This is regarding JEEVES Tech Visitor MAHENDRA KUMAR(contact-[protected]) and Engineer GOVIND([protected]), MAHENDRA KUMAR have visited me on Wednesday 25th November, Thursday 26th November and Friday 27th November regarding the return request that I have placed on flipkart for the return of the cell phone device- Motorola One Fusion Plus. He was not behaving well mannered, he was not well known about what he have to check in my phone. Though he said that 'Yes the charging cable have defect and maybe the phone also have the defects' and assured that he will approve the return request.
But he rejected the return thrice. Engineer GOVIND also said that he can clearly see damage in image provided to him by visitor MAHENDRA SINGH but he also seems to be doing nothing regarding that.
Visitor MAHENDRA SINGH talked arrogantly while asked anything and talked to me on the call on 2 December and said that yes he did what I mentioned above, whose call recording I have as a proof against him.
I have also talked about it on JEEVES condumer care helpline and he had given me complaint number-4566127.
Now my flipkart refund is denied because of him. So if my issue don't resolve, I want complete refund from JEEVES/ENGINEER GOVIND/MAHENDRA SINGH.

    My AC stopped working on 19 Oct 2020 and we had made valid extended warranty claim but Jeeves support team are unable to repair the product and are not providing us with our refund according to the policy.

      Hi All,

      I have taken an Extended warranty for my Mi LED TV from flipkart now I have issue with tv display

      For this issue I raised a claim on 22 Sep, 30 Oct
      10 nov every time my ticket got cancelled with not able to connect with me even I didn't received any call from their end.

      Form last 70 days I am following up with them but till now no resolution till now I called their customer care 40 time but no updates fromm them.

      No technician visited me till now. Everytime they cancelled my claim ticket with reason not able to connect to customer. I provide them them my alternative number but sill they cancelling ticket with same reason.

      So please raise issue with them so I will get service from them

        Hi All,

        I have Purchased Realme TV 43 Inches from Flipkart on Jul28th along with Flipkart protection plan . On 17th November while watching the tv suddenly Display is gone & has vertical lines over the display. i have raised the complaint on Same day & Got the Appoint No: IN-SA[protected] in SMS stating that issue will be resolved within 48 hours. Today is 28th & still I haven't contacted by Realme support service technician for Resolution.

        I have been calling Both Realme support & Flipkart Protection Plan Guys every alternative day & i was told each time that issue will be resolved within 24 -48 hours Or technician will reach me within 24-48 hours. Till now there is no resolution provided. It was escalated multiple times and had call with Senior Personal from Customer Care or Both Jeeves & Realme support which is for no use .

            That, I have purchased a MARQ AC from FLIPKART on 24.10.2018 with extended warranty for 2 years by JEEVES Consumer Service protected by FLIPKART.
            My registered mobile number is [protected] And EXTENDED WARRANTY Plan ID is JPPOFFK1149591 . My Extended Warranty valid is upto 23.10.2021.
            That, On 13.10.2020 due to cooling problem and water leakage in indoor unit of the AC, I was submitted a warranty claim on MARQ AC to Flipkart protected JEEVES Authority over their Customers care Toll free number[protected]. But after several request to JEEVES Authority as wall as FLIPKART Authority no action has been taken on the repair the AC .That, the Mechanics visited twice to my residence and only taken photographs of the AC and the warranty documents on their visit.That, After several request to JEEVES Authority On 29.10.2020 two Mechanic visited to my residence and they only washed the AC and installed it at his place in my home without replacing any spare parts in the AC. However the AC was work normal for 5 days. Once again on 05.11.2020 the outdoor unit of the AC was completely stopped working and found the E6 Error displayed on the indoor unit display panel of the AC.
            That, from 05.11.2020 to till date i have been requesting FLIPKART protected JEEVES Authority over their Customer care toll free number[protected] several times but neither they are Registering my claim nor they are taking any action to repair my AC till yet. They are simply replying me that my Complain is kept pending due to want of some spare parts so they will not take any new complain/ warranty claim at present and they will repaired my AC only after receipt of required spare parts to them.That, it is very astonished me that no Mechanic have recommended/ Suggested to change of any spare parts in the AC.
            That, it is very clear i have been registered my Warranty Claim on 13 OCTOBER 2020. It is already passed more than 50days from the date of Registering my Complain with JEEVES Authority protected by FLIPKART and they have also failed to repair my AC till yet.
            That, as per Terms and Condition of the Extended Warranty Claim if the JEEVES Authority is unable to repair the AC within a period of one month they will arrange to provide a New AC or they will process for refund to Customers as per their T&C.
            That, On view of the above from 14.11.2020 onwards till date i have been Claimed over Telephone i. e. Toll free Customers Care number[protected] and more than 50 mails to [protected]@jeeves.co.in and [protected]@jeeves.co.in to the FLIPKART protected JEEVES Authority to process refund for the AC as per the T&C of Extended Warranty.But, Always they are replying me through mail that they are escalating my Claim to concern department they will take action within 2 business day. But no action taken till yet to process my refund even after passing more than 15 working day from the receiving their reply through Email.
            That, Due to repeated quarreling with the FLIPKART Protected JEEVES Authority Customers care and their unpleasant attitude i am suffering from HIGH BP and Heart problems on the above issue.
            That, I am hereby claiming full refund of the product with installation Charges paid therein to JEEVES Authority and Medical expenses accrued by me due to above un-necessary un-expected issue otherwise, i will knock the door of the appropriate Forum to redress my issue along with claiming charges accrued for the help of Legal experts on the above issue.
            That, I again request to the JEEVES Authority protected by FLIPKART to take immediate action to process my refund as per the T&C of Extended Warranty Claim Otherwise i will knock the door of appropriate forum to quick disposal of my warrenty claim with companisation therein from this end please.

