I had given repair request regarding a/c repair on jeeves customer care on 9 sept 2020 but still no one came to check or even called now jeeves cc no. Is also not connecting what is the use of extended warranty if they don't provide services...

I am nippu yadav I take complete mobile protection plan from jeeves through flipkart on purchasing redmi note 7s mobile . But when my phone accidentlaly damaged . They pickup the phone but not repair that and return back unrepaired and now they say we repair it and it's not powering on. My policy no with jeeves consumer services is JPPOFFK2163827

Hi, i had purchased from flipkart thomson high definition led smart tv model no 55th1000 (Xh05513) on 30/12/2018, that is power off on 17/08/2020, when i contacted flipkart they said it is not in warranty so we cannot do anything.

Now it is a request, i[censored] can not provide any replacement or technician than why are u selling these products, or u are intentionally selling these defaulted tvs and other appliances online.br...

Keep on procrastinating refund on my claim registered on vu tv. I have already submitted my account details for refund twice but they iterating the same story every time. Its been two months they are just saying addressed within 48 hours and 72 hours time periods but not addressing my actual problem. I have attached the invoice copy, claim registered acknowledgment, and a copy of the email from jeeves support.

On july 1 st my mobile was picked and when i contacted they kept on telling parts are unavailable for more than 1 month and afterwards told that its service is completed then again when i sent a mail they told that parts are unavailable and gave a offer about refund when i accepted that offer told me they would provide refund within 7 business days now its been more than 7 business days and no response its been 3 months since the mobile was...

Jeeves are not refunding the mobile cost againts my mobile protection plan purchased from jeeves.

I brought a mi tv 43 inch tv it's under warranty and Jeeves failed to replace the product they said return the defective product and the amount will be refunded .

The defective product picked up on 05/10/2020 and till now I didn't get refund, every time I called them they tell me to wait for 48 hours and the amount will be credited but till now I didn't get the amount.

Hello my both products were stop working since april, it was corona lockdown still i wait patiently till june. Jeeves engg came on 14 june and he said we need to change tv panel it should done within 1 week and if it is not solved by 30 day you will get new tv replacement from june to september i call them many time but no response even they hung up my call. I have send them 1000 mails but no single reply. They always keep stretching it by...

Since july 26 onwards i am waiting for my refund... After repeated reminder they are extended my claim for un necessary reasons...

I bought a Blaupunkt 43" LED smart FHD TV from Flipkart with 2 years extended warranty in 2018. During my purchase, I assumed that the extended warranty will be with the TV manufacturer instead it was with Jeeves Consumer Service.

On 8th July 2020, my TV went faulty by playing only the audio and no display. I tried calling the TV manufacturer for service (thinking the extended warranty was with them) but there was no response...

On 25.08.2020, i complained to jeeves for the laptop issue, after which his engineer came 3 days later and investigated the problem in the laptop, he said that there is a hinge issue, but we have to replace it but now, the parts are available. No, so, i will come to improve it but when the parts come, i tell the company to bring this.

On 14.08.2020 i start conversation with jeeves about my mobile audio sensor issue problem. Am under mobile protection plan when i was registered my complaint. My mobile was taken on 02.09.2020. Still now the problem is not rectified. Now they are telling your policy is lapsed. It will not cover and some time they are telling it is software issue. It will not come under warranty. I ask them to return the mobile that also they are not doing....

I have bought an extended warranty for my iffalcon k2a 138.71cm (55 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv and the tv got some issue with the panel and jeeves told that they will refund me the amount.

Product invoice purchased value : inr 35, 635.00 (As per invoice shared)
Applied 20 % depreciation value : inr 7, 127.00
Post depreciation final value : inr 28, 058.00

And my tv was picked on 22/08/2020...

I registered the complaint in june month and still the tv hasn't been repaired and i was told that i will get 80% of the tv. I have called customer care a number of time and requested to talk to any senior but the refund hasn't been initiated or i haven't told my complaint number....

My vu tv is out of order since 13th september. Jeeves technician visited on 16th september after several follow ups but did not repair the tv. I again raised another complaint on 16th september and it has been 10 days and nobody has even visited my address. I have made more than 100 calls to their call centre and their technicians. But these shameless people are not bothered to attend my complaint....

Its been 2 months chasing these people. 13th email conversation, server call, 5 times escalated by customer care for the sake of escalating. No service provided and no refund initiated.
