Tried to book a ticket on 02 July 2015 for 16 July from BLR to IDR via MUMBAI and return on 19 July, the payment was successful but the booking failed. I can see in my Bank account that the payment was made to JET AIRWAYS MUMBAI, after which i called JET and he said that the money will be refunded in 48 hours after that i didn't receive it and dropped a mail for which i a mail after 6 days and that too incomplete asking for more details which i have provided in another mail. First of all the money is refunded automatically by each and every merchant accepting online payment in cases of failed transactions and no effort is to be made by the user. First time facing such an issue. Its been 11 days but no refund.

    On 2nd July I departure from dubai international airport terminal 1at 12:30 pm to kochin everything I was perfect expect the cleanliness on Windows, interior and the display monitor was not clean. Also during take off I was not able to lock my seat because it's broken, I am not expecting such services from jet airways

Please check with your people ( Jet airways staffs ) and can you please inform me if some body found my wallet.         My daughter Ms. JASMEET BUTANI traveled with her 9 month daughter SIMAR BUTANI on Jet Airways flight number 9W 230, Delhi to Toronto on 10th July 2015. I am constraint to say that she was not even provided bassinet or front seat. There was no baby food available on the flight. At least from Delhi to Brussels a seat was provided to Baby as no bassinet was available, but from Brussels to Toronto my daughter had to carry the small baby in her lap all through. The experience was torturous for both Mother and the child due to insensitive and callous attitude of Jet Airways. I know that in all probability Jet will not reply to this complaint, but as a consumer we shall not travel by this airline.             Dear Sir/ Madam, I have booked the non refundable ticket today afternoon at around 1 PM wherein by mistake my friend input my name as Raman Vij instead of Raman Vig and when i call jet airways call center they said they are helpless and their is no policy to change the name. I feel this is a harassment to consumer i am not cancelling my ticket i am just asking to change one word in the ticket. I request you to take a note of it and make the changes required.               This is to inform that I was traveling from Entebbe to New Delhi via Abu Dhabi and landed in Delhi on 04/07/15. At Delhi my luggage was found missing and report was lodged . The baggage tag number is 0607EY367938. My name is Charit Bholowalia. Contact no. +91-[protected]. Address: D2-1008, summer palms, sector 86 faridabad.-121002, Haryana. I had requested for the claim for missing baggage for 2 days as I had to make purchases for things of daily usage including clothes. After lot of mailing to their person they are offering a petty amount of INR 2000 and also on top of it asking to spend the same amount of money to visit the Delhi airport and collect the amount. I believe this is very unjustifiable on their part as I am also their privileged member. I hope to get a resolution of my problem

                I took a Jet Airways flight from Mumbai to London Jun-12-2015 Friday morning. My bags never arrived in London and Jet Airways had no clue about my bags. I stayed in London for 3 days without any clothing or my travel accessories. Their call centers - different numbers for UK and India keep bouncing request to each other and also blaming Virgin Atlantic - their partner for followup. I never received my bags in London had to borrow money from friends to buy basic stuff and toiletries which cost good amount of pounds. Also I could never deliver the gifts which I had got for my friends. I had a single ticket reference number for flight further to San Francisco(Jun[protected], traveled further with no bags. Was further surprised that my bags had not reached San Francisco. After innumerable calls by me and friends we could get some info about my bags. The bags finally reached me on Jun-17-2015. I have since been trying and waiting for Jet Airways to re-reimburse my unplanned expenditure and stress and frustration during my travel. There seems no one responsible to take care of customer interest and discomfort. I am still awaiting response and sending reminders to Jet airways who aren't responding. People with experience suggest next steps and any legal action I can take against the airline for the irresponsibility, stress and frustration which spoiled my vacation.

                      I booked an international flight from Jaipur to Phoenix with Jet Airways for the first time today. I made the payments. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not issued. I called customer care they said drop an email to [protected]@jetairways.com asking to issue a new ticket or PNR against the transaction number and other details and they will get back to you in 4 hours. Now after 4 hours I called them again to ask the status and they say that within 24-48 hours they will let you know whether they are issuing you a ticket or they are going to return your money. I am stuck with them and need to book a ticket as soon as possible, as my date of journey is 9th July. I can't even book the ticket with other provider as I don't know whether they are going to cancel my ticket and refund the amount or they will issue me a ticket. I guess they have some grudge against Saurabhs :)) On a serious note, Exactly same thing happned to me when I tried booking a return ticket online (Mumbai to London). I dropped an email to [protected]@jetairways.com and also called the customer care. They said Since, 4th & 5th was a weekend, it will be processed on Monday (as the team which looks into this does not work on Weekends). When I called them on Monday they said, it will be resolved in 48 hours at Max. Now, I am in a same dilemma as you are. Whether they are going to refund my money or give me ticket against the amount that they already deducted from my account.I can't book my ticket with other airline to...

