You offered 40k baggage.But in the airport, they say luggage is excess.How it is possible? In the ticket u must include "30+10(one luggage do not exceed 30k)".No more details in the ticket.I got experience from dubai for the arrival at manglore.No any help for the passengers.If no passengers no aeroplanes.

    I myself Dr. Shaikh Nooralam Ansar suppose to travel with a flight 9w-2625 on 25th of may 2015 from Mumbai to Bhopal but my flight was missed. I hd reached to boarding before 40 min to check in bt at jetairway counter i was informed that sir your boarding is closed u cant travel now by this flight.. How it is possible because i had recieved message from your side one day before only tha boarding will close 30 min before.. Bt i didnt fot my flight even 40 min before. So i had suffered very much on that day.. It is because of your incomplete information given to passenger.. So kindly look about this complain and get solution..thank you

      Bunch o[censored]nprofessional fools at mumbai airport. I was on flight 9W356 from delhi to mumbai. First the flight is delayed by an hour, then the pilot confirms AC isn't working and then to top it, they loose by baggage on a domestic flight. The manager "Kumar" confirms at 1130 that they can't find it. Amazing. I don't know if I will get my baggage or not. But it's the most unprofessional staff at mumbai airport.

        Hi, I booked a ticket in jet airways to travel to Bangalore from Kolkata, my departure time was 6pm on 1st June yesterday, when I asked for my boarding pass they told my ticket was canceled, I called to jet Airway's customer care they told it was canceled by their system and they could not do anything for me, still I am in Kolkata, I had to purchase a ticket at Rs 14000, I had to take two extra unwanted leave from my office, due to this cancelation I had to face lose around Rs20000, I need the money back, If I am not getting my money back I will make a case against jet airways.           On 27-Apr-15 I received the following message from Jet airways Abu dhabi office from sales officer Mr. Fahad Khalid as below. "Net refund applicable after deducting the cancellation charges is AED 1775/-. This amount will be transferred to your bank account." After repeated follow up I received AED 1350 in my Bank Account No.[protected] Emirates Islamic Bank on 14-May-15. For Remaining AED 425 they emailed me credit note POS ID 0035773 MID[protected] DATED 4/05/2015 TIME 15:41:44 APPROVAL CODE 014662 But still I did not receive money in my account.             We booked Air Ticket from Mumbai to Chennai on 31-May-2015 through Direct Website(jetairways.com). At the time of booking payment went off from Indian bank account by transaction ID. DINB[protected] followed on this We didn't get any ticket copy or itinerary details. Immediately we spoke to Jet Airways Customer Support executive with relevant details including transaction reference number and all. He told clearly that booking is confirmed and ask me note down the PNR. As soon I request him to send me the ticket copy through my registered email id or Mobile number, he told that it will take another 20 minutes to get that. Till that we are waiting for 45 minutes we not yet received the same. Again we dial to Customer Support 2nd time the executive ask me wait for another half an hour to get the ticket copy. After 30 minuted I followed up, one lady executive say Your booking is not confirmed please go for new booking. Immediately the Air fare the particular schedule is Jumping high like anything since we already lost our 9000 bugs for previous booking. I totally get shocked with this bad reply and started fighting by their improper handling and false commitments. One important thing I have to say is, till the mid of this conversation I got booking confirmation status from their "PNR STATUS" option which is in their .. Web SIte. Finally I said that your website clearly says that Booking is confirmed right now but you said booking in not confirmed. Fnally there is no proper solution and we keep on talking. Please look into this and ask them to refund our money with descent penalty. Here I attach the booking confirmation from Jet Aiways Website that we got. My contact number is +91 [protected]

