Hi i had buy Midea Air conditioner and but jeeves extended warranty . so Ac stop working in march 2020 and i had register complaint to Jeeves and tey were just saying gives us 48 hrs since march 2020 to sept 2020 . and finally they told me it is not possible to repair ac so they offer me refund mail so after wasting my 6 months i agree to take my refund . after accepting refund offer they didn't contact me for 1month as they said in mail they will pickup product within 2/days. . so finally they came to pick up the product on october 4 2020 and told me you will get money within 8 days now it almost 17 days still i am waiting for my refund this is the wort experience of mine till now . they are not replying anything about refund .

    I handed over my mobile to jeeves under extended warranty on 10/aug/2020.
    since then there is no update.I have called customer care number of times and their reply is "we did not received any update from concerned team".
    From last 10 days am not able to call [protected](i think they have blocked my number)

    When ever i ask for update i get same email as below(they do copy paste).I dont no why flipkart is encouraging jeeves.They are really worst.

    Am struggling from last 70 days still no proper update

      I had raised claim in 10th Sept for my VU TV, warranty was going to expire on 22nd Sept. Technician from Jeeves visited my home told there issue with motherboard & will takes 1 or 2 weeks, I called him after 1 week they told me to check with customer care, then I came to know that Jeeves cancelled my claim for some serial number mismatch, I reverified serial number & they said we will help you & from that day they are just saying that we escalated issue to backend team it's not moving after that now warrant got expired. I Extended warranty team but they are also saying same thing.
      Sometimes customer care executive says, we have opened new ticket you will get technician number by EOD then after 2-3 days they says your warranty is expired, will have to check with backend team. Is Jeeves fooling the customers? Customers are helpless here.

          Our VU LED TV was found to be not working on 23 Sep 2020. Hence, a complaint for this was lodged with you. In response to that, you intimated me for registering my claim vide ID No. CLJP[protected] dated 23rd Sept 2020.

          Further, in this connection, Jeeves Technician Mr Abhay Lal visited my home on 28 Sep 2020 after giving multiple calls to Jeeves Customer Care and checked the device LED TV. After examining the device, he intimated us that the Motherboard has become faulty and requires replacement. He spontaneously also checked through his Mobile that the Jeeves application was showing that the Motherboard was available in Delhi. Mr Abhay Lal also assured us that the Motherboard will be replaced on 29 Sep 2020. But it is seen that as on date no action to replace it is being taken. On the contrary, the representative at the Call Centre on calling him is giving us very rough replies and twisting his statement frequently. He has informed us that the Motherboard will be replaced after 1 month i.e. 28 Oct 2020 instead of replacing it on 29th Sep 2020 as assured to us by Mr Abhay Lal. So, this callous attitude of the representative at the Call Center shows that you instead of replacing the motherboard promptly are bent upon delaying and thwarting the matter and are not showing your sincerity.

          The whole scenario shows Jeeves has so far been harassing me in complying the matter and not providing the committed services in spite of making the advance payment for extended warranty. Can anybody lead his life without a TV for more than a month as being envisaged in this case.

          In compliance with the extended Warranty for 2 years Jeeves has registered my claim on 23 Sep 20 as intimated to me by Email. In view of the above, I hereby give you 3 days Notice to replace the Motherboard and set the device in functioning condition.

              I have purchased mi LED TV two years back with two years of extended warranty (1+2yr).suddenly my TV is not functioning properly from last 50 days. I have contacted Jeeves to repair the device but neither they are not solving my issue nor they are paying refund. Every time when I contact call center, each one is promising me that he will escalate issue. They are making their customers fool. I am very much disappointed with service. Flipcart should stop collaboration with this company.

                  I had bought a VU TV and extended warranty from Jeeves. TV stopped working on 23 Aug. after technician visit two days later, claim was lodged. They said the motherboard will be replaced under warranty. But the claim was closed from their side without any action. They asked me to register second claim. It’s been more than 3 weeks since the second claim and still no action has been taken. All they say is that they are looking into the issue and someone will get back to us. Nothing has happened, no course of action under claim told to us. Every time Customer care says it will be resolved in 2 days.

                    I have received a gift from my team on occasion of anniversary, i have opted for extended jeeves warranty for the same. The technical person who visited for extended warranty and installation confirmed his supervisors for making a deal of extended warranty as it was a gift. My extended warranty is valid till 5th October and I have raised a complaint in jeeves as on 23 September my tv got some issue's and on 24 th sep I spoke with the toll free number, they told me to send the extended warranty certificate which I have attached the photo. After lots of communication they have taken almost 10 days and I have not been able to register a complaint with them as they need purchase bill.
                    As it is a gift I have told them that there is no bill available and I have submitted what ever documentary available with me. The manager shrinivasan whom I personally spoke to regarding the issue of not able to raise a service request have told that your warranty has been expired. Feel Very much cheated, if you guys could help in getting service done or atleast I need refund for the stupid plan of extended warranty they have offered me.

                      Problem Diagnosed by Technician: PCB faulty
                      Service Promise Date: 28-Sept-2020 (else refund will be initiated)
                      No updates till 28-Sept. I raised refund request on 01-Oct-2020 but customer care does not accepted my request saying we are trying to get the spare part. Technician visited on 03-Oct but came with mismatch part.
                      I have sent multiple mails after that to [protected]@jeeves.co.in and [protected]@jeeves.co.in for refund but nothing happens. Everytime I call customer care they say we are escalating your problem internally and you have to wait for 2 business days for any response. But nothing happens even after 48 hours and multiple follow-ups with customer care. I have talked to UP service head (Mr. Prashant Verma) multiple times, everytime he assure me that within 24 hours the problem will be resolved, but nothing has happened and there is no update from Jeeves.

