I given the device to jeeves protection on October 7 2019, but still they are not giving any response.
Whenever iam calling they are simply saying, wait for 5 business days and they will contact you. Even though I am wait for some days, they're saying that, what can we do, if backend team is not responding.
They are shouting at me.
And I attached a screenshot of how many I call to the jeeves protection.
Please solve this issue.

Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
One of the worst service i have ever seen, in policy they have mention 10-15 days to complete all the process, But here after 22 days no status available.
