I had booked my flight with jet airways, due to illness i had to cancell on 18th of july 2015, i was told a charge would have to be deducted which was fine. I was told my money would be put into my account which it was taken out of within 3 to 5 days. I have been sending mails to [protected]@jetairways.com but with no response from them. I had booked a ticket on 12th of July intially booking failed twice, when i spoke to your customer care i was told that money would be refunded as there was a technical failure. The ticket got booked in the 3rd attempt. My credit card has got debited thrice. My bank has confirmed and given the reference numbers under which jetairways has claimed the money thrice....

I booked my return flight from dehradun to bangalore 13aug -17aug.
I booked the tickets from jetairways Mobile app.
While booking the tickets I read the terms and conditions, and it was nowhere mentioned that the tickets are non-refundable.

then I contacted the jetairwys customercare on 21st or 22nd august for finding the cancellation and refund amount, they told total money that will be refunded...
