I had booked my flight with jet airways, due to illness i had to cancell on 18th of july 2015, i was told a charge would have to be deducted which was fine. I was told my money would be put into my account which it was taken out of within 3 to 5 days. Having not recieving i phoned only to b put through to agents and was told it would be 10 days, i phoned again and was tol;d it would be 12 weeks, i was then asked for the long number on my card so my money would be put ointo my account, i was then told my address was not the same as my booking. I find this all very disturbing. I am disabled and was wanting to visit my family, it took such a long time for me to save this money, now it seems that i have lost it, what am i to do?

    I have been sending mails to [protected]@jetairways.com but with no response from them. I had booked a ticket on 12th of July intially booking failed twice, when i spoke to your customer care i was told that money would be refunded as there was a technical failure. The ticket got booked in the 3rd attempt. My credit card has got debited thrice. My bank has confirmed and given the reference numbers under which jetairways has claimed the money thrice. I am sure basis the information shared by the bank its easy for jetairways to trace the transaction and refund the money. But guess they do not have intention of returning money promptly.     Thanks for forwarding the complaint. They have responded finally asking for more details. Lets see when they give the credit back.
    Still awaiting a revert from jetairways. Sent a mail to Mr. Naresh Goyal today lets see if he responds. Guest Relations don't seem to be interested in responding to calls or mails.

      HI,

      I booked my return flight from dehradun to bangalore 13aug -17aug.
      I booked the tickets from jetairways Mobile app.
      While booking the tickets I read the terms and conditions, and it was nowhere mentioned that the tickets are non-refundable.

      then I contacted the jetairwys customercare on 21st or 22nd august for finding the cancellation and refund amount, they told total money that will be refunded will be 15, 623.

      Then I contacted again jetairways customer care on 25July2015 for cancellation of the ticket, the executive person told that only one side refund will be done since the other side is non-refundable., and told to refund only 8499 only.

      Would seek your help to kindly look into the matter and provide me with a justified result.

        Sir,
        I would like to draw your kind attention to the disgusting surroundings of our neyyattinkara bus station. I have decided to do this after having witnessed it.
        I have seen the public suffer. The part of the bus station where the buses to and from trivandrum, stops, is right in front of the toilets of the bus station. And it is so unhygienic that the nasty smell from the toilet, it fills this entire part of the station bothering the public extremly. Moreover during rainy season there is dirty, nasty water from these toilets, stagnant, in the same area, causing more trouble. . . Giving the passengers a feeling of wheezing and helplessness. In our state kerala, known as god's own country, it is very shameless and bad to have such troublesome bustations. So kindly bring it under the attention of concerned officers and take necessary steps.

          I was not allowed to board my flight when I was already checked in and reached the airport 55 mins before the flight time. Desks were empty but the adamant manager did not let me board and showed her power in hand with the worst ever attitude I have never seen in any human. I was getting married in 5 days time and was flying from London to Delhi for the same, but the arrogant lady didn't care at all about anything and just kept saying 'I will not let you check in'. I had to buy a fresh Virgin Atlantic ticket for same night and fortunately they let me check in merely 35 mins before flight departure. To make the experience worst, they cancelled my return jounrey without informing me anything about it, so had to buy a return jounrney ticket for same day again. Lost all my money and faith in Jet Airways forever. Now even if I have to pay extra, I never ever look at this useless option anymore!

            I agree with Tina. I am in a similar situation my transaction failed twice as per technical issue and was successful the 3rd time. This was on 12th of July 2015. When the transaction failed the first two times why did jetairways claim the money from the bank. The transaction reference numbers are merchant vide reference numbers 85215225193527291724932, 85215225193527291797284 and 85215225193527291815102. And now jetairways refuses to respond to my emails and phone officers say write an email.
            Jetairways should be refunding money with interest (penal interest and not just interest). Sick organisation.

            Hope Mr. Goyal is reading these compalints and its not just going to deaf years.

              Today ie on 22nd July I booked air ticket ( INDORE-MUMBAI-INDORE) on Jet’s website and made the payment thru ICICI Bank credit card. The booking was successful and the payment confirmation received from my Bank. Booking details were displayed o the site. But I didn’t receive any mail from Jet airways regarding my booking - either thru e-mail or on mobile. e-ticket is necessary for journey and hence please send the ticket immediately. Thanks

                on 19th July I was trying to book an air ticket (IXE-DXB) on Jet Airways official website for my son Mohammed Nihal Anwar. I made the payment thru Citibank credit card. Then I got a message saying that there was an error while processing the payment and the booking was not made. I didnt receive any mail from Jet airways with PNR number or booking confirmation. Later on I purchased the ticket on the same flight using Makemytrip's mobile app for which I paid using the same Citibank credit card. However I received a mail from Citibank stating that Rs.8463/- was spent on my credit card for Jet Airways for the unsuccessful attempt for purchasing the Ticket. (Citibank Reference No.[protected]-AUCNP1) Please inform me whether f there are two bookings in the name of Mohammed Nihal Anwar on flight No: 9W532 - IXE-DXB journey date 23/07/15 Dep 23.35. if so I have to cancel one booking prior to the departure of the flight and avail the refund. In such case I prefer to cancel the booking made thru jet Airways website. Please send me the PNR generated by Jet airways site or else reimburse Rs.8463/-to my Citibank Credit Card.

