I had purchased led TV from flipkart on[protected] and taken a two years extended warranty from them which is provided by flipkart services partner (Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd ) for this I had paid Rs=1500/- extra, apart from TV's cost, now my TV has been malfunctioning and not working, I had registered a complaint in Jeeves consumer services on[protected], they asked my invoice of extended warranty and bill of purchase which I had provided them.

now after few days a person (Ravindra) visited my residence from Jeeves, Andheri-mumbai branch, he opened the TV and taken a photo of the main board of the TV, and told it has to be replaced and will need to order the part and he went.

I already had a doubt, because he didn't touched a single component inside TV nor troubleshooted anything.

My five month warranty is left and I had no choice instead waiting, so now the game begins 20 days passed no sign of any calls or news about the part from Jeeves, I had called several time to there call center, they always say that the part is in pending state once received we will fix it, I have also mailed to '[protected]@jeeves.co.in' but from there also the same reply I got till now,
I am trying to reach the visited person's phone he picks and tells I am in a meeting so call later, this game is going almost 4 month now, and I am sure that they will not fix my problem because they are frauds.

So I request to everyone please dont buy product with any kind of extended warrranty from flipkart or Jeeves these are new technics to fraud people, because if they charge 1500 for 2 years warranty from one person, then you can think how many TV's or other product they must have sold through extended warranty, we think that let it be it just 1500 bucks.
so just roughly calculate the number of people brought this warranty mutiply by 1500 (or any greater or lesser amount) they are minting money by giving you assurance while purchasing the product.

I hope this might be informative for many people, who may planning to purchase the product from flipkart/jeeves.

    The TV is not working and I have purchased the tv via Flipkart and an extended warranty from Jeeves. Now when I connect with them I don't see any response.

    The ticket was created on October 23 and still now no resolution from them.

        I complained about the TV repair on November 11. Your engineer said that the TV card is not ok. Will have install a new card.

        for your customer care officer had given a time of 15-20 days.
        While i have purchased 3 years extended warranty from Jeeves.
        Whenever I call they asks me to wait 48 hours or wait for another 2-3 days. Then I will wait for 48 hours and again I call them and again they are asking me to wait 48 hours. Its really frustrating. I have called them nearly 20 times. I didn't understand why they are playing with customers. Poor service from jeeves.

          It has been 2+ months since my TV stopped working and the customer executives repeat the same information again and again We bought a TV from flipkart ALONGWITH extended warranty via your authorized provider called "Jeeves Consumer Services"

            The defective product was picked up on Nov 25 th and they have told that the amount will be refunded within 7 days but it's been 2 weeks I haven't received the refund. Whenever I call they asks me to wait 48 hours or wait for another 2-3 days. Then I will wait for 48 hours and again I call them and again they are asking me to wait 48 hours. Its really frustrating. I have called them nearly 20 times and also emailed them 10-15 times still no resolution. I didn't understand why they are playing with customers. Poor service from jeeves. Still no clue when I will get the refund.

                This is in regards to my Vu Ultra Smart 32" HD Ready LED Smart TV purchased from Flipkart on 29th September 2019. The 2 years extended warranty for the same was purchased on 3rd October 2019 when the technician came for installation of the TV.

                The original warranty of 1 year got expired recently. During the warranty period, the TV has already been replaced once for the display issue itself (there was a black spot on the display). Now again I am facing another issue with the TV wherein the display goes blank, but we can still hear the audio. I called on the Jeeves helpdesk number and raised this issue, and was suggested to share the original purchase invoice for the TV and warranty, which is already done.

                While the issue was raised on 25th Nov' 20, the requested documents were shared on 26th Nov' 20. I've been following up on customer service phone number who simply ask to wait for 2 more days and there is no response over email at all.

                I've also attached the JPG for the Flipkart invoice for my television and the extended warranty purchased from Jeeves. The IMEI no. for the TV is 3TE32M19011501E3HA15447, while the product for the 2 years extended warranty purchased from Jeeves is JWEBOI2AH4976.

                I received a call from someone (+91-[protected]) claiming that he is a Jeeves representative and asked to enter a code in my Google Pay account to get a refund of 10, 567 INR against the complaint I've registered. I found it fishy/phone scam and hence asked to send an email about the same. Can someone from Jeeves please confirm if this was a legitimate call?

