On 5th of august I initiated a claim for my VU tv 40 inch. On 22nd a technician visited my home and inspected the TV and found an internal PCB defective. On 28th i called jJeeves care and they informed me that due to non-availability of spare part, TV cannot be repaired and they advised me for a request of refund by mail to the Extended warranty team.
On 31st August i sent a mail to the extended warranty team and I received reply stating that the issue has been forwarded to the concerned service team and will be resolved on a priority basis.
On 9th September i sent a mail to them again regarding the update and I didn’t yet receive a single response from them.

I called Jeeves care[protected] repeatedly for past 25 days at least 12 times and every single care just told me to wait for 48Hours, i kept calling them after every 48Hours and finally in a 9th attempt after 20 days one of the senior Escalation head Ms.Rashmi attended the call and she promised me that she will call and resolve the refund issue very next day.
Rashmi did not call next day and i again called their care to inquire the issue and all they wanted me to do is to wait for next 48Hours. This cycle repeats after every 48Hours.

The plan was until October 5 2020, but i claimed the warranty on 5th of August 2020.
Since it was their fault, they kept pushing the process forward and did not process anything until now.Its already 4 months passed.

    I have requested for the cancellation of a service but the company is not refunding my money. It has been more than 20 days. Their representatives are not responding to my emails and over the phone they give me false dates.

        I have purchased extended warranty with Jeeves for my MI LED TV and I have been chasing them from last 10days to claim the warranty but every time i call them they give me new reply. My complain was filed on 06Oct and I sent my TV invoice with Jevves Extended Warranty Certificate via email [protected]@jeeves.co.in & [protected]@jeeves.co.in but till date these is no reply from their office. They have fix 5 lines answer 1.Sorry 2. I will escalate the matter 3. Technician will call you in 48Hrs 4. Anything else I can assist 5. Hang-up phone.

        One of the worse experiences, next step co sumer court.

          I purchased a mobile from flipkart and also buy a jeeves complete protection, my device damaged so i registered a claim on 29 sep 2020 and payment is paid by me on 1 oct 2020 but today is 14th day from payment but device is still not picked up and no update revceived from jeeves, and when i call customer service on daily i only heared by them " backend team is not responses on my query so we takes 2 business days " everyday.

            I have register my complaint 14/09/2020 regarding to iffalcon tv 55 inch my case id is (FREI-9ZWE0-2467L8-EJXJ97-LLGDM90) and my claim id is CJP[protected] . Almost one month is done today 13/10/2020 engineer visit at my home with part of tv he fix it part in tv but after fix it of part problem is not short out same problem is again come after repair front of engineer...engineer saying me you again complaint register. I don't know which type of service you provide...I am very disappointed from Jeeves. I have again called customer care after going to the engineer from home. but customer care told me you again wait 30 days for resolution. because he registered a new complaint and didn't do work for the old case id. engineer not repaired tv who is the responsible so why i wait again 30 days what is the benefit of extended warranty.

              My bluepunkt let not working (it's on warranty with Jeeves)I have raised a compalint after that they are saying technician will come everyday they are mentioning wrong comments that customer not reachable ...after someday technician came and checked said panel will replace...after 2 days I called to Jeeves customer care(Rahul Singh was on call) they said panel not available u will get the refund share the bank and invoice details. We sent a mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in and claims too...they replied complaint on progress allow us time ... Than everyday I am following with them they are saying technician will come to check again ... sometime they are saying u will get the refund ... I dint get resolution till now it's more than 10 days ...seriously pathetic service ...

              Still dint get any resolution...we are waiting since more than 10 days...they checked also our led as per them they don't have a panel they will give us refund but saying wait wait wait...how many days more we have to wait ...out cable amount also we are paying ...I will never ever suggest purchase from Flipkart this led and don't extend warranty from Jeeves

              Today Technician called us and said sir already I came and told u that panel will replace and company dint provide them a panel bcs it's not available...so he said tell to customer care ...I called to them they said sir share your bank and invoice so that we will refund the amount but again we got a msg that technician will come what is this harrasment they are providing

                Hi, i bought a VU 40 inch TV on flipkart with Jeeves extended 2 years warranty on Nov 14th 2018.

