Jeeves Consumer Services — mobile not received even after 2 months | |||
I have given my mobile for repairing to Jeeves on 24th Dec'19. It was conveyed to me that I will get my device returned to me in 20 days from the date they have received. It's been more than 2 months I am continuously following up with their support but they keep saying that the moile will be dispatched in 2 days s and we will connect with you in 2 days but they never called me. I have escalated this at least 10-15 times and don't know how many times I have called and emailed but they don't even care to call you back and no update on the device until today. I have been without my mobile and still continuously following and frustrated with this. They have pathetic customer service and fake commitments. So need my device ASAP back as they are continuously driving me in circles and keep ling on the status of my device. Very poor at services bot even installation was done properly utterly disappointed with this jeeves mi services please don't encourage such disgusting services

Now its June and they have conveyed to me that I will get refund as my device is not repairable. Now it's been more than 5 months and they are still joking.
Pathetic company, Useless customer service executives, Fraud.
