Tried to book a ticket on 02 July 2015 for 16 July from BLR to IDR via MUMBAI and return on 19 July, the payment was successful but the booking failed. I can see in my Bank account that the payment was made to JET AIRWAYS MUMBAI, after which i called JET and he said that the money will be refunded in 48 hours after that i didn't receive it and dropped a mail for which i a mail after 6 days and that too incomplete asking for more details which...
