I have received very pathetic claim service from jeeves. I have registered a claim for my mi (Claim ID is CLJP[protected]) on 28 Nov. Technician inspected the tv on 1st Dec and on 24 Dec i received a message that i will be provided 80% of the Tv amount. But after 45 days they have cancelled my claim and again registered a new claim (Claim ID is CLJP[protected]). This is not acceptable, how can they start the process again after 45 days and that in corona pandemic. I have already bought a new tv after i was informed i will get refund. This is very pathetic sarvice from jeeves.

      I've requested to jeeves to cancel my extended warranty on nov 26th 2020
      its been one month till now i didn't got my money back

      background: ive purchased a kodak 65"TV from flipkart, after 1 day of installation i got issue with TV so for that i have asked for replacement to which they denied and gave me refund
      As soon as i got my refund from Flipkart i requested to cancel my complete protection policy from jeeves
      i dropped a mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in
      [protected]@jeeves.co.inon 26th nov.
      they replayed by asking my bank details and some required documents for refund policy, i have shared all details they told with in 8-9 business working days money will credited but till now money not credited in my account its been more than 1 month now.

      i called multiple times and asked for this issue, every time same reply (sir please wait for two days your issue will be cleared)

      such a worst organisation i have seen and experienced till now

        Dear Team,

        I am not delighted to inform you that your service is horrible, and your technician is fraud & unskilled.He damaged my Thomson Tv and now he didn't pick up my call. Also your customer service is pathetic there is no senior person to talk.I need urgent action on this other wise I will take the matter in consumer forum.

            It's been around 40 days since I have initiated my service request and there is no proper response or resolution from Jeeves.

            Initially it was promised that issue will be resolved in maximum of 21 days but now they are extending it irrespective of their promise and policy.

              I bought a phone online from flipkart and got it insured there itself by jeeves with hsn/sac id 998599. My phone got damaged and i was told to give it to your delivery partner for repair which was picked up on 29th september after deposition of 500 rs for claim. It was then repaired and I received the dispatch details with tracking id JFOP[protected] for Ekart. 3 months have gone and i havn't received my mobile. I call at jeeves customer care and they always have the same reply" wait for two business " or sometimes they say wait for 7 business days.
              So this is the last time i am trying to settle the issue. Please resolve this with proper compensation or else i'll be forced to raise the issue on every social media platform and also consumer forum.

                  Took an extended warranty paying 2500 approx rupees from Jeeves, but while the product(Kodak 50inch TV) is in extended warranty and is repair, Jeeves has not repair the product since August 2020 and has not provided refund/replacement even after 30days of their SLA agreement, complaint raised on Aug 2020 and still following up in multiple emails and customer care phone but not helpful. Not sure how Jeeves can exploit customer's hard earned money and time and effort like this when the extended warranty itself is for peace of mind and saving time, effort and cost. (my Case ID: FREK-CSEKM5-504C6B-IOHX94-N1DK7OO with jeeves)

                    Display in my TV is not working since 30-Oct-2020. Have called customer care and below are the reference number numbers,

                    Technician came with spare parts 2 times and was not able to solve since the spare is wrong. I got a call from Customer care, enquiring if I would wish to have a refund or try another service. I opted for refund. Its more than 2 months now - I am yet to get refund of my amount.

                    Highly pathetic service from Jeeves - never ever go for any product that are covered under Jeeves - you will only get disappointment.

                          I have been following up with the Jeeves team for for last 14 days to attend to an issue in my AC which is under extended warranty.
                          The issue in first case has occurred due to faulty installation of the product. Additionally, the team doesn't give any response but a "Sorry for the inconvenience caused" statement whenever the customer support persons speak. Every time its a new person while following up.

                          The just 15% satisfaction on consumer complaints site for Jeeves page itself shows how Unprofessional and enthically they do service. Pathetic customer support and service.

