    I bought a Blaupunkt 43" LED smart FHD TV from Flipkart with 2 years extended warranty in 2018. During my purchase, I assumed that the extended warranty will be with the TV manufacturer instead it was with Jeeves Consumer Service.

    On 8th July 2020, my TV went faulty by playing only the audio and no display. I tried calling the TV manufacturer for service (thinking the extended warranty was with them) but there was no response from them. After reviewing the warranty certificate received from Flipkart during purchase, I called the Jeeves Consumer Service for servicing my TV under extended warranty. Though, I received the Claim ID in my registered mail ID and mobile on 15th July 2020, I did not receive any further communication.

    After repeated follow up with Jeeves for nearly a month, one of their executive stepped in to help and arranged for raising a new claim ID (CLJP[protected]) on 10th Aug 2020. Following that claim ID, I received communications about technicians visit and a technician also visited for service on 12th Aug 2020. After checking the complaint, the technician told me that a board has to be changed and will come again to replace the board once they receive part which would take 10 to 15 days.

    After 15 days, I called Jeeves for the status and I was told that the procurement of the part was initiated on 13th Aug 2020 and will take 15 to 30 working days (excluding Sundays) which is supposed to be on 16th Sep 2020.

    Since there was no communication post 16th Sep 2020, I again called Jeeves for the status and I was told that the procurement of the part is in progress and will take 15 to 30 days (excluding Saturday & Sunday) which is supposed to be on 23rd Sep 2020.

    As usual there was no communication post 23rd 2020, I again called Jeeves for the status and this time I was told that procurement of the part is handled by Branch office (in Chennai) and I should only contact the technician for status.

    So, I called the technician who had visited earlier for the service. After checking the status of the procurement, he informed that the procurement is kept on HOLD and there are no other details available. I was also told that for any further details I should only contact the Claims Team ([protected]@jeeves.co.in).

    Yesterday (28th Sep 2020), I wrote a mail to Jeeves Claims and yet there is no response from them.

    Please be informed that I had been patient enough considering the ongoing pandemic scenario. Yet, the behavior of Jeeves Consumer Service is truly annoying.

    As it has been more than 1-1/2 month wait, I request you to kindly step-in to arrange for a valuable service of my TV by replacing the faulty part (or) for a free replacement with a brand new TV.

    I repeatedly followed up via email to Jeeves every week. The replies would often be like "Escalated to the concerned department. Kindly provide us sometime. Our team will get back to you soon." But, nothing happens on its own. Keep writing to them unless they provide you a realistic timeframe to resolve the issue. After multiple follow up, Jeeves revealed that they could not arrange for the parts and the TV is neither repairable nor replaceable and hence they are initiating a refund. In order to get my refund approved, I followed up with the Jeeves through email repeatedly until I received a mail from there Extended Warranty Team stating that the refund is approved, the TV will be picked up in 2 business days and refund will be paid within 8 business days post pick up. After that everything went smooth as per there commitment. But, it took nearly 4 months of my time.

    Post mail on 28-Sep-20, I sent a reminder to Jeeves Claims Team and received a reply that once parts are received technician will fix the issue as soon as possible. I again wrote to them asking for a commitment on a date on or before which they will fix the issue, as they have exceeded there normal time for part procurement. I received a reply from them that the delay was due to part pending and once received engineer will fix the issue at the earliest.

    Till now, Jeeves is not committing a date and they keep saying the part has to be received. I do not think there is any active follow up by them for the part. Enclosed the mails sent and reply received for your reference.

      On 25.08.2020, i complained to jeeves for the laptop issue, after which his engineer came 3 days later and investigated the problem in the laptop, he said that there is a hinge issue, but we have to replace it but now, the parts are available. No, so, i will come to improve it but when the parts come, i tell the company to bring this.