              After contacting customer care about 12 times and mailing 8 times finally I received the refund mail for the defective product. And I have shared the bank details but the defective product pick up has not yet done. It is said that the product will be picked up by Nov 19 and it hasn't picked up yet. Its only after the pickup that I will get the refund. Registered the complaint on Nov 7 and no product pick up has done yet. Very poor service from jeeves. They don't care about their customers and extended warranty.

                Got a confirmation from you for refund. I sent all asked details and attachments.
                but you cancelled the refund saying got no confirmation. This is really too bad how couldn't you get Emil, it is clearly showing in sent mails and correct email. I think you are bluffing

                      What the ## are they doing for 40 days just to repair one mobile. Still no one had clarity where my mobile is and the current status. What's going on .when can I expect my mobile. JUUTE NIKALKE MARNA hai ye kutte ka . Worse service that I had never ever seen/listen in my life. Cannot expect in dreams even this sort of [censored] service. 60 days back complaint registered and more than 40 days back my mobile got picked up. No update. No mail . No confirmation. Nothing as on date.

                          I have purchased TV from Flipkart with 8/04/2019 .and added extended warranty for further 2 years. But now we have issue with TV when we switch ON TV screen become blank. we bring issue to Jeeves and send lot of emails and phone calls. and they even give slot for service engineer vist. But till now no response it seems they are cheating us by just replying email. I there any way to recover our warranty service .We strongly suggest no one use this sevice for any of your purchase.

                            As a customer I have faced a Network related complaint from October 30th 2020 on my MI LED TV 4A Pro. so that I called to Jeeves customer care and explained my complaint. They were said that a service technician will definitely call me within 48hrs but now It's more than 120hrs finished Nobody will not called me yet.
                            I feel very irresponsible and rude behavior from the customer care staffs when the time I was called them
                            Kindly do the needful for this issue.

                            I request an urgent repair...

                              I have raised a complaint with Jeeves about my VU TV display problem 3 weeks ago under EW ..service enginner visited and confirmed its not repairable so you will get replacement or refund ..last 3 months daily calling customer care to know about my replacement or refund status but am getting the same response from says like within 24 hrs issue will resolve and not resolving ...Without TV we are sitting ideal on everyday ..please help to get my replacement or refund ASAP..Thanks

                                I claimed my device for repair on 28 th October.. Now 14 th November is going up.. Still now no responsefrom your end. 2 days ago oneof yur customer care executive cll me and tell me my device repair is complete. You will receive your device in 3 days... Now i call your number as the one of your support team tell me my device already in repair.. When repair is complete they will contact with me. Is this kind a joking with me???

                                  Contacted jeeves for repair and technician visited took some photos and went. I haven't received any communication from jeeves. I called customer care and told that I am eligible for refund only. I haven't received any refund mail or anything regarding this. Everytime I call them they are asking me to wait for 48 hours or they will say that they are going to escalate this issue. But till now I haven't received any communication from jeeves. Contacted jeeves customer care nearly 8-10 times and mailed them 6-7 times, till now no communication from them. Really trapped.

                                    For 13 days I was following up with Jeeves to register a complaint and service my tv which is still under extended warranty for 2 more years.

                                    Escalated 9 times in 13 days, still no response from them.
                                    Every time they are saying wait for 24 to 48 hrs, your issue will be addressed.
                                    I am fed up with this service.

                                    I tried to escalate further but no luck.

                                    Don't buy an extended warranty from Jeeves. It's a waste of your money and time.

                                      JEEVES has sold a V guard Stabilizer while the Technician came for installation of a LED TV purchased on Flipkart
                                      I doubt that the stabilizer is a refurbished one and has been sold at market price of a new piece of the Mini Crystal Voltage stabilizer Rs.1650
                                      The technician has even provided a copy of manual Invoice KATK/BLR/JCS/6781 dt 12/11/2020 over Whatsapp which is a service invoice basically.
                                      I know the contact details and name of the person and the Jeeves invoice he has provided is with me. After a follow up for about 10 days he gave me some Jeeves service invoice for product sales. Request Jeeves to look into this and respond

                                        Issue faced on LED TV in September 2020

                                        Jeeves Consumer Services - Emailed the TV is not repairable and Refund amount will be provided after 8 business days post product pickup

                                        Product Pickup - 12th Oct 2020

                                        10th November 2020 - today till date i have been following up with email/customer care for refund but no response or responses everyday like wait for 24 to 48 hrs.

                                        After raising the complain on social media; the Flipkart team calls everyday but is no help rather than repeating same to wait 24-28 hrs.
