Flipkart and Jeeves are making fraud with the customers by selling extended warranties and not refunding the amounts when their products results faulty.
My refund claim (Policy ID- ZPPOSSK1180668, Claim ID- CLJP[protected] registered on 12th July 2020)against the VU tv was rejected saying the customer is not responding on 04th October 2020 while I was continuously been in touch on mail and customer care for the last 3 months.
The Customer care guys are fooling on every call. they have absurd excuses as we have already marked you a mail to send the required documents, your no was not connecting so we rejected the claim (without any written communication).
Their System is rotten with no PCs, no serves, no emails, no CRMs. Departments are on different plants with no communication with each other.
They don't share the escalation matrix with clients/customers.

Do not buy anything from Flipkart guys, esp. nothing with Jeeves even if they sell for free

i call many times to jeeves toll free no . they are not solving my problem . i recived my phone after 75 days from jeeves and now they are asking what actually your phone have problem . my phone is not powering on . plz solve it as soon as possible
