I usually go by Indigo. For the first time I had booked 16 tickets under your “Sasti Ticket Scheme. Four Tickets for Delhi Banglore and Banglore Delhi and 12 Tickets for Delhi Dibrugarh and Dibrugarh Delhi. Me & my sister’s flight for Delhi to Banglore was scheduled on 14th March, 15 at 08.05 AM vide eticket PNR No.[protected] & 8815. We entered Terminal 3 at 7.15 AM and showed our tickets to your ground staff who advised me to queue for check in. After 3-4 persons we reached the check in counter at 7.20 AM well in time(45 minutes before the flight time). Ms.Simran who was at the counter told after seeing the ticket that she has just closed for this flight. We told her that your staff only advised us to stand in this queue. Then, she replied let me talk to my supervisor Ms.Aditi but she was unable to contact her as she was not on her seat. After 5 minutes she came and we are advised by Ms.Simran to go to her. Ms.Aditi also told that now it is closed. We told her that what is our fault when we are in time and in queue. Then she replied let me talk to my Manager. Her Manager came at 7.25 and told that nothing can be done now. Go to the counter get this ticket cancelled and make new ticket. We had to deposit Rs.13624/- not because of our fault but due to non availability of your staff. You are requested to please get the case investigated. It can be checked through the Cameras installed in the terminal that we are at the counter 45 minutes before check in well in time and take necessary action against the concerned person and refund me the above amount of Rs.13624/-.     I got this 1000AED stolen from my bag while travelling from Hyd to Dubai on 7th Mar 2015, I have been complaining about it since past 2 days. Its shameful first of all, to expect a theft from such an airline. I can't express the inconvinience it has caused me. But have not received any response from your side. I have an insurance for my travel. Just let me know the procedure to claim it. And I demand a quick response from ur side. Call me on [protected]

      Dear Sir, I was travelling from Raipur to Delhi by flight No.9W 2532 on 07th March, 2015, reference number 9W/ FMBPSL seat number 23A with my family. Fight was schedule to leave raipur at 19:55 hrs bt was delayed by 45 minutes. Instead of landing at 21:50 hrs flight landed at Delhi at 22:20 hrs. But after delay landing also the baggage was delivered exactly after 1 hour. After repeated reminders at the enquiry desk also nobody entertained the passengers. And after few minutes there was no person at enquiry desk. Delay in flight may be understood because of traffic and weather, but delay in delivering baggage and that too for 1 hour is really harassing and after that passengers are not entertained by the enquiry counter.It was really a horrible experience travelling with Jet airways.

        Sir, I and my wife flew from Abu Dhabi to Chennai on Friday, 13th March.I had a series of experiences which I thought I will share with Jet Airways so that it does not happen to me or any of your customers.I flew by flight 9W 525. The flight was delayed by more than 45 minutes at Abu Dhabi before take off. At the boarding gate my hand luggage was taken after a unpolite behaviour of the staff involved?Initially he started the discussion by saying that he HAS to take my baggage.When I said it was hardly 5 kgs and fully conforming to the size restrictions, he said the aircraft was small and hence has to take it.As I had my BP medicines and important documents, I asked the bag to be let in.He then said "either you go or your bag goes".I was shocked by this ultimatum and was fully geared to stand my ground but considering the long queue behind me, I left my baggage at the gate while by now the staff was willing to let me take it in. We had confirmed veg food at the time of booking.Our tray was served with sweet, salad, yoghurt and water and the hostess said she would get back.After about 10 minutes, she came with the main course container. We did not get the bread to go with the side dish, I again reminded the hostess that bread is not served.She promised to get back again but she did not come back nor say that there is no bread or chappathi available. At the end of this so called meal, coffee, tea was not served and when I asked for it, was served tea that was at room temperature. Finally during landing announcement the chief steward said"we will be landing at the Kamaraj Domestic terminal.WewerE confused and asked our relatives to come to the domestic side of the airport.However we landed at the international terminal and exited as normal and we spent quite some time and confusion before we got our car to exit the airport. You will agree that the above experience, that too all of them during the same flight is bit too much to be pleasant. Kindly review the issues raised and do your best to correct to prevent reoccurance so that I can enjoy my next flight with Jet Airways. Considering the highly competitive environment in which you are operating, I am sure you will take my experience seriously. May I expect your response as soon as you have checked out.           My name is Shuvendu Pusti. Me and my family (total 4 adults) are traveling from Delhi to Kolkata on Jet Airways flight number 9W2282. Our PNR numbers are MNWMQL and ZIXMTY. I have received notification from Jet airways that our flight has gone through a schedule change. Now the fight will depart from Delhi at 2000Hrs instead of 2045Hrs. We have a connecting flight from Srinagar to Delhi prior to boarding Jet airways in Delhi. Srinagar to Delhi flight is operated by Go Air. Now due to the reschedule of 9W2282 our layover time has become very short in Delhi. Go Air is arriving Delhi at 1840 and 9W2282 is departing at 2000Hrs. I have already talked to Jet Airways customer care and they have informed that as per their rule they can offer a free cancellation if the flight time is changed by at least 1hour. By doing this schedule change Jet Airways have spoiled my plan and I have to spend more money to fix this plan and have to go through trouble.

