VU TV extended warranty claim issue

I had bought a VU TV and extended warranty from Jeeves. TV stopped working on 23 Aug. after technician visit two days later, claim was lodged. They said the motherboard will be replaced under warranty. But the claim was closed from their side without any action. They asked me to register second claim. Not processing refund.

On 5th of august I initiated a claim for my VU tv 40 inch. On 22nd a technician visited my home and inspected the TV and found an internal PCB defective. Television not able to repair

I had purchased a TV and extended warranty from jeeves. In the extended warranty period some problem arises in TV.

I had submitted the repair ticket on 7 Sep 2020. On 9 Sep 2020, your technician guy visited to check the TV. He told us, he has to change some part for that he has to submit the request to the service centre.

Now already 30 days gone. I contacted your customer care continuously from last 2 week, they simply telling me, sir, it will take some time and part is not received....

VU TV extended warranty claim refund was rejected

Flipkart and Jeeves are making fraud with the customers by selling extended warranties and not refunding the amounts when their products results faulty.