                Since I missed my connecting flight (Air France AF192) from Paris to Bangalore on 24th May due to the delay in AirFrance flight from Boston to Paris, I was moved to Jet Airways(9W 123) . At about, 10.20 am(Paris Time), 24thMay, I was given the JetAirways ticket to Mumbai. I spent almost 11hrs at airport as the flight was at 21:10(Paris time). There was no Jet airways contact person at Paris airport so that I could get information about my check in bags.Finally when I reached the Mumbai airport, I get to know Jet airways hadnt loaded my luggage at all and they just gave me a complaint number and said that luggage would be delivered to my home on 27th May. But I still havent received my luggage and when I call the Jet airways toll free number, I get the same response saying once the luggage gets a custom clearance, it will be delivered. But its already been a day since my luggage has arrived at Bangalore airport. I dont understand when Jet airways haad about 11hrs of time to load the luggage into the flight, why wasnt it loaded and when the luggage has arrived at Bangalore, why isnt it getting delivered.                 Its been 4 days since I have reached Bangalore and I have still not received my baggage. I have lost 5 working days waiting for the baggage at home. Who should be held responsible for the entire mess. I need a clear explaination from Jet Airways as well as compensation for the negligence they have shown with respect to my luggage. I would be travelling to Cincinnati again after 2 to 3 months and if this is the kind of service that Jet Airways provides, then il have to look for another flight .
                I took a flight of 13:30 from delhi to bhopal on 26th of May 2015 on Jet Airlines flight no.9W2255 with my son. I had checked in two pieces( two small trolly suitcases ) of check in baggages. When the flight landed bhopal i was able to get only one trolly suitcase of blue colour and the other one of brown colour never came.On lodging a complaint with the airline, they said there was only one tag on my boarding pass and my second suitcase was not tagged which was shocking, due to the carelessness of the officer on duty at the time of my check in baggages.so i was not given a complaint number.
                Since that day i keep calling the airline number and talking to various people, went all the way to delhi also by air to know the status of the search spent so much of money but was really disappointing, and to no avail. They never call to update me on the status of the search.I sent many mails to the airline on [protected]@jetairways.com and [protected]@jetairways.com but they never reverted back and when i call they just say we are searching.
                They say that if at the end of 14 days(wow!) they are unable to find they would compensate me with some money( based on some weight related calulation) i am hoping i will be able to get back my suitcase, because i am more interested in getting my suitcase than any stupid compensation!!

                  Mr. Naresh Goyal, This is to report to you directly about cheating and malpractice in your Jet privilege services. I have been a Jet Privilege member for many years now. I had accumulated over 33K+ miles on my membership over the years. I used to be a patron of your airlines. I am extremely disappointed with how I have been treated in the last 3 months. I got an email mentioning that about 30K miles will get expired by March 31st of 2015 and one of the options to retain / extend was to apply for a Jetprivilege co-branded credit card. Taking this instruction I did apply and open my Jet privilege co-branded HDFC bank credit card before the expiry date. I even got a new Jet Privilege #[protected] with confirmation from your service agent in an email that both the accounts will be merged and I will in total have 35700 JP Miles. This confirmation came on April 2nd, 2015. I kept checking the online account and this was not executed. On repeatedly checking over email and phone calls - over 10-12 mails in the last 2 months, your service agents kept misleading me by asking all kinds of details. That my new account had a different first and last name, I had to give my credit card statement, my addresses were not matching etc. This is after I kept following up. For each of the above requests, I sent proof of credit card statement, passport copy etc. To my shock yesterday when I called, your agent said, the miles cannot be restored. This is nothing short of cheating. I feel furious about this and want to bring this to your attention for redressal. I have all the mails and phone call exchange proof to vindicate the promise from Jet Airways and will seek appropriate legal and other remedial measures with compensation if issue is not sorted out appropriately.                     Flight S2 4253 flying from Delhi to Chennai (Scheduled time: 1550 hours). The food was served along with a plastic cup, which usually is used for hot beverages after meals. A frequent system adopted by Jet airways is to switch on the seat belt sign, making excuses of the bad weather conditions, during which the beverages will not be served. It appears that they have adopted this policy of switching on the seat belt sign, to either delay the beverages (Chennai to Delhi, 22nd May, 190 hours), or NOT TO SERVE THE BEVERAGES at all. The cups were taken back, saying that the seat belt sign is on, and beverages will be served only after the bad weather conditions are over (THERE WAS NOT EVEN A SINGLE JERK, what to mention of the normal shocks noted during actual bad weather). The seat belt sign was kept open for about 45 min, after which the flight landed comfortably. There was no mention of any beverages which would have been served during the course of the flight. MOROVER, THE SEAT BELT SIGN PROMPTED ALL THE PASSENGERS TO REMAIN SEATED till the sign was switched off. So, what I gathered was the fact that the sign was switched on to defer the serving of beverages, due to which the passengers also had to suffer from not using the wash rooms at all. I would like to ask the crew members, and the staff operating, to confirm if that was the case. I don't mind beverages not being served, but keeping the passengers uninformed, and using the SEAT BELT sign for wrong reasons was wrong. PLEASE ASK THEM NOT TO MAKE IT A HABBIT.