            Hello i am a silver tier member of jet airways. According to there website i should get access baggage allows in jet airways and partner airlines of 10 KG for international travel. But still they have put a charge of access baggage to me when i travelled on there partner airlines. I have raised complain to jet airways but they have not revereted. Thanks Ankit

              I, Pankaj Shekhawat filed my first complaint on March 13 on this site regarding some service related issues from Flipkart. Some fraud person read it, called me and asked me being a representative of Flipkart to revert the balance in my bank account. He asked for my bank details, when i provided the same he asked that my Bank Axis Bank is not a nationalised bank, later on he asked for my debit card no. ATM PIN no & the code that was sent through sms to me from bank. I accept that I should not come into any influence and apply my own mind in such cases but when you hear the call from the pending task related person, first thing that come in your mind is that it would be the representative from the company and wants to solve my problem, might be that is the only reason why educated persons become part of their bluff. I survived this bluff as i act smartly in this case and before providing the details to that fraud i withdraw all the amount from my bank account. It is my strong recommendation to you that the complaints filed by various may be visible to only the related companies not to everyone. Its not only the financial threat, but can be misused for anti social activities also. Hope you understand the security concern and would take step to make the communications secure.

                I travelled from PAT to CCU on 10 march by 9W-2683. I have connecting flight.I will reached in airport on 7:20pm n flight depart time is 7:50 pm. Then the manager says you are late he cannot allow me..l have paper in my university.he told me sorry you are late.me and my friend request him but he go inside runway and not come..he have 30 minute.

                  I traveled from BLR to BOM on 5th March by 9W478. The purpose of my travel was to submit an additional paper for my visa to South Africa. The flight was delayed by 1hr 30 mts and as a result, I could reach the Consulate General past 12 noon only. As such the Consulate office refused to accept my paper and I could not get the visa. I had to stay back in Mumbai for two days and take a flight back to Mangalore. This necessitated a lot of additional expenses and much discouragement. Please refund my ticket charges.

                    I wish to inform you that I had booked a ticket through Vadodara City office and name was given erroneously . On the scheduled travel date realised the mistake and approached Kolkata booking person at Kolkata airport on 01/03 /2015 but was denied name change . Person did not cancel the ticket and issued a fresh ticket from Kolkata-Delhi_JAmmu with a price of Rs26000.00 and return ticket at a price of 12000 which would have been possible to do at Rs 2000 just by changing name . Request please consider and try to refund the amount considering long term relat ionship. Regardsc