      But complainet refrence no. Clfk[protected]

      After 1 month, on 24.09.2020, i received a mail from kanchan (Phn no [protected]) regarding that she received the parts and need to get the laptop repaired in service center hence she need laptop. But i want onsite service, but she said that asus process is been changed now from asus hence on site for damage case is not been provided and also another thing is that on 27.09.2020 i received a mail from jeeves regarding refund. I replied the jeeves and forwarded the whole conversation with kanchan to jeeves and also ask that it is as per your instruction or not but no response from jeeves. I discussed this with kanchan but she said that she told jeeves to cancel the refund because she already purchased the parts and i also asked her why are you not cc jeeves id in your mail, later that no-one engineer is coming yet and it is almost 1 month my warranty period is spoil.

      I called her on a regular basis but she said that to day is engineer will come but no-one is coming

      So, please solve this issue asap.

        On 14.08.2020 i start conversation with jeeves about my mobile audio sensor issue problem. Am under mobile protection plan when i was registered my complaint. My mobile was taken on 02.09.2020. Still now the problem is not rectified. Now they are telling your policy is lapsed. It will not cover and some time they are telling it is software issue. It will not come under warranty. I ask them to return the mobile that also they are not doing. Now am struggling without mobile more than 30 days time. I suggest not to buy any mobile from flipkart. They are tie up with one of the poor customer handling company called"jeeves".

          I have bought an extended warranty for my iffalcon k2a 138.71cm (55 inch) ultra hd (4k) led smart tv and the tv got some issue with the panel and jeeves told that they will refund me the amount.

          Product invoice purchased value : inr 35, 635.00 (As per invoice shared)
          Applied 20 % depreciation value : inr 7, 127.00
          Post depreciation final value : inr 28, 058.00

          And my tv was picked on 22/08/2020 but i have not the refund till date.

            I registered the complaint in june month and still the tv hasn't been repaired and i was told that i will get 80% of the tv. I have called customer care a number of time and requested to talk to any senior but the refund hasn't been initiated or i haven't told my complaint number.

              My vu tv is out of order since 13th september. Jeeves technician visited on 16th september after several follow ups but did not repair the tv. I again raised another complaint on 16th september and it has been 10 days and nobody has even visited my address. I have made more than 100 calls to their call centre and their technicians. But these shameless people are not bothered to attend my complaint.

                Its been 2 months chasing these people. 13th email conversation, server call, 5 times escalated by customer care for the sake of escalating. No service provided and no refund initiated.

                Automatic top load
                Washing machine
                Warranty: 2 years comprehensive

                1) on 26th jeeves customer care told that within 15 days the repair will happen.
                2) after 15 days they told sla is 30 days hence till 26th aug service will happen.
                3) on 27th aug they told that saturday and sunday are national holiday so those are not counter in 30 days, if not happen then refund will be initiated.
                4) on 7th sep they told, parts are not available, hence refund is being initiated and would happen in 7 days, and its been escalated and sla is 48hr.
                5) from that day on ward these guys are escalating this and nothing is happening till 23sep-2020.
                6) i have 14th email conversation and numerous calls and still they are asking for allow more time.
                7) as per service agreement its suppose to be happen in 30 days sla. Which you can read in the attache terms.
                8) in this mean time they have canceled by request 3 times and recieved calls to confirm that ""is your service done.?" how pathetic is this to cancel request itself and then calling customer if the service is done. Even after customer is saying no, confirming it thrice.? For what?

                Pathetic service.

                  I had purchased a mi note 5 pro device from flipkart with an extended warranty of jeeves. After purchasing the device got defected in 2nd year (Jeeves exteneded warranty period) not made any external damages to the device. There after i wrote a mail to jeeves they replied & given a plan id jppoffk1061312 and all procedures are followed then after 1 week the device has been picked up on 26.08.2020. After that it reached the delivery location on 03.09.2020 from that date till today the device status is showing as "pending for service" in their extended warranty bill they told they'll get repair the device within 10-15 days but now its more than those days, till now i got no resolution from them. Whenever i call jeeves helpline i. E. Extended warranty dept and ask my device status they are telling they dont have such plan id, again i wrote a mail regarding confirming the status of the device again they are saying that they didnt received any feedback from the service centre... Now iam in helpless position, kindly help with this.