                      Flight 9W 7126 Blr-Del-Chd - WBSPYG 1. Flight delay from Del-Chd for over 3 Hrs; forced to stay inside aircraft; no AC; No refreshments 2. Poor mainted aircraft, constant reeking chairs Flight 9W 7076 Chd-Del-Blr - WBSPYG 1. Flight on 23rd from Chd-Del cancelled at the last moment; 2. Unprofessional response from crew - no arrangement. Had to shout to get heard 3. Disappointed at the refreshment served; so little and so frugal Jet Privileged Number:[protected] SUMMARY: I felt so humiliated using my privilege points. I would never ever recommend Jet services to anyone

                        We performed journey from Delhi to indianapolis us vide jet airways flight no.9w 0384, 9w 0228 reservation code ABVHMJ on 19th April and 20th April 2015 .from Newark to Indianapolis the jet airways given me connecting flight o[censored]nited airlines flight no.3440.when I reached newark, I enquired about my flight to Indianapolis, the united airlines officials told me that the flight was canceled and also told that they will arrange for another flight from delta airlines, they given me some sort of boarding pass and directed me to go to delta airlines counter. There they charged me for two luggage $50 despite of my plea tha it was my connecting flight. I had to pay $50 to board the flight, jet airways given boarding with luggage up to Indianapolis. it is therefore to arrange to refund the overcharged amount of $50.Thanking u in anticipated.                           My Jet Airways PNR : GYYWUY I have booked connecting fllight from Nagpur-Mumbai-Abu Dhabi-Brussels Flight from Jet airways site. When I called for Basinet seat for infant and seat for us accordingly Jet AIrways customer service agent told us Mumbai onward journey provided by Etihad so you shall contact Etihad and gave me PNR (BOCXDB) Number of Etihaad. When I called Etihad customer care they told you need to be present in Mumbai airport 3 hours prior for checkin and its first come first serve basis. I was telling them I have connecting flight from Nagpur. But they didnt listen. Whats the benefits of taking connecting flight if you need to again personally present in first come first serve basis facility. I see there is no co-ordinations between Jet and Etihad when code share service provided and All Hassels goes to Passenger.

                              I was 15 minutes late to the last podium. I had completed my check-in almost two hours prior to departure. There was an entire queue in the only 'ladies frisking area in Chennai airport' . I had to wait for my chance, wait till they provided me appropriate trays to keep my belongings. All that was to be done was to clear the security-area and stand at the podium. I wasn't allowed to enter my flight, saying that the doors were closed. They knew I was coming. To which they retaliated, we searched for you. I asked them if they tried the frisking area. They had not. I missed this flight and subsequently my international transit flight. In those 15 minutes I tried persuading them, they wouldn't listen. Then they ran away. There wasn't even one Jet Airways' staff in the proximity. After a lot of attempts, they tried to help. They asked me to pay 150% of the price of my flight ticket as ' liability charges'. This is so unheard of. Seeing as there wasn't any outcome of this. I booked another flight as I had no place to stay in Chennai. I missed my transit flight. Due to their unhelpful nature, or more noticeably obstinate behavior, I had to run around trying to find my way out. I did not have a meal the entire day. My entire day got wasted. I bought another set of tickets.It was for a domestic flight. I could thereby avail only domestic baggage allowance. I had 10k excessive baggage to pay for. I was offered no help nor compensation throughout my journey. And they kept reminding me it was all my fault, after they found out I was travelling alone and I had nowhere to stay. I want them to compensate for the unexpected expenditure and the discomfort in my journey due to their fault. They did not perform any action because I was alone, the only one left while the 160 others had boarded timely.They kept inquiring if there were more to come, assured there weren't, they felt one passenger was no less than trash. Walk all over them. When I was reasoning with them, they had their bring it on attitude. I was exasperated, I realized my situation was an entertainment for them. One of the staff argued with me and then said now 'your turn'. I had no clue how to proceed in this situation and there wasn't any helpline. All of the staff were very uncooperative. I would also like to know how they would want to compensate, apparently they have no such intention.

