Hello team,

I purchased one samsung f41 mobile from flipkart on 20th oct. I request for replacement of my mobile due to following issues,

1. Hanging issue(video attached)
2. Sim card not detect
3. Crashes on back panel(photo attached)
4. Heating problem

After that technician from dhule city came to my house and did nothing and provide fake updates to flipkart team as issue...

I have an extended warranty in jeeves and one of the technician came to my house and said he has ordered a new part for TV on 24th of september. which is not rectified till now. I called for more than 15 times till now it is not resolved. Whenever i talk with the customer care they asks me 2 days of time and some persons did not gave correct information and some said there is no techinical ticket raised by me. as per there policy if the TV...

My device was picked up on 14th October 2020 for the issue of "Broken Screen" and i am not being informed of the whereabouts of the phone..

Since Day 1, i am being told that the device is being repaired and will be delivered in 10 working days.Till date no update about the phone, i want my device back right away....

I had taken Extended warranty for 2 yrs MI smart TV. I want to claim it but Jeeves had denied for service and mail me for refund 30% of total product value but I don't want to take it. Very bad and unprofessional. I want my TV repaired not refund....

My phone accidental damage insurance claim was approved and Jeeves recieved my device on 18 August, 2020. According to the agreement, I should be getting my repaired device within 10-15 days, but as of today more than 60 days have passed and I still haven't received my repaired device.

I want my complete mobile price to be refunded to me but Jeeves is just delaying the issue....

I have given complain regarding my laptop since one month but u r deny to resolve...

My complaint of thomson 24 inch R9 led tv not resolved after 2 weeks of registering complaints.tv is on extended warrenty for two years.they are not visited my home even after making repeated phone calls through CC.kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I have raised a service request for my TV and they visited home and picked up the TV and I got a call saying it is a Accidental Damage and sent me an email regarding the refund amount & I shared my bank details but I have not received any amount till now.

I purchased a Refrigerator from Flipkart and it was delivered on 20th October.
The Technician was supposed to visit on 21st Oct. Technician name is Manoj Kumar Patel. When I called the technician he said: "I came too far now, I will call you back shortly".
I wasted my full day waiting for the technician to come. He did not visited. He stopped picking up my calls in the evening around 7:30. He did not even said that, I will not...

30th September: you already acknowledge that the part pending request is already noted.

2nd October: you have checked the status that the part pending is there updated hence there was a delay

3rd October: Your team member Krishnamoorthy confirmed that you have received the part.

And now when I call you customer service agent: they say it is registered on the 5th of October & I have to wait for...

T th e above subject i have registered complaint on 20/09/2020 regarding same and on same day my claim was registered. technician visited and tols me that ita motherboard was a problem and will resolve it as early.
when contacted customer care executive told me it takes 21 days to get it resolved. its 1 month now but no call, mail, regarding my cmmpalint is answered
i called customer care but got same answer wait for 48 hours...

Hi i had buy Midea Air conditioner and but jeeves extended warranty . so Ac stop working in march 2020 and i had register complaint to Jeeves and tey were just saying gives us 48 hrs since march 2020 to sept 2020 . and finally they told me it is not possible to repair ac so they offer me refund mail so after wasting my 6 months i agree to take my refund . after accepting refund offer they didn't contact me for 1month as they said in mail...

I handed over my mobile to jeeves under extended warranty on 10/aug/2020.
since then there is no update.I have called customer care number of times and their reply is "we did not received any update from concerned team".
From last 10 days am not able to call [protected](i think they have blocked my number)