                If someone is even reading this note from Jeeves, please be informed that it's been over 15 days, 7 email reminders, and over 10 calls to the customer support phone number and yet no response. This is frustrating and the worst part is there is no escalation point and no one is bothered. I would like a refund for both my extended warranties purchased from Jeeves and also would raise this with Consumer Court to get a rebate of the amount I'll spend to get my TV repaired. I made a huge mistake by trusting Jeeves; should have purchased the extended warranty directly from VU instead.

                Please let me know the process to claim my refund as no action is being taken at all.

                  Installation of Furniture

                  Furniture was delivered on December 3 and installation date was on December 5th.. Nobody came and date of installation being changed day by day..The mobile number provided was always switch off..If you are not taking any action about installation..i am going to file complaint on consumer Court.....

                    I have purchased extended warranty from Jeeves consumer services on 13/05/2018, invoice no EAAAAB[protected] for my television
                    Under the warranty period, TV damaged and as per the policy, Jeeves taken back the product for refund on 20/08/2020, case I'd 0F29EWPKDSC-2387534
                    As per Jeeves instructions, I uploaded the copy of my bank account passbook
                    But till date I have not received the refund amount of Rs8499 from Jeeves
                    After enquiry, Jeeves informed me that they sent money to my account on 28/08/2020
                    I contacted the bank branch and confirmed that the money not credited in my account since the account number entered by Jeeves was wrong, and informed me that the money reverted back to Jeeves account on the same day
                    I informed this details to Jeeves by several times by email, registered letter and phone call.every time they replying through mail that the amount will be credited soon, but the money not credited even after 100+Days

                        This is regarding JEEVES Tech Visitor MAHENDRA KUMAR(contact-[protected]) and Engineer GOVIND([protected]), MAHENDRA KUMAR have visited me on Wednesday 25th November, Thursday 26th November and Friday 27th November regarding the return request that I have placed on flipkart for the return of the cell phone device- Motorola One Fusion Plus. He was not behaving well mannered, he was not well known about what he have to check in my phone. Though he said that 'Yes the charging cable have defect and maybe the phone also have the defects' and assured that he will approve the return request.
                        But he rejected the return thrice. Engineer GOVIND also said that he can clearly see damage in image provided to him by visitor MAHENDRA SINGH but he also seems to be doing nothing regarding that.
                        Visitor MAHENDRA SINGH talked arrogantly while asked anything and talked to me on the call on 2 December and said that yes he did what I mentioned above, whose call recording I have as a proof against him.
                        I have also talked about it on JEEVES condumer care helpline and he had given me complaint number-4566127.
                        Now my flipkart refund is denied because of him. So if my issue don't resolve, I want complete refund from JEEVES/ENGINEER GOVIND/MAHENDRA SINGH.

                            Hi All,

                            I have taken an Extended warranty for my Mi LED TV from flipkart now I have issue with tv display

                            For this issue I raised a claim on 22 Sep, 30 Oct
                            10 nov every time my ticket got cancelled with not able to connect with me even I didn't received any call from their end.

                            Form last 70 days I am following up with them but till now no resolution till now I called their customer care 40 time but no updates fromm them.

                            No technician visited me till now. Everytime they cancelled my claim ticket with reason not able to connect to customer. I provide them them my alternative number but sill they cancelling ticket with same reason.

                            So please raise issue with them so I will get service from them

On 17th November while watching the tv suddenly Display is gone & has vertical lines over the display. i have raised the complaint on Same day & Got the Appoint No: IN-SA[protected] in SMS stating that issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Today is 28th & still I haven't contacted by Realme support service technician for Resolution.

                              I have been calling Both Realme support & Flipkart Protection Plan Guys every alternative day & i was told each time that issue will be resolved within 24 -48 hours Or technician will reach me within 24-48 hours. Till now there is no resolution provided. It was escalated multiple times and had call with Senior Personal from Customer Care or Both Jeeves & Realme support which is for no use .

                                  After contacting customer care about 12 times and mailing 8 times finally I received the refund mail for the defective product. And I have shared the bank details but the defective product pick up has not yet done. It is said that the product will be picked up by Nov 19 and it hasn't picked up yet. Its only after the pickup that I will get the refund. Registered the complaint on Nov 7 and no product pick up has done yet. Very poor service from jeeves. They don't care about their customers and extended warranty.

                                    Got a confirmation from you for refund. I sent all asked details and attachments.
                                    but you cancelled the refund saying got no confirmation. This is really too bad how couldn't you get Emil, it is clearly showing in sent mails and correct email. I think you are bluffing