                                3. Jeeves technician in Belgaum, Mr.KR Ashok allocated for installation and during installation, he asked us to choose Complete Protection Lite 3 Year by paying Rs.2560/-. Thus, we paid and got the plan ID: CPJV[protected]

                                4. Device turned out to be defective.

                                I made a claim for accidental damage for mobile on 24th November 2020. Requested documents were submitted on the following and were approved on the same day. Further, I made a payment on 26th November against processing fee. Since then no communication was made from their end except when I contacted their customer care executive. When I asked for shipping information (pickup consignment ID) none of them provided but kept on asking me to wait for two more days every time when I reached them. Later on 12/12/2020, one of the executives provided me with the pickup consignment number through which I learnt the pickup was already cancelled on the very first day, without my consent stating the incorrect reason. On 16/12/2020 claim got cancelled without re-attempting a pickup, even after my request to reschedule pickup which allowed as per companies term. After constant follow-up and explanation Mr Dhivakaran (Jeeves executive), in the mail dated 17/12/2020, agreed to re-register a new claim waiving of the processing fee and requested and requested to share the screenshot of payment made earlier. Very next day a different executive (Ms Renu Priya) handled the issue and informed that my claim had been cancelled stating that pickup team was unable to reach, whereas it seems no pick up has been arranged. On sending mail explaining scenario and seeking clarification, she kept sending same template mail in response. On sending mail again repeatedly they state the forwarded the case again to the concerned team seeking more time. It has been almost a month since I registered claim and mobile complete protection plan is about to expire (on[protected]. They did not manage to resolve the issue.

                                Adding to this, there is no proper channel to contact team involved. The tele-caller team that I contact is not empowered to resolve the issue, instead acts a medium to convey messages. There is no single point of contact, whereas when several executives handle the issue they never the history and didn't show the intention to resolve.

                                Jeeves consumer services claim that I didn't respond during pickup. In contrary, It has been noted in consignment tracking records that customer has cancelled pickup very first day (27th November), which one won't normally do after paying a processing fee and with a broken device with gadget insurance. It should be noted that further pickup was not attempted

                                Further, On 11th December, I received a text message requesting an immediate response within 24 hours for arranging pickup and to avoid claim cancellation. On contacting immediately and confirming pickup, Jeeves failed to reschedule pick up and continued to claim that I didn't respond to pickup. When asked for rescheduled pick up tracking details, They responded with irrelevant emails.

                                During one of the calls, Executive - Mr Rakesh, misled me, providing me with incorrect information. He provided tracking details ([protected] - Ecom Express), which irrelevant to me.

                                When requested for the proper reason, Jeeves failed to respond to my emails for long period and later respond with template message they posses.

                                Jeeves now claim that they are unable to register a claim beyond validity, whereas they failed to process the claim with one month time available earlier.

                                  I bought Mqrq 6.5 kg top loded washing machin in by flipcart which I received on 11Aug 2020.after one month
                                  later a loud noise started coming while washing clothes in the machine.In this regard, I called the customer care and complained that after two days, the service engineer came and checked the machine and said that you make a video of it and complete it again.On the second day, I made a video and recorded the complaint again, after a few days, once again the service person came and saw the problem of the machine and said that the machine will have to be taken to the service center, please comlant again. I compiled again when I was told that the service persons would come on 7/12/20, but they did not come, I again complied, then I was told that their service persons were calling me and my call was not received. Still on 9/12/20, service persons will not come even then and the same was told that I did not call, then I was told that by 15/12/20, service persons will come and fix the washing machine but still they did not come again. When the call was done, the complainant was told that this time will come on 17/12/20, but still no one came. Then I was told about the component in this regard that today we will come till 11:00 hrs. Even then I did not come again to call karke complaint, then I will come till 2PM but till now no solution has been done to my problem.

                                    I have purchased an Thomsan tv through flipkart on[protected] with 3 years extended warranty, in the month of sep 2020 i became faulty, I called the customer service on [protected], They said they have registered a complaint and with in 2 to 3 days technician visited my place and checked, he confirmed that its a panel complaint it needs to be replaced he will be doing it in few days,

                                    but after that i didn't get any reply and when i called that technician he is not picking my call so i called customer care on [protected], they said they have ordered the faulty part and it will reach within 15 days if not they will replace it with a new TV.

                                    I have waited for more than 20 days but no replay again reached the customer care, they said they can't arrange the spare, they will be replacing the tv again asked to wait for another 15 days, i was waited for more than 15 days but no response, from the month of OCT to till now i have contacted customer care several times but every time i get the same answer are " we will be escalating the issue and it will be resolved in 1 week" Till now so many weeks passed but my tv is not repaired yet, till now so many escalation raised but no use.

                                    In between i frequent get missed call( just 1 ring) from an unknown number when i check in truecaller it shows Flipkart customer care and after that missed i used to receive a text msg saying we are unable to reach you will contact you tomorrow, like this i received continuously for few days and one day i get an another msg saying your request is closed and new request was raised another technician visited again and said the same and its again the same story repeats
