I have received a poco m2pro mobile from flipkark via jeeves. It's just 2 days ago I am facing problem with that phone so I have requested to return the product and talked to one of the flipkart executive and he told me that as soon as possible their technician will visit to check the phone but the technician never visited and my return request gets rejected...

    I have ordered Samsung galaxy F41 from flipkart. But due to overheating and much charging time I have given 4 times replacement request. Your team visited 3 time and every time without doing anything (only clicked IMEI no though their own phone) given feedback that through troubleshooting problem is resolved.

      I have purchased Complete TV protection plan from jeeves along with Motorola 55” tv. I registered a claim Dear Bibhuti Anand, This is regarding Complete Protection with CPFK[protected] for your LED TV. Your claim has been successfully registered and your Claim ID is CLCP[protected]. It’s been more than 10 days no one has taken any action. Every customer care executive is telling wait for 48 hour, wait for 72 hrs but no one has responded. They are a bunch of cheaters looting public money. No one is giving any proper response.

        I had initiated a claim on sept 18 for MiTv 55 and been going more than a month now. Finally an escalation took place and i was sent a quote of amount refund and share bank details and product will be picked up. I sent email with my account and the tv has been picked up from my home but when i call customer service they said my claim is cancelled as bank details not shared with them which is fraud. I have numerous emails as proof and now I dont have my money and tv. This is the worst ever customer service experience it in my life and feel the need to file a police and consumer court complaint.

            I have Purchased VU LED TV in 2017 along with Jeeves Extended Warranty, My TV was not working on 20 Sep 2020 so I have raised request to Jeeves Customer Care & Technician was visited on 22 Sep 2020. On that day he has found some problem in Panel of TV & he has requested for Parts of the same to Jeeves on Same date.. as per Jeeves Policy they have to complete this procedure in 21 working days but un fortunately till date I have not received any resolution from Jeeves.. I have called N number of times to customer care but they will insist for more waiting also I have mailed to Jeeves N number of times but same answer received from Jeeves that pl. wait for some time.. This is very un professional approach from Jeeves.. I request you to please do the needful at the earliest.

              We have taken 2 yrs Ext warranty for Vu TV. We registered complaint on Sep 9th, they dragged the issue for a month and denied to do required service saying that part is not available, after that for the past 20days they are dragging to refund 70 to 80% of tv value as per their EW commitment. Very very unprofessional customer care.

                I am buy a nokia 32 inch tv flipkart.. And also I purchased jeeves 3years warranty.. Flipkart delivered the product 22nd October same day I will change my installation address the help of flipkart.. 23rd to technician allotment start technician name and mobile numbers I call the technicians he said I will not come to your area another technicians next day same matter said the same process continue
                October 26th one technician said you will own install your tv iam not come jeeves allotment 4 technician they were not come ... Jeeves technians respect customers volgur ideas and volgur language... I see first worst service and worst technicians

                  Hello team,

                  I purchased one samsung f41 mobile from flipkart on 20th oct. I request for replacement of my mobile due to following issues,

                  1. Hanging issue(video attached)
                  2. Sim card not detect
                  3. Crashes on back panel(photo attached)
                  4. Heating problem

                  After that technician from dhule city came to my house and did nothing and provide fake updates to flipkart team as issue resolved by trouble shooting.

                  After seeing all problems they are rejecting my mobile for replacement.

                    I have an extended warranty in jeeves and one of the technician came to my house and said he has ordered a new part for TV on 24th of september. which is not rectified till now. I called for more than 15 times till now it is not resolved. Whenever i talk with the customer care they asks me 2 days of time and some persons did not gave correct information and some said there is no techinical ticket raised by me. as per there policy if the TV is not rectified in 21 days they said i can opt for refundable I opted for refund also for that they are sending me copy pasted mails without any further answer

                      My device was picked up on 14th October 2020 for the issue of "Broken Screen" and i am not being informed of the whereabouts of the phone..

                      Since Day 1, i am being told that the device is being repaired and will be delivered in 10 working days.Till date no update about the phone, i want my device back right away.

                          My phone accidental damage insurance claim was approved and Jeeves recieved my device on 18 August, 2020. According to the agreement, I should be getting my repaired device within 10-15 days, but as of today more than 60 days have passed and I still haven't received my repaired device.