                      The worst part is No one has shown courtsey to acknowledge my email which I had written on 4th of July. (to : [protected]@jetairways.com). I am not sure what to do next ! probably I will wait till the 48 hours timeline get exhausted and then visit their office (I live in Mumbai). but this is really terrible ! I am a frequent flyer with Jet Airways and this is the first time I am experiencing such a bad service !!! Only respite for me is.. I have time on my hand.. I wish to travel on 29th July.

                        Sir, My daughter(Ms.Vaishali Iyengar) travelled from Bangalore to Ahmedabad under ticket, Booking reference(PNR) no.YHTFPS(eticket#[protected], on 3rd July 2015 by Jet Airways. When she collected her checked-in baggage from the conveyer belt, to her dismay, she found that combination padlock on the bag was removed and zipper of bag opened. Fortunately no items were missing. However it seems somebody has tampered with the bag, which needs to be brought to your notice. For your reference, on the tag attached with the bag, the following details are mentioned 9W 2321 AMD & 9W 478 BOM and also 3589 9W96674.                           Jetairways claims that they have excellent programs with their partner airlines but in reality it is only related to making business and they conveniently ignore the customers convenience and facilities. I have more than 1 lakh points accumulated in my JP miles account and now I need to redeem them on a partner airline while travelling to Australia but Jetairways is not getting a seat for me. I have raised a request on 10th Jul post which sent several mails to their Jet privilege mail ID and must have spoken more than dozen times with their agents but no solution is arrived to. The best part of it is the agents are not authorised to transfer calls to their supervisors and managers neither they will give you an alternate number or `id to contact their superiors. I don't understand why these people are shying away from facing the customer.

                              My booking reference is XUEKXC, from pune to trivandrum flight no 9w2842 and 9w829 (connecting flight pune to banglore and banglore to trivandrum)On june 30 2015 i have been denied boarding despite reaching 30 mins before departure, i had an emergency still nobody helped me out and instead they said i am late, but my question is how can they close the doors well before the departure time. Kindly help me out in refunding according to under the provisions of this CAR, airlines shall be liable to pay compensation to passengers who are denied boarding. Hence, in order to minimize ‘No Shows’, the airlines will be allowed to levy appropriate ‘No Show’ penalties in relation to the Fare as defined under rule 135 of the Aircraft Rules 1937. This penalty will be deducted from the Fare paid by the passenger. Regards, Manoj Singh

                                  I anil modi is a government employee. Being a frequent flyer & a loyal customer of jet airways i fly 4 times in a month and still was ill treated by the jet airways staff on board.
                                  For example when i asked for water 10 times no body bothered to serve the same when asked for the meal which was already mentioned during the ticket bookings they denied to serve and were very rude in response. I clearly mentioned i need jain food prior while bookings they still denied and bluntly said we don't have and its the fault of ground staff . Later i requested to at least serve a cup of tea & they failed again and dint serve anything. When requested to the head she said its a new staff & it was rude again. I really don't think we fly for free it's been 3 years in am travelling to & fro. Disappointed. I request you to take necessary actions.

