The device still remains at your service center its been over a month now even though the device is serviced it is not been dispatched
I would definitely not recommend jeeves to anyone
Rather just get it fixed at a local store...

Fraudsters

I had purchased Realme 5 phone from flipkart and also availed the complete protection plan from Jeeves Consumer services.

JPPOFFK2323055 is registration number and I created a complaint with reference ticket CMP[protected]( registered on 27th August 2020)

1} july 1st product stopped working
2} after multiple attempts on 7th july claim get registered
3} it reschedule again on 18th june.
4} on 27th july tech visit done and service person said main board need to replace
5} after multiple call email finally yesterday on 25th aug part arrived and still issue not resolved and now tech guy said other part also need to replace not sure what diagnosed he did at first visit....

Led TV Service Repair part not available

I have complaint for my led tv 9 july 2020 and 13 july service engineer came and request for repair part and now weekly call email for which time tv will be repair they part not available now 1 and half month for part pending. i have email call according if jeeves not able provide part refund amount but they make fals promise we repair system. they have not any system to repair they are just cheat customer take money for extended warranty....

Laptop warranty

My iffalfon49f2a tv stopped working and claim registered. After 3 weeks tech visit happened and he place order of defective part. Its more than 3 weeks part is not available and total 1 and half month passed after claim registered.

Customer service dont have information when part is available

Claim team said same thing.

Broken screen repair

I claimed screen protection plan of "vivo z1x on 17th july 2020, on 18th july it was picked up by them.

I was assure that my phone broken screen will be repaired in 10 to 15 business days as per your policy.
I kept calling in that 10 to 15 days for updates but not received any proper response from them.

Every customer care executive told me to wait for 2 days or 48 hours.
Till date i have no call...