                          I want my complete mobile price to be refunded to me but Jeeves is just delaying the issue.

                          After I filled a consumer forum complaint regarding insurance claim malpractice by Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited, I was contacted by flipkart social media team and they said that they would facilitate my refund. They took my bank details and I got a confirmation that I would be getting 80 percent of my device price as a refund. I agreed to that whereas I should have been compensated more beacause of so much delay.
                          They sent me an email that my refund is finalised and I would recieve the amount in 3-5 business days. I still havent recieved my refund after 2 weeks now. Both Jeeves and Flipkart are just delaying my issue.

                                I have raised a service request for my TV and they visited home and picked up the TV and I got a call saying it is a Accidental Damage and sent me an email regarding the refund amount & I shared my bank details but I have not received any amount till now.

                                2. March 23rd 2020, I received an email regarding refund amount and I had a back and forth conversations with customer support and finally I shared my bank details but till now I have not received my refund.

                                My marqtv refund I have not received till now, I have sent around 50 emails to [ [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in, [protected]@jeeves.co.in ] it is really frustrating for me to call 100 times to the customer care, every time I call they with in 48 Hrs

                                Please refer the attached refund image but I have not received a single rupee.

                                  I purchased a Refrigerator from Flipkart and it was delivered on 20th October.
                                  The Technician was supposed to visit on 21st Oct. Technician name is Manoj Kumar Patel. When I called the technician he said: "I came too far now, I will call you back shortly".
                                  I wasted my full day waiting for the technician to come. He did not visited. He stopped picking up my calls in the evening around 7:30. He did not even said that, I will not come. Till 8 :00 PM, he said, I will try to come.

                                  Later that night, I received a message from Jeeves saying: "Our Technician tried to contact you but you did not answer the call"
                                  The Technician (Manoj Kumar) made a false statement and lied to the company and even to me.

                                  It's now been 3 days, none of the technician have visited my place for installation and demo. I am not able to use my product.

                                    30th September: you already acknowledge that the part pending request is already noted.

                                    2nd October: you have checked the status that the part pending is there updated hence there was a delay

                                    3rd October: Your team member Krishnamoorthy confirmed that you have received the part.

                                    And now when I call you customer service agent: they say it is registered on the 5th of October & I have to wait for 21 days from 5th October.

                                    If that is the case then your team on the email sides has been lying to me all this while?

                                    Customer agent: Also Somedays back when I called a lady on the customer service said that we will be processing for the complete refund & the technician will come for the final inspection & within 8 days you will get the refund.

                                    Customer Agent today: Name: Sreesanth: Said that "part pending" was registered on the 5th of October.

                                    I will consider my request registered on 30th September. & on 2nd October you confirmed it too.

                                    Do let me know if you want the call recording? I am sure you guys should have it already!!!

                                    Your team has exhausted 21days buffer & no one has clear information. Jeeve's team on the customer service desk is misleading with false information & wants to buy more time.

                                    I would like to settle this account.

                                    I would like to get my entire amount refund along with compensation for the false information & the inconvenience caused to me.

                                      T th e above subject i have registered complaint on 20/09/2020 regarding same and on same day my claim was registered. technician visited and tols me that ita motherboard was a problem and will resolve it as early.
                                      when contacted customer care executive told me it takes 21 days to get it resolved. its 1 month now but no call, mail, regarding my cmmpalint is answered
                                      i called customer care but got same answer wait for 48 hours we have forworaded request for replacement and our backend team will answer you but no one has called me.,
                                      this is just harrresment you all doing, no able person is availabale to answer, only one answer is wait for 48 "hours, really shameful jeeves team

                                        Technician visit:- 1st August 2020
                                        Today's Date:- 21st Oct 2020

                                        I have purchased extended warranty with VU LED tv. 1st Aug 2020, technician visited my place and told that led board is damaged. Then he raised a request for the board. Till 18th Sept 2020 they were not able to find part and the status was part pending. So as per the policy they should give me refund or replacement. Now they are sating that we will replace part after 3 months. Customer care does not have any answer apart from telling please wait for 48 hrs.

                                        I visited the JEEVES office in HSR twice and got an update saying my refund is approved. Can you please confirm the same? Also please pickup the product by this weekend and initiate the refund process. I am really struggling to get this done.

                                        Please take immediate action and initiate pick up and refund for same.
