Last time i raise the refund but refund was rejected due to fake visit (No technician visit). By the jeevas now jeevas customer care very unresponsible he didn't know what is the actual going. My VU TV is not working since 13 Jul 20. Since, it was in extended warranty, so I contacted Jeeves for the same. Today is 30 Jul 20, still no response. Escalated the issue through flipkart as well. They're (Jeeves) continuosly saying that they will send an engineer within 48hours. Still no action.

Jeeves was not able to fix the issue, this issue is going on for a year. Finally they said that they cannot fix and they will replace the part. After 45 days without any notification i received an email stating that they have initiated the refund.
I emailed them asking for the details, as they have deducted about 50 % of the product value in the estimation email.