                                Dear Sir, I was traveling with my family by Eithad Airways, operated by JET airways, on 07.05.2015 from Bangalore to Paris via ABU DHABI. The details of flight no. EY 8734 ( from Bangalore to ABU-DHABI) and flighty no EY 37( FROM ABU-DHABI to Paris) Two suitcases were kept in Luggage. On reaching Paris, we took delivery the both suitcase. We found that due to mishandling, one of the bags got damaged and one big hole has been created on the top cover of the bag. It is requested to fix the damage or suitably compensate for repairing the damage

                                  Dear sir/madam Book ref/PNR. 5T 76QA Airline. 9W/JRUCQU This is a horrifying case which shocked my very roots of trusting on even educated civilised people. I was traveling last night that is 17/05/2015 from Delhi to hongkong And I was seated at the very last seat 37C Which is an aisle seat, I kept my hand bag in overhead compartment and slept instantly, To my horror next morning after reaching my destination I found exactly hal[censored]SD currency missing from my handbag, I had in around 3000 USD dollars and 1500 were gone, Then I had 10000 Indian rupees and 7000 were gone from them as well, I recalled my experience They had locked the washroom at my backside That was just at my immediate back, I stood there for 20-30 mins early morning before the landing and it did not buzz, When I asked them why is that, A young steward responded me that this is not working and out of order, I asked him then people are standing like for nothing for so long, for that he replied He already pasted a sticker 2 times On the door but some one busted that, That looks so unlikely .. In a 4 hour odd flight why would people peel of the sticker when they don't know a thing about it. And worst case they are still standing out All the circumstances indicate wrong doing of your crew as they are the only ones at my back and no one from passenger could have done same, I want my money back It's a hard work earned money And I am totally shocked by the happenings, I travel by jet mostly But this incident has given me blues, Do u have any cctv recording of the aircraft ??? If yes Pls check or pass on to me If not Pls solve this case and get my money back. I am thinking to put this on social media too Which is not good for such an esteemed airliner like jet, I loved your quality and ethics for which i cherished too but now all tarnished..                                     Sir, I am a regular online shopping customer.Usually I get purchased items via Indian Post.Recently I get it via Blue Dart since I moved to another place Parippally. The.The Blue Dart agency is about 20kms away from my place and there is no home delivery to my new address compared to Indian post.So it makes me much difficult to travel these distance and collect the items.On the other hand I get my items much later than the expected date which was given in blue dart tracking.As I called Varkala Blue Dart agency about the delivery date they speak to me in a rude manner as it is not their responsibility to answer me and disconnect the phone.So kindly please ask them to behave in a good manner else I will forward my the complaint to Consumer Court.                                       Hi, My partner and I recently returning from Delhi to London Heathrow on 8 May 15 at 9W 122 and have both been ill since. We had a terrible weekend on our return and have both been off work for 3 days this week suffering from extremely ill stomachs. We were ill the day after the flight and beforehand were staying in a top hotel with no issues with the food whatsoever. I still haven't recovered after a week has passed.                                       Hi there my husband and work colleague have been sick with suspected food poisoning for a week now seriously bad diarrhea. Not good he is really poorly. Awaiting tests, they believe from a chicken meal in spicy sauce served on internal flight from Hydrabad to Mumbai. Became ill around 24 hours after meal.

                                        Dear sir, Today I had to board jet airways flight 9W 364 from Pune to Delhi at 5:45am which rescheduled 02 times to 7:10am and then 7:50am my connected flight to Dehradun was also rescheduled. The said flight from Pune again deluded and finally took off at 9am. As per rule I should get compensations from airways company but here on Delhi airport no body is responding.