                  I had booked an jet airways air ticket for my spouse Primal Nathalia menezes for travel date 26 sept 2015 DXB-IXE one way. The booking/transaction was done on 12 july 2015 around 19.00hrs. online using master card from dubai. The amount AED 755 got deducted without any booking reference nor confirmation. Plz assist

                    On July 12 I tried to make an online booking on Jet Airways website for Toronto-Mumbai-Toronto sector. Although the booking was not complete my credit card was charged for $1, 532.06. Every time I spoke to Jet Airways I was told that this charge would be reversed in 24 hours. Today it's July 20th and Jet Airways' 24 hours have still not passed.

                      Please find the details of the Incident and also the corrsopondence with respective companies which I had send to resolve the issue but was not solved and outright denied by the involved companies. Incident Date : 04th May 2015 Full description of Incident : Though I have described the incident in the communication with Airline and ticket booking agency, but the brief summary is as follows, I request the damages caused to me and extra money I had to spend which is Rs 70921 because if negligence of Airline. I had booked a round trip from Wroclaw- Goa ( on 14/02/2015) with Cheap tickets, and as per the the travel, I traveled to Goa on my onward journey, but this incident occurred on 04th May 2015, 17:00 when I reached Goa Airport for my return Journey, but then I was told by the Airport Authority that Airport was closed and no fligts will take off till tomorrow morning, I then turned to Jet Airways counter on Goa Airport, but it was closed, post which I called the Airline and they denied that its not their mistake, when I asked them to show me the evidence of communicating to me either by Phone call or e-mail which was never done, and I will have to check with the Ticket booking agency, ( I have recording of this call in case you need it for this investigation). Since I had a connecting flight from Mumbai and Jet Airways never informed me change of my flight time, I lost the connecting flight of Lufthansa as there was no opotion to catch this flight from Goa unless I could reach to Mumbai in time. Post this I had no other choice to Book a new flight and travel back to Wroclaw - Poland which cost me Rs 70921 ( I have the booking details - attached as New_ticket.jpg), and even on this flight I had some issues but Airline sorted this out, but all this pain took me 24 Hours delay to reach my destination. This incident caused me both mental agony and financial loses, and when I approached the Jet Airways and Cheap Ticket, both denied taking any responsibility of this miss, and denied to pay any compensation for this.                         I was supposed to travel from mangalore to Ukraine via dubai with an infant on the 17th of july 2015. The flight was delayed by 90 min, I was informed at d last minute that I would have to go back home( I was alone and this was at 12.30 am) since I'll miss the connecting flight. Initially I was assured that they would help me board another flight. The ground staff one miss Bhavya behaved very rudely when asked for an explanation and was yelling at me from a distance like a fisherwoman ( note: the baby was sleeping on my shoulders ).The staff here are so unprofessional and do not even use know how to treat their guests.

                        Bhavya is a very arrogant, rude, incompetent employee of Jet Airways. She mistreated two senior citizens when travelling in business class. I am going to file a case against her for irrational behavior and the horrible incompetent attitude of the ground doctor who harassed the two senior citizens before boarding the flight.

                          I Have booked e ticket on[protected] with the assistance of one of your call centre member for journey between New Delhi to Trivandram with journey date as[protected]two passengers ).The PNR number allotted to me is QAWZEH, an amount of Rs 200002 is deducted from my account. At the time of booking of ticket, the message displayed in the screen is like this that my booking is successful and e ticket will be issued to my email id which i provided at the time of booking the ticket .I was under the impression that my ticket is confirmed . Till today, i was not issued with the e.ticket .I do admit that i had committed a mistake that i thought Jet air ways is a reputed firm, so once the amt is deducted, i will be issued the ticket .That was not happened .When i contacted your call centre, it is told that my ticket is not confirmed . If my ticket is not confirmed, i would have been told early . More over what about my money of Rs 20002 i remitted and with you for last 13 days . Your call centre people not assuring any thing .Any way it is quite clear that jet air ways is trying to avoid the passengers who have booked earlier, to sell the ticket at higher price .And also to keep the fund of such thousand of people who have been denied the ticket at the last minute .So please refund the amount without any further delay . And also i am constrained to take legal remedy against such unfair trade practice of your concern The transaction Id is VIN/JETAIRWAYS/[protected]/0 . Transaction ID -SD353084 .MORE OVER I CONFIRMED WITH MY BANK THAT THE SAID Rs . 20002 IS CREDITED TO YOUR POOLED ACCOUNT ON[protected] ITSELF . copy of bank satement also attached NO action from your part for returning the amount so far . Is it fair to keep the money of others without any reasons ?

