Dear sir/madam
I bought Mqrq 6.5 kg top loded washing machin in by flipcart which I received on 11Aug 2020.after one month
later a loud noise started coming while washing clothes in the machine.In this regard, I called the customer care and complained that after two days, the service engineer came and checked the machine and said that you make a video of it and complete it again.On the second day, I made a video and recorded the complaint again, after a few days, once again the service person came and saw the problem of the machine and said that the machine will have to be taken to the service center, please comlant again. I compiled again when I was told that the service persons would come on 7/12/20, but they did not come, I again complied, then I was told that their service persons were calling me and my call was not received. Still on 9/12/20, service persons will not come even then and the same was told that I did not call, then I was told that by 15/12/20, service persons will come and fix the washing machine but still they did not come again. When the call was done, the complainant was told that this time will come on 17/12/20, but still no one came. Then I was told about the component in this regard that today we will come till 11:00 hrs. Even then I did not come again to call karke complaint, then I will come till 2PM but till now no solution has been done to my problem.

You always lie. I have been continuously complaining for the last 25 days, but you guys have solved the problem so far in no time so how many washing machines will be fixed. No other company other than your company will be able to provide such poor service!

    I have purchased an Thomsan tv through flipkart on[protected] with 3 years extended warranty, in the month of sep 2020 i became faulty, I called the customer service on [protected], They said they have registered a complaint and with in 2 to 3 days technician visited my place and checked, he confirmed that its a panel complaint it needs to be replaced he will be doing it in few days,

    but after that i didn't get any reply and when i called that technician he is not picking my call so i called customer care on [protected], they said they have ordered the faulty part and it will reach within 15 days if not they will replace it with a new TV.

    I have waited for more than 20 days but no replay again reached the customer care, they said they can't arrange the spare, they will be replacing the tv again asked to wait for another 15 days, i was waited for more than 15 days but no response, from the month of OCT to till now i have contacted customer care several times but every time i get the same answer are " we will be escalating the issue and it will be resolved in 1 week" Till now so many weeks passed but my tv is not repaired yet, till now so many escalation raised but no use.

    In between i frequent get missed call( just 1 ring) from an unknown number when i check in truecaller it shows Flipkart customer care and after that missed i used to receive a text msg saying we are unable to reach you will contact you tomorrow, like this i received continuously for few days and one day i get an another msg saying your request is closed and new request was raised another technician visited again and said the same and its again the same story repeats

        First I've taken an extended warranty for my VU tv from Jeeves.On November 21st 2020 I registered a service request regarding my tv repair. On 25th a technician from their side checked and confirmed some part failure and he added it will take 21 days for the arrival of that particular part. I've been doing continuous follow-up since then. But now they are saying they couldn't arrange the particular part and said they will pick up the damaged product (TV) and offered 70% money which I spent on TV. How can i believe that one who cannot solve a minor issue can give 70%. This is cheating, instead of waiting for such unprofessional people I could have repaired earlier with a good technician from outside.

        After 38 days, Jeeves technician has arrived and resolved my issue. Now TV is working fine. The first thing to understand is that Jeeves is Flipkart's own baby. So you have to go Flipkart with your complaint. They will try their maximum to deny the fact that Jeeves is their partner only. Don't accept it for any reason. If Flipkart intervenes, then only your complaint gets resolved

          I purchaed TV on Jan 2018 along with two year extended warranty at jeeves from flipkart

          My tv started having issues from last month of 4th November 2020 and i raised a compalint with jeeves for repair.
          Called them more than 20 times to raise a request but in vain, even a request was raised they did not helped me i involved flipkart but they were also not able to help me.

          Currently its been almost one months tv is not fixed neither they are refunding after deducting the depreciated value.

            I bought a television from Flipkart last August and bought a 2 year extended warranty with jeeves which happens to be the extended arm/partner of flipcart. My tv stopped working on 8th December, since then am calling them everyday and an engineer hasn't visited as per their promised sla of 48hrs..everytime i call they repeat the same thing like a parrot that they are escalating the matter and engineer will come in next 48hrs. Their service is a joke.went to their fb page, 100s are complaining the same thing.

                  My iffacon TV stopped working, Jeeves said repair cost beyond limit so they want to make refund but charging 30% in refund amount... And amount I paid for warranty will also forfeit, I need full refund or would like to go for replacement with new TV either same make model OR with better quality or configuration where I can pay the difference amount difference

                    I purchaed a tv on July'2018 along with two year extended warranty at jeeves from flipkart.

                    My tv started having issues from last week of September 2020 and i raised a compalint with jeeves for repair.

                    Jeeves came and repaired the same by changing parts on 14th October but next day itself it started same issue.

                    Called them more than 20 times to raise a request but in vain, even a request was raised they did not helped me i involved flipkart but they were also not able to help me.