                                    I am working in Saudi Arabia. I travel from Saudi Arabia to India frequently and most often I use the services of Jet Airways. On 27/28.3.2015, I travelled from Dammam to Srinagar via New Delhi. I had availed off the services of Jet Airways and travelled by flight no. 9W 567 Dammam to Delhi and then took the connecting flight to Srinagar i.e., Flight no. 9W 603. When I landed in Delhi, it transpired that my baggage had gone missing. I immediately reported the matter to airport staff and my complaint was recorded vide Tag no. 9W185152. The complaint form was filled in by me and I was given a poor illegible carbon copy of it. I was taken aback that a few columns were filled in by the attendant who was looking into my complaint. The information filled in the form was without my authority. However, even before I could enquire anything, I was assured that my baggage will be found in no time and I shall get it on reaching Srinagar. I left the matter at that. I was hopeful to get back my luggage in Srinagar. And on this note I boarded the second flight. But to my dismay, my bag was nowhere to be located. And then my ordeal of dealing with the Jet Airways started. I was consistently trying to approach Jet officials but to no avail. In fact my representatives in Delhi were in constant touch with the Jet Airways staff. But nothing could be done about my missing baggage. Several rounds of mails and telephone calls went into it, but we got no response from the Jet. On mail I was getting just the standard replies that my bag is in the process of being located. Beyond this no other information was ever provided to me. It is pertinent to note that I had informed the Jet about the description of my bag, i.e., blue colour Adidas Bag, with silver lock, weighing about 13 Kgs. I had also informed within no time that I was carrying valuables in the bag. It was informed to the Jet officials that apart from other things like clothes and electronics, I was carrying an eletronice stuff, Most importantly I was carrying my job card, medical papers and other job related documents in the bag. I had also informed the Jet officials that the documents that I was carrying in the bag are vital as without these documents I might not be allowed to resume work in Saudi Arabia. Once again I was assured that the Jet Airways staff is in the process of locating my missing bag. But no further update was ever provided to me by the Airlines. My stay in India was for a limited time which was duly informed to the duly officials. Time and again the officials of the Jet Airways were informed that I was scheduled to leave India for Saudi Arabia on April 16, 2015. I was told that before my departure from India, I would get back my bag. But later it all proved to be empty promises. According to the information supplied to me, if the missing baggage is not located within 14 days, then the baggage is declared to be lost. On such declaration, the matter is forwarded to claims department. It was further informed that the claims department also makes an investigation to trace the bag. And if the claims department fails to trace the missing bag, then compensation is declared. After I have left for Saudi Arabia for work, tried to follow up with the Jet but to no avail. No new information was ever provided by the staff. It was the same update that the matter has been referred to the claims department and is in under investigation. My bag was lost due to negligence of the Jet Airways on 28.3.2015. And even after almost a month, nothing concrete could have been done in this regard. But what amazes me the most is the lax attitude of Jet Airways and its staff. There was no seriousness about the matter even though it was informed to the Jet Airways staff about the contents of the missing bag and their vitality. Neither the staff of Jet ever responded properly over the phone, nor did they respond to the mails. Initially when the matter was afresh, there used to prompt replies. But after some time, no responses were ever given to my mails. It may also be noted that the information was never forthcoming from the Jet Airways, as it was only when I wrote a mail that I got a reply, otherwise Jet Airways has never bothered to give any information itself, about the missing baggage. Despite several efforts put in to get some concrete information, but nothing was revealed by the Jet Airways staff ever. When it was requested to them to allow us to speak to the manager in claims department or any other higher official, we were assured each time that we would be connected to the concerned official shortly. But actually we were never allowed to talk personally to anyone. On one occasion we were even told that as the Manager was busy therefore we would be contacted as and when the manager would be available. However no phone call was ever received from their end. The attitude with which Jet Airways staff works clearly shows their uncooperative work ethos. Further the staff never comes clean with anything, rather their efforts is to go round about the same thing leading aggrieved persons nowhere. It’s been almost three months now that my bag has gone missing. But till date I have not been apprised by Jet Airways as to what went wrong with this. Since April 30, 2015, I have not been able to contact Jet and no one on my behalf has also approached Jet Airways in this regard. But the height of laxity is the fact that since then even Jet Airways has also not informed me anything in this regard. There’s neither any whisper of my bag nor is there a word about compensation. Therefore it has become absolutely imperative for me to write this complaint.

                                      Despite pre checking in and getting online boarding pass for my parents and me, at Chandigarh airport was given wrong seats boarding pass. The seats were non reclining and caused my old parents immense problem. What is the use of taking precautions and pre generating boarding passes if the airline eventually seats as per their own chatting arrangement? And that too such horrendous seats? It was a horrible experience. Please mail me on [protected]@rediffmail.com so that I can share the copy of the mobile boarding pass I had and the one I was forced to take at airport.

                                        Dear Team Jet Airways, I just had taken a trip from Bahrain To Delhi on 16 June- 2015 Flight detail is Etihad Airways- EY0376 BAH to AUH and further to india i.e Jet Airways- 9W-0581 AUH to DEL My luggage was left to board in Jet flight due to some specific reason was there. At delhi airport I was told luggage would be received at your home town soon. On 20 June- 2015 I have got received my luggage with below listed Material missing 1- E-5 Samsung Mobile 2- Jeans Livie's Brand 3- Wireless Stereo Headphones 4- Imported Chocolates 5- Dates Kindly look into this and confirm me when I will get my all of above things I am in anticipation of your prompt reply.