Please investigate further from baggage scanning for details and the person handling the baggage during loading ( As possibility of breaking the lock of our black bag at this time seems Very High) A possible gang of thieves are operating here. I would certainly like to go through the investigation reports in presence of Mumbai police, where in I had lodged the complaint. I will be travelling from Mumbai – Indore jet airways on 9th jan-15 coming back same day. If possible would like to meet Jet airways responsible person to understand the procedure of investigations of your airline. We had done web checked in and carried two hand bags while checked in two big soft bags before 8:00 am in cargo at Mumbai airport, Both these bags were locked, (Brown bag tag details : 4705 S2690517) and another bag black Samsonite (Tag details 4705 S2690518). At Hyderabad we received 1st brown bag on belt no.2 and second bag was received after around 15 -20 minutes. On receiving this bag we found the lock on the bag was missing, we immediately informed Jet counter CSA dept and on checking we found Rs. 20, 000/- ( placed in Red ladies clutch, 20 x 500 ) was missing and another plastic envelop with Rs 2000/- ( 20 x 100). i.e. a total of Rs 22, 000/- were being systematically removed from our black bag. All other items were intact and found in as placed manner. Jet airway’s personnel’s informed at the Hyderabad airport are Mr. Shrinivas, Mr. Shahid of CSA dept and on duty security person Mr. S.S.Rao. Mr. Rao did spoke to Mumbai airport security person on his mobile requesting for CC TV footage for investigation. And assured us that an email would be sent to respective dept for further investigation. We have also lodged a complaint with Shamshabad, Cyberabad police station. ( copy attached). We have come to Hyderabad as tourist and would be staying here till 28th Dec-14. We demand an immediate investigation on this theft and keep us informed on updates. As suggested by Cyberabad police station will lodge an FIR with Mumbai police once we are back at Mumbai, as possibility of theft at Mumbai airport seems obvious. We request for a stringent action on the culprit who seems to be an insider, as he knew the exact bag to be opened, which I suppose would not be difficult to figure out in today’s hi-tech world.                             My parents recently flew into Bombay on Jet Airways and noticed locks opened and almost $1000 worth of stuff stolen... Never again going to use Jet Airways... Glad you are following up on this

                              Hi Sir/Madam, This is regarding the flight booked for Delhi to Pune on 29th June ( S24351) with PNR # NBXQJF . I was at Del airport at T3 terminal at 02:35 AM IST . But due to inappropriate service and guidance I could not board the flight . As, No automatic machines were working so that I could have generated my boarding pass by myself . I had to get in a single large queue to reach to the counter for getting my boarding pass . And the most important part was, asap I reached to counter (at 02:50) I was said that "Sorry sir we cant generate the Boarding pass as Boarding gate has already been closed" . However, my flight was scheduled to board at 03:20 AM IST, still I was refused to get the boarding pass and also no quick action was taken for the possibilities . As a compensation I want atleast a refund amount i.e. 70% of my booked amount . Please take it on priority . Shubham Srivastava 91-[protected]

                                This is chandresh rao here, my contact no. Is [protected]. I had my booking in jetairways on[protected]w0435 mumbai to mangalore which was delayed by 50 minutes. Airline just announced sorry for this customer discomfort and delay. I had booked return flight on[protected]w432 mangalore to mumbai, here i was late to reach airport so i had called at 1429hrs and spoken to the airport staff for updating that i will reach in next 15 min, staff confirmed that the message will be passed to front desk and I should not be more than 15 min late. I reached airport within 11 min ie at 2.40 pm but was refused checkin stating i was late and they didnt got any intimation from airport office. Airport front office staff was babitha and the senior who refused checkin was kirti. Both the staff was not at all supportive and was not ready to help at all. Mangalore is a small airport and the counter to flight boarding does not take more than 10 minutes. Eventhough the flight was there and boarding was just started they refused to accommodate me. I was the only guest at the counter. I was shocked with this behaviour from jetairways. I was left with no choice but to travel to bangalore and from there to mumbai for which i had spend rs 10000/- approx. Entire journey was on jetairways only. From 14.40hrs till 18.50hrs i was at mangalore airport. Finally boarding for 9w2745 ie mangalore to bangalore started at 18.30hrs for a schedule departure of 18.50hrs. Flight departure took place at 18.45 hrs. Entire boarding was completed in 15 minutes. Flight door was closed just few minutes before departure. Flight landed at bangalore at 19.50hrs. I took next flight 9w0382 of 2145hrs ie bangalore to mumbai which started boarding at 2140hrs against schedule boarding time of 2100hrs. Flight took off at 2200hrs and reached mumbai at 2330 hrs. None of the flight door was closed before 45 minutes then why i was refused checkin ? why airlines should not be penalised for the delay of 50 minutes and delay in each boarding delay at mangalore and bangalore? i need proper answer for this requirement of reporting 45 min prior to departure. There is always a exception for genuine delay reason of passenger.