                      I had purchased thomson 32"led tv from flipkart on dtd 28.10.2018 with extended warranty of 2 years. Now i am facing a problem in tv 'black screen and no sound'. I registered a complaint to flipkart and jeeves consumers services, till date no action from both. They replied in mail and asking more time due to technical issues. When i called to jeeves costumer care, same reply is coming and again asking time. Already 10 days gone and on action from jeeves & flipkart.

                        This is regarding technical issue in my Thompson TV which had extended warranty in Jeeves. Technician checked the issue on 8th Aug and informed there was a main board issue. He raised new claim request in Jeeves. Claim request number EW[protected].

                        Even after 30 days, we are not receiving proper reply from Jeeves. The service was very poor and unrealistic.

                        Can you take action against the issue and help me to get replacement of my TV as per the Jeeves procedure.

                          My problem with Jeeves and Flipkart is follows

                          On the brand reputation of Flipkart we purchased Iffalcon TV in Flipkart and the company offered extended warranty for 2 more years for Rs. 3199/-. We trusted the company and taken extended warranty.

                          Recently my product got display issues and we contacted the Jeeves and they told us they will issue refund 80% will refunded. and accordingly my TV unit was taken by the Jeeves on 08th August'2020 and the Jeeves has acknolwedged they received Unit and they will issue refund in 7-8 busiiness days. But till now they did not issue any refund and in spite they are keep on saying ticket closed and raise ticket.

                          We contacted Flipkart on the issue and they are not responding and sayinig their team esculate the issue but till now not soloved

                          Both Flipkart and Jeeves cheated with extended waranty and stealing products

                          The honble authorities are requested to look into the issue and take action against both parties

                            I had registered claim for mobile damage on 08th aug20 and payed an amount of 500 rupees for pick up of phone from my address. It should have picked up within 5 business days and i waited till 31st aug20. After making so many calls to customer care and emails, i received just one reply that your request has been forwarded to concern team when we will have feedback we will reply.
                            Then i replied them, i have moved from roorkee to noida so please pick the mobile from noida now but i did not received any feedback on this. I still getting the same reply that we have forwarded your complaint and we will get back to you shortly.
                            I have wasted 900 rupees till now but no response from jeeves. I got really frustrated with these guys. I have given them 2-3 options but they are not replying at all. This insurance was taken at the time of buying from flipkart.

                              I bought vu television from online flipcart where extended warranty of 3 years from jeeves consumers services pvt ltd. I made required payments as well in oct-2017.

                              Now i am facing issue in switching on tv from 29-aug-2020. Immediately i contacted jeeves and made complaint for the same on 30-aug-2020. The requirement information i. E. Flipcart invoice & extended warranty details were also submitted through email.

                              I tried to followup over phone or email to address my complaint but the complaint is not yet addressed as of now. Inn ideal situation their tat is 48 hours. But it has now 18 days but resolution not done. I have made numerous escalations but there was no convincing reply received from jeeves. There is standard mail which received immediately after my emails. I have got 2 calls as well in this regards from jeeves. I have explained the problem and need to address this urgently but now further action has been taken.

                              I am now helpless to resolve this issue as i cannot go out for repair as this will break the warranty and jeeves is also not responding.

                              This is like mental harassment where i feel i am being cheated by jeeves.

                              My vu tv is not getting switched on. It was working properly before 3 months post that we went to our native and came back yesterday. Now tv is not getting on. There is no damage or any other issue in the same.

                                      I bought the Oppo phone sometime in October last year with complete insurance plan. Phone got accidental damage so now I trying to claim.

                                      Now these chor company - simply say me we have not received the documents, documents are unclear or insufficient documents.

                                      These has happened to me for five times now, when I call them on call center number they say simple as

                                      documents are in process and next day they reject it.
                                      we have not received the documents.
                                      your some documents are good but some are not clear.
                                      sometime they say send in PDF
                                      sometime they say send in image form
                                      sometime they say send less than 2 MB
