same thing but I have not received the device yet.
              I am really worried about my device it was just 1 month old device and it's more than 40 days since I register the claim.
              It has become my daily routine to call the team and get the update. Today when I refused to cut the call then the team has updated me that the device is not repaired if I pay the processing fee then they will start repairing the product and return it to me as per their policy.
              Just to tell this they took more than 40 days that to when I repeatedly called them.
              Now it's not about the money it's about my time, energy and peace of course and why did they lie from these many days.After almost 45 days they gave me this answer and if I pay the fee now only god knows when I get the device back.
              As a consumer I want justice and I don't want this to happen with others.

                I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction towards your service provide by you. It's more than six months(month of incident-august), i file my complaint for refund of the amount. i had problem with the screen of the tv, but after filing complaint about the screen of the tv. It was discussed that some parts of tv cannot be replace, so we have three years warranty of the tv. tv was taken and refund for the same is still pending. I have call customer services regrading this issue and had written tons of e-mails too. It would be very generous of you to solve this problem as soon as possible. Kindly initiate the process of refund.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    This is regards to complaint number : 4892910. Registered Mobile Number : [protected].

                    I purchased IFFALCON TV from Flipkart along with Complete Protection Plan from Jeeves. Attached are the invoices for the same.
                    I started facing two issues since 31st Dec 2020 post system update and I registered a complaint with Jeeves Complete Protection. Even after more than one month now still the issue is unresolved.

                    Two issues observed are
                    1) TV's speakers stopped working and sound started coming from ear phones jack.
                    2) TV taking lot of time to start

                    Below are the chronological events happened since then.

                    31st Dec, 2020 : Called up Jeeves customer care at 9 pm however it works only till 6:30 pm so couldn't get through registering the complaint.
                    01st Jan, 2021 : Called up Jeeves customer care at 10 am however it was closed due to holiday being 1st day of year.
                    02nd Jan, 2021 : Called up Jeeves customer care and could registered a complaint.
                    04th Jan, 2021 : No response so called up customer care again to follow up.
                    05th Jan, 2021 : Technician visited, checked and found out latest software update has created issues mentioned above. He said he has to downgrade the software and for that need to get software fix in pen drive.
                    07th Jan, 2021 : Technician visited and tried to fix the issue with no luck. He mentioned he has to replace the mother board of TV which he will order and once received he will come back. Technician visit was rescheduled to 09th Jan, 2021.
                    09th Jan, 2021: Technician visit rescheduled to 12th Jan, 2021.
                    12th Jan, 2021 : Technician visit rescheduled to 14th Jan, 2021.
                    14th Jan, 2021: I called up Jeeves customer care to follow up on case. Technician visit rescheduled to 15th Jan, 2021.
                    15th Jan, 2021: Another technician visited and found out first technician didn't order mother board so he ordered it on 15th Jan, 2021.
                    25th Jan, 2021: No updates so I called up customer care refund however it was rejected.
                    27th Jan, 2021: Called up customer care for refund however it was rejected.
                    01st Feb, 2021: No updates till this date. Technician visited to replace mother board. He replaced it however it created another issue of screen flickering which was not there earlier. He concluded faulty mother board received. I suspect it was not new but some old mother board was given to me.
                    Checked installing old mother board and screen issue not found.

                    So far have gone through annoying and frustrating experience with Jeeves with no results. I don't want to wait for another faulty mother board to receive for another 15-20 days so I hereby request you to start refunding purchase amount. I completely lost trust on false promises given earlier and also don't believe any further that I will get genuine mother board. So request you to start refund process.

                    Please please consider this request on urgent basis. I have already waited for more than one month and gone through pathetic experience.

                      One 17th dec I had filed a claim through flipkart and 2 days later a delivery boy came and collected my phone n said, "you will recieve your phone in 15/20 days". On 31st December I got a call saying pay the processing fees I asked them how and they told me you will either get a mail or a text message on your phone number and there you will get a link to pay the amount, and from that day till now I have been calling them almost 7-8 times and they said you will recieve it soon within 1-2 business days and this is being repeating past 20 days now and I have not received a mail yet and have no idea about whats happening with my phone, also when I told them I was at class so could not attend their calls I gave them another number so that when I am busy they can call that number and still I have no updates what's going on with my phone. Worst ever consumer service experience.