                                  I booked a flight from Kolkata to Jammu . PNR BOZPFJ, Passenger Name: Ms Rishu Sharma eTicket #[protected] costing me Rs. TOTAL TRIP COST INR 19, 285, on 14.07.15. I boarded the Kolkata Mumbai ( 9W 618) and it was ok, later they inter transferred me to Mumbai- Delhi flight(9W 331) to their connecting flight. I had to catch the next connecting flight to Jammu ( 9W 607) but that Delhi bound flight landed me approximately at the nick time and I missed my Jammu bound flight. I pleaded them to transfer me inter flight but they showed no responsibility. This is really very inconsiderate behaviour towards their customers. I Had to go through so much mental and physical trouble by this act and missing my flight because of their fault. I am medically unwell and was going for my treatment but inspite of spending so much Jet Airways made me go through so much mental and physical agony for all the suffering They could not even provide me another flight to Jammu. This is really very shameful nd reluctant behaviour from their side. They refunded me money of a meagre Rs. 4500 and got themselves set aside from all the grievances. I being a woman, it was tough for me to spend night in a new city and wait for next day but they were least bothered. I really want a compensation from them for all the agony I had to go through coz of them and especially when I was on bed rest and boked this flight to get treatment but they made my suffering worst.

                                    On 9 July 2015 I was a privilege passenger of Jet Airways from Bangalore to Silchar via Mumbai and Kolkata by flight number 9W 393 9W484 9W2875 respectively having E-ticket no[protected] And accordingly I started my journey by 9W 393 on 9 July 2015 and the flight landed in Mumbai international arrival as per the announcement of the pilot rather than the supposed domestic arrival and I was not provided with any flight transfer by the Jet Airways officials Naturally I had to go through the security check-in again which had a long queue and I lost some valuable time in this process Eventually when I reached my due gate i.e. Gate no13 On 10th July at about 01.35 and the ground officials informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and I couldnot travel any further with this ticket.. But it should be taken in to consideration as the flight landed in international arrival so more time has been consumed to reach up to security check point I being a student studying at Bangalore was travelling to my home town Silchar to enjoy vacations But due to these unexpected happenings I was struck off in the airport I went to each and every office of Jet Airways in Mumbai airport crying for help but no such help was provided to me I being a student moreover penniless you can imagine my condition at that moment Under the circumstances I opt for justice from yours Please do the needful as deemed fit for compensation I am eagerly waiting for your reply MAITRAYAN DAS [protected]

                                      Sir / Madam, I had cancelled a ticket of jet airways on 29th June 2015. The ticket #[protected] and the PNR # PSIJTS. Though they have send me the refund receipt till date the amount is not credited to my account. Regarding this I made three phone calls and two e-mails, but each time I was informed that it will be credited in two days time. This is one of the worst airline service I ever came across. Please help me in this regard.

                                        Hello Managers, ATTN "Top management " of Jet Airways. I booked a ticket on13 July at 23:27 for 3817 INR, booking reference # LLMCRO and it was a cash on delivery. I got a call today at 11:00 A.M when I was at work that somebody is going to be there at my address to take the cash, I requested the lady from Delhivery that I'm not at home at the moment and If they can make an exception to reschedule it to a later date/time on 14 July. The lady on the phone asked me to check with Jet airways customer service. I called your customer service number at 11:30 A.M to explain the situation and I spoke to a supervisor (Ankit) who told me that he will speak to the concerned team and get it checked, he promised a call back to let me know If there could be any changes/exceptions made to collect the payment and never called back. I then see a email from your Jet airways team saying that they have canceled the booking without even taking a consent/permission from me (Customer). I called again to check why didn't I receive any call and wanted to speak to a supervisor (With authority) and I was again transfered to an Level 2 agent who called himself as a senior supervisor (I didn't understand the hierarchy). He was rude, repetative, not helpful, unprofessional, interrupting while speaking, basically he didn't have a single quality that could fit him into customer service Industry, he never gave ears to what I was saying, he only wanted to tell what I already knew, I asked him to transfer the call to a manager and he refused to transfer saying none of the managers are available to take the call, SERIOUSLY ??? Do you guys run customer service without managers? REALLY ?? If yes, I would also like to know how you guys manage to do it. So, I wanted to bring this to your attention to let you guys know as a first time customer how "TERRIBLE" I felt dealing with you all today. If you really care call me at [protected], [protected].