                      Dear Sir, I am Victim of double booking because of server fault of IRCTC & JET AIRWAYS online. When I am trying to book Jet Airways Mumbai-Goa Ticket on 14/12/2014 on IRCTC site with IRCTC ID my first attempt gets failed because of server error on IRCTC server.My money also don't get deducted from my account. So after 20 minutes I again booked ticket ON IRCTC with IRCTC Guest Account which gets successfully booked.But after wards my first attempt also gets booked and my money also gets deducted double.. So I double booked same ticket with same name in same flight. Details of my duble booked ticket is Ticket No.1= Name :- Mrs.SAVITA GOVIND KULKARNI Flight :- Jet Airways 9W-626 Class :- Economy Travel Date :- 11/5/2015, Time 12.55 PNR :- QFSWNM IRCTC Transaction ID :- [protected] ( Booked by IRCTC ID) Ticket No.2= Name :- Mrs.SAVITA GOVIND KULKARNI Flight :- Jet Airways 9W-626 Class :- Economy Travel Date :- 11/5/2015, Time 12.55 PNR :- NFINBQ IRCTC Transaction ID :- [protected] ( Booked by IRCTC GUEST ID) Today I cancelled ticket (PNR No.QFSWNM) ( IRCTC Transaction ID : [protected]) from IRCTC website. But they told me that this ticket is not refundable.. I double book ticket because of server error.. After constant follow up Travel Agent IRCTC only give Rs.301 refund for double booking problem out of Rs.2827. IRCTC mail me that Jet Airways charges Rs.2276 for cancellation.Is this a joke by jet airways.This means that I paid twice amount for same ticket.This is not justice.By cancelling I already give empty seat to jet airways for another fresh booking... So there is no loss to jet airways in this case. So kindly refund me Rs. 2276. This is not the money problem but ethic problem... By not refunding Jet airways is not doing great to his brand. This will get Bad Mouth Publicity for Airways.. Since 2 and half month they are not interested in matter. I hope after posting on this forum Jet Airways give me refund and do justice to me.                         I have a Jet Privilege account with JP no.[protected]. I am using HDFC Titanium credit card from April 2014. But my JP account is updated from august 2014 to till date and JP Miles from April to August are pending. I have send the copy of my credit card statement to them to clarify the issue. I have send several mails but I got only computer generated mail that the service representative will respond with in 72 hours, but I did not get any response even in 10 days.

                          Mr. Naresh Goyal Ji & Team Jet Airways Mumbai Sub: Careless staff in Jet Airways at Delhi & Srinagar Baggage Ref.No: SXR9W10238 Respected Sir, Respectfully I Beg to state that I have booked a flight for my son ( 15 years but he is short size)to srinagar on 22.Feb.2015 in 9W 603...as usual I drop them at Delhi Airport & waiting for him to get the Boarding pass but some of jet airways staff refuse to give them Boarding pass & ask me to pay more Rs 1973 extra charges because my son is small kid & jet airways provide staff till my son enter in plan... I think all is Ok & I leave the Airport after approx 15 km passing I received a call from from lady from jet airways that your sons baggage went to other plane please don't worry you will get it next day... i say Ok... I call my family in srinagar & they bring the cloths approx Rs 5400/= because you know that kashmir is cold this time... & it is necessary to get the cloths... From 22.Feb.2015 till today I called the Jet airways in Delhi-Mumbai & Srinagar.. But I am not getting respond from your staff.. every time they say will check & get back to you...some time they are not Pick the phone.. yesterday I called SHIJI & she say within 12 hours you get the baggage & today she is not pick the phone... this is the service of jet airways... I think the staff of jet airways is very careless.. Now I am requesting you to kindly look in this matter personally ... as I have important things inside the suite case like pashmina shawls..one Gold chaine... 2 imported watches.. 6 Banaras ladies suite...3 samsung mobiles...4 imported sweaters... and clothes of my son & other small valuable things for my family members... all these are very very important for me...                               Hi there, I had travelled on jet airways flight to mumbai and my baggage has not yet arrived (48 hours) past flight landing time. I have also filed a formal complaint at the counter. Utterly rude staff and racial discrimination when it came to monetary compensation for delayed baggage. I was told by staff that I will hear back from jetairways by that evening regarding my baggage and will get them delivered to my address within 48 hours. Its been more than 48 hours and I called them twice with no response whatsoever from jetairways. Its turning out to be a nightmare flying with jetairways. It was least expected to be having such a low quality service from a reputed airline like jetairways. I would not recommend anyone to fly with jetairways from this point onwards.