                    Currently its been almost two months tv is not fixed neither they are refunding after deducting the depreciated value.

                      I brought a Acer predator helios 300 from flipkart and extended warranty plan. I have complained jeeves many times and mailed them.
                      They are taking no actions to resolve the issue and rather giving me silly reasons everytime I call. Something as silly as not saying confirm to some of their questions.

                        I had purchased led TV from flipkart on[protected] and taken a two years extended warranty from them which is provided by flipkart services partner (Jeeves consumer services Pvt Ltd ) for this I had paid Rs=1500/- extra, apart from TV's cost, now my TV has been malfunctioning and not working, I had registered a complaint in Jeeves consumer services on[protected], they asked my invoice of extended warranty and bill of purchase which I had provided them.

                        now after few days a person (Ravindra) visited my residence from Jeeves, Andheri-mumbai branch, he opened the TV and taken a photo of the main board of the TV, and told it has to be replaced and will need to order the part and he went.

                        I already had a doubt, because he didn't touched a single component inside TV nor troubleshooted anything.

                        My five month warranty is left and I had no choice instead waiting, so now the game begins 20 days passed no sign of any calls or news about the part from Jeeves, I had called several time to there call center, they always say that the part is in pending state once received we will fix it, I have also mailed to '[protected]@jeeves.co.in' but from there also the same reply I got till now,
                        I am trying to reach the visited person's phone he picks and tells I am in a meeting so call later, this game is going almost 4 month now, and I am sure that they will not fix my problem because they are frauds.

                        So I request to everyone please dont buy product with any kind of extended warrranty from flipkart or Jeeves these are new technics to fraud people, because if they charge 1500 for 2 years warranty from one person, then you can think how many TV's or other product they must have sold through extended warranty, we think that let it be it just 1500 bucks.
                        so just roughly calculate the number of people brought this warranty mutiply by 1500 (or any greater or lesser amount) they are minting money by giving you assurance while purchasing the product.

                        I hope this might be informative for many people, who may planning to purchase the product from flipkart/jeeves.

                              I complained about the TV repair on November 11. Your engineer said that the TV card is not ok. Will have install a new card.

                              for your customer care officer had given a time of 15-20 days.
                              While i have purchased 3 years extended warranty from Jeeves.
                              Whenever I call they asks me to wait 48 hours or wait for another 2-3 days. Then I will wait for 48 hours and again I call them and again they are asking me to wait 48 hours. Its really frustrating. I have called them nearly 20 times. I didn't understand why they are playing with customers. Poor service from jeeves.

Whenever I call they asks me to wait 48 hours or wait for another 2-3 days. Then I will wait for 48 hours and again I call them and again they are asking me to wait 48 hours. Its really frustrating. I have called them nearly 20 times and also emailed them 10-15 times still no resolution. I didn't understand why they are playing with customers. Poor service from jeeves.                                       This is in regards to my Vu Ultra Smart 32" HD Ready LED Smart TV purchased from Flipkart on 29th September 2019. The 2 years extended warranty for the same was purchased on 3rd October 2019 when the technician came for installation of the TV.

                                      The original warranty of 1 year got expired recently. During the warranty period, the TV has already been replaced once for the display issue itself (there was a black spot on the display). Now again I am facing another issue with the TV wherein the display goes blank, but we can still hear the audio. I called on the Jeeves helpdesk number and raised this issue, and was suggested to share the original purchase invoice for the TV and warranty, which is already done.

                                      While the issue was raised on 25th Nov' 20, the requested documents were shared on 26th Nov' 20. I've been following up on customer service phone number who simply ask to wait for 2 more days and there is no response over email at all.

                                      I received a call from someone (+91-[protected]) claiming that he is a Jeeves representative and asked to enter a code in my Google Pay account to get a refund of 10, 567 INR against the complaint I've registered. I found it fishy/phone scam and hence asked to send an email about the same. Can someone from Jeeves please confirm if this was a legitimate call?

                                      If someone is even reading this note from Jeeves, please be informed that it's been over 15 days, 7 email reminders, and over 10 calls to the customer support phone number and yet no response. This is frustrating and the worst part is there is no escalation point and no one is bothered. I would like a refund for both my extended warranties purchased from Jeeves and also would raise this with Consumer Court to get a rebate of the amount I'll spend to get my TV repaired. I made a huge mistake by trusting Jeeves; should have purchased the extended warranty directly from VU instead.

                                      Please let me know the process to claim my refund as no action is being taken at all.

                                        Installation of Furniture

                                        Furniture was delivered on December 3 and installation date was on December 5th.. Nobody came and date of installation being changed day by day..The mobile number provided was always switch off..If you are not taking any action about installation..i am going to file complaint on consumer Court.....