                        Hi Sir,
                        I have purchased mobile from flipkart and opted insurance with Jeeves. My mobile was fallen from my hand and its damaged, then I have called to jeeves customer care to file a claim for this on 28th September 2020. One of lady executive taken my call and I have provided the details how it happened and address for communication. Next day again I have called to the Jeeves as I didn’t received any mail for claim. One lady taken my call she completed the claim as the lady who has taken my call on 28th filled but not submitted. Then I have received a link to pay 1000 rupees from end to do service, I have paid the amount in the same day. Then I have received a mail saying that they will reach my location to pick the product, but the address in the mail is not which I have provided while filing the claim. Then I have communicated many time to update the address but they are denying to do and asking me to pay again if I want change the address.
                        I am ready to pay I did mistake, but this case their employee not did their work properly and asking me to pay again from my pocket. I have requested many time to listen the recording to know what happened but they are not ready to do. Please take action against these worst people and try to punish them.

                          On 5th of august I initiated a claim for my VU tv 40 inch. On 22nd a technician visited my home and inspected the TV and found an internal PCB defective. On 28th i called jJeeves care and they informed me that due to non-availability of spare part, TV cannot be repaired and they advised me for a request of refund by mail to the Extended warranty team.
                          On 31st August i sent a mail to the extended warranty team and I received reply stating that the issue has been forwarded to the concerned service team and will be resolved on a priority basis.
                          On 9th September i sent a mail to them again regarding the update and I didn’t yet receive a single response from them.

                          I called Jeeves care[protected] repeatedly for past 25 days at least 12 times and every single care just told me to wait for 48Hours, i kept calling them after every 48Hours and finally in a 9th attempt after 20 days one of the senior Escalation head Ms.Rashmi attended the call and she promised me that she will call and resolve the refund issue very next day.
                          Rashmi did not call next day and i again called their care to inquire the issue and all they wanted me to do is to wait for next 48Hours. This cycle repeats after every 48Hours.

                          The plan was until October 5 2020, but i claimed the warranty on 5th of August 2020.
                          Since it was their fault, they kept pushing the process forward and did not process anything until now.Its already 4 months passed.

                            I have requested for the cancellation of a service but the company is not refunding my money. It has been more than 20 days. Their representatives are not responding to my emails and over the phone they give me false dates.

                                I have purchased extended warranty with Jeeves for my MI LED TV and I have been chasing them from last 10days to claim the warranty but every time i call them they give me new reply. My complain was filed on 06Oct and I sent my TV invoice with Jevves Extended Warranty Certificate via email [protected]@jeeves.co.in & [protected]@jeeves.co.in but till date these is no reply from their office. They have fix 5 lines answer 1.Sorry 2. I will escalate the matter 3. Technician will call you in 48Hrs 4. Anything else I can assist 5. Hang-up phone.

                                  I purchased a mobile from flipkart and also buy a jeeves complete protection, my device damaged so i registered a claim on 29 sep 2020 and payment is paid by me on 1 oct 2020 but today is 14th day from payment but device is still not picked up and no update revceived from jeeves, and when i call customer service on daily i only heared by them " backend team is not responses on my query so we takes 2 business days " everyday.

                                    I have register my complaint 14/09/2020 regarding to iffalcon tv 55 inch my case id is (FREI-9ZWE0-2467L8-EJXJ97-LLGDM90) and my claim id is CJP[protected] . Almost one month is done today 13/10/2020 engineer visit at my home with part of tv he fix it part in tv but after fix it of part problem is not short out same problem is again come after repair front of engineer...engineer saying me you again complaint register. I don't know which type of service you provide...I am very disappointed from Jeeves. I have again called customer care after going to the engineer from home. but customer care told me you again wait 30 days for resolution. because he registered a new complaint and didn't do work for the old case id. engineer not repaired tv who is the responsible so why i wait again 30 days what is the benefit of extended warranty.

                                      My bluepunkt let not working (it's on warranty with Jeeves)I have raised a compalint after that they are saying technician will come everyday they are mentioning wrong comments that customer not reachable ...after someday technician came and checked said panel will replace...after 2 days I called to Jeeves customer care(Rahul Singh was on call) they said panel not available u will get the refund share the bank and invoice details. We sent a mail to [protected]@jeeves.co.in and claims too...they replied complaint on progress allow us time ... Than everyday I am following with them they are saying technician will come to check again ... sometime they are saying u will get the refund ... I dint get resolution till now it's more than 10 days ...seriously pathetic service ...

                                      Still dint get any resolution...we are waiting since more than 10 days...they checked also our led as per them they don't have a panel they will give us refund but saying wait wait wait...how many days more we have to wait ...out cable amount also we are paying ...I will never ever suggest purchase from Flipkart this led and don't extend warranty from Jeeves

                                      Today Technician called us and said sir already I came and told u that panel will replace and company dint provide them a panel bcs it's not available...so he said tell to customer care ...I called to them they said sir share your bank and invoice so that we will refund the amount but again we got a msg that technician will come what is this harrasment they are providing

                                        Hi, i bought a VU 40 inch TV on flipkart with Jeeves extended 2 years warranty on Nov 14th 2018.

                                        Complaint raised date: 12th Sep 2020

                                        Jeeves techinician came to my house on 19th Sep and told that Mother board is not working, he will raise a request for spare parts, which will be replaced before 22nd Sep.

                                        When i called Jeeves customer support they told that spare till not received and the ETA is normally 20 days. And if spare part is not received, they will raise a refund request within 8th- 12th Oct 2020.

                                        Now I have been calling them every day to get an update, and everyday I hear the same thing that the part is not available, and that is all they know. I dont have a proper date on which my TV would be repaired or my refund would be processed. This is now getting really hectic. Could you please help me with this ?