                                My name is dhaval.yesterday i got a call from the no [protected], the name of the person was himanshu gupta.He offered me a job at jet airways and forwarded the call to someone who took a telephonic interview and selected me for the job of an accountant at ahmedabad airport electronics engineer and told me to deposit INR 1500 ASAP to the account no[protected], IFSC code- icic0000888, bank name ICICI bank, a/c holder name career development. Today i got a call again that was from the no [protected], so he has tod me to deposit an amount of rs 5130 again tomorrow and i have have just googled the no [protected] from which i got a call and he said he is from timesjobs your resume, himanshu was the name told to me and when i googled a same complaint on http://www.consumercomplaints.in who was charged 1500/- and was offered a job at Indigo airlines. the person was from Indore.Sunny told me yesterday that you will get the offer letter after 10 days, we will provide you with food + accommodation + 18000 INR for 2 months training period and after that 24000 INR.They asked me for my resume, highest qualification documents and photo, i have clicked a screenshot of the text they sent plus i have also taken the screenshot of the confirmation mail by them that they received 1500 INR and the bank deposit slip shot and attached here . Please resolve my complaint i want my money back from these thugs ASAP. i will be thankful to you.                                   I am Dr Harneet kalra, class 1 gazetted officer in haryana dental services. Through this mail l want to bring into your notice an incidence which reflects the callous and un coopetative attitude of your staff towards their clients I and my husband(Dr Ravinder pal singh) booked a jet airways flight 9w 308 from new delhi to mumbai with scheduled departure of 27 feb 2015 at 08:50 hrs. Due to some unexpected delay in parking we reached the check in counter at 08:10 hrs. One of jet airways staff mrs Ruchi was on duty, very bluntly she refused our check in and ask us to buy new tickets of next flight. We requested her but without making any efforts for us, she said we wont be able to board the flight even if she allows check in. She wasted all our time in arguements. Left with no option we purchased new tickets by paying an extra amount of 8700 rupees approximately.we were really disappointed. Next day during our return flight from mumbai to delhi we saw that for a flight with scheduled departure of 18:00 hrs jet airways staff was allowing the check in even at 17:30 hrs. So we feel this is the difference of attitude between the staff and not the rules of the company because rules are suppose to be universal delhi staff annoyed us and cheated us . So request you to refund the extra amount we paid for re booking and take necessary action against your staff otherwise i will have to knock the doors of consumer court.                                       Little did I know that the counter staff of your GSA in Doha airport counter lack civility and sophistication When reached at the counter on 26th February 2015 a pot bellied obese guy at the right extreme took my passport and boarding pass and returned to me the boarding pass thrusting into my passport after encircling the seat number on the boarding pass and tearing the perforated left part of the boarding pass Thereafter I was encountered by a lady at the left extreme of the counter who was asking me how come the boarding pass was torn I calmly told the obese guy who was adjacent to her tore that a split second ago When he was asked of that he feigned ignorance and told in Hindi 'how would I do that ' So the lady asked me to stand aside keeping me in waiting embarrassingly Whenever I showed gestures to pay attention one she was telling me to search my pockets for getting the torn part After minutes passed by she checked the system and found that I was already checked in Thereafter too she was insisting where had gone the torn part I couldnt imagine how disoriented they are Is it my obligation to find out the torn part Muhasin who was sandwiched between the lady and the obese guy too was not comprehending my dilemma He too was insisting for the torn part At last they checked a set of the torn parts kept on their table There was my counterfoil Without even a word of apology this lady was telling me' yes you can go now' This is unbecoming of an expected professional handling of the customers from the Jet Airways I fathom Jet Airways has no office in Doha only GSA I didnt let the incident being a passive victim I quickly wrote a fierce protest and handed over to the staff though I was running out of time for boarding the flight That GSA staff owe me apology for the their conspicuous lack of civility and sophistication From Dr Fazilul Haque [protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