                          I have buyed an mobile from Flipkart and paid the insurance for mobile from Jeeves mobile protection of amount Rs 5500.
                          My mobile has been damaged and I have placed for claim and they have accepted and they have given me a payment processing fee of Rs 1500.
                          And I have paid it on 30th December 2020.
                          Till now they have not serviced my mobile and if I call them they are saying technical issue from past 1 month.

                            Purchased a TV ( VU) 43 inches in June 2020 through flipkart vide invoice number- FADZYH[protected] dated[protected] and also complete protection plan for 3 years for Rs 1499 vide receipt number EAAAAB[protected] dated[protected] of Jeeves consumer services Private Limited.

                            My TV was damaged and I was informed that TV would be replaced. on 11 th of Jan 2021 . Since I didn't receive any further information in that regard, Today I was informed that a refund would be initiated and in this regard they have already sent a mail on 13th of Jan which I regret I have not received from any one till now.

                            Humble request you to please help me get the refund asap if replacement is not possible as confirmed when i spoke to customer care today evening on [protected]. I am enclosing a copy of cancelled cheque, invoice copy of the product ( VU TV) and invoice copy of complete protection plan.

                            Please confirm by when the refund would be initiated and the amount would be credited in my account. I will be more than happy to provide any further information you may need in this regard.

                            After this I ha e given around 20 emails but there is no response

                              I have registered a complaint on date 07/12/2020. Claim ID is CLCP[protected] against my complete Protection policy . I called many times (more than six time) to Jeeves support customer care No [protected], they each time say your claim is approved for replacement and our team will be contact you within 3 days regarding your replacement, but after 50 days no executive called me regarding my tv replacement. it is the tag line for my claim "our team will be contact you within 3 days regarding your replacement" I have drop many mail for my claim but there also same response

                                  I’d purchased a tv on 30th oct 2020 person came from jeevs for an installation.
                                  He charges me some 1800 rupees for complete protection later on I canceled the tv and got different brand.
                                  Called jeeves they’d taken details from me with account number saying I’ll get the refund in 15 days.Today is 23rd jan 2021 no refund yet.
                                  Tried calling the person who took the account details he’s not responding

                                      I purchased a TV from flipkart on 2nd November and while during its delivery, the jeeves technician suggested to purchase extended 1 year warranty plan and I did by paying him the money using UPI amounting approx Rs.900. The TV was faulty and replaced. But the replacement was also faulty so it was returned. I contacted jeeves for which was very hard to get to because the customer support is totally useless. I got a mail from them and sent required information in a mail as needed. Its been 2 months and no refund. They are just sending same template mails all the time whenever I ask for the status.

                                      I want full refund for the same. at the earliest. Providing number listed on their site is useless.

                                      The attached photo shows invoice of the extended warranty which also shows the number [protected], to be contacted for any issues. On calling it, it says the number does not exist.

                                        I purchased 55 inches nokia TV from flipkart on 13th august. The TV was faulty and replaced.On 25th august during installation of replaced nokia tv, Jeeves technician suggested me to go with 2 years extended warranty. I accepted that and paid him 3460 rupees online for the same. But the replacement was also faulty so it was returned to flipkart and I got my full refund for tv. I contacted jeeves for refund of my extended warranty through email and call since 16th december 2020 . On 17th december 2020 I got mail from Jeeves stating that they are going to initiate refund. But it's been more than a month, I still didn't get my refund. I mailed Jeeves 20 times, still no response from them. I called Jeeves customer care[protected] for than 25 times since December, still no refund. Every time I call to Jeeves, they said we have escalated your issue with concerned team and you will get your refund within 2 days but still they have not initiated my refund.

                                        I want full refund for the same as soon as possible.
                                        Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