                Complaint raised date: 12th Sep 2020

                Jeeves techinician came to my house on 19th Sep and told that Mother board is not working, he will raise a request for spare parts, which will be replaced before 22nd Sep.

                When i called Jeeves customer support they told that spare till not received and the ETA is normally 20 days. And if spare part is not received, they will raise a refund request within 8th- 12th Oct 2020.

                Now I have been calling them every day to get an update, and everyday I hear the same thing that the part is not available, and that is all they know. I dont have a proper date on which my TV would be repaired or my refund would be processed. This is now getting really hectic. Could you please help me with this ?

                  I had purchased a TV and extended warranty from jeeves. In the extended warranty period some problem arises in TV.
                  Technician came and said motherboard to be replaced in july 2020.
                  After some days display got damaged and when contacted jeeves they said only one complaint at a time.
                  Until now motherboard not replaced and I am unable to watch tv with display problem

                    I had submitted the repair ticket on 7 Sep 2020. On 9 Sep 2020, your technician guy visited to check the TV. He told us, he has to change some part for that he has to submit the request to the service centre.

                    Now already 30 days gone. I contacted your customer care continuously from last 2 week, they simply telling me, sir, it will take some time and part is not received.

                      Flipkart and Jeeves are making fraud with the customers by selling extended warranties and not refunding the amounts when their products results faulty.
                      My refund claim (Policy ID- ZPPOSSK1180668, Claim ID- CLJP[protected] registered on 12th July 2020)against the VU tv was rejected saying the customer is not responding on 04th October 2020 while I was continuously been in touch on mail and customer care for the last 3 months.
                      The Customer care guys are fooling on every call. they have absurd excuses as we have already marked you a mail to send the required documents, your no was not connecting so we rejected the claim (without any written communication).
                      Their System is rotten with no PCs, no serves, no emails, no CRMs. Departments are on different plants with no communication with each other.
                      They don't share the escalation matrix with clients/customers.

                        Hi,

                        I have bought Thompson Tv from Flipkart on 9 Oct 2020.

                        Flipkart arranged demo and installation from Jeeves.

                        The installation person gave wrong Information that the Jeeves will provide new replacement in screen broken and damage condition also.

                        I bought the extended warranty by believing his words.

                        But in their website they have mentioned that screen broken condition are not covered.

                        I have requested for cancellation and refund for my Jeeves extended warranty plan.

                        At Jeeves. Please educate your service person to say the exact information that you are covered in the warranty.

                            On aug 15 my TV unit has taken and inform that 80percent of my money will refund within 7 working days and your team acknowledge the same via mail but still now my money was not credited I have attached relevant documents whenever I call within 48hrs your amount will refund but still now not refunded.

                              I have bought Jeeves extended warranty for VU TV in 2017. Now my TV is not working so I contacted to Jeeves. Their agent collect the TV and Jeeves mail me and say that they will refund me within 8 working days. 15 days passed but they didn't refund me so I mailed them again for refund. Jeeves reply me that they will refund me within 2/3 business days but 6 days passed and they didn't refund the amount. I have mailed to Jeeves so many times but they just keep saying wait for some time. I think they are not interested to refund me. So please help me in this issue.

                                  I had given repair request regarding a/c repair on jeeves customer care on 9 sept 2020 but still no one came to check or even called now jeeves cc no. Is also not connecting what is the use of extended warranty if they don't provide services

                                    I am nippu yadav I take complete mobile protection plan from jeeves through flipkart on purchasing redmi note 7s mobile . But when my phone accidentlaly damaged .                                       Hi, i had purchased from flipkart thomson high definition led smart tv model no 55th1000 (Xh05513) on 30/12/2018, that is power off on 17/08/2020, when i contacted flipkart they said it is not in warranty so we cannot do anything.

                                      Now it is a request, i[censored] can not provide any replacement or technician than why are u selling these products, or u are intentionally selling these defaulted tvs and other appliances online.

                                      Seriously very worst services from flipkart and jeeves. Even i am complaining about this in consumer forum.