                                        DEAR SIRS, I WAS TRAVELING ON 21ST OF JANUARY-2015, FROM AHMEDABAD TO KHARTOUM BY JET CONNECT FLIGHT., AND DURING THE FLIGHT FROM MUMBAI TO BAHRAIN., I WAS COMPLETED MY IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE BEFORE TIME AND PROCESSED TO GATE NO. 78 AS DIRECTED BY FLIGHT CREW MEMBERS AND STAFF, DEPLOYED AT MUMBAI AIR PORT, , WHEN I WAS REACHED AT 1745 AT GATE NO. 78 THE FLIGHT INDICATOR WAS SHOWING GATE NO. 68 I WAS WENT TO GATE NO. 68 AND WAITED THEIR BUT NO ANY STAFF HAS COME AT GATE NO. 68 ., I WAS AFRAID TO MISSED THE FLIGHT, AND IT WAS HAPPED, NO ANY AIRLINES STAFF MEMBER WAS ARRIVED AT THOSE GATE., AND I MISSED THE FLIGHT ., THEY TAKEN LONG TIME TO CLEAR MY MISSED FLIGHT CLEARANCE AND THEY, PUT ME ON AIR PORT, , I WENT TO BOOKING WINDOW AT CONCERN JET AIRWAYS COUNTER, AND INQUIR ABOUT FORMALITIES., SIMPLY THEY REPLIED ME THAT, GET NEW TICKETS AND FOR THAT U HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW TICKETS FAIR, I WAS VERY UPSET, AND ASKED DUTY SUPERVISOR THAT I WANTS TO MEET AIRLINES DUTY MANAGER, THEY SAID WAIT HALF AN HOUR, I WAITED TWO HOURS BUT MANAGER WAS NOT MEET ME, AGAIN I WENT TO SUPERVISOR AND FIGHT FOR NEXT CONNECTED FLIGHT WITHOUT BUYING NEW TICKETS., AS THEY HAS ISSUED ME BOARDING PASS FOR GATE NO. 78 ., AFTER LONG FIGHT AND WASTING OF MY VALUABLE TIME BEHIND TO CONNECT TO KHARTOUM., THEY ISSUED ME NEW BOARDING PASS, AND AGAIN I WAS PASSED NEW IMMIGRATION FORMALITIES., DURING NEW SCHEDULED OF FLIGHT NEXT MORNING0530 HOURS INSTEAD BAHRAIN ADISBABA TO KHARTOUM., MEAN WHILE I REQUEST AIRLINES TO GET ME ACCOMMODATION AND NECESSARY FOOD BEVERAGES, BUT THY NEGLECTED SO, AND HENCE I WAS WAITED FULL NIGHT AT AIR PORT CHAIR, WITHOUT SLEEP, FOOD, AND BEVERAGES, THEY TREATED ME AS ANIMAL., AND HENCE AIRLINES STAFF HAS NO ANY COURTESY., MANNER RESPONSIBILITIES., ONCE THEY BOOK THE TICKETS AND FORGETTING THEY DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES., THAT INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER HAVE TO REACH TO THE DESTINATION IN TIME ., DUE TO ALL THIS MISTAKE AND NEGLIGENCEY OF AIR LINES I LOST MY ONE DAY BUSINESS MEETING., AND LOST MONEY., PLEASE GUIDE ME PROPER ACTION AGAINST TO THE AIRLINES AND THEIR RESPONSIBLE HANDLING DUTY STAFF., AWAITING YOUR POSITIVE RESPONSE IN THIS MATTER IS HIGHLY APPRECIATED., THANKS AND BEST REGARDS
